En envoyant un premier message avant de transmettre des données de liaison montante à un dispositif de réseau, le dispositif de réseau peut déterminer, selon le premier message, un premier dispositif de terminal devant transmettre des données de liaison montante à l'aide d'une ressource non planifiée.
