Description

一种母婴产品用消毒柜 技术领域
本发明涉及消毒柜,尤其是涉及一种母婴产品用消毒柜。
背景技术
目前,市面上针对婴儿产品设计的消毒柜,无论是国产的产品还是进口的产品,在结构上都存在一定的缺陷,难以达到全面消毒的功效。譬如,放置在消毒柜的奶瓶的瓶口仅能竖直朝上或者竖直朝下,而布置在消毒柜内的消毒灯往往位于消毒柜的侧面,只能照射奶瓶的外表面,导致奶瓶内达不到消毒效果。为此,有必要对现有的消毒柜进行改进。
此外,现有消毒柜中由于置物架设计的局限,奶瓶的瓶口一般都是竖直朝上,导致奶瓶内的水蒸气无法全部排干,而残留在奶瓶内的水蒸气极易造成二次污染。
此外,现有消毒柜规整方形的结构设计,因放置风扇的空间太小而导致排风扇设置的局限,进而对水蒸气的抽干力度不够,容易导致水渍残留,造成二次污染。
另外,置物架没有定位点,奶瓶放进去显得杂乱无章。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种针对母婴产品使用的,能实现全面消毒的消毒柜。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明一方面提供一种母婴产品用消毒柜,特别的,包括呈筒状的壳体;该壳体的底部设有排气孔,壳体内设有呈圆筒状的消毒室;该消毒室的底部设有与排气孔相通的透气孔,该消毒室的周向上至少设有两个消毒灯管,消毒室内设有若干个沿其周向布置的定位块;壳体与消毒室之间形成有空腔,该空腔内设有靠近消毒室底部的排气扇;母婴产品用消毒柜还包括置物架,该置物架包括用于盛放母婴用具的托物座,该 托物座上形成有与定位块相配合的卡扣位。
本发明的原理如下:
用户可将母婴用具,如奶瓶、婴儿玩具等可放置在托物座上,启动消毒灯具对母婴用具进行消毒。由于消毒室内设有若干个沿其自身周向布置的定位块,而托物座上形成有与定位块相配合的卡扣位,用户通过将卡扣位扣入不同的定位块内,即可使托物座倾斜于水平面,以便残留在母婴用具内的水流出,避免水蒸气的二次污染,同时,用户通过定位块与卡扣位的配合,可调整托物座与消毒灯具之间的相对角度,使放置在托物座上的母婴用具可对准消毒灯具,获得最佳的消毒效果。
由于壳体与消毒室之间形成有空腔,而该空腔的大小可根据壳体底部的规格、消毒室底部的规格而调整,从而使设置在空腔内的排气扇可选用合适规格的尺寸,保证其吸力可满足使用要求,有效避免水蒸气的二次污染。为使空腔具有足够大的空间以容纳规格较大的排气扇,该壳体的底部截面可呈弧线形,而消毒室的底部截面可呈直线形。
为了给排气扇提供适当的防护,在消毒室的底部可设有防护罩,防护罩也位于壳体与消毒室之间形成的空腔内,排气扇即设置在该防护罩内。该防护罩上设有与透气孔、排气孔相通的过气孔,以保证水蒸气可顺利排出消毒柜。
为方便用户调整置物架的角度,该置物架的外轮廓可呈圆柱状,包括外轮廓呈圆形的前支架框、外轮廓呈圆形的后支架框以及若干个位于前支架框与后支架框之间的托物座,该前支架框与后支架框的直径相等。
为便于放置奶瓶或婴儿玩具,该托物座可由左连接杆、右连接杆以及若干条用于连接左连接杆与右连接杆的托物杆构成,该左连接杆与右连接杆相互平行,若干条托物杆则沿左连接杆的纵向呈并列排布。该左连接杆沿置物架的轴线方向布置,并与前支架框、后支架框相连,该右连接杆沿置物架的轴线方向布置,并与前支架框、后支架框相连。
优选地,托物座上设置有若干个固定支架框;固定支架框的外轮廓呈L字型,固定支架框与任意相邻的两条托物杆相连并且若干个固定支架框沿托物杆的排列方向呈间隔排列。
本发明具有结构简单、消毒效果全面、水汽抽干效果好、有效避免水蒸气二次污染等优点。
本发明另一方面提供一种母婴产品用消毒柜,包括呈筒状的壳体;壳体内设有呈圆筒状的消毒室;消毒室的周向上至少设有两个消毒灯具,母婴产品用消毒柜还包括置物架,置物架包括用于盛放母婴用具的托物座;置物架以使托物座与消毒灯具之间的相对角度可调地方式支承在消毒室内。
本发明的原理如下:
用户可将母婴用具,如奶瓶、婴儿玩具等可放置在托物座上,启动消毒灯具对母婴用具进行消毒。由于可调整托物座与消毒灯具之间的相对角度,即可使托物座倾斜于水平面,以便残留在母婴用具内的水流出,避免水蒸气的二次污染,同时,使放置在托物座上的母婴用具可对准消毒灯具,获得最佳的消毒效果。
优选地,壳体的底部设有排气孔,消毒室的底部设有与排气孔相通的透气孔,壳体与消毒室之间形成有空腔,空腔内设有靠近消毒室底部的排气扇。由于壳体与消毒室之间形成有空腔,而该空腔的大小可根据壳体底部的规格、消毒室底部的规格而调整,从而使设置在空腔内的排气扇可选用合适规格的尺寸,保证其吸力可满足使用要求,有效避免水蒸气的二次污染。
优选地,在消毒室的底部外侧设有防护罩;排气扇设置在防护罩内;防护罩上设有与透气孔、排气孔相通的过气孔。如此可给排气扇提供适当的防护,并保证水蒸气可顺利排出消毒柜。
优选地,壳体的底部截面呈弧线形;消毒室的底部截面呈直线形。可使空腔具有足够大的空间以容纳规格较大的排气扇。
优选地,置物架可转动地支承在消毒室内。用户转动置物架,即可调整托物座的角度。
优选地,消毒室内设有若干个沿其周向布置的定位块,置物架上形成有与定位块相配合的卡扣位。用户通过将卡扣位扣在不同的定位块上,即可调整托物座与消毒灯具之间的相对角度。
优选地,卡扣位形成在托物座上。
优选地,为方便用户调整置物架的角度,置物架的外轮廓呈圆柱状;置物架包括外轮廓呈圆形的前支架框、外轮廓呈圆形的后支架框以及若干个位于前支架框与后支架框之间的托物座;前支架框与后支架框的直径相等。在置物架可转动地支承在消毒室内时,用户转动前支架框,即可带动置物架转动,从而调整托物座的角度。
优选地,为便于放置奶瓶或婴儿玩具,托物座由左连接杆、右连接杆以及若干条用于连接左连接杆与右连接杆的托物杆构成;左连接杆与右连接杆相互平行;若干条托物杆沿左连接杆的纵向呈并列排布;左连接杆沿置物架的轴线方向布置,并与前支架框、后支架框相连;右连接杆沿置物架的轴线方向布置,并与前支架框、后支架框相连。
优选地,置物架包括两个托物座和若干支承杆,其中一个托物座大于另一个托物座,二者之间通过若干支承杆连接形成双层结构,卡扣位形成在支承杆上。呈类似梯形的置物架更容易装卸。
优选地,托物座包括框架和支承在框架中的若干托物杆;若干托物杆沿同一方向并列排布;两个托物架的框架均与支承杆相连,一个托物座的框架大于另一个托物座的框架。

上述消毒柜的消毒灯具可选用紫外线灯管,优选为臭氧紫外线灯管。而该消毒灯具与水平面的角度可在30°~60°范围内,使母婴用具,如奶瓶等,对准消毒灯具时,瓶身开口可倾斜向下,以便残留在奶瓶内的水在自身重力的作用下流出。上述消毒柜的发热装置用于高温蒸发残留在母婴用具内的水分,可选用发热板或红外线灯管,优选为红外线灯管。也可采用红外线灯管同时起到消毒和高温蒸发的作用。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
实施例一
如图1~4所示的母婴产品用的消毒柜,包括呈筒状的壳体1,壳体1的一端开口,另一端(即壳体1的底部)设有排气孔2。壳体1内设有呈圆筒状的消毒室3,消毒室3一端开口,另一端(即消毒室3的底部)设有与排气孔2相通的透气孔4。壳体1的开口与消毒室3的开口位于同一侧,同时,壳体1的开口处安装有玻璃门窗,以便用户观察消毒室3内的情况。
如图1~4所示,本实施例中,消毒室3的周向上设有三个开口,三个开口内均安装有作为消毒灯管的红外线灯管,分别为第一红外线灯管5、第二红外线灯管6和第三红外线灯管7,其中,第一红外线灯管5与水平面的夹角α为30°,第二红外线灯管6与水平面的夹角β为60°,第三红外线灯管7与水平面的夹角γ为30°。在消毒室3内形成有呈柱状的腔室,腔室的内壁上设有6个定位块8,6个定位块8沿消毒室3的周向布置,且有2个定位块8设置在第一红外线灯管5的附近。
当然,消毒灯管也可为红外线灯管以外的其他消毒灯管;而消毒室3的周向上的开口数量不局限于三个,在其他实施例上设置至少两个开口即可,相应地,消毒灯具的数量也不局限于三个,在其他实施例上设置至少两个消毒灯具即可;同样地,定位块8的数量也不局限于本实施例中的6个,可设置若干个定位块8。
