在一些实施例中,外接设备140可以向图像处理设备110输入数据,和/或接收图像处理设备110输出的数据。在一些实施例中,外接设备140可以向数据库120输入数据,和/或接收数据库120输出的数据。在一些实施例中,外接设备140输入输出的数据可以是医学图像。在一些实施例中,外接设备140可以包括输入设备、输出设备等,或几种的组合。输入设备可以包括字符输入设备(例如,键盘)、光学阅读设备(例如,光学标记阅读机、光学字符阅读机)、图形输入设备(例如,鼠标器、操作杆、光笔)、图像输入设备(例如,摄像机、扫描仪、传真机)、模拟输入设备(例如,语言模数转换识别系统)等,或几种的组合。输出设备可以包括显示设备、打印设备、绘图仪、影像输出系统、语音输出系统、磁记录设备等,或几种的组合。在一些实施例中,有些外接设备可以同时起到输入和输出的作用,例如,台式电脑、笔记本、智能手机、平板电脑、个人数码助理(personal digital assistance,PDA)等。
需要注意的是,以上对于图像处理设备系统100的描述,仅为描述方便,并不能把本申请限制在所举实施例范围之内。可以理解,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在了解该系统的原理后,可能在不背离这一原理的情况下,对各个模块进行任意组合,或者构成子系统与其他模块连接,对实施上述方法和系统的应用领域形式和细节上的各种修正和改变。例如,数据库120可以是具有数据存储功能的云计算平台,包括公用云、私有云、社区云和混合云等。诸如此类的变形,均在本申请的保护范围之内。
图2所示的是计算机设备配置的示意图。计算机200可以被用于实现实施本申请中披露的特定方法和装置。本实施例中的特定装置利用功能框图展示了一个包含显示模块的硬件平台。在一些实施例中,计算机200可以实施本申请中所描述的图像处理设备110的一个或多个模块和单元。在一些实施例中,图像处理设备110可以被计算机200通过其硬件设备、软件程序、固件以及它们的组合所实现。在一些实施例中,计算机200可以是一个通用目的的计算机,或一个有特定目的的计算机。

输入输出模块310可以输入输出数据。所述数据可以是医学图像、医学图像的显示标准、用户的交互行为等,或几种的组合。在一些实施例中,所述医学图像可以是具有图像信息,或不具有图像信息。在一些实施例中,所述医学图像可以具有感兴趣区域。在一些实施例中,所述医学图像可以是未经过处理的医学图像,或经过处理后的医学图像。在一些实施例中,所述医学图像可以包括X光图像、CT图像、PET图像、MRI图像、超声图像、心电图、脑电图等,或几种的组合。在一些实施例中,所述医学图像可以是二维(2D,two-dimensional)图像,或三维(3D,three-dimensional)图像。所述医学图像的格式可以包括Joint Photographic Experts Group(JPEG)图像格式、Tagged Image File Format(TIFF)图像格式、Graphics Interchange Format(GIF)图像格式、Kodak Flash PiX(FPX)图像格式、Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine(DICOM)图像格式等。在一些实施例中,所述显示标准可以是用户或图像处理设备110设定的。在一些实施例中,所述显示标准可以与图像属性有关。所述图像属性可以包括像素、颜色、深度、分辨率、色调、饱和度、亮度、对比度等,或几种的组合。在一些实施例中,所述显示标准可以与信息框和特定区域的相对位置有关。所述相对位置可以是至少一部分所述图像信息位于所述特定区域以外,或所述图像信息完全位于所述特定区域内。在一些实施例中,所述用户的交互行为可以包括编辑图像、设置显示标准、编辑图像信息、绘制感兴 趣区域、确定特定区域等,或几种的组合。在一些实施例中,所述编辑图像包括对图像或其一部分进行旋转、缩放、剪裁、修改图像属性等,或几种的组合。