由于本发明实施例中,服务器首先要根据接收到的当前周围设备标识和预设的终端与周围设备标识的对应关系,对终端当前所处的周围环境进行风险评估,得到风险评估总分数,之后根据风险评估的总分数确定终端当前所处周围环境的安全性,来确定免密请求对应的免密支付策略,进而提高了免密支付的便捷性和安全性。

图1示出了应用本发明实施例的一种通信系统的架构示意图。如图1所示,该系统架构可以包括服务器101、终端102以及搜索到的自己的笔记本电脑标识103、同事A的智能手机标识104、同事B的智能手表标识105、同事C的平板电脑标识106、同事D的智能手环107。支付应用可安装于终端上。终端与服务器之间,或者支付应用与服务器之间可通过无线或有线的方式进行连接。
服务器101可存储支付应用需要访问的资源。服务器101可以是用于与终端设备进行通信的网络设备,服务器的主要功能包括:接收模块、处理模块、确定模块。接收模块用于接收终端发来的用户账户信息,以及用户周围设备信息,并将这些信息传送至用户信息数据库,用户信息数据库是存储用户个人信息,如标识(Identification,简称ID)、手机号等。处理模块用于将接收到的周围设备标识的与终端建立预设关系;与该相应存储在数据库中的用户个人信息绑定;接收终端当前周围设备标识,并将建立的预设关系与接收到的当前周围设备标识进行匹配,获得风险评估总分数;执行支付的过程。确定模块用于根据获得的风险评估总分数确定免密支付的额度。
终端102可以经无线接入网(Radio Access Network,简称RAN)与一个或多个核心网进行通信,终端可以是装有支付应用,且具有蓝牙或具有搜索附近无线高保真(wireless fidelity,简称WiFi)信号等功能的设备,可以是智能手机、平板电脑、具有无线通信功能的手持设备、计算设备或连接到无线调制解调器的其它处理设备、车载设备、可穿戴设备,未来5G网络中的终端设备等。可实现搜索周围其他设备标识、如终端可通过蓝牙搜索到自己的笔记本电脑标识103、同事A的智能手机标识104、同事B的智能手表标识105、同事C的平板电脑标识106、同事D的智能手环107;可和服务器之间通过无线或有线的方式相互传输信息;用户可在该终端上用于注册信息等功能,该终端也可响应其他设备发出的蓝牙信号,其中,蓝牙是一个标准的无线通讯协议,基于设备低成本的收发器芯片,传输距离近、低功耗。可连接WiFi信号,其中,WiFi是一种允许电子设备连接到一个无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Network,简称WLAN)技术,通常使用2.4G UHF或5GSHF ISM射频频段,具有低功耗,安全的特点支付应用可以是应用程序(Accelerated Parallel Processing,简称APP)等等。
基于图1所示的系统架构,图2示例性示出了本发明实施例提供的一种支付方法流程示意图,如图2所示,该支付方法包括以下步骤:
步骤201,服务器接收终端发送的免密支付请求;接收终端上报的终端搜索到的当前的周围设备标识;
步骤202,服务器根据当前的周围设备标识,以及预设的终端与周围设备标识的对应关系,对终端当前所处环境进行风险评估,得到风险评估总分数;
步骤203,服务器根据风险评估总分数确定免密支付请求对应的免密支付策略。
由于本发明实施例中,服务器首先要根据接收到的当前周围设备标识和预设的终端与周围设备标识的对应关系,对终端当前所处的周围环境进行风险评估,得到风险评估总分数,之后根据风险评估的总分数确定终端当前所
处周围环境的安全性,来确定免密请求对应的免密支付策略,进而提高了免密支付的便捷性和安全性。
可选地,预设终端与周围设备标识的对应关系可通过一定的时间段训练获得,比如经过一周或一个月的时间;具体的过程是用户在终端下载并安装支付应用,之后在该支付应用内输入需要的个人信息注册成为该应用的用户,并开通支付免密功能;终端打开蓝牙或WiFi时刻监视周围设备标识,并把搜索到的周围设备标识实时上传到服务器,服务器根据接收到的终端发送的设备标识来确定终端与周围设备标识的关系,即获得预设的终端与周围设备标识的对应关系。

基于相同构思,本申请提供一种电子设备,可用于执行上述方法流程。图4为本申请提供的一种电子设备的结构示意图。该电子设备包括处理器401、存储器402、收发器403和通信接口404;其中,处理器401、存储器402、收发器403和通信接口404通过总线405相互连接。