如图1~4所示,本实施例中,置物架9的外轮廓呈圆柱状,置物架9由外轮廓呈圆形的前支架框10、外轮廓呈圆形的后支架框11、用于辅助连接前支架框10和后支架框11的连接直杆22、以及若干个位于前支架框10与后支架框11之间的托物座构成,前支架框10与后支架框11 的直径相等,并内切于消毒室3的内壁。托物座用于盛放母婴用具,为便于放置奶瓶或婴儿玩具,托物座由左连接杆12、右连接杆13以及若干条用于连接左连接杆12与右连接杆13的托物杆14构成,该左连接杆12与右连接杆13相互平行,若干条托物杆14则沿左连接杆12的纵向呈并列排布。该左连接杆12沿置物架9的轴线方向布置,并与前支架框10、后支架框11相连,左连接杆12上形成有与定位块8相配合的卡扣位15;该右连接杆13沿置物架9的轴线方向布置,并与前支架框10、后支架框11相连,右连接杆13上同样形成有与定位块8相配合的卡扣位15,同时,设置于左连接杆12上的卡扣位15与设置于右连接杆13上的卡扣位15一一对应布置,由此,托物座上形成有与定位块相配合的卡扣位15。

为便于放置母婴用品,如奶瓶,本实施例中,托物座上设置有多个固定支架框16和多个固定环17。固定支架框16的外轮廓呈L字型,固定支架框16与任意相邻的两条托物杆14相连并且多个固定支架框16沿托物杆14的排列方向呈间隔排列;固定环17的外轮廓呈圆形,固定环17与任意相邻的两条托物杆14相连并且多个固定环17沿托物杆14的排列方向呈间隔排列,且本实施例中,固定环17与固定支架框16一一对应地设置,相对应的固定环17与固定支架框16设置在相同的两条托物 杆14上。
如图1~4所示,本实施例中,壳体1的底部截面呈弧线形,消毒室3的底部截面呈直线形,壳体1与消毒室3之间形成有空腔18。排气扇19安装在空腔18内,并靠近消毒室3的底部。防护罩20位于空腔18内并且设置在消毒室3的底部外侧,尤其是防护罩20盖合在消毒室3的底部,为排气扇19提供防护。而为了保证水蒸气可顺利排出消毒柜,防护罩20上设有与透气孔4和排气孔2相通的过气孔21。
由于壳体1与消毒室3之间形成有空腔18,而该空腔18的大小可根据壳体1底部的规格、消毒室3底部的规格而调整,从而使设置在空腔13内的排气扇19可选用合适规格的尺寸,保证其吸力可满足使用要求,有效避免水蒸气的二次污染。壳体1的底部截面可呈弧线形并且消毒室3的底部截面呈直线形可使空腔18具有足够大的空间以容纳规格较大的排气扇19。如此大面积排风设计,保证排干腔内水蒸气,避免二次污染。
综上,本实施例的母婴产品用消毒柜具有结构简单、消毒效果全面、水汽抽干效果好、有效避免水蒸气二次污染等优点。
实施例二
如图5~8所示的母婴产品用的消毒柜,包括呈筒状的壳体1,壳体1的一端开口,另一端(即壳体1的底部)设有排气孔2。壳体1内设有呈圆筒状的消毒室3,消毒室3一端开口,另一端(即消毒室3的底部)设有与排气孔2相通的透气孔4。壳体1的开口与消毒室3的开口位于同一侧,同时,壳体1的开口处安装有玻璃门窗,以便用户观察消毒室3内的情况。
如图5~8所示,本实施例中,消毒室3的周向上设有三个开口,其中两个开口内均安装有作为消毒灯管的紫外线灯管,分别为第一紫外线灯管23和第二紫外线灯管25,另一个开口内安装有作为发热装置的红外线灯管24,用来高温蒸发水分。其中,第一紫外线灯管23与水平面的夹角α为30°,红外线灯管24与水平面的夹角β为60°,第二紫外线 灯管25与水平面的夹角γ为30°。在消毒室3内形成有呈柱状的腔室,腔室的内壁上设有6个定位块8,6个定位块8沿消毒室3的周向布置,且有2个定位块8设置在第一紫外线灯管23的附近。
当然,消毒灯管也可为紫外线灯管以外的其他消毒灯管,发热装置也可以是红外线灯以外的其他装置,例如发热板(比如PTC发热板);而消毒室3的周向上的开口数量不局限于三个,相应地,消毒灯具的数量也不局限于两个,在其他实施例上设置至少两个消毒灯具即可;同样地,定位块8的数量也不局限于本实施例中的6个,可设置若干个定位块8。