在一些实施例中,所述编辑图像信息可以包括创建图像信息和/或对原有的图像信息进行修改。在一些实施例中,所述图像信息可以是统计信息,批注信息,图元,或几种的组合。在这里,图元可以指对一种信息(例如,统计信息或其他信息)的图形化表示。所述统计信息可以是针对感兴趣区域的统计信息。所述感兴趣区域的统计信息可以是感兴趣区域的最大值、最小值、面积、周长、感兴趣区域内的像素个数,像素值分布或变化等,或几种的组合。所述统计信息可以是文字或图形的形式,或两者的结合。例如,统计信息可以以图元的形式(例如,统计信息的直方图,曲线图,或多种的组合)表述。所述感兴趣区域的最大值和最小值可以是所述感兴趣区域内像素的参数的最大值和最小值。所述像素的参数可以包括CT值、灰度值、亮度等,或几种的组合。所述批注信息可以和医学图像有关。在一些实施例中,所述批注信息可以是用户对医学图像的分析和理解,例如医学图像所反映的病灶信息。所述病灶信息可以是病灶的诊断结果和病灶的严重程度。作为示例,用户根据CT图像绘制感兴趣区域,进而获得感兴趣区域的统计信息,基于所述统计信息用户可以判断是否有病灶及病灶的严重程度,并注释相关批注信息。所述特定区域可以用于显示图像信息。
在一些实施例中,输入输出模块310可以接收数据库120、存储模块340、或外接设备140处发送的数据。在一些实施例中,输入输出模块310可以将接收的数据输出给图像处理设备110中的其他模块,或输出给图像处理设备系统100中的其他部分。在一些实施例中,输入输出模块310接收的数据可以存储在数据库120中,或存储模块340中,或由处理模块330进行分析或处理。在一些实施例中,输入输出模块310可以通过计算机200中输入/输出组件206完成数据的输入输出。
显示模块320可以显示图像处理设备110中的数据。在一些实施例中,显示模块320可以显示输入输出模块310输入输出的数据。在一些实施例中,显示模块320可以显示存储模块340中存储的数据。所述数据可以是医学图像。作为示例,所述医学图像可以是经过处理模块330处理后的医学图像,或没有经过处理模块330处理后的医学图像。所述医学图像可以包括图像、图像信息、感兴趣区域、特定区域等,或几种的组合。作为示例,所述图像可以具有一个图像轮廓;所述感兴趣区域可以具有一个感兴趣区域轮廓;所述特定区域可以具有一个特定区域轮廓。 这里所说的轮廓可以指一个将图像,或感兴趣区域,或特定区域完全包围在内并与周围或背景区分开的一个形状。这个形状可以是规则的或不规则。所述轮廓可以是封闭的或不封闭的。所述图像轮廓内的区域可以称为图像区域。所述医学图像可以完全处于所述图像区域内。所述特定区域可以用于显示图像信息。在一些实施例中,所述特定区域可以完全处于图像区域内,或部分处于图像区域内。在一些实施例中,所述特定区域可以是图像区域,或用户指定的区域,或根据图像属性或保存方式等确定的区域。在一些实施例中个,特定区域可以由处理模块330确定。所述图像属性可以包括像素、颜色、深度、分辨率、色调、饱和度、亮度、对比度等,或几种的组合。在一些实施例中,所述保存方式可以是保存显示的所有数据,包括图像和图像信息。所述保存方式可以是保存图像区域内的数据,包括图像和图像信息。在一些实施例中,显示模块320可以显示一些图像处理工具标记。在一些实施例中,所述图像处理工具标记可以与编辑图像信息、绘制感兴趣区域、编辑图像、保存图像、设置显示标准、确定特定区域等,或几种的组合相关。例如,显示模块可以显示图像保存图标、图像剪裁图标、新建文本框图标等。在一些实施例中,显示模块320可以响应用户和/或处理模块330对图像的处理,从而呈现不同的显示。在一些实施例中,显示模块320可以通过计算机200中的用户界面208完成数据的显示。