总线405可以是外设部件互连标准(peripheral component interconnect,简称PCI)总线或扩展工业标准结构(extended industry standard architecture,简称EISA)总线等。总线可以分为地址总线、数据总线、控制总线等。为便于表示,图4中仅用一条粗线表示,但并不表示仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。
存储器402可以包括易失性存储器(volatile memory),例如随机存取存储器(random-access memory,简称RAM);存储器也可以包括非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如快闪存储器(flash memory),硬盘(hard disk drive,简称HDD)或固态硬盘(solid-state drive,简称SSD);存储器402还可以包括上述种类的存储器的组合。
通信接口404可以为有线通信接入口,无线通信接口或其组合,其中,有线通信接口例如可以为以太网接口。以太网接口可以是光接口,电接口或其组合。无线通信接口可以为WLAN接口。
处理器401可以是中央处理器(central processing unit,简称CPU),网络处理器(network processor,简称NP)或者CPU和NP的组合。
处理器401还可以进一步包括硬件芯片。上述硬件芯片可以是专用集成电路(application-specific integrated circuit,简称ASIC),可编程逻辑器件(programmable logic device,简称PLD)或其组合。上述PLD可以是复杂可编程逻辑器件(complex programmable logic device,简称CPLD),现场可编程逻辑门阵列(field-programmable gate array,简称FPGA),通用阵列逻辑
(generic array logic,简称GAL)或其任意组合。
所述处理器401,用于读取所述存储器402中的程序,执行下列方法:根据当前的周围设备标识,以及预设的终端与周围设备标识的对应关系,对终端当前所处环境进行风险评估,得到风险评估总分数;根据风险评估总分数确定免密支付请求对应的免密支付策略。
所述存储器402,用于存储一个或多个可执行程序,可以存储所述处理器401在执行操作时所使用的数据;
所述收发器403,用于在所述处理器401的控制下接收终端发送的免密支付请求;接收终端上报的终端搜索到的当前的周围设备标识。
可选地,所述处理器,还用于:从预设的至少一个时间段中,确定出终端上报当前的周围设备标识的时刻所对应的当前时间段;从预设的至少一个时间段中每个时间段所对应的终端与周围设备标识的对应关系中,确定出当前时间段所对应的终端与周围设备标识的对应关系;将当前时间段所对应的终端与周围设备标识的对应关系,确定为预设的终端与周围设备标识的对应关系。
可选地,所述处理器,用于:将预设的终端与周围设备标识的对应关系中的所有周围设备标识与当前的周围设备标识进行匹配;根据匹配成功的周围设备标识的数量和匹配失败的周围设备标识的数量,得到风险评估总分数;从所有周围设备标识中,确定出与当前的周围设备标识匹配成功的周围设备标识的数量和匹配失败的周围设备标识的数量。
可选地,所述处理器,还用于:针对预设的至少一个时间段中每个时间段所对应的终端与周围设备标识的对应关系,执行:接收终端周期性上报的该时间段内终端搜索到的至少一个周围设备标识,以及用于指示至少一个周围设备标识中的每个周围设备标识所标识的周围设备在该时间段内的驻留时
长的指示信息;根据至少一个周围设备标识以及指示信息,将该时间段内终端搜索到的至少一个周围设备标识分为N类周围设备标识,其中,N为大于等于1的整数,N类周围设备标识中的每类周围设备标识中包括的所有周围设备标识所对应的驻留时长位于一个驻留时长区间内;N类周围设备标识中两类周围设备标识分别对应的驻留时长区间不同。
可选地,所述处理器,用于:从预设的终端与周围设备标识的对应关系中确定出终端对应的N类周围设备标识;将N类周围设备标识中的的每类周围设备标识分别与当前的周围设备标识进行匹配;针对N类周围设备标识中的每类周围设备标识,服务器从该类周围设备标识中,确定出与当前的周围设备标识匹配成功的周围设备标识的数量和匹配失败的周围设备标识的数量;并根据匹配成功的周围设备标识的数量和预设的该类周围设备标识对应的匹配成功权重的乘积,以及匹配失败的周围设备标识的数量和预设的该类周围设备标识对应的匹配失败权重的乘积,确定该类周围设备标识对应的风险评估分数;至少根据确定出的N类周围设备标识所分别对应的N个风险评估分数,确定风险评估总分数;
