本发明涉及智能终端应用领域,尤其涉及一种智能终端快速选择的方法和系统及智能终端。
背景技术
目前,随着智能终端功能的日趋丰富,每个应用中都包含越来越多的可供选择条目。但是,现有技术都是通过长按所需条目的方式进行选中操作,而当用户需要选中的条目数目较多或者需要有目的的进行多个条目的选中时,需要逐一的进行长按操作,非常不便;此外,现有技术中,可以一键进行全部条目的选中或取消,但当用户需要有目的的进行取消已选中的条目时,只能通过多次重复操作进行逐一取消,不仅过程繁琐,还容易发生误操作。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供一种智能终端快速选择的方法和系统及智能终端 ,能解决现有技术中智能终端对列表中的条目不能快速并且有目的的进行多项选择的问题。
技术解决方案
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种智能终端,其中,包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器用于存储指令和数据,所述处理器用于执行以下步骤:
智能终端接收用户的多选指令进入到多选模式,同时根据用户的选择选中至少一条目;其中,选中条目在多条目选取时作为选取范围的第一边界;
智能终端接收用户的触摸指令,获取触摸点的位置;其中,所述触摸点的位置在多条目选取时作为选取范围的第二边界的位置;
将触摸点所处条目至选中的条目之间所有条目全部标记为选中状态,包括:将第二边界至第一边界之间的所有条目全部标记为选中状态,其中,包括第一边界所在条目和第二边界所在条目。
进一步的,当用户选中的条目包括多个条目时,所述将触摸点所处条目至选中的条目之间所有条目全部标记为选中状态的步骤包括:

本发明的最佳实施方式
本发明提供一种智能终端快速选择的方法及系统,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参照图1,图1为一种智能终端快速选择的方法第一实施例的流程图,如图所示,其包括步骤:
S1、智能终端接收用户的多选指令进入到多选模式,同时根据用户的选择选中至少一条目;
S2、智能终端接收用户的触摸指令,获取触摸点的位置;
S3、将触摸点所处条目至选中的条目之间所有条目全部标记为选中状态。
在本实施例中,智能终端在多选模式下,根据用户的选择选中至少一个条目,该选中条目可以在多条目选取时作为选取范围的第一边界;而用户通过发出触摸指令,使得智能终端获取触摸点的位置,进而确定在多条目选取时作为选取范围的第二边界的位置,两个边界确定后,将第二边界至第一边界之间的所有条目(包括第一边界所在条目和第二边界所在条目)被选中。因此,本发明可以使用户不需进行逐一长按所需选中的条目就能实现有目的的对多个条目进行选中,方便快捷。
进一步的,当在步骤S1中用户选中的条目包括多个条目时,则将用户选择的距离触摸点位置最近的选中条目作为目标条目,并将触摸点所处条目与目标条目之间的所有条目全部标记为选中状态。也就是说,智能终端在多选模式下,第一边界的位置有多个时,则将各个第一边界到第二边界之间的距离进行比较,将与第二边界之间距离最近的第一边界作为目标边界,两个边界确定后,将第二边界至目标边界之间的所有条目被选中。这使得用户在多选模式下,选中了多个条目时,仍能进行多条目选中操作,有效避免了误操作对选择结果的影响,即用户的一些操作失误不会导致该功能无法执行,使得该方法更具智能化和人性化。
更进一步的,当用户选择的距离触摸点位置最近的选中条目有两条时,则将位于触摸点前面的选中条目作为目标条目,并将触摸点所处条目与目标条目之间的所有条目全部标记为选中状态。也就是说,当各个目标条目到第二边界条目之间的距离进行比较时,与第二边界之间距离最近的第一边界有两个,即这两个第一边界分别位于第二边界前后两侧并且与第二边界的距离相同,此时将位于第二边界条目前方的第一边界作为目标边界。对于条目按照从上到下的方式组成的列表,所述位于第二边界前方是指位于第二边界上方的条目;对于条目按照从左到右的方式组成的列表,所述位于第二边界前方是指位于第二边界左侧的条目;对于条目按照从上到下及从左到右关系组成的列表,所述位于第二边界前方是指位于第二边界左上方的条目。
在上述过程中,用户通过长按条目的方式进入智能终端的多选模式,并将长按的条目标记为选中状态(即指将选中的条目作为第一边界),所述长按是指用户按下某个条目并保持按下的动作超过预设时长,例如2s。而上述第二边界所在条目是通过用户的触摸指令来确认的,该触摸指令包括第一触摸指令和第二触摸指令,所述第一触摸指令的触摸位置为列表中任一条目,第二触摸指令的触摸位置为智能终端屏幕的任意位置,一般来说,用户在具体操作时,可先点击某个条目实现第一触摸指令的发送,这样就选取了第二边界,然后用户可再次点击智能终端屏幕任意位置实现第二触摸指令的发送。而每个触摸指令都包括按下和抬起两个动作,当第一触摸指令在某一条目所在位置保持按下操作时,智能终端通过检测第二触摸指令的按下操作,确定第一触摸指令所在的位置,并将其标记为第二边界,该第二触摸点的按下操作通常为短按操作,即按下后即刻抬起。可见,该方法以对第二触摸点的按下操作为标志,以表示对第一边界所在位置的确认,这有利于智能终端准确地执行用户的指令,从而高效的确定所要选择条目的范围,操作更加准确,有效避免错误的发生,提高了条目选择的效率。
