Description

클렌징 장치
본 발명은 사용자의 얼굴에 칠해진 색조 화장품을 자동으로 지울 수 있는 클렌징 장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 피부의 기름샘에서 분비된 피지와, 땀샘에서 분비된 땀은 피지막이 되어 피부와 털을 보호한다. 하지만, 이러한 분비물들은 시간이 경과함에 따라 서서히 수분이 증발하여 각질 세포가 되거나, 외부에서 부착된 먼지 등에 의해 오염될 수 있다.

또한, 클렌징 시에 브러시를 사용하지 않으므로, 브러시의 마찰에 의해 사용자의 피부가 손상되거나, 자극으로 인해 피부 트러블이 발생하는 것을 예방할 수 있게 된다.

마스크(120)는 내피와 외피로 이루어져 내부에 수납공간을 형성하며, 코와 대응되는 부위에 적어도 하나의 유입 홀(121)이 형성될 수 있다. 이처럼 마스크(120)에 유입 홀(121)이 형성됨에 따라, 유입 홀(121)을 통해 통풍 및 호흡이 가능해지게 된다. 그리고, 유입 홀(121)을 통해 마스크(120) 내로 아로마 오일을 투입시켜주면 클렌징 작업시 아로마 테라피 효과를 동시에 구현할 수 있게 된다.
겔패드(130)는 마스크(120)의 내측에 설치될 수 있으며, 마스크(120)와 같이 얼굴 부위를 감싸는 형태로 이루어질 수 있다. 여기서, 겔패드(130)란 탄성이 있는 유연한 패드를 의미하며, 실리콘 또는 수지 소재로 형성될 수 있다.
이처럼 겔패드(130)가 탄성 및 유연한 특성을 갖는 실리콘 또는 수지 소재로 형성됨에 따라, 피부에 직접 접촉하더라도 자극을 주지 않는다. 그리고, 세척이 용이하여 위생적으로 사용할 수 있게 된다.
겔패드(130)는 사용자의 얼굴에 밀착시키기 위하여 내측면이 얼굴 부위와 유사한 형태로 이루어질 수 있다. 즉, 코 부위와 광대 부위 등과 같이 굴곡이 있는 부위에 대응하여 겔패드(130)의 내측면에도 굴곡을 형성할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 겔패드(130)는 개별 사용자의 얼굴 형태와 일치하도록 3D 프린터를 이용하여 맞춤 제작될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 어플리케이션이 내장된 스마트 폰을 통해 사용자의 얼굴을 촬영하면, 어플리케이션과 연동된 3D 프린터가 촬영된 사진을 통해 겔패드(130)를 제조함으로써 사용자의 개별 얼굴 형태에 맞게 제작하는 것이다. 이 밖에도 겔패드(130)를 제작하는 방법은 다양한 방법으로 구현 가능하다.
클렌징 모듈(140)은 복수개 구비되어 마스크(120)와 겔패드(130) 사이에 개재되며, 회전 구동하도록 형성된다. 이때, 겔패드(130)는 탄성이 있는 소재로 이루어지므로 클렌징 모듈(140)의 구동시 겔패드(130)는 전후로 인장 또는 수축할 수 있게 된다.
클렌징 모듈(140)은 사용자의 얼굴을 문지르며 사용자의 얼굴에 칠해진 화장품을 지우기 위한 것으로, 개수는 한정되지 않으나 이마 부위와, 양쪽 눈 부위와, 양쪽 볼 부위와, 입 부위에는 필수적으로 배치되는 것이 바람직하다.
구체적으로, 클렌징 모듈(140)은 마스크(120)와 겔패드(130) 사이에 개재된 복수의 마사지 볼(141)과, 마사지 볼(141)에 연결되어 마사지 볼(141)을 회전 구동시키는 구동모터(142)를 포함할 수 있다. 여기서, 마사지 볼(141)의 형태는 한정되지 않으나 반구 형태로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다. 보다 상세하게는 크기가 각각 다르게 형성된 반구 형태의 볼을 구비한 후, 이들을 서로 결합하여 마사지 볼(141)을 형성하는 것이 바람직하다.
그리고, 구동모터(142)로 전원을 공급하기 위하여 마스크(120) 내에는 전원 공급부(미도시)가 설치될 수 있다. 전원 공급부는 AC-DC 어댑터를 통하여 전원을 인가 받거나, 마스크(120) 내에 설치된 배터리(160)를 통해 전원을 인가 받을 수 있다.
클렌징 모듈(140)은 좌우방향으로 선형 이동 가능하게 형성될 수도 있다.
