본 발명은 움직임이 불편한 어린이, 성인, 환자, 노약자 등의 대소변 처리를 위한 기구 및 엉덩이 세척 기구에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 기저귀는 배변을 제어하지 못하는 유아나 어린이를 위한 것으로 알려져 있으나 성인의 경우에도 거동이 불편한 환자, 요실금 환자 등 대소변의 제어가 원활하지 않은 사람들이 사용해오고 있다.
다양한 형태의 기저귀가 안출되어 있는데 유아의 경우에는 기저귀를 채우는 것에 큰 어려움이 없지만 신체가 큰 성인의 경우에는 기저귀를 채우는 것에 상당한 어려움이 따른다. 움직임이 불편한 사용자의 경우에는 그렇지 않은 사용자에 비해 더 어렵다.
한국 특허등록 제10-0842565호(환자용 침대의 배변처리장치) 등에는 환자의 배변을 처리하는 장치에 대하여 제시되어 있다. 이러한 기술은 침대에 적용되는 기술로서 환자가 침대에 누워있는 상태에서 배변을 보는 경우에 배변처리를 용이하게 하기 위한 구조이다.
한국 실용신안등록 제20-0348639호(환자용 이동식 배변기)에는 보행이 가능한 정도의 환자를 위한 배변기의 구조가 제시되어 있다. 이러한 기술은 이동식 소형 변기에 해당하는 것으로서 환자 스스로 소형 변기를 가지고 다닐 수 없기에 배변신호가 올 때 즉각적으로 대응하기 어렵다는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 배변 후 엉덩이 특히 항문 부위를 세척하는 것에 상당한 어려움이 따르고 이로 인하여 다른 사람의 도움을 받지 못하면 위생적인 상태를 유지하기 어렵다. 이에 배변 후 항문 부위를 세척하는 장치가 필요하다.

본 발명에 따른 대소변 처리용 기구는 용변을 환자 스스로 또는 보호자가 쉽게 처리할 수 있도록 할 수 있다. 또한, 용변을 대소변처리용결합체에 수납한 후, 이를 분리 제거할 수 있어 사용이 편리하고 위생적이다.
또한, 배변 후 사용자의 항문 부분을 씻어주는 세척수단이 더 구비되어 있는 경우 더욱 위생적이고 확실하게 처리를 할 수 있다. 세척 수단(장치)는 회전하는 구성에 의해, 배변 후 잔여물을 더 깨끗이 처리할 수 있다. 또한, 회전제어용 탄성체는 항문을 세척하는 힘을 조절할 수 있다.
또한, 대소변처리용결합체가 사용 후 제거되면 다른 대소변처리용결합체가 사용 대기되어, 편의성이 있다.

이하, 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 첨부된 도면을 사용해서 더욱 구체적으로 설명한다.
그러나 첨부된 도면은 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 더욱 구체적으로 설명하기 위하여 도시한 일 예에 불과하므로 본 발명의 기술적 사상이 첨부된 도면의 형태에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
본 발명은 신체의 움직임이 부자연스러운 어린이, 성인, 노약자, 환자 등을 위한 대소변 처리용 기구에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 대소변 처리용 기구는 사용자에게 착용되어 대소변 처리를 용이하게 할 수 있다. 이를 위해, 대소변 처리용 기구는 가이드몸체(10) 및 대소변처리용결합체(20)를 구비할 수 있다.
가이드몸체(10)는 사용자에게 착용되는 부분으로, 사용자의 인체 생식부에 대응되는 형상을 구비할 수 있다. 가이드몸체(10)는 'U'형 형상인 것이 바람직하다. 가이드몸체(10)는 1회용이 아니다. 즉, 가이드몸체(10)는 반영구적으로 사용될 수 있다.
가이드몸체(10)의 앞쪽은 사용자의 배 방향에 배치되고, 가이드몸체(10)의 뒤쪽은 사용자의 등 방향에 배치될 수 있다. 가이드몸체(10)는 앞쪽과 뒤쪽 사이에 사용자의 생식기와 항문의 하부가 배치되도록 형성될 수 있다.