本发明一种智能终端快速选择的方法第二实施例,如图2所示,其包括步骤:
S1’、智能终端接收用户的多选指令进入到多选模式,同时根据用户的选择选中至少一条目;
S2’、智能终端接收用户的触摸指令,获取触摸点的位置,判断触摸点的位置是否位于选中的条目上,当是时进入步骤S3’;
S3’、将触摸点所处条目至未选中的条目之间所有选中条目全部标记为未选中状态。
在本实施例中,智能终端接收用户的多选指令进入到多选模式,同时根据用户的选择选中至少一条目;智能终端接收用户的触摸指令,获取触摸点的位置,当触摸点的位置位于选中的条目上时,则将触摸点所处条目至未选中的条目之间所有选中条目全部标记为未选中状态。也就是说,当触摸点位于预先选中的条目上时,执行反选即取消选中操作,且被标记为取消选中对象确定方法是,将触摸点所在条目至未选中的条目之间的所有条目标记为未选中状态(包括触摸点所在条目)。

在本实施例中,通过第一多选模式进入模块100、触摸点位置获取模块200及多选模块300三个模块完成了对智能终端列表中条目有选择的选中过程,该系统结构简单,无冗余操作,有利于选中过程反应速度的提高。该系统具体过程的技术好处已在前述方法中详细介绍,故此处不再赘述。
基于上述方法,本发明还提供了一种智能终端快速选择的系统第二实施例,如图4所示,包括:
第二多选模式进入模块100’,用于接收用户的多选指令进入到多选模式,同时根据用户的选择选中至少一条目;
第二触摸点位置获取模块200’,用于接收用户的触摸指令,获取触摸点的位置,判断触摸点的位置是否位于选中的条目上,当是时进入反选模块;
反选模块300’,用于将触摸点所处条目至未选中的条目之间所有选中条目全部标记为未选中状态。
在本实施例中,通过第二多选模式进入模块100’、第二触摸点位置获取模块200’及反选模块300’完成了对智能终端列表中条目有选择的反选过程,该系统具体过程的技术好处已在前述内容中详细介绍,故此处不再赘述。
综上所述,本发明通过智能终端接收用户的多选指令进入到多选模式,同时根据用户的选择选中至少一条目;智能终端接收用户的触摸指令,获取触摸点的位置;将触摸点所处条目至选中的条目之间所有条目全部标记为选中状态的方式现了对智能终端列表中的条目快速的有选择的多选操作,该方法不仅可以进行选中,还可以进行反选操作,方法简单易行,选择效率高,有利于智能终端条目的快速选择技术的应用和推广。

存储器120可用于存储软件程序以及模块,如上述实施例中智能终端快速选择的方法和系统对应的程序指令/模块,处理器180通过运行存储在存储器120内的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现智能终端快速选择的功能。存储器120可包括高速随机存储器,还可包括非易失性存储器,如一个或者多个磁性存储装置、闪存、或者其他非易失性固态存储器。在一些实例中,存储器120可进一步包括相对于处理器180远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至智能终端1200。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
输入单元130可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与用户设置以及功能控制有关的键盘、鼠标、操作杆、光学或者轨迹球信号输入。具体地,输入单元130可包括触敏表面131以及其他输入设备132。触敏表面131,也称为触摸显示屏或者触控板,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触敏表面131上或在触敏表面131附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触敏表面131可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器180,并能接收处理器180发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触敏表面131。除了触敏表面131,输入单元130还可以包括其他输入设备132。具体地,其他输入设备132可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
