Abstract

Description
本发明涉及消费性电子技术,特别涉及一种控制方法、控制装置及电子装置。
现有的某些应用程序通常没有限制注册用户的行为权限,用户一经注册,就可以随意向其他的注册用户作出诸如发送信息、评论、留言、点赞、转发等行为。然而,由于网络的开放性,注册用户的层次参差不齐,除了普通的正常用户外,还存在诸多的低俗的劣质用户,开放的行为权限会让劣质用户毫无顾忌地骚扰正常用户,给正常用户带来极差的用户体验。
发明内容
本发明的实施方式旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的实施方式需要提供一种控制方法、控制装置及电子装置。
本发明提供一种控制方法,用于控制电子装置,所述控制方法包括以下步骤:
获取与一注册用户有关的用户行为;
根据所述用户行为确定所述注册用户的等级,所述注册用户的等级由低到高依次包括大黑屋用户、小黑屋用户及正常用户;及
若所述注册用户为大黑屋用户,则将所述注册用户发送至第一指定地址,在所述第一指定地址内的注册用户拥有第一等级权限;
若所述注册用户为小黑屋用户,则将所述注册用户发送至第二指定地址,在所述第二指定地址内的注册用户拥有第二等级权限,所述第二等级权限高于所述第一等级权限;
若所述注册用户为正常用户,则将所述注册用户发送至第三指定地址,在所述第三指定地址内的注册用户拥有第三等级权限,所述第三等级权限高于所述第二等级权限。
在某些实施方式中,所述用户行为包括所述注册用户选择注册头像,所述根据所述用户行为确定所述注册用户的等级的步骤包括:
判断所述注册用户是否选择真实头像为注册头像;
若所述注册用户选择真实头像为注册头像,则确定所述注册用户为正常用户;
若所述注册用户选择非真实头像为注册头像,则计算所述非真实头像的分值;
当所述非真实头像分值在第一预定分值范围内时,则确定所述注册用户为小黑屋用户;及
当所述非真实头像分值在第二预定分值范围内时,则确定所述注册用户为大黑屋用户。
在某些实施方式中,所述用户行为包括所述注册用户生成用户生成内容,所述根据所述用户行为确定所述注册用户的等级的步骤包括:
判断所述注册用户是否生成违规的用户生成内容;
若所述注册用户未生成违规的用户生成内容,则确定所述注册用户为正常用户;及
若所述注册用户生成了违规的用户生成内容,则确定所述注册用户为小黑屋用户。
在某些实施方式中,所述用户生成内容包括:头像、昵称、签名、聊天信息、视频、音频、博客、播客、文章、文字、及照片中的任意一种或多种。
在某些实施方式中,所述判断所述注册用户是否生成违规的用户生成内容的步骤是通过识别所述用户生成内容是否存在敏感元素来实现的。
在某些实施方式中,所述注册用户是在一IP地址下注册的账号,所述用户行为包括在所述IP地址下注册与所述注册用户的账号不同的账号,所述根据所述用户行为确定所述注册用户的等级的步骤包括:
计算在所述IP地址下注册与所述注册用户的账号不同的账号的个数;
若在所述IP地址下注册与所述注册用户的账号不同的账号的个数小于预定账号数量,则确定所述注册用户为正常用户;及
若在所述IP地址下注册与所述注册用户的账号不同的账号的个数大于或等于预定账号数量,则确定所述注册用户为大黑屋用户。
在某些实施方式中,所述用户行为包括举报所述注册用户,所述根据所述用户行为确定所述注册用户的等级的步骤包括:

若所述举报所述注册用户的其他注册用户数量大于或等于预定人数,则确定所述注册用户为大黑屋用户。
在某些实施方式中,所述用户行为包括所述注册用户在预定时间内向其他注册用户打招呼,所述根据所述用户行为确定所述注册用户的等级的步骤包括:
计算所述注册用户在预定时间内向其他注册用户打招呼的次数;
若所述注册用户在预定时间内向其他注册用户打招呼的次数小于预定次数,则确定所述注册用户为正常用户;及
若所述注册用户在预定时间内向其他注册用户打招呼的次数大于或等于预定次数,则确定所述注册用户为大黑屋用户。
在某些实施方式中,所述用户行为包括所述注册用户活跃行为的发生周期,所述根据所述用户行为确定所述注册用户的等级的步骤包括:

若所述注册用户活跃行为的发生周期小于预定周期值,则确定所述注册用户为正常用户;及
若所述注册用户活跃行为的发生周期大于或等于预定周期值,则确定所述注册用户为小黑屋用户。
在某些实施方式中,所述根据所述用户行为确定所述注册用户的等级的步骤是按照一定周期动态执行的。
在某些实施方式中,所述第一等级权限至少包括不被推荐给其他注册用户、无法收到及发出聊天消息;所述第二等级权限至少包括不被推荐给其他注册用户、可以收到及发出聊天消息;所述第三等级权限至少包括被推荐给其他注册用户、可以收到及发出聊天消息。

