Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à la protection de papiers valeurs, notamment de billets de banque, contre les contre-façons, en réalisant une image de protection dans les papiers valeurs qui est inaccessible pour la contre-façon. Afin de créer une image de protection dans le papier valeur, on intègre au début un fil dans le papier valeur lors de son étape de fabrication, et omn applique ensuite une image de protection sur ce fil. Le fil consiste en u substrat plastique sur lequel est appliquée une couche de luminophore dans laquelle est partiellement noyée une monocouche de micro-lentilles en verre sous forme de micro-billes transparentes recouverte d'une feuille métallisée. Afin de former dans le fil une image de protection en des points donnés sur la surface avant du papier monnaie, on utilise des impulsions de rayonnement laser qui pénètre le papier valeur ainsi que le fil de manière à former sur les surfaces avant et arrière du papier valeur des ouvertures d'entrée et de srtie. Lors de l'interaction des impulsons de rayonnement laser avec la feuille métallisée, les micro-lentilles et le luminophore dans le fil dans les limites de la tâche laser, on assiste à la formation de points colorés d'image de protection ayant des structures de type cristallines. A partir de l'ensemble de ces points dans le fil, on crée une image de protection couleur visible à la lumière traversante par les ouvertures d'entrée et de sortie dans le papier valeur. Vu que l'image de protection se situe dans le papier valeur, elle le protège de manière fiable contre les contre-façons.
