Description

玲珑无钢圈文胸 技术领域
本发明涉及文胸技术领域，特别是玲珑无钢圈文胸。
背景技术
文胸是保护乳房、美化乳房的女性物品，文胸主要有以下五方面作用：1、起到支持和扶托乳房的作用，有利于乳房的血液循环，对产妇来讲，而且还可避免乳汁郁积而得乳腺炎；2、保护乳头免受擦伤和碰痛；3、保护乳房，避免下垂。
传统的文胸一般由系扣、肩带、调节扣环、罩杯(或称上下碗)、钢圈、填塞物等组成。为了达到承托及包裹乳房的功能，采用机器压成形的钢圈，并将钢圈固定于罩杯下部的外缘，钢圈一般是合金材料制成，钢圈环绕乳房的下半周，钢圈用于支撑和改善乳房形状。虽然固定有钢圈的文胸具有上述作用和优点，但是，钢圈会压迫乳房及乳房周围的肌肉，乳房及乳房周围的肌肉长时间受钢圈的压迫和摩擦会出现红肿、痒、痛等现象，损伤人体皮肤，给人体带来不适；而且乳房受到压迫后，乳房的血液循环和乳房的营养供应受到阻碍，乳房的生长条件和环境差。另外，文胸穿戴于女性身上时，钢圈还会压迫乳房周围的穴位，导致经脉运行不畅，影响穿戴者的身体健康。
针对前述钢圈对女性身体健康所带来的缺陷，出现了较多的无钢圈文胸，譬如：中国专利：200920154487.3具体公开了一种分离式无钢圈三角罩杯文胸，它包括罩杯、与罩杯下边缘连接的下扒、与罩杯比位及接连罩杯的下扒比位相连的后比以及与罩杯顶端和同侧下扒上端连接的肩带；所述罩杯由三块经立体剪裁分割的面料构成，所述三块面料由上鸡心位面料、下鸡心位面料和比位面料车缝构成，形成立体三角弧面，构成三维空间球状体罩杯，三块面料的车缝线呈十字型。这种结构的文胸，虽然在罩杯下侧并无钢圈，但是其承托乳房的结构较为复杂，缝制工艺难度大，不能实现全自动化生产，而且不能根据乳房的柔软特性进行贴身承托、包裹。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点，提供了一种工艺简单、能够实现全机械化流水生产，并且能够舒适贴身承托包裹乳房、对穿着者身体无害的玲珑无钢圈文胸。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：玲珑无钢圈文胸，包括碗杯、下扒、鸡心、比位、后背带和肩带，所述碗杯为两个，两个碗杯之间通过鸡心连接，所述下扒设于碗杯的下方，在碗杯、下扒、鸡心、比位的连接处设有车缝位，所述车缝位沿碗杯的边缘延伸，在所 述车缝位内缝制固定柔软带，所述鸡心内设有能够固定和支撑其两侧碗杯的骨架，所述下扒的两端分别设有比位，所述后背带连接于比位上，后背带上设有后背扣，所述肩带的一端与所述碗杯的上部连接，另一端与所述的后背带连接。
进一步地，还包括拉力带，拉力带的一端连接于所述比位与所述碗杯的接驳端口处，另一端连接于所述肩带上的连接点处。
进一步地，所述肩带的中部设有能够调节肩带的长度的调节扣。
进一步地，所述调节扣为日型扣。
进一步地，所述骨架为I型、U型、O型或X型。
进一步地，所述骨架为硬质材料制成。
进一步地，所述骨架为硅片、硬胶片、钢片或硬性织物，所述骨架通过前扣车法或后背扣车法缝制于鸡心内。

本发明具有以下优点：
1、在碗杯与下扒、鸡心、比位的连接处设有车缝位，并在车缝位内缝制有软性材料，根据伸缩原理和拉力原理，达到对乳房的承托和包裹功能，使得穿戴者在穿戴时，乳房受到伤害极小，防止出现各种因钢圈所带来的伤害。
2、在鸡心内设置骨架，骨架由硬质材料制成，对碗杯起到支撑固定功能，防止在穿戴过程中碗杯变形，使得碗杯贴身包裹乳房，为穿戴者带来更好的穿戴体验。