이를 위하여 클렌징 모듈(140)은 마스크(120)의 내측에 고정된 랙(rack, 143a)과, 랙(143a)과 맞물려 좌우방향으로 선형 이동하는 피니언(pinion, 143b)을 구비한 랙 기어(143)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 그리고, 피니언(143b)의 회전 축에는 구동모터(142)가 연결되고, 피니언(143b)의 일면에는 마사지 볼(141)이 장착될 수 있다.
이에 따라, 구동모터(142)가 회전하면 구동모터(142)와 연결된 피니언(143b)이 회전하며 랙(143a)을 따라 좌우방향으로 선형 이동하게 된다. 이때, 피니언(143b)의 일면에는 마사지 볼(141)이 장착되어 있으므로, 마사지 볼(141) 또한 회전하며 좌우방향으로 선형 이동하게 된다.
이처럼 클렌징 모듈(140)이 선형 이동함에 따라 아이라이너와 립스틱과 같은 색조 화장품을 보다 효과적으로 지울 수 있게 된다.
전술한 바와 같이, 클렌징 장치(100)에 회전 구동하는 클렌징 모듈(140)이 설치됨에 따라, 클렌징 장치(100)를 얼굴에 쓰면 사용자의 얼굴에 칠해진 화장품을 자동으로 지울 수 있게 된다.
예를 들어, 사용자의 얼굴에 클렌징 크림이나 클렌징 오일을 바른 상태에서 클렌징 장치(100)를 얼굴에 고정시키면, 클렌징 모듈(140)이 회전 구동하게 된다. 그러면, 클렌징 모듈(140)의 마사지 볼(141)과 접촉하는 겔패드(130)가 신장 또는 수축되며 사용자의 얼굴을 문지르게 되고, 이 힘에 의하여 사용자의 얼굴에 칠해진 화장품이 클렌징 크림과 함께 용해되어 지워질 수 있게 되는 것이다.
이때, 마스크(120) 내에는 클렌징 완료 음을 출력하기 위한 스피커(170)가 설치될 수 있다. 스피커(170)는 사용자의 귀 부위에 근접하도록 마스크(120)의 일측 또는 양측에 설치될 수 있다.
클렌징 장치(100)는 클렌징 시트(150)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
클렌징 시트(150)는 겔패드(130)의 내측에 탈착 가능하게 형성된다. 여기서, 클렌징 시트(150)는 사용자의 얼굴 부위에 직접 접촉되는 것으로, 사용자의 얼굴에 칠해진 비비크림이나 립스틱 등과 같은 화장품을 용해시키기 위해 사용된다. 이를 위해, 클렌징 시트(150)에는 클렌징 오일 및 피부 미용을 위한 유액이 함유될 수 있다.
클렌징 시트(150)는 1회용으로 사용될 수 있으며, 교체 가능하다. 이때, 겔패드(130)의 내측에는 둘레를 따라 복수의 클립이 장착되어 있어, 클렌징 시트(150)를 겔패드(130)의 내측면에 고정시킬 수 있다.
클렌징 시트(150)는 얼굴부위의 전면을 감싸는 형태로 이루어지며, 코와 대응되는 부위가 절취된다. 즉, 클렌징 시트(150)는 마스크 팩 형태와 유사하게 형성되나, 눈 부위와 입술 부위는 막힌 형태로 형성된다. 이는, 클렌징 시트(150)가 사용자의 눈 부위와 입술 부위에 직접 접촉되도록 함으로써, 아이라이너와 립스틱 등과 같이 눈 부위와 입술 부위에 칠해진 화장품을 용해시키기 위함이다.
도 3 및 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 마스크(120) 내에는 전원을 인가 받아 가열되는 열선(180) 또는 LED 램프가 설치될 수 있다. 여기서, 열선(180) 또는 LED 램프는 클렌징 모듈(140)과 마찬가지로 AC-DC 어댑터를 통하여 전원을 인가받거나, 배터리(160)를 통해 전원을 인가받을 수 있다.
열선(180) 또는 LED 램프의 온도는 35℃~45로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다. 이는, 온도가 35℃ 미만이면 온열감을 느끼지 못하고, 45를 초과하면 화상의 우려가 있기 때문이다. 이러한 열선(180) 또는 LED 램프의 온도는 컨트롤 박스(190)를 통해 제어 가능하다.
컨트롤 박스(190)는 온도 조작부(191)와, 온도센서(192)와, 제어부(193)를 포함한다.