가이드몸체(10)는 결합체가이더(11)를 구비할 수 있다. 결합체가이더(11)는 가이드몸체(10)의 앞쪽 끝부분에서 가이드몸체(10)의 뒤쪽 끝부분으로 연결된 형상으로 형성될 수 있다. 결합체가이더(11)는 홈형태로 형성될 수 있다.
이러한 가이드몸체(10)는 1회용이 아닌 반복적으로 사용 가능한 구성요소이다.
대소변처리용결합체(20)는 사용자의 대소변을 수납할 수 있다. 대소변처리용결합체(20)는 사용자 대소변을 수납할 수 있도록 가이드몸체(10)에 장착될 수 있다. 대소변처리용결합체(20)는 가이드몸체(10)의 하부에 배치되어 결합되는 것이 바람직하다. 사용자는 가이드몸체(10)로부터 대소변처리용결합체(20)를 분리 및/또는 제거할 수 있다.
대소변처리용결합체(20)는 제1 몸체(21), 제2 몸체(22) 및 대소변봉투(23)를 구비할 수 있다.
제1 및 제2 몸체(21, 22)는 상호 마주하도록 배치될 수 있다. 대소변봉투(23)은 제1 및 제2 몸체(21, 22)을 연결할 수 있다.
제1 및 제2 몸체(21, 22)는 결합체가이더(11)에 장착되어 결합체가이더(11)의 홈을 따라 이동할 수 있다. 제1 및 제2 몸체(21, 22)은 결합체가이더(11)에서 서로 분리되어 배치될 수 있다. 제1 및 제2 몸체(21, 22)은 가이드몸체(10)의 앞쪽과 뒤쪽에 각각 분리 배치될 수 있다.
대소변봉투(23)는 분리된 제1 및 제2 몸체(21, 22) 사이에 배치되도록 장착될 수 있다. 대소변봉투(23)는 구겨질 수 있다. 제1 및 제2 몸체(21, 22)가 분리된 경우, 대소변봉투(23)는 함몰된 대소변모임공간(23a)을 형성할 있다. 대소변봉투(23)는 사용자 대소변을 수납한 후, 대소변봉투(23)는 가이드몸체(10)에서 분리되어 제거될 수 있다.
대소변처리용결합체(20)는 1회용으로 사용될 수 있으나, 대소변봉투(23)만 1회용으로 사용되는 것이 바람직하다. 즉, 대소변봉투(23)를 제1 및 제2 몸체(21, 22)에서 분리한 후, 제1 및 제2 몸체(21, 22)를 재사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
대소변봉투(23)는 비닐 등의 합성수지로 형성될 수 있다. 대소변봉투(23)는 그 상부에 배치되는 면 재질 등의 패드를 더 구비할 수 있다. 이러한 패드는 기저귀와 같이 사용자에게 편한 착용감을 제공하고, 땀에 의한 피부 트러블을 방지할 수 있다.
대소변처리용결합체(20)는 대소변봉투(23)가 접혀있으면서 제1몸체(21)와 제2몸체(22) 사이의 간격이 좁혀져 있는 상태로 결합체가이더(11)에 장착되는 것이 바람직하다. 대소변처리용결합체(20)는 복수 개가 결합체가이더(11)에 장착될 수 있으며, 이 경우 복수 개의 대소변처리용결합체(20)는 서로 연결되는 구조인 것이 바람직하다.
복수 개의 대소변처리용결합체(20) 중 결합체가이더(11)에 제일 먼저 장착된 대소변처리용결합체(20)의 제1 및 제2 몸체(21, 22)는 사용자에 의해 간격이 벌려진 상태로 사용 대기될 수 있다. 최초 장착된 대소변처리용결합체(20)가 결합체가이더(11)에서 분리된 후, 그 다음 대소변처리용결합체(20)가 사용 대기될 수 있다. 대소변처리용결합체(20)는 사용자의 뒤 쪽으로 투입되고, 사용자의 앞쪽에서 분리되는 것이 바람직하다.