处理模块330可以对数据进行处理。所述数据可以是医学图像。在一些实施例中,所述数据可以是医学图像中的图像区域、感兴趣区域、图像属性、图像信息等相关的数据。在一些实施例中,处理模块330可以生成图像坐标系和窗口坐标系。所述窗口可以用于显示所述图像。在一些实施例中,处理模块330可以计算图像坐标系中特定区域的坐标信息和图像信息的坐标信息。所述图像信息的坐标信息可以是信息框的坐标信息。所述信息框可以是包围全部图像信息的框。在一些实施例中,所述信息框可以是包围全部图像信息的最小框。在一些实施例中,所述信息框的形状可以是矩形,正方形,圆形,椭圆形,不规则形状等,或几种的组合。在一些实施例中,处理模块330可以获取所述信息框一个顶点在窗口坐标系中的坐标信息,例如,信息框左上角的坐标信息。在一些实施例中,处理模块330可以获取所述信息框的长度和宽度。在一些实施例中,处理模块330可以根据所述信息框顶点在窗口坐标系中的坐标信息和所述信息框的长度和宽度获取所述信息框的在窗口坐标系中坐标信息。在一些实施例中,处理模块330可以将所述信息框在窗口坐标系中坐标信息变换为所述信息框在图像坐标系中的坐标信息。在一些实施例中,处理模 块330可以获取所述感兴趣区域的统计信息。所述统计信息可以是感兴趣区域的最大值、最小值、面积等,或几种的组合。所述感兴趣区域的最大值和最小值可以是所述感兴趣区域内像素的参数的最大值和最小值。所述像素的参数可以包括CT值、灰度值、亮度等,或几种的组合。在一些实施例中,处理模块330可以根据图像属性确定特定区域。在一些实施例中,处理模块330可以判断经过处理的图像是否满足显示标准。在一些实施例中,所述显示标准可以与图像属性有关。所述图像属性可以包括像素、颜色、深度、分辨率、色调、饱和度、亮度、对比度等,或几种的组合。在一些实施例中,所述显示标准可以与信息框和特定区域的相对位置有关。在一些实施例中,所述判断可以在保存经过处理后的图像时进行,例如图像归档或剪裁时。所述处理可以是用户或处理模块330实施的。作为示例,处理模块330可以判断特定区域与信息框的相对位置。在一些实施例中,处理模块330可以根据特定区域和信息框的相对位置,对医学图像进行处理。在一些实施例中,处理模块330可以通过计算机200中的处理器202完成数据的处理。关于处理模块330的描述可以参考附图5及其描述。
存储模块340可以保存数据。所述数据可以是输入输出模块310所接收的数据。在一些实施例中,所述接收的信息可以是医学图像、显示标准、图像信息等,或几种的组合。所述数据可以是处理模块330处理数据过程中产生的中间数据。在一些实施例中,所述中间信息可以是图像的坐标信息、特定区域的坐标信息和图像信息的坐标信息等。所述数据可以是用户处理后的医学图像。所述数据可以是处理模块330处理后的医学图像。在一些实施例中,数据被保存时,处理模块330可以判断经过处理的图像是否满足显示标准。在一些实施例中,存储模块340可以通过计算机200中的硬盘207、只读存储器(ROM)203、随机存取存储器(RAM)204等,或几种的组合,完成数据的存储。

在440,可以根据经过图像处理后的图像对该图像进行显示处理。在一些实 施例中,可以根据经过图像处理后的图像是否满足显示标准对该图像进行显示处理。所述显示处理可以是输出所述经过图像处理后的图像,或做出响应。图6及其描述给出了根据经过图像处理后的图像对该图像进行显示处理的示例性流程。

根据本申请的一些实施例,图5所示的是处理模块的示意图。处理模块可以包括一个判断单元510和一个执行单元520。在一些实施例中,判断单元510和执行单元520可以由计算机200中的处理器202实施。
判断单元510可以判断图像是否满足显示标准。在一些实施例中,所述判断可以在保存图像时进行,例如图像归档或剪裁时。在一些实施例中,所述显示标准可以是用户或图像处理设备110设定的。在一些实施例中,用户可以在图像处理前预先设定图像的显示标准。在一些实施例中,用户可以在图像处理中和图像处理后实时地设定图像的显示标准。在一些实施例中,图像的显示标准可以与图像属性有关。在一些实施例中,图像的显示标准可以与信息框和特定区域的相对位置有关。