如图5~8所示,本实施例中,置物架9的外轮廓呈圆柱状,置物架9由外轮廓呈圆形的前支架框10、外轮廓呈圆形的后支架框11、用于辅助连接前支架框10和后支架框11的连接直杆22、以及若干个位于前支架框10与后支架框11之间的托物座构成,前支架框10与后支架框11的直径相等,并内切于消毒室3的内壁。托物座用于盛放母婴用具,为便于放置奶瓶或婴儿玩具,托物座由左连接杆12、右连接杆13以及若干条用于连接左连接杆12与右连接杆13的托物杆14构成,该左连接杆12与右连接杆13相互平行,若干条托物杆14则沿左连接杆12的纵向呈并列排布。该左连接杆12沿置物架9的轴线方向布置,并与前支架框10、后支架框11相连,左连接杆12上形成有与定位块8相配合的卡扣位15;该右连接杆13沿置物架9的轴线方向布置,并与前支架框10、后支架框11相连,右连接杆13上同样形成有与定位块8相配合的卡扣位15,同时,设置于左连接杆12上的卡扣位15与设置于右连接杆13上的卡扣位15一一对应布置,由此,托物座上形成有与定位块相配合的卡扣位15。
用户可将母婴用具,如奶瓶、婴儿玩具等可放置在托物座上,启动消毒灯具对母婴用具进行消毒,并且可以启动发热装置干燥母婴用具。由于消毒室3内设有若干个沿其自身周向布置的定位块8,而托物座上形成有与定位块8相配合的卡扣位15,用户通过将卡扣位15扣入不同的定 位块8内,即可使托物座倾斜于水平面,以便残留在母婴用具内的水流出,避免水蒸气的二次污染,同时,用户通过定位块8与卡扣位15的配合,可调整托物座与消毒灯具之间的相对角度,使放置在托物座上的母婴用具可对准消毒灯具,获得最佳的消毒效果。而该消毒灯具与水平面的角度可在30°~60°范围内,使母婴用具,如奶瓶等,对准消毒灯具时,瓶身开口可倾斜向下,以便残留在奶瓶内的水在自身重力的作用下流出。
为便于放置母婴用品,如奶瓶,本实施例中,托物座上设置有多个固定支架框16和多个固定环17。固定支架框16的外轮廓呈L字型,固定支架框16与任意相邻的两条托物杆14相连并且多个固定支架框16沿托物杆14的排列方向呈间隔排列;固定环17的外轮廓呈圆形,固定环17与任意相邻的两条托物杆14相连并且多个固定环17沿托物杆14的排列方向呈间隔排列,且本实施例中,固定环17与固定支架框16一一对应地设置,相对应的固定环17与固定支架框16设置在相同的两条托物杆14上。
如图5~8所示,本实施例中,壳体1的底部截面呈弧线形,消毒室3的底部截面呈直线形,壳体1与消毒室3之间形成有空腔18。排气扇19安装在空腔18内,并靠近消毒室3的底部。防护罩20位于空腔18内并且设置在消毒室3的底部外侧,尤其是防护罩20盖合在消毒室3的底部,为排气扇19提供防护。而为了保证水蒸气可顺利排出消毒柜,防护罩20上设有与透气孔4和排气孔2相通的过气孔21。
由于壳体1与消毒室3之间形成有空腔18,而该空腔18的大小可根据壳体1底部的规格、消毒室3底部的规格而调整,从而使设置在空腔13内的排气扇19可选用合适规格的尺寸,保证其吸力可满足使用要求,有效避免水蒸气的二次污染。壳体1的底部截面可呈弧线形并且消毒室3的底部截面呈直线形可使空腔18具有足够大的空间以容纳规格较大的排气扇19。如此大面积排风设计,保证排干腔内水蒸气,避免二次污染。
综上,本实施例的母婴产品用消毒柜具有结构简单、消毒效果全面、水汽抽干效果好、有效避免水蒸气二次污染等优点。
实施例三
如图9~12所示的母婴产品用的消毒柜,包括呈筒状的壳体1,壳体1的一端开口,另一端(即壳体1的底部)设有排气孔2。壳体1内设有呈圆筒状的消毒室3,消毒室3一端开口,另一端(即消毒室3的底部)设有与排气孔2相通的透气孔4。壳体1的开口与消毒室3的开口位于同一侧,同时,壳体1的开口处安装有玻璃门窗,以便用户观察消毒室3内的情况。