显示单元140可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及智能终端1200的各种图形用户接口,这些图形用户接口可以由图形、文本、图标、视频和其任意组合来构成。显示单元140可包括显示面板141,可选的,可以采用LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)、OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)等形式来配置显示面板141。进一步的,触敏表面131可覆盖显示面板141,当触敏表面131检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器180以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器180根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板141上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图5中,触敏表面131与显示面板141是作为两个独立的部件来实现输入和输入功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触敏表面131与显示面板141集成而实现输入和输出功能。
智能终端1200还可包括至少一种传感器150,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板141的亮度,接近传感器可在智能终端1200移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板141和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,重力加速度传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等; 至于智能终端1200还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路160、扬声器161,传声器162可提供用户与智能终端1200之间的音频接口。音频电路160可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器161,由扬声器161转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,传声器162将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路160接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出处理器180处理后,经RF电路110以发送给比如另一终端,或者将音频数据输出至存储器120以便进一步处理。音频电路160还可能包括耳塞插孔,以提供外设耳机与智能终端1200的通信。
智能终端1200通过传输模块170(例如Wi-Fi模块)可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。虽然图5示出了传输模块170,但是可以理解的是,其并不属于智能终端1200的必须构成,完全可以根据需要在不改变发明的本质的范围内而省略。
处理器180是智能终端1200的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器120内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器120内的数据,执行智能终端1200的各种功能和处理数据,从而对手机进行整体监控。可选的,处理器180可包括一个或多个处理核心;在一些实施例中,处理器180可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器180中。
智能终端1200还包括给各个部件供电的电源190(比如电池),在一些实施例中,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器180逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。电源190还可以包括一个或一个以上的直流或交流电源、再充电系统、电源故障检测电路、电源转换器或者逆变器、电源状态指示器等任意组件。
尽管未示出,智能终端1200还可以包括摄像头(如前置摄像头、后置摄像头)、蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。具体在本实施例中,智能终端的显示单元是触摸屏显示器,智能终端还包括有存储器,以及一个或者一个以上的程序,其中一个或者一个以上程序存储于存储器中,且经配置以由一个或者一个以上处理器执行述一个或者一个以上程序包含用于进行以下操作的指令:
智能终端接收用户的多选指令进入到多选模式,同时根据用户的选择选中至少一条目;其中,选中条目在多条目选取时作为选取范围的第一边界;
智能终端接收用户的触摸指令,获取触摸点的位置;其中,所述触摸点的位置在多条目选取时作为选取范围的第二边界的位置;
将触摸点所处条目至选中的条目之间所有条目全部标记为选中状态,包括:将第二边界至第一边界之间的所有条目全部标记为选中状态,其中,包括第一边界所在条目和第二边界所在条目。
当用户选中的条目包括多个条目时,所述将触摸点所处条目至选中的条目之间所有条目全部标记为选中状态的步骤包括:
将用户选择的距离触摸点位置最近的选中条目作为目标条目,并将触摸点所处条目与目标条目之间的所有条目全部标记为选中状态。
当用户选择的距离触摸点位置最近的选中条目有两条时,则将位于触摸点前面的选中条目作为目标条目,并将触摸点所处条目与目标条目之间的所有条目全部标记为选中状态。
所述智能终端接收用户的多选指令进入到多选模式,同时根据用户的选择选中至少一条目的步骤中,通过长按条目的方式进入多选模式,并将长按的条目标记为选中状态。
所述将触摸点所处条目至选中的条目之间所有条目全部标记为选中状态的步骤具体包括:
智能终端接收用户的确认指令后,将触摸点所处条目至选中的条目之间所有条目全部标记为选中状态。
所述确认指令为触摸指令。
当所述智能终端接收用户的触摸指令,获取触摸点的位置的步骤中的触摸指令为保持按下的状态,则进入到所述将触摸点所处条目至选中的条目之间所有条目全部标记为选中状态的步骤中。
所述处理器还用于执行以下步骤:
智能终端接收用户的多选指令进入到多选模式,同时根据用户的选择选中至少一条目;
智能终端接收用户的触摸指令,获取触摸点的位置,判断触摸点的位置是否位于选中的条目上;
当判断出触摸点的位置是位于选中的条目上时,则将触摸点所处条目至未选中的条目之间所有选中条目全部标记为未选中状态。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种智能终端,其中,包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器用于存储指令和数据,所述处理器用于执行以下步骤:
    智能终端接收用户的多选指令进入到多选模式,同时根据用户的选择选中至少一条目;其中,选中条目在多条目选取时作为选取范围的第一边界;
    智能终端接收用户的触摸指令,获取触摸点的位置;其中,所述触摸点的位置在多条目选取时作为选取范围的第二边界的位置;
    将触摸点所处条目至选中的条目之间所有条目全部标记为选中状态,包括:将第二边界至第一边界之间的所有条目全部标记为选中状态,其中,包括第一边界所在条目和第二边界所在条目。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能终端,其中,当用户选中的条目包括多个条目时,所述将触摸点所处条目至选中的条目之间所有条目全部标记为选中状态的步骤包括:
    将用户选择的距离触摸点位置最近的选中条目作为目标条目,并将触摸点所处条目与目标条目之间的所有条目全部标记为选中状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能终端,其中,当用户选择的距离触摸点位置最近的选中条目有两条时,则将位于触摸点前面的选中条目作为目标条目,并将触摸点所处条目与目标条目之间的所有条目全部标记为选中状态。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能终端,其中,所述智能终端接收用户的多选指令进入到多选模式,同时根据用户的选择选中至少一条目的步骤中,通过长按条目的方式进入多选模式,并将长按的条目标记为选中状态。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能终端,其中,所述将触摸点所处条目至选中的条目之间所有条目全部标记为选中状态的步骤具体包括:
    智能终端接收用户的确认指令后,将触摸点所处条目至选中的条目之间所有条目全部标记为选中状态。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的智能终端,其中,所述确认指令为触摸指令。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的智能终端,其中,当所述智能终端接收用户的触摸指令,获取触摸点的位置的步骤中的触摸指令为保持按下的状态,则进入到所述将触摸点所处条目至选中的条目之间所有条目全部标记为选中状态的步骤中。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的智能终端,其中,所述处理器还用于执行以下步骤:
    智能终端接收用户的多选指令进入到多选模式,同时根据用户的选择选中至少一条目;
    智能终端接收用户的触摸指令,获取触摸点的位置,判断触摸点的位置是否位于选中的条目上;