其中,针对N类周围设备标识中的每类周围设备标识,该类周围设备标识所对应的驻留时长越长,则该类周围设备标识所对应的匹配成功权重越大,该类周围设备标识所对应的匹配失败权重越小。
可选地,处理器,用于:从当前的周围设备标识中确定出与N类周围设备标识均不匹配的的周围设备标识的数量;确定与N类周围设备标识均不匹配的的周围设备标识的数量与预设的均不匹配权重的乘积;其中,预设的均不匹配权重大于N类周围设备标识中每类周围设备标识所对应的匹配失败权重;确定与N类周围设备标识均不匹配的的周围设备标识的数量与预设的均
不匹配权重的乘积,与N类周围设备标识所分别对应的N个风险评估分数的和,得到风险评估总分数。
可选地,免密支付请求中包括支付金额。
可选地,处理器,用于:确定风险评估总分数对应的免密支付额度。
可选地,处理器,用于:在确定支付金额不大于免密支付额度的情况下,根据免密支付请求进行支付,并向终端返回免密支付成功响应消息;在确定支付金额大于免密支付额度的情况下,向终端返回免密支付失败响应消息。
应理解,以上各个单元的划分仅仅是一种逻辑功能的划分,实际实现时可以全部或部分集成到一个物理实体上,也可以物理上分开。本申请实施例中,接收单元301可以由收发器实现,处理单元302和确定单元303可以由处理器实现。如图4所示,电子设备400可以包括处理器401、收发器403和存储器402。其中,存储器402可以用于存储电子设备400出厂时预装的程序/代码,也可以存储用于处理器401执行时的代码等。
从上述内容可以看出:本发明实施例中,由于本发明实施例中,服务器首先要根据接收到的当前周围设备标识和预设的终端与周围设备标识的对应关系,对终端当前所处的周围环境进行风险评估,得到风险评估总分数,之后根据风险评估的总分数确定终端当前所处周围环境的安全性,来确定免密请求对应的免密支付策略,进而提高了免密支付的便捷性和安全性。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本发明的实施例可提供为方法、或计算机程序产品。因此,本发明可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本发明可采用在一个或多个其中包括有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

Claims (16)
- 一种支付方法,其特征在于,包括:服务器接收终端发送的免密支付请求;接收所述终端上报的所述终端搜索到的当前的周围设备标识;所述服务器根据所述当前的周围设备标识,以及预设的所述终端与周围设备标识的对应关系,对所述终端当前所处环境进行风险评估,得到风险评估总分数;所述服务器根据所述风险评估总分数确定所述免密支付请求对应的免密支付策略。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器根据所述当前的周围设备标识,以及预设的所述终端与周围设备标识的对应关系,对所述终端当前所处环境进行风险评估,得到风险评估总分数之前,还包括:所述服务器从预设的至少一个时间段中,确定出所述终端上报所述当前的周围设备标识的时刻所对应的当前时间段;所述服务器从预设的所述至少一个时间段中每个时间段所对应的所述终端与周围设备标识的对应关系中,确定出所述当前时间段所对应的所述终端与周围设备标识的对应关系;所述服务器将所述当前时间段所对应的所述终端与周围设备标识的对应关系,确定为所述预设的所述终端与周围设备标识的对应关系。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器根据所述当前的周围设备标识,以及预设的所述终端与周围设备标识的对应关系,对所述终端当前所处环境进行风险评估,得到风险评估总分数,包括:所述服务器将所述预设的所述终端与周围设备标识的对应关系中的所有周围设备标识与所述当前的周围设备标识进行匹配;所述服务器从所述所有周围设备标识中,确定出与所述当前的周围设备标识匹配成功的周围设备标识的数量和匹配失败的周围设备标识的数量;所述服务器根据所述匹配成功的周围设备标识的数量和所述匹配失败的周围设备标识的数量,得到风险评估总分数。