제1 및 제2 몸체(21, 22)는 대소변봉투(23)을 고정할 수 있는 봉투고정홈(21a, 22a)을 구비할 수 있다. 대소변봉투(23)는 봉투고정홈(21a, 22a)에 장착 및 분리될 수 있다.
대소변봉투(23)는 그 입구에 결합된 고무줄(23b)을 구비할 수 있다. 대소변봉투(23)에 외력이 작용하지 않을 때, 고무줄(23b)은 대소변봉투(23)의 입구가 접히면서 오므라지도록 할 수 있다. 대소변 처리 시, 고무줄(23b)은 대소변봉투(23)에서 용변물이 나오지 않게 하는 기능을 할 수 있다. 이는 용변물의 위생적인 처리에 도움이 될 수 있다.
대소변처리용결합체(20)는 결합체세팅수단(30)을 구비할 수 있다. 대소변처리용결합체(20)가 가이드몸체(10)에 결합되어 있을 때, 도 1 또는 도 6과 같이, 결합체세팅수단(30)은 제1 및 제2 몸체(21, 22) 사이의 간격이 벌려져 대소변봉투(23)가 펼쳐져 있도록 할 수 있다. 또한, 결합체세팅수단(30)은 제1 및 제2 몸체(21, 22)가 도 4와 같이 그 사이의 간격이 좁혀지면서 대소변봉투(23)가 접히도록 할 수 있다.
도 6을 참조하면, 결합체세팅수단(30)은 레버(31), 걸쇠(32), 및 로프(33, 통상의 끈 또는 와이어 형태 등)을 구비할 수 있다.
걸쇠(32)는 제2몸체(22)에 배치되고, 레버(31)는 제1몸체(21)에 배치될 수 있다. 로프(33)는 걸쇠(32)와 레버(31)를 연결할 수 있다.
걸쇠(32)에 의해 제2몸체(22)가 가이드몸체(10)에 고정되어, 제1몸체(21)와 제2몸체(22) 사이가 벌려진 상태를 유지할 수 있다.
제1몸체(21)에 위치된 레버(31)의 움직임은 로프(33)를 통해 걸쇠(32)에 전달될 수 있다. 걸쇠(32)의 움직임은 제2 몸체(22)와 가이드몸체(10)의 고정력을 해제시킬 수 있다. 고정력이 해제되면, 제1 및 제2 몸체(21, 22) 사이의 간격이 좁혀질 수 있다. 도 11에 도시된 화살표 방향으로 로프(33)가 움직일 때, 걸쇠(32)는 도 11에 도시된 화살표 방향으로 회전되면서 걸림턱(34)에서 이탈할 수 있다. 이에 의해, 제2몸체(22)는 제1몸체(21) 방향으로 이동할 수 있다.
대소변봉투(23)의 고무줄(23b)에 의해 제2 몸체(22)가 제1몸체(21) 방향으로 단계적으로 이동되는 것이 바람직하다. 이를 위해, 도 11과 같이 제2몸체(22)가 이동하는 경로를 따라 걸림턱(34)이 복수 개 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
대소변 처리용 기구는 배변 후 사용자의 항문 부분을 씻어주는 세척수단(40)을 더 포함할 수 있다.
도 1과 도 7을 참조하면, 세척수단(40)은 브러쉬가이더(41), 브러쉬(42), 브러쉬이동와이어(43), 및 복귀용탄성체(44)를 구비할 수 있다.
브러쉬(42)는 복수 개의 모(毛)를 가질 수 있다.
브러쉬가이더(41)는 가이드몸체(10)에 형성될 수 있다. 브러쉬가이더(41)는 홈형태일 수 있다. 브러쉬가이더(41)는 브러쉬(42)의 이동을 안내할 수 있다.
