Description
本发明涉及汽车领域,特别是涉及一种遮挡门槛式侧围外板。
常规的轿车的侧围外板的门槛结构,在车身外侧向感知区域范围(侧向感知区域范围指的是以中国人的平均身高的眼点为标准,在以直立姿态,并距车身一定距离的位置来观察车身的时候,能够看到侧围外板的门槛结构区域的范围)内,其门槛的焊接面一般都是处于视野的可见区域范围内,导致车身的整体美观性较差,影响商品性主管评价;为了提高车身的整体的美观度,一般会在侧围外板的门槛结构的外侧设置侧裙来遮挡门槛结构的焊接面,但是,设置侧裙会增加侧围外板的门槛结构的单车成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种采用自身优化的结构来遮挡住门槛的焊接面的侧围外板,以保证在车身的整体的美观度的前提下,降低侧围外板的门槛结构的单车成本。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种遮挡门槛式侧围外板,包括装配后外露于车身外侧的外观壁、用于与车身连接的连接壁以及设于所述外观壁与所述连接壁之间、以连接外观壁和连接壁的第一翻边;所述外观壁与所述第一翻边的连接处与所述连接壁的最低端的临界位置的连线与水平面的夹角为15°-25°。
作为优选方案,所述外观壁与所述第一翻边的连接处与所述连接壁的最低端的临界位置的连线与水平面的夹角为20°。
作为优选方案,还包括迂回件,所述迂回件偏向侧围外板的内侧设置,所述迂回件的一端与所述第一翻边连接,所述迂回件的另一端

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示,示意性地显示了本发明一实施例的遮挡门槛式侧围外板的安装后的截面结构,该遮挡门槛式侧围外板包括装配后外露于车身6外侧的外观壁1、用于与车身6连接的连接壁2以及设于外观壁1与连接壁2之间、以连接外观壁1和连接壁2的第一翻边3,外观壁1与第一翻边3之间设有夹角,外观壁1与第一翻边3的连接处与连接壁2的最低端的临界位置的连线A与水平面的夹角a为15°-25°,其中,连接壁2的最低端的临界位置指的是,在一系列可采用的连接壁2的最低端所处的位置中,连接壁2的最低端最靠近地面的那个连接壁2的最低端所处的位置B为连接壁2的最低端的临界位置,其余的连接壁2的最低端所处的位置均处于位置B以上的位置。
结合图1及图2所示,将外观壁1与第一翻边3的连接处与连接壁2的最低端的连线A与水平面的夹角a设置为15°-25°的目的是,当以直立姿态从车身6的外部观看时,使连接壁2的焊接面不在车身外侧向感知区域范围内,因为连接壁2的焊接面完全被第一翻边3与外观壁1的拐角5遮挡住,而看不到连接壁2的焊接面,从而从感官上提高了车身整体的美观度,并且降低了侧围外板的门槛结构的单车成本;作为优选,外观壁1与第一翻边3的连接处与连接壁2的最低端的连线A与水平面的夹角a为20°,从而最符合中国人的平均身高的眼点标准来确定车身外侧向感知区域范围。
由于本发明实施的遮挡门槛式侧围外板是通过拉延模冲压成型的,若单纯靠调整第一翻边3与外观壁1的夹角来将外观壁1与第一翻边3的连接处与连接壁2的最低端的临界位置的连线A与水平面的夹角a设置为15°-25°,将会增加遮挡门槛式侧围外板的制造的难度,
不利于批量生产;因此,可以在第一翻边3与连接壁2之间设置迂回件4,该迂回件4整体上偏向侧围外板的内侧设置,迂回件4的一端与第一翻边3连接,迂回件4的另一端连接连接壁2;由于迂回件4整体上偏向侧围外板的内侧设置,便于将外观壁1与第一翻边3的连接处与连接壁2的最低端的临界位置的连线A与水平面的夹角a设置为15°-25°;从而可以将第一翻边3与外观壁1的夹角控制在理想的范围内,降低遮挡门槛式侧围外板采用拉延模冲压成型时的制造的难度。
作为优选方案,迂回件4包括依次连接的第二翻边41和第三翻边42,第二翻边41与第三翻边42相对的一端与第一翻边3连接,第三翻边42与第二翻边41相对的一端与连接壁2连接;第二翻边41向侧围外板的内侧延伸设置,第三翻边42向侧围外板的外侧延伸设置;这样设置的目的是进一步降低遮挡门槛式侧围外板的制造的难度,并且有利于在第三翻边42上设置排水口等其他附件结构;此外,第二翻边41与第三翻边42构成的外侧布局空间可以用于提供操作人员将连接壁2焊接在车身上的焊接空间。
当然,迂回件4的结构形式也不局限于上述的形式,迂回件4也可以为整体向侧围外板的内侧凹陷的弧状结构,例如,圆弧状、椭圆弧状、抛物线状等。
请继续参照图1所示,第一翻边3与水平面的夹角b为12°-17°,可以根据不同车型在该夹角范围内选择合适的角度;将第一翻边3与水平面的夹角b为12°-17°的目的是便于遮挡门槛式侧围外板通过拉延模冲压成型,出于对拉延模工艺及实现本发明目的的角度考量,若第一翻边3与水平面的夹角大于该角度范围,则达不到将外观壁1与第一翻边3的连接处与连接壁2的最低端的临界位置的连线A与水平面的夹角a为15°-25°以上的目的;若第一翻边3与水平面的夹角小于该角度范围,将会增加拉延模的工艺难度,导致拉延模的成本上
升,不利于遮挡门槛式侧围外板批量生产。
请继续参照图1所示,连接壁2的高度c为16mm以上,此高度尺寸是在第一翻边3的连接处与连接壁2的最低端的临界位置的连线A与水平面的夹角a为15°-25°的前提下设定的;若连接壁2的高度小于该高度,则不利于连接壁2与车身的焊接连接;作为优选,连接壁的高度c为18mm,从而能够达到最佳的焊接效果;此外,还可以在外观壁1与第一翻边3连接的拐角处的外侧涂覆有防石击涂层(未标号),防石击涂层一方面可以掩盖拉延模在整形遮挡门槛式侧围外板时,在外观壁1与第一翻边3连接的拐角处产生的滑移线,以提高美观度,另一方面可以承受住遮挡门槛式侧围外板在使用过程中石头或路面对外观壁1与第一翻边3连接的拐角处刮擦造成的伤害。
如图1所示,在连接壁2的最低端处还设有第四翻边7,该第四翻边7与连接壁2和车身6的连接处的最低端之间设有间隙70,在该间隙70内设有防水胶条(未标号);防水胶条可以防止外部的液体进入到连接壁2和车身6的连接处,以避免该连接处生锈,同时,第四翻边7也可以对连接壁2和车身6的连接处具有保护作用,防止该连接处与外界发生刮擦而受损。
综上所述,本发明实施例的遮挡门槛式侧围外板,通过对自身的结构优化,将外观壁1与第一翻边3的连接处与连接壁2的最低端的的临界位置连线A与水平面的夹角a设置为15°-25°;当从车身的外部观看时,连接壁2的焊接面完全被第一翻边3与外观壁1的拐角5遮挡住,而看不到连接壁2的焊接面,从而从感官上提高了车身的整体的美观度,并且降低了侧围外板的门槛结构的单车成本。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。