온도 조작부(191)를 이용하여 사용자는 열선(180) 또는 LED 램프의 온도를 선택적으로 설정할 수 있다. 온도 조작부(191)는 누름 버튼으로 이루어질 수 있으며, 35℃~45 사이의 온도를 선택적으로 설정하도록 구현될 수 있다.
온도센서(192)는 열선(180) 또는 LED 램프의 온도를 측정한다.
제어부(193)는 온도 조작부(191)에서 설정된 기준온도와 온도센서(192)로부터 측정된 열선(180) 또는 LED 램프의 온도를 비교하여, 온도센서(192)로부터 측정된 열선(180) 또는 LED 램프의 온도가 기준온도보다 낮으면 열선(180) 또는 LED 램프로 전원을 공급한다.
이처럼 마스크(120) 내에 열선(180) 또는 LED가 설치됨에 따라 클렌징 시에 사용자의 모공을 열어줌과 동시에 피의 흐름을 도와, 모공 속 노폐물 및 각질제거를 원활하게 하며 혈액순환에 도움을 줄 수 있게 된다.
한편, 제어부(193)에는 클렌징 모듈(140)을 미리 정해진 순서에 따라 구동시키는 복수의 응용프로그램이 내장될 수 있다. 그리고, 컨트롤 박스(190)는 응용프로그램 중 하나를 선택하는 프로그램 조작부(194)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
프로그램 조작부(194)는 온도 조작부(191)와 마찬가지로, 누름 버튼으로 이루어질 수 있다. 이에 따라, 복수의 누름 버튼 중 하나를 누르면 클렌징 모듈(140)은 미리 정해진 순서에 따라 회전 구동 또는 선형 이동하며 클렌징 작업을 수행할 수 있게 된다.
제어부(193)는 무선 통신모듈(193a)을 더 포함하여 외부기기(1)로부터 무선 통신신호를 수신할 수 있다. 그리고, 제어부(193)는 무선 통신신호에 따라 클렌징 모듈(140)과, 열선(180) 또는 LED 램프로 공급되는 전원을 온/오프(on/off)시킬 수 있다.
이에 따라, 사용자는 외부기기(1)를 통해 무선으로 클렌징 모듈(140) 및 열선(180) 또는 LED 램프의 전원을 온/오프(on/off)시킬 수 있게 된다. 여기서, 외부기기(1)는 리모컨 또는 전용 어플리케이션이 설치된 스마트 폰일 수 있다. 이러한 외부기기(1)에는 디스플레이부(1a)가 구비되어 있어, 열선(180) 또는 LED 램프의 온도 및 클렌징 모듈(140)의 작동 상태를 디스플레이부(1a)를 통해 외부로 출력할 수 있다.
도 1 내지 도 7을 참조하여 클렌징 장치(100)의 동작을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 사용자는 겔패드(130)의 내측면에 클렌징 시트(150)를 고정시킨다. 그리고, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 지지부재(110)를 머리에 고정시킨 상태에서 마스크(120)를 하부로 회동시킴으로써 마스크(120)를 얼굴 부위에 안착시킨다.
사용자의 얼굴에 마스크(120)가 안착되면, 사용자는 컨트롤 박스(190)의 프로그램 조작부(194)를 통해 원하는 클렌징 프로그램을 선택한다. 그러면, 선택된 프로그램에 따라 클렌징 모듈(140)이 회동하게 되고, 이 회동에 의하여 겔패드(130) 및 클렌징 시트(150)가 사용자의 얼굴 부위를 가압하며 문지르게 된다. 이때, 클렌징 시트(150)는 클립에 의하여 겔패드(130)에 고정되어 있으므로, 클렌징 모듈(140)의 회동 시에 겔패드(130)로부터 이탈하지 않게 된다.
이처럼 클렌징 모듈(140)에 의해 겔패드(130) 및 클렌징 시트(150)가 사용자의 얼굴 부위를 문질러 줌에 따라, 사용자의 얼굴에 칠해진 비비크림이나 립스틱 등과 같은 색조 화장품들이 지워질 수 있게 된다.
특히, 아이라이너나 립스틱과 같은 색조 화장품은 잘 지워지지 않으므로, 눈 부위와 입술 부위에 설치된 클렌징 모듈(140)은 회전과 동시에 좌우방향으로 선형 이동 가능하도록 형성될 수 있다. 이때, 마스크(120) 내부에 유수분 측정센서를 구비하여, 클렌징이 부위별로 잘 되고 있는지를 파악하고 부족한 곳을 집중적으로 클렌징할 수도 있다. 그리고, 유수분 측정센서를 통해 클렌징 작업 완료 후 피부에 대한 유수분 측정을 수행할 수도 있다.