在一些实施例中,判断单元510可以判断信息框和特定区域的相对位置是否满足显示标准。在一些实施例中,判断单元510可以比较图像坐标系中信息框的坐标信息(或称为图像信息的坐标信息)和特定区域的坐标信息,根据比较结果判断信息框和特定区域的相对位置是否满足显示标准。在一些实施例中,判断单元510可以比较图像信息显示区域的图像性质和特定区域的图像性质,根据比较结果判断 信息框和特定区域的相对位置是否满足显示标准。作为示例,判断单元510可以比较图像信息显示区域(或信息框)的灰度和特定区域的灰度,判断图像信息显示区域的灰度和特定区域的灰度差值是否在一定的阈值范围内。作为示例,信息框和特定区域的相对位置可以是信息框完全处于特定区域内,信息框与特定区域完全重合,或信息框的至少一部分超出特定区域等。

在步骤640,可以做出响应。所述响应可以包括发出提示、对图像进行自动处理、提供图像的修改意见等,或几种的组合。所述发出提示可以提醒用户,图像的图像属性和/或信息框和特定区域的相对位置不满足显示标准。在一些实施例中,所述提示可以包括改变图像区域中图像信息的颜色、弹出窗口或发出警报声等,或几种的组合。所述自动处理可以使图像的图像属性及信息框和特定区域的相对位置满足显示标准。所述自动处理可以包括对图像编辑和图像信息编辑。在一些实施例中,所述图像编辑包括对图像或其一部分进行旋转、缩放、剪裁、修改图像属性等,或几种的组合。在一些实施例中,所述编辑图像信息可以包括创建图像信息和/或对原有的图像信息进行修改。所述修改可以包括增加图像信息中的文本,删减图像信息中的文本,及改变图像信息中的文本的性质等,或几种的组合。所述图像的修改意见可以和图像属性、图像位置、信息框位置、图像信息中的文本的性质等,或多种的组合,有关。用户可以根据所述图像的修改意见对图像进一步处理。在一些实施例中,所述图像的修改意见可以是移动信息框的位置、提示信息框放置的位置、改变图像信息中本文的字号、修改显示标准等,或几种的组合。
需要注意的是,以上关于根据经过图像处理后的图像对该图像进行显示处 理流程的描述,仅为描述方便,并不能把本申请限制在所举实施例范围之内。可以理解,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在了解本申请的基本原理后,可以在不背离这一原理的情况下,对处理图像流程作出改变。例如,增减一些步骤,或重复一些步骤。在一些实施例中,在步骤640做出响应后,流程600可以获取自动处理或用户进一步处理后的图像,进而可以判断自动处理或用户进一步处理后的图像是否满足显示标准。诸如此类的变形,均在本申请的保护范围之内。
根据本申请的一些实施例,图7-A和图7-B所示的是图像处理设备显示图像信息的示意图。如图7-A所示,图像信息可以处于图像区域内,所述图像信息可以与感兴趣区域的统计信息有关,以及所述图像信息中的文本颜色可以为第一颜色(例如,绿色等)。如图7-B所示,部分图像信息可以处于图像区域外,所述图像信息可以与感兴趣区域的统计信息有关,所述图像信息中的文本颜色可以为第二颜色(例如,红色等)。第一颜色可以与第二颜色不同。通过图像信息中的文本颜色来提示用户,图像信息是否完全位于图像区域内。
上文已对基本概念做了描述,显然,对于本领域技术人员来说,上述发明披露仅仅作为示例,而并不构成对本申请的限定。虽然此处并没有明确说明,本领域技术人员可能会对本申请进行各种修改、改进和修正。该类修改、改进和修正在本申请中被建议,所以该类修改、改进、修正仍属于本申请示范实施例的精神和范围。