- 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器从预设的所述至少一个时间段中每个时间段所对应的所述终端与周围设备标识的对应关系中,确定出所述当前时间段所对应的所述终端与周围设备标识的对应关系之前,还包括:针对预设的所述至少一个时间段中每个时间段所对应的所述终端与周围设备标识的对应关系,执行:所述服务器接收所述终端周期性上报的该时间段内所述终端搜索到的至少一个周围设备标识,以及用于指示所述至少一个周围设备标识中的每个周围设备标识所标识的周围设备在该时间段内的驻留时长的指示信息;所述服务器根据所述至少一个周围设备标识以及所述指示信息,将该时间段内所述终端搜索到的所述至少一个周围设备标识分为N类周围设备标识,其中,所述N为大于等于1的整数,所述N类周围设备标识中的每类周围设备标识中包括的所有周围设备标识所对应的驻留时长位于一个驻留时长区间内;所述N类周围设备标识中两类周围设备标识分别对应的驻留时长区间不同。
- 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器根据所述当前的周围设备标识,以及预设的所述终端与周围设备标识的对应关系,对所述终端当前所处环境进行风险评估,得到风险评估总分数,包括:所述服务器从所述预设的所述终端与周围设备标识的对应关系中确定出所述终端对应的N类周围设备标识;所述服务器将所述N类周围设备标识中的的每类周围设备标识分别与所述当前的周围设备标识进行匹配;针对所述N类周围设备标识中的每类周围设备标识,所述服务器从该类周围设备标识中,确定出与所述当前的周围设备标识匹配成功的周围设备标识的数量和匹配失败的周围设备标识的数量;并根据所述匹配成功的周围设 备标识的数量和预设的该类周围设备标识对应的匹配成功权重的乘积,以及匹配失败的周围设备标识的数量和预设的该类周围设备标识对应的匹配失败权重的乘积,确定该类周围设备标识对应的风险评估分数;所述服务器至少根据确定出的所述N类周围设备标识所分别对应的N个风险评估分数,确定所述风险评估总分数;其中,针对所述N类周围设备标识中的每类周围设备标识,该类周围设备标识所对应的驻留时长越长,则该类周围设备标识所对应的匹配成功权重越大,该类周围设备标识所对应的匹配失败权重越小。
- 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器至少根据确定出的所述N类周围设备标识所分别对应的N个风险评估分数,确定所述风险评估总分数,包括:所述服务器从所述当前的周围设备标识中确定出与所述N类周围设备标识均不匹配的的周围设备标识的数量;所述服务器确定所述与所述N类周围设备标识均不匹配的的周围设备标识的数量与预设的均不匹配权重的乘积;其中,所述预设的均不匹配权重大于所述N类周围设备标识中每类周围设备标识所对应的匹配失败权重;所述服务器确定所述与所述N类周围设备标识均不匹配的的周围设备标识的数量与预设的均不匹配权重的乘积,与所述N类周围设备标识所分别对应的N个风险评估分数的和,得到所述风险评估总分数。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述免密支付请求中包括支付金额;所述服务器根据所述风险评估总分数确定所述免密支付请求对应的免密支付策略,包括:所述服务器确定所述风险评估总分数对应的免密支付额度;所述服务器在确定所述支付金额不大于所述免密支付额度的情况下,根据所述免密支付请求进行支付,并向所述终端返回免密支付成功响应消息;所述服务器在确定所述支付金额大于所述免密支付额度的情况下,向所 述终端返回免密支付失败响应消息。
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括处理器、存储器、收发器、通信接口,其中处理器、存储器与收发器之间通过总线连接;所述处理器,用于读取所述存储器中的程序,执行下列方法:根据所述当前的周围设备标识,以及预设的所述终端与周围设备标识的对应关系,对所述终端当前所处环境进行风险评估,得到风险评估总分数;根据所述风险评估总分数确定所述免密支付请求对应的免密支付策略;所述收发器,用于接收终端发送的免密支付请求;接收所述终端上报的所述终端搜索到的当前的周围设备标识;所述存储器,用于存储一个或多个可执行程序,可以存储所述处理器在执行操作时所使用的数据。