本发明实施方式中的控制方法、控制装置110、及电子装置100根据所述用户行为确定注册用户的等级,并根据注册用户的等级赋予其不同等级的行为权限,使得“大黑屋用户”及“小黑屋用户”无法骚扰“正常用户”,提高了“正常用户”的用户体验。而且,由于根据所述用户行为确定注册用户的等级是按照一定周期动态执行的,一方面能够动态监控“大黑屋用户”及“小黑屋用户”,使其无法骚扰“正常用户”;另一方面,能够给“大黑屋用户”及“小黑屋用户”改过自新的机会,让其有回归到“正常用户”的可能,奖惩分明且不失人性化。

其中,此处的真实头像是指:注册用户自己的真实头像。判断注册用户是否选择真实头像为注册头像可以先根据注册头像中是否包含人物特有的特征,例如:眼、鼻子、嘴巴等,来判断注册头像是否为人物头像,此时存在下面两种情况。第一种情况:注册头像中包含人物特有的特征,则判断注册头像为人物头像,接着会连接数据库进行搜寻匹配,数
据库中存储有大量的网络红人照片、影视人物照片、公众人物照片、以及其他注册用户使用的注册头像等等。若能从数据库中搜寻到与注册头像相匹配的照片,则判定注册用户不是采用自己的真实头像作为注册头像,对应地,此时的注册头像的分值落在第一预定分值范围;若不能从数据库中搜寻到与注册头像相匹配的照片,则判定注册用户是采用自己的真实头像作为注册头像。第二种情况:注册头像中不包含人物特有的特征,则判断注册头像不为人物头像,此时的注册头像的分值落在第二预定分值范围。
当然,预定分值范围可以是提前设计好的,也可以是用户根据自己的喜好设定的。在注册头像为非真实头像的时候,非真实头像的分值的划分依据并不局限于本实施方式中为是否包含人物特征,还可以是其他形式的依据,例如:非真实头像的性别与注册用户在注册时填写的性别一致时,此非真实头像的分值落在第一预定分值范围;无法判断非真实头像的性别或非真实头像的性别与注册用户在注册时填写的性别相反时,此非真实头像的分值则落在第二预定分值范围。

需考虑注册用户生成的用户生成内容UGC,即执行S206。若确定用户等级的依据的优先级为:先考虑注册用户生成的用户生成内容UGC,再考虑用户选择注册头像,则先执行S206,若发生S207就需考虑用户选择注册头像,即执行S201。此优先级可以由用户自身根据需要输入确定,也可以在出厂的时候即定义好。
照此类推,用户行为还可包括用户选择注册头像、注册用户生成用户生成内容UGC、在IP地址下注册与注册用户的账号不同的账号,确定用户等级的依据的优先级为:先考虑用户选择注册头像,再考虑注册用户生成的用户生成内容UGC,最后考虑在IP地址下注册与注册用户的账号不同的账号。则先执行S201,若发生S202就需考虑注册用户生成的用户生成内容UGC,即执行S206,执行S206后若进入S207,就需要考虑在IP地址下注册与注册用户的账号不同的账号,即执行S209。若确定用户等级的依据的优先级发生变化,则执行的步骤也会跟随变化,变化照此类推,此处不再展开介绍。

- 一种控制方法,用于控制电子装置,其特征在于,所述控制方法包括以下步骤:获取与一注册用户有关的用户行为;根据所述用户行为确定所述注册用户的等级,所述注册用户的等级由低到高依次包括大黑屋用户、小黑屋用户及正常用户;及若所述注册用户为大黑屋用户,则将所述注册用户发送至第一指定地址,在所述第一指定地址内的注册用户拥有第一等级权限;若所述注册用户为小黑屋用户,则将所述注册用户发送至第二指定地址,在所述第二指定地址内的注册用户拥有第二等级权限,所述第二等级权限高于所述第一等级权限;若所述注册用户为正常用户,则将所述注册用户发送至第三指定地址,在所述第三指定地址内的注册用户拥有第三等级权限,所述第三等级权限高于所述第二等级权限。
- 如权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述用户行为包括所述注册用户选择注册头像,所述根据所述用户行为确定所述注册用户的等级的步骤包括:判断所述注册用户是否选择真实头像为注册头像;若所述注册用户选择真实头像为注册头像,则确定所述注册用户为正常用户;若所述注册用户选择非真实头像为注册头像,则计算所述非真实头像的分值;当所述非真实头像分值在第一预定分值范围内时,则确定所述注册用户为小黑屋用户;及当所述非真实头像分值在第二预定分值范围内时,则确定所述注册用户为大黑屋用户。

- 如权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述注册用户是在一IP地址下注册的账号,所述用户行为包括在所述IP地址下注册与所述注册用户的账号不同的账号,所述根据所述用户行为确定所述注册用户的等级的步骤包括:计算在所述IP地址下注册与所述注册用户的账号不同的账号的个数;若在所述IP地址下注册与所述注册用户的账号不同的账号的个数小于预定账号数量,则确定所述注册用户为正常用户;及若在所述IP地址下注册与所述注册用户的账号不同的账号的个数大于或等于预定账号数量,则确定所述注册用户为大黑屋用户。