本申请各部分操作所需的计算机程序编码可以用任意一种或多种程序语言编写,包括面向对象编程语言如Java、Scala、Smalltalk、Eiffel、JADE、Emerald、C++、C#、VB.NET、Python等,常规程序化编程语言如C语言、Visual Basic、Fortran 2003、Perl、COBOL 2002、PHP、ABAP,动态编程语言如Python、Ruby和Groovy,或其他编程语言等。该程序编码可以完全在用户计算机上运行、或作为独立的软件包在用户计算机上运行、或部分在用户计算机上运行部分在远程计算机运行、或完全在远程计算机或服务器上运行。在后种情况下,远程计算机可以通过任何网络形式与用户计算机连接,比如局域网(LAN)或广域网(WAN),或连接至外部计算机(例如通过因特网),或在云计算环境中,或作为服务使用如软件即服务(SaaS)。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种方法,包括:
    提供一个图像以显示,所述图像具有第一区域;
    获取一条图像信息以在第二区域显示,所述图像信息与所述图像相关;
    获取关于所述图像的显示标准;
    保存所述图像;
    在保存所述图像时,判断所述第二区域的显示不满足所述显示标准得到第一判定结果;以及
    基于所述第一判定结果,做出响应。
  2. 权利要求1的方法,所述第一区域为特定区域。
  3. 权利要求1的方法,进一步包括获取对所述图像的编辑;所述保存所述图像包括保存包含所述编辑的所述图像。
  4. 权利要求1的方法,进一步包括获取对所述图像信息的编辑。
  5. 权利要求1的方法,所述显示标准为所述第二区域完全位于所述第一区域内。
  6. 权利要求1的方法,所述图像包括一个感兴趣区域,所述图像信息包括所述感兴趣区域的统计信息,批注信息,或图元中的至少一种。
  7. 权利要求1的方法,所述图像处理方法进一步包括:
    判定所述第二区域的显示满足所述显示标准得到第二判定结果;
    基于所述第二判定结果,提供所述图像和所述图像信息以输出。
  8. 权利要求1的方法,所述响应包括发出提示,所述提示包括所述第一判定结果。
  9. 权利要求8的方法,所述提示包括改变所述图像信息的颜色。
  10. 权利要求1的方法,所述响应包括对所述图像或所述图像信息中至少一种进行处理,使所述第二区域的显示满足所述显示标准。
  11. 权利要求1的方法,所述响应包括提供对所述图像或所述图像信息的修改意见,执行所述修改意见使所述第二区域的显示满足所述显示标准。
  12. 一种系统,包括:
    一个存储模块被配置为保存一个图像及与所述图像相关的图像信息,所述图像具有第一区域;
    一个显示模块被配置为显示所述图像和所述图像信息,所述图像信息显示在第二区域;和
    一个处理模块包括
    一个判断单元被配置为在保存所述图像时判断所述图像信息的显示不满足一个显示标准得到第一判定结果;以及
    一个执行单元被配置为基于所述第一判定结果,做出响应。
  13. 权利要求12的系统,进一步包括一个输入输出模块被配置为获取所述图像,所述图像信息,所述图像的编辑,或所述图像信息的编辑。
  14. 权利要求12的系统,所述第一区域为特定区域。
  15. 权利要求14的系统,所述显示标准为所述第二区域完全位于所述特定区域内。
  16. 权利要求12的系统,所述图像包括一个感兴趣区域,所述图像信息包括所述感兴趣区域的统计信息,批注信息,或图元中的至少一种。
  17. 权利要求12的系统,所述判断单元被配置为在保存所述图像时判断所述图像信息的显示满足所述显示标准得到第二判定结果;所述执行单元被配置为基于所述第二判定结果,提供所述图像和所述图像信息以输出。
  18. 权利要求17的系统,所述提供所述图像和所述图像信息以输出包括保存所述图像和所述图像信息。
  19. 权利要求12的系统,所述响应包括发出提示,所述提示包括所述第一判定结果。
  20. 权利要求19的方法,所述提示包括改变所述图像信息的颜色。
  21. 权利要求12的系统,所述响应包括对所述图像或所述图像信息中至少一种进行处理,使所述图像信息的显示满足所述显示标准。
  22. 权利要求12的系统,所述响应包括提供对所述图像或所述图像信息的修改意见,并执行所述修改意见使所述图像信息的显示满足所述显示标准。