如图9~12所示,本实施例中,消毒室3的周向上设有三个开口,其中两个开口内均安装有消毒灯具,具体为紫外线灯管,分别为第一紫外线灯管23和第二紫外线灯管25,另一个开口内安装发热装置,具体为红外线灯管24。其中,第一紫外线灯管23与水平面的夹角α为45°,红外线灯管24与水平面的夹角β为60°,第二紫外线灯管25与水平面的夹角γ为45°。在消毒室3内形成有呈柱状的腔室,腔室的内壁上设有6组定位块8(每组定位块8包括沿消毒室3的一端指向另一端的方向排列的两个定位块8),6组定位块8沿消毒室3的周向布置,且有2组定位块8设置在第一紫外线灯管23的附近。
当然,消毒灯具也可为紫外线灯管以外的其他消毒灯管;发热装置也可为红外线灯管以外的其他发热装置,例如发热板(比如PTC发热板);而消毒室3的周向上的开口数量不局限于三个,消毒灯具的数量也不局限于两个,在其他实施例上设置至少两个消毒灯具即可;同样地,定位块8的数量也不局限于本实施例中的6组,可设置若干个定位块8。此外,发热装置的位置可位于消毒室3的内壁的任意位置处。
如图9~12所示,本实施例中,置物架9的外轮廓呈类似梯形状,置物架9包括托物座和若干支承杆26,其中一个托物座大于另一个托物座,两个托物座之间通过若干支承杆26连接形成双层结构。在放置时, 较大的托物座靠近消毒室3的直径位置,如此以配合消毒室3的圆筒状设置。卡扣位15形成在支承杆26上。连接在一起的大小不等的两个托物架使置物架呈类似于梯形,更容易装卸。
托物座用于盛放母婴用具,为便于放置奶瓶或婴儿玩具,托物座包括框架和支承在框架中的若干托物杆14,若干托物杆14沿同一方向并列排布;两个托物座的框架平行且均与支承杆26相连,一个托物座的框架大于另一个托物座的框架,如图8,较大框架为第一框架27,较小框架为第二框架28。在本实施例中,两个框架均为矩形,设置四个支承杆26,四个支承杆26也呈矩形布置。每个支承杆26的等高处形成卡扣位15,由此,置物架上形成有与定位块8相配合的卡扣位15。此外,托物座还可包括垂直于托物杆14并与其连接的横梁来增加托物座的强度。
用户可将母婴用具,如奶瓶、婴儿玩具等可放置在托物座上,启动消毒灯具对母婴用具进行消毒,并且可以启动发热装置干燥母婴用具。由于消毒室3内设有若干个沿其自身周向布置的定位块8,而置物架上形成有与定位块8相配合的卡扣位15,用户通过将卡扣位15扣在不同的定位块8上,即可使托物座倾斜于水平面,以便残留在母婴用具内的水流出,避免水蒸气的二次污染,同时,用户通过定位块8与卡扣位15的配合,可调整托物座与消毒灯具之间的相对角度,使放置在托物座上的母婴用具可对准消毒灯具,获得最佳的消毒效果。而该消毒灯具与水平面的角度可在45°~60°范围内,使母婴用具,如奶瓶等,对准消毒灯具时,瓶身开口可倾斜向下,以便残留在奶瓶内的水在自身重力的作用下流出。
为便于放置母婴用品,如奶瓶,本实施例中,托物座上设置有多个固定支架框16,可形成定位点,有序放置奶瓶。固定支架框16的外轮廓呈L字型,固定支架框16与任意相邻的两条托物杆14相连并且多个固定支架框16中至少部分固定支架框16沿托物杆14的排列方向呈间隔排列。具体如图8所示,在位于较大的托物座上,所有固定支架框16分两 列排列;在较小的托物座上,所有固定支架框16沿一列排列。并且,在本实施例中,较小托物座上的固定支架框16朝向较大托物座伸出,而较大托物座上的固定支架框16朝向背离较小托物座的方向伸出,有利于奶瓶的朝下放置。
如图9~12所示,本实施例中,壳体1的底部截面呈弧线形,消毒室3的底部截面呈直线形,壳体1与消毒室3之间形成有空腔18。排气扇19安装在空腔18内,并靠近消毒室3的底部。由于壳体1与消毒室3之间形成有空腔18,而该空腔18的大小可根据壳体1底部的规格、消毒室3底部的规格而调整,从而使设置在空腔13内的排气扇19可选用合适规格的尺寸,保证其吸力可满足使用要求,有效避免水蒸气的二次污染。壳体1的底部截面可呈弧线形并且消毒室3的底部截面呈直线形可使空腔18具有足够大的空间以容纳规格较大的排气扇19。