- 一种控制装置,用于控制电子装置,其特征在于,所述控制装置包括:获取模块,用于获取与一注册用户有关的用户行为;确定模块,用于根据所述用户行为确定所述注册用户的等级,所述注册用户的等级由低到高依次包括大黑屋用户、小黑屋用户及正常用户;及第一发送模块,用于若所述注册用户为大黑屋用户,则将所述注册用户发送至第一指定地址,在所述第一指定地址内的注册用户拥有第一等级权限;第二发送模块,用于若所述注册用户为小黑屋用户,则将所述注册用户发送至第二指定地址,在所述第二指定地址内的注册用户拥有第二等级权限,所述第二等级权限高于所述第一等级权限;第三发送模块,用于若所述注册用户为正常用户,则将所述注册用户发送至第三指定地址,在所述第三指定地址内的注册用户拥有第三等级权限,所述第三等级权限高于所述第二等级权限。
- 如权利要求12所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述用户行为包括所述注册用户选择注册头像,所述确定模块包括:第一判断子模块,用于判断所述注册用户是否选择真实头像为注册头像;第一确定子模块,用于若所述注册用户选择真实头像为注册头像,则确定所述注册用户为正常用户;第一计算子模块,用于若所述注册用户选择非真实头像为注册头像,则计算所述非真实头像的分值;第二确定子模块,用于当所述非真实头像分值在第一预定分值范围内时,则确定所述 注册用户为小黑屋用户;及第三确定子模块,用于当所述非真实头像分值在第二预定分值范围内时,则确定所述注册用户为大黑屋用户。
- 如权利要求12所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述用户行为包括所述注册用户生成用户生成内容,所述确定模块包括:第二判断子模块,用于判断所述注册用户是否生成违规的用户生成内容;第四确定子模块,用于若所述注册用户未生成违规的用户生成内容,则确定所述注册用户为正常用户;及第五确定子模块,用于若所述注册用户生成了违规的用户生成内容,则确定所述注册用户为小黑屋用户。
- 如权利要求14所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述用户生成内容包括:头像、昵称、签名、聊天信息、视频、音频、博客、播客、文章、文字、及照片中的任意一种或多种。
- 如权利要求14所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述第二判断子模块是通过识别所述用户生成内容是否存在敏感元素来判断所述注册用户是否生成违规的用户生成内容。
- 如权利要求12所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述注册用户是在一IP地址下注册的账号,所述用户行为包括在所述IP地址下注册与所述注册用户的账号不同的账号,所述确定模块包括:第二计算子模块,用于计算在所述IP地址下注册与所述注册用户的账号不同的账号的个数;第六确定子模块,用于若在所述IP地址下注册与所述注册用户的账号不同的账号的个数小于预定账号数量,则确定所述注册用户为正常用户;及第七确定子模块,用于若在所述IP地址下注册与所述注册用户的账号不同的账号的个数大于或等于预定账号数量,则确定所述注册用户为大黑屋用户。
- 如权利要求12所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述用户行为包括举报所述注册用户,所述确定模块包括:第三计算子模块,用于计算举报所述注册用户的其他注册用户的数量;第八确定子模块,用于若所述举报所述注册用户的其他注册用户数量小于预定人数,则确定所述注册用户为正常用户;及第九确定子模块,用于若所述举报所述注册用户的其他注册用户数量大于或等于预定人数,则确定所述注册用户为大黑屋用户。
- 如权利要求12所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述用户行为包括所述注册用户在预定时间内向其他注册用户打招呼,所述确定模块包括:第四计算子模块,用于计算所述注册用户在预定时间内向其他注册用户打招呼的次数;第十确定子模块,用于若所述注册用户在预定时间内向其他注册用户打招呼的次数小于预定次数,则确定所述注册用户为正常用户;及第十一确定子模块,用于若所述注册用户在预定时间内向其他注册用户打招呼的次数大于或等于预定次数,则确定所述注册用户为大黑屋用户。
- 如权利要求12所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述用户行为包括所述注册用户活跃行为的发生周期,所述确定模块包括:第五计算子模块,用于计算所述注册用户活跃行为的发生周期;第十二确定子模块,用于若所述注册用户活跃行为的发生周期小于预定周期值,则确定所述注册用户为正常用户;及第十三确定子模块,用于若所述注册用户活跃行为的发生周期大于或等于预定周期值,则确定所述注册用户为小黑屋用户。
- 如权利要求12-20任意一项所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户行为确定所述注册用户的等级的步骤是按照一定周期动态执行的。
- 如权利要求12-20任意一项所述的控制装置,其特征在于,所述第一等级权限至少包括不被推荐给其他注册用户、无法收到及发出聊天消息;所述第二等级权限至少包括不被推荐给其他注册用户、可以收到及发出聊天消息;所述第三等级权限至少包括被推荐给其他注册用户、可以收到及发出聊天消息。
- 一种电子装置,其特征在于,所述电子装置包括如权利要求12-22任意一项所述的控制装置。
- 如权利要求23所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述电子装置包括遥控器、手机、平板电脑、智能手表、智能眼镜、智能头盔、及显示终端中的任意一种。