한편, 마스크(120) 내에는 전원을 인가 받아 가열되는 열선(180) 또는 LED 램프가 설치될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 컨트롤 박스(190)의 온도 조작부(191)를 통해 열선(180) 또는 LED 램프의 온도를 35℃~45 사이에서 선택적으로 설정하면, 열선(180) 또는 LED 램프는 설정된 온도로 가열된다.
이에 따라, 클렌징 시에 사용자의 모공을 열어줌과 동시에 혈액순환을 도울 수 있게 되어, 모공 속 노폐물 및 각질제거를 원활하게 수행할 수 있게 된다.
본 발명은 첨부된 도면에 도시된 일 실시예를 참고로 설명되었으나 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 당해 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명의 진정한 보호 범위는 첨부된 청구 범위에 의해서만 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 머리의 상부 및 둘레를 감싸도록 형성된 지지부재;
    상기 지지부재의 양측부에 힌지 결합되어 상기 지지부재로부터 상하 방향으로 회동 가능하며, 얼굴부위를 감싸도록 형성된 마스크;
    상기 마스크의 내측에 설치된 겔패드; 및
    상기 마스크와 겔패드 사이에 개재되며, 회전 구동하는 복수의 클렌징 모듈;
    을 포함하는 클렌징 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 겔패드의 내측에 탈착 가능하게 형성된 클렌징 시트를 더 포함하는 클렌징 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 클렌징 시트는 얼굴부위의 전면을 감싸는 형태로 이루어지며, 코와 대응되는 부위가 절취된 클렌징 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 지지부재는,
    머리의 상측 일부를 좌우방향으로 감싸는 제1 지지부재와,
    상기 제1 지지부재의 양측 하단에 각각 좌우방향으로 연장되어 머리의 둘레를 감싸며, 마주보는 양단의 길이가 조절 가능하도록 상호 결합 및 분리되는 제2 지지부재를 포함하는 클렌징 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 마스크 내에는 전원을 인가 받아 가열되는 열선 또는 LED 램프가 설치된 클렌징 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 열선 또는 LED 램프의 온도를 선택적으로 설정하는 온도 조작부와,
    상기 열선 또는 LED 램프의 온도를 측정하는 온도센서와,
    상기 온도 조작부에서 설정된 기준온도와 상기 온도센서로부터 측정된 열선 또는 LED 램프의 온도를 비교하여, 상기 온도센서로부터 측정된 열선 또는 LED 램프의 온도가 상기 기준온도보다 낮으면 상기 열선 또는 LED 램프로 전원을 공급하는 제어부를 구비한 컨트롤 박스를 포함하는 클렌징 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 제어부에는 상기 클렌징 모듈을 미리 정해진 순서에 따라 구동시키는 복수의 응용프로그램이 내장되고,
    상기 컨트롤 박스는 상기 응용프로그램 중 하나를 선택하는 프로그램 조작부를 더 포함하는 클렌징 장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는 무선 통신모듈을 더 포함하여 외부기기로부터 무선 통신신호를 수신하며,
    상기 제어부는 상기 무선 통신신호에 따라 상기 클렌징 모듈 및 상기 열선 또는 LED 램프로 공급되는 전원을 온/오프(on/off)시키는 클렌징 장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 마스크 내에는 클렌징 완료 음을 출력하기 위한 스피커가 설치된 클렌징 장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 마스크 내에는 상기 클렌징 모듈로 전원을 공급하기 위한 배터리가 설치된 클렌징 장치.
  11. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 마스크는 코와 대응되는 부위에 적어도 하나의 유입 홀이 형성된 클렌징 장치.
  12. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 클렌징 모듈은 상기 마스크와 겔패드 사이에 개재된 복수의 마사지 볼과, 상기 마사지 볼에 연결되어 상기 마사지 볼을 회전 구동시키는 구동모터를 포함하는 클렌징 장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서,
    상기 클렌징 모듈은 상기 마스크의 내측에 고정된 랙(rack)과, 상기 랙과 맞물려 좌우방향으로 선형 이동하는 피니언(pinion)을 구비한 랙 기어를 더 포함하며,
    상기 피니언의 회전 축에는 상기 구동모터가 연결되고, 상기 피니언의 일면에는 상기 마사지 볼이 장착된 클렌징 장치.
  14. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 겔패드는 실리콘 또는 수지 소재로 형성된 클렌징 장치.