在上述三个实施例中,可通过设置定位块和卡扣位的位置,来实现托物架相对于水平面呈0°、45°、90°放置,满足不同物品不同需求的消毒效果。例如,托物架与水平面呈45°时,可进行奶瓶消毒,全方位红外线/紫外线无死角消毒;托物架与水平面呈90°时,可用于奶瓶沥水,防霉干燥;托物架与水平面呈0°时,可用于物品消毒,如玩具消毒。其中,托物架与水平面呈45°的设置也可改为30°-60°(优选为45°-60°)中的任一值,只要有利于排水即可。
综上,为了提供一款真正的杀菌消毒效果显著的母婴消毒柜,上述三个实施例提供了圆筒形内部空间设计、奶瓶置物架的专业设计、奶瓶置物架30°-60°(优选45°-60°)倾斜角排水设计、大风扇排风设计、紫外线灯(同步置物架30-60°,优选45°-60°)全方位照射消毒设计。总体而言,上述母婴产品用消毒柜具有结构简单、消毒效果全面、水汽抽干效果好、有效避免水蒸气二次污染等优点。
实施例四
在本实施例中,可在实施例一和实施例二的基础上进行修改,主要 为:置物架可转动地支承在消毒室内,而并非是通过卡扣位和定位块的配合固定在消毒室内,用户转动置物架,即可调整托物座的角度,即可转动的置物架同样可以实现调节托物座与消毒灯具之间的相对角度。当然,不局限于上述实施例一、实施例二、实施例三和实施例四,在本实用新型的其他实施例中,置物架以使托物座与消毒灯具之间的相对角度可调地方式支承在消毒室内即可。
在本实施例中,置物架中除不具有卡扣位外,其余结构与实施例一或实施例二相同,不再赘述。其中,外轮廓呈圆柱状的置物架方便用户调整置物架的角度,更加具体地,用户转动前支架框,即可带动置物架转动。
本说明书列举的仅为本发明的较佳实施方式,各实施例在无绝对相反教导的情况下可自由组合;凡在本发明的工作原理和思路下所做的等同技术变换,均视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种母婴产品用消毒柜,其特征在于:包括呈筒状的壳体;所述壳体的底部设有排气孔,所述壳体内设有呈圆筒状的消毒室;所述消毒室的底部设有与所述排气孔相通的透气孔,所述消毒室的周向上至少设有两个消毒灯管,所述消毒室内设有若干个沿其周向布置的定位块;所述壳体与所述消毒室之间形成有空腔,所述空腔内设有靠近所述消毒室底部的排气扇;母婴产品用消毒柜还包括置物架,所述置物架包括用于盛放母婴用具的托物座;所述托物座上形成有与所述定位块相配合的卡扣位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的母婴产品用消毒柜,其特征在于:所述置物架的外轮廓呈圆柱状;所述置物架包括外轮廓呈圆形的前支架框、外轮廓呈圆形的后支架框以及若干个位于所述前支架框与所述后支架框之间的托物座;所述前支架框与所述后支架框的直径相等。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的母婴产品用消毒柜,其特征在于:所述托物座由左连接杆、右连接杆以及若干条用于连接所述左连接杆与所述右连接杆的托物杆构成;所述左连接杆与所述右连接杆相互平行;若干条所述托物杆沿所述左连接杆的纵向呈并列排布;所述左连接杆沿所述置物架的轴线方向布置,并与所述前支架框、所述后支架框相连;所述右连接杆沿所述置物架的轴线方向布置,并与所述前支架框、所述后支架框相连。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的母婴产品用消毒柜,其特征在于:所述托物座上设置有若干个固定支架框;所述固定支架框的外轮廓呈L字型,所述固定支架框与任意相邻的两条所述托物杆相连并且若干个所述固定支架框沿所述托物杆的排列方向呈间隔排列。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的母婴产品用消毒柜,其特征在于:所述消毒灯具与水平面的角度在30°~60°范围内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的母婴产品用消毒柜,其特征在于:所述壳体的底部截面呈弧线形;所述消毒室的底部截面呈直线形。