- 如权利要求8所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器,还用于:从预设的至少一个时间段中,确定出所述终端上报所述当前的周围设备标识的时刻所对应的当前时间段;从预设的所述至少一个时间段中每个时间段所对应的所述终端与周围设备标识的对应关系中,确定出所述当前时间段所对应的所述终端与周围设备标识的对应关系;将所述当前时间段所对应的所述终端与周围设备标识的对应关系,确定为所述预设的所述终端与周围设备标识的对应关系。
- 如权利要求8或9所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器,用于:将所述预设的所述终端与周围设备标识的对应关系中的所有周围设备标识与所述当前的周围设备标识进行匹配;根据所述匹配成功的周围设备标识的数量和所述匹配失败的周围设备标识的数量,得到风险评估总分数;从所述所有周围设备标识中,确定出与所述当前的周围设备标识匹配成功的周围设备标识的数量和匹配失败的周围设备标识的数量。
- 如权利要求9所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器,还用于:针对预设的所述至少一个时间段中每个时间段所对应的所述终端与周围设备 标识的对应关系,执行:接收所述终端周期性上报的该时间段内所述终端搜索到的至少一个周围设备标识,以及用于指示所述至少一个周围设备标识中的每个周围设备标识所标识的周围设备在该时间段内的驻留时长的指示信息;根据所述至少一个周围设备标识以及所述指示信息,将该时间段内所述终端搜索到的所述至少一个周围设备标识分为N类周围设备标识,其中,所述N为大于等于1的整数,所述N类周围设备标识中的每类周围设备标识中包括的所有周围设备标识所对应的驻留时长位于一个驻留时长区间内;所述N类周围设备标识中两类周围设备标识分别对应的驻留时长区间不同。
- 如权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器,用于:从所述预设的所述终端与周围设备标识的对应关系中确定出所述终端对应的N类周围设备标识;将所述N类周围设备标识中的的每类周围设备标识分别与所述当前的周围设备标识进行匹配;针对所述N类周围设备标识中的每类周围设备标识,所述服务器从该类周围设备标识中,确定出与所述当前的周围设备标识匹配成功的周围设备标识的数量和匹配失败的周围设备标识的数量;并根据所述匹配成功的周围设备标识的数量和预设的该类周围设备标识对应的匹配成功权重的乘积,以及匹配失败的周围设备标识的数量和预设的该类周围设备标识对应的匹配失败权重的乘积,确定该类周围设备标识对应的风险评估分数;至少根据确定出的所述N类周围设备标识所分别对应的N个风险评估分数,确定所述风险评估总分数;其中,针对所述N类周围设备标识中的每类周围设备标识,该类周围设备标识所对应的驻留时长越长,则该类周围设备标识所对应的匹配成功权重越大,该类周围设备标识所对应的匹配失败权重越小。
- 如权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器,用于:从所述当前的周围设备标识中确定出与所述N类周围设备标识均不匹配的的周围设备标识的数量;确定所述与所述N类周围设备标识均不匹配的的周围设备标识的数量与预设的均不匹配权重的乘积;其中,所述预设的均不匹配 权重大于所述N类周围设备标识中每类周围设备标识所对应的匹配失败权重;确定所述与所述N类周围设备标识均不匹配的的周围设备标识的数量与预设的均不匹配权重的乘积,与所述N类周围设备标识所分别对应的N个风险评估分数的和,得到所述风险评估总分数。
- 如权利要求8所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述免密支付请求中包括支付金额;所述处理器,用于:确定所述风险评估总分数对应的免密支付额度;在确定所述支付金额不大于所述免密支付额度的情况下,根据所述免密支付请求进行支付,并向所述终端返回免密支付成功响应消息;在确定所述支付金额大于所述免密支付额度的情况下,向所述终端返回免密支付失败响应消息。
- 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述非暂态计算机可读存储介质存储计算机指令,所述计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行权利要求1~7任一所述方法。
- 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行权利要求1~7任一所述方法。
