Abstract
A process for NOx removal wherein an aqueous liquid, at least one gaseous and/or at least one liquid oxidant, and a NOx-containing off-gas are fed into a venturi mixing unit (1), thereby obtaining a turbulent aqueous reaction zone in the venturi mixing unit (1), and a HNO3-enriched aqueous liquid leaves the venturi mixing unit (1).