3、在碗杯与比位和肩带的连接处分别设置有拉力带，拉力带的长短可根据胸围尺寸而定，还与鸡心呼应，起到平直、固定碗杯的功能，起到平伏碗杯，舒适贴身包裹乳房的作用。
4、在车缝前碗杯为平的，在车缝后，，碗杯会自然隆起，形成能够容纳乳房的罩杯，碗杯的形状更加自然。
5、本发明的车缝位结构简单，无需对碗杯进行复杂改进，即可实现对乳房的承托和包裹的功能，避免了原来钢圈对乳房的所有伤害。
6、本发明工艺简单，不需要在流水线生产过程中用手工穿钢圈工艺，可以全机械化生产，提高生产效率，降低生产及材料成本，为开发全智能生产提供最重要的科学技术。
6、代替用机器压成的硬性钢圈，舒适、贴身承托包裹乳房，避免压迫乳房导致的各种疾 病及不舒适感。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述，但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
如图1所示，玲珑无钢圈文胸，包括碗杯1、下扒2、鸡心3、比位4、后背带5和肩带7，所述碗杯1为两个，两个碗杯1之间通过鸡心3连接，所述下扒2设于碗杯1的下方，在碗杯1、下扒2、鸡心3、比位4的连接处设有车缝位9，所述车缝位9沿碗杯1的边缘延伸，如图3所示，在所述车缝位9内缝制固定有软带11，所述鸡心3内设有能够支撑其两侧碗杯1的骨架12，所述下扒2的两端分别连接比位4，所述后背带5连接于比位4上，后背带5上设有后背扣6，所述肩带7的一端与所述碗杯1的上部连接，另一端与所述的后背带5连接。
如图1所示，还包括拉力带10，拉力带10的一端连接于所述比位4与所述碗杯1的接驳端口13处，另一端连接于所述肩带7上的连接点14处，拉力带10的长短可根据胸围尺寸而定，与鸡心3的结合，起到拉伸碗杯1，使得碗杯1舒展度好，能够起到承托乳房的作用。
本发明还具有另一种结构的实施例，其区别仅在于没有下扒2，如图2所示。
如图1所示，所述肩带7的中部设有能够调节肩带7的长度的调节扣8，在本实施例中，所述调节扣8为日型扣，可以不需要拆开肩带7就可实现对肩带7的长度调节，而且可实现单手操作，方便简单。
进一步地，如图4、图5、图6和图7所示，所述骨架12为I型、U型、O型或X型，所述骨架12为硬质材料制成。
优选地，所述骨架12为硅片、硬胶片、钢片或硬性织物，所述骨架12通过前扣车法或后背扣车法缝制于鸡心3内，对碗杯1起到支撑固定功能，防止在穿戴过程中碗杯1变形，使得碗杯1贴身包裹乳房，为穿戴者带来更好的穿戴体验，也可以是胶骨、钢骨、胶片、硅片或各种形状的小型胶圈、钢圈。
优选地，所述软带11由软性材料制成，软带11代替钢圈，能够收紧碗杯1，对乳房起到承托和包裹作用。
进一步地，所述车缝位9靠近比位4的一端设有接驳端口13，将软带11车缝入车缝位9内，或者在车缝9时可将软带11直接经13延伸到肩带14处。
进一步地，所述后背扣6为排扣，且后背扣6由一排设置于其中一根后背带5端部的公扣和三排设置于另一根后背带5端部的母扣组成，所述公扣根据胸围尺寸可选择性地扣接在其中一排母扣内，穿戴者根据自身的胸围尺寸大小，将公扣与对应的母扣扣接配合，实现后背扣6的合理扣接。
本发明在缝制车缝位时采用微缩车法，在车缝前下扒2为平的，在车缝后，碗杯1会自然隆起，形成能够容纳乳房的罩杯，碗杯1的形状更加自然，当在碗杯1内放有胸杯(碗杯1较硬)时，则不需要进行微缩车缝。鸡心3可以是前扣车法缝制，也可以是后背扣车法缝制，如图8所示。