    当判断出触摸点的位置是位于选中的条目上时,则将触摸点所处条目至未选中的条目之间所有选中条目全部标记为未选中状态。
  9. 一种智能终端快速选择的方法,其中,包括以下步骤:
    智能终端接收用户的多选指令进入到多选模式,同时根据用户的选择选中至少一条目;
    智能终端接收用户的触摸指令,获取触摸点的位置;
    将触摸点所处条目至选中的条目之间所有条目全部标记为选中状态。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的智能终端快速选择的方法,其中,当用户选中的条目包括多个条目时,所述将触摸点所处条目至选中的条目之间所有条目全部标记为选中状态的步骤包括:
    将用户选择的距离触摸点位置最近的选中条目作为目标条目,并将触摸点所处条目与目标条目之间的所有条目全部标记为选中状态。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的智能终端快速选择的方法,其中,当用户选择的距离触摸点位置最近的选中条目有两条时,则将位于触摸点前面的选中条目作为目标条目,并将触摸点所处条目与目标条目之间的所有条目全部标记为选中状态。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的智能终端快速选择的方法,其中,所述智能终端接收用户的多选指令进入到多选模式,同时根据用户的选择选中至少一条目的步骤中,通过长按条目的方式进入多选模式,并将长按的条目标记为选中状态。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的智能终端快速选择的方法,其中,所述将触摸点所处条目至选中的条目之间所有条目全部标记为选中状态的步骤具体包括:
    智能终端接收用户的确认指令后,将触摸点所处条目至选中的条目之间所有条目全部标记为选中状态。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的智能终端快速选择的方法,其中,所述确认指令为触摸指令。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的智能终端快速选择的方法,其中,当所述智能终端接收用户的触摸指令,获取触摸点的位置的步骤中的触摸指令为保持按下的状态,则进入到所述将触摸点所处条目至选中的条目之间所有条目全部标记为选中状态的步骤中。
  16. 根据权利要求9所述的智能终端快速选择的方法,其中,所述智能终端快速选择的方法,还包括:
    智能终端接收用户的多选指令进入到多选模式,同时根据用户的选择选中至少一条目;
    智能终端接收用户的触摸指令,获取触摸点的位置,判断触摸点的位置是否位于选中的条目上;
    当判断出触摸点的位置是位于选中的条目上时,则将触摸点所处条目至未选中的条目之间所有选中条目全部标记为未选中状态。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的智能终端快速选择的方法,其中,当未选中的条目包括多个时,所述将触摸点所处条目至未选中的条目之间所有选中条目全部标记为未选中状态的步骤包括:
    将用户选择的距离触摸点位置最近的未选中条目作为目标条目,并将触摸点所处条目与目标条目之间的所有条目全部标记为未选中状态。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的智能终端快速选择的方法,其中,当用户选择的距离触摸点位置最近的未选中条目有两条时,则将位于触摸点前面的未选中条目作为目标条目,并将触摸点所处条目与目标条目之间的所有条目全部标记为未选中状态。
  19. 一种智能终端快速选择的系统,其中,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储器;以及
    一个或多个应用程序,其中所述一个或多个应用程序被存储于所述存储器中,并配置为由所述处理器执行;所述一个或多个应用程序包括:
    第一多选模式进入模块,用于接收用户的多选指令进入到多选模式,同时根据用户的选择选中至少一条目;
    第一触摸点位置获取模块,用于接收用户的触摸指令,获取触摸点的位置;
    多选模块,用于将触摸点所处条目至选中的条目之间所有条目全部标记为选中状态。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的智能终端快速选择的系统,其中,所述智能终端快速选择的系统,还包括:
    第二多选模式进入模块,用于接收用户的多选指令进入到多选模式,同时根据用户的选择选中至少一条目;
    第二触摸点位置获取模块,用于接收用户的触摸指令,获取触摸点的位置,判断触摸点的位置是否位于选中的条目上,当是时进入反选模块;
    反选模块,用于将触摸点所处条目至未选中的条目之间所有选中条目全部标记为未选中状态。
