Abstract

L'invention porte sur des systèmes et des méthodes de traitement d'un sujet. Un premier ensemble de données comprenant des mesures de glucose autonomes horodatées du sujet sur un premier laps de temps est obtenu. Un second ensemble de données, associé à un régime d'insuline constant pour le sujet sur le premier laps de temps et comprenant des enregistrements de médicament à base d'insuline est également obtenu. Chaque enregistrement comprend un événement d'administration horodaté comprenant une quantité et un type de médicament à base d'insuline administré au sujet par un dispositif d'administration d'insuline. Les premier et second ensembles de données servent à calculer une mesure de risque glycémique et un facteur de sensibilité à l'insuline du sujet pendant le premier laps de temps, lesquels sont utilisés pour obtenir un programme de titrage de taux de base et un modèle de profil de glycémie à jeun sur un second laps de temps ultérieur pour le sujet. Le modèle prédit le taux de glycémie à jeun du sujet en fonction des quantités de médicament à base d'insuline administrées au sujet.