  7. 一种母婴产品用消毒柜,其特征在于:包括呈筒状的壳体;所述壳体内设有呈圆筒状的消毒室;所述消毒室的周向上至少设有两个消毒灯具,所述母婴产品用消毒柜还包括置物架,所述置物架包括用于盛放母婴用具的托物座;所述置物架以使所述托物座与所述消毒灯具之间的相对角度可调地方式支承在所述消毒室内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的母婴产品用消毒柜,其特征在于:
    所述壳体的底部设有排气孔,所述消毒室的底部设有与所述排气孔相通的透气孔,所述壳体与所述消毒室之间形成有空腔,所述空腔内设有靠近所述消毒室底部的排气扇。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的母婴产品用消毒柜,其特征在于:所述壳体的底部截面呈弧线形;所述消毒室的底部截面呈直线形。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的母婴产品用消毒柜,其特征在于:所述置物架可转动地支承在所述消毒室内。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的母婴产品用消毒柜,其特征在于:所述消毒室内设有若干个沿其周向布置的定位块,所述置物架上形成有与所述定位块相配合的卡扣位,。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的母婴产品用消毒柜,其特征在于:所述卡扣位形成在所述托物座上。
  13. 根据权利要求7-12中任一项所述的母婴产品用消毒柜,其特征在于:所述置物架的外轮廓呈圆柱状;所述置物架包括外轮廓呈圆形的前支架框、外轮廓呈圆形的后支架框以及若干个位于所述前支架框与所述后支架框之间的托物座;所述前支架框与所述后支架框的直径相等。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的母婴产品用消毒柜,其特征在于:所述托物座由左连接杆、右连接杆以及若干条用于连接所述左连接杆与所述右连接杆的托物杆构成;所述左连接杆与所述右连接杆相互平行;若干条所述托物杆沿所述左连接杆的纵向呈并列排布;所述左连接杆沿所述置物架的轴线方向布置,并与所述前支架框、所述后支架框相连;所述 右连接杆沿所述置物架的轴线方向布置,并与所述前支架框、所述后支架框相连。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的母婴产品用消毒柜,其特征在于:所述置物架包括两个托物座和若干支承杆,其中一个所述托物座大于另一个所述托物座,二者之间通过所述若干支承杆连接形成双层结构,所述卡扣位形成在所述支承杆上。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的母婴产品用消毒柜,其特征在于:所述托物座包括框架和支承在所述框架中的若干托物杆;若干所述托物杆沿同一方向并列排布;两个所述托物座的框架均与所述支承杆相连,一个所述托物座的框架大于另一个所述托物座的框架。
  17. 根据权利要求14或16所述的母婴产品用消毒柜,其特征在于:所述托物座上设置有若干个固定支架框;所述固定支架框的外轮廓呈L字型,所述固定支架框与任意相邻的两条所述托物杆相连并且若干个所述固定支架框中至少部分固定支架框沿所述托物杆的排列方向呈间隔排列。
  18. 根据权利要求7所述的母婴产品用消毒柜,其特征在于:所述消毒灯具与水平面的角度在30°~60°范围内。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的母婴产品用消毒柜,其特征在于:所述消毒灯具与水平面的角度在45°~60°范围内。
  20. 根据权利要求7所述的母婴产品用消毒柜,其特征在于:所述母婴产品用消毒柜还包括设置在所述消毒室周向上的至少一个发热装置。
