Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de détermination d'un degré de conformité entre un nombre de premiers documents électroniques et au moins un deuxième document électronique, le procédé comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes : a) une première étape, consistant à la préparation et le traitement des documents électroniques et la dérivation d'une liste des termes à partir des documents traités, au moyen de la liste des termes respective, les documents traités respectifs étant convertis en une séquence numérique de telle sorte que les séquences numériques représentent les documents électroniques ; b) une deuxième étape, consistant à la création des profils à partir des séquences numériques ; et c) une troisième étape, consistant à la comparaison des profils entre eux, pour déterminer les écarts entre le nombre de premiers documents électroniques et l'au moins un deuxième document électronique, les écarts du degré de conformité entre le nombre de premiers documents électroniques et l'au moins un deuxième document électronique étant indiqués.