브러쉬가이더(41)는 전체적으로 'U' 형의 형상일 수 있다. 브러쉬가이더(41)의 어느 한쪽은 사용자의 엉덩이 뒤쪽에 배치되며, 다른 한쪽은 사용자의 배 앞쪽에 배치될 수 있다. 이러한 구조로, 사용자는 기저귀를 차고 있는 형태로 휴대할 수 있다.
브러쉬이동와이어(43)는 브러쉬(42)에 연결될 수 있다. 브러쉬이동와이어(43)는 브러쉬(42)를 끌어당겨, 브러쉬(42)가 브러쉬가이더(41)를 따라 이동되도록 할 수 있다. 사용자가 브러쉬이동와이어(43)를 끌어 당기는 경우(잡아 당기는 경우), 브러쉬(42)는 제1몸체(21) 방향으로 이동하는 것이 바람직하다.
복귀용탄성체(44)는 브러쉬(42)에 연결될 수 있다. 브러쉬이동와이어(43)의 당김력이 약해지거나 제거되면, 브러쉬(42)가 사용자에 의해 끌어당겨진 방향과 반대 방향으로 이동시킬 수 있다. 즉, 복귀용탄성체(44)는 브러쉬(42)가 제1 몸체(21) 쪽에서 제2 몸체(22) 방향으로 움직이게 할 수 있다.
세척수단(40)은 브러쉬(42)와 사용자의 항문 사이에 위치되는 티슈(45)를 더 가질 수 있다.
사용자가 앞쪽(배 방향)에 배치된 브러쉬이동와이어(43)를 잡아당기고 풀어주는 것을 반복하면, 티슈(45)는 항문부위에 접촉된 상태로 브러쉬(42)가 항문 부위를 반복적으로 스치면서 이동할 수 있다. 티슈(45)의 이동에 의해 항문 세척이 이루어질 수 있다.
브러쉬(42)는 회전되는 것이 바람직하다. 브러쉬(42)의 회전은 세척이 더욱 원활하고, 권취되어 있는 티슈(45)가 브러쉬(42)의 이동시에 더 원활하게 풀어지게 할 수 있다.
브러쉬(42)의 회전은 브러쉬(42)가 사용자의 항문 부위를 스치면서 이동되는 힘에 의해 이루어질 수 있다.
세척수단(40)은 브러쉬(42)를 강제로 회전시키는 강제 구동 수단을 더 구비하는 것이 바람직하다. 구체적으로 설명하면, 도 7 및 도 9와 같이, 브러쉬 강제 구동 수단은 브러쉬가이더(41)를 따라 형성된 랙기어(46), 및 랙기어(46)와 맞물리는 피니언(47)을 구비할 수 잇다.
브러쉬(42)는 피니언(47)과 일체화되어 피니언(47)과 함께 회전될 수 있다. 이러한 구조는 랙기어(46)와 피니언(47)에 의해서 브러쉬(42)가 더욱 확실하게 회전될 수 있다.
도 9를 참조하면, 브러쉬 강제 구동 수단은 회전제어용 탄성체(48)을 더 구비할 수 있다.
회전제어용 탄성체(48)는 브러쉬이동와이어(43)의 당김력이 설정된 수치 이상일 때 랙과 피니언(47)이 결합되도록 할 수 있고, 브러쉬이동와이어(43)의 당김력이 설정된 수치가 되지 못하면 랙과 피니언(47)이 결합되지않도록 할 수 있다. 브러쉬이동와이어(43)의 당김력이 설정된 수치 이상일 때 랙과 피니언(47)이 결합되는 경우, 브러쉬(42)의 회전방향은 세척에 적합하도록 사용자의 꼬리뼈에서 항문 방향으로 회전될 수 있다. 브러쉬이동와이어(43)의 당김력이 설정된 수치 이하일 때 랙과 피니언(47)의 결합이 해제되지만 브러쉬(42)가 사용자의 신체와 접촉되면서 원위치되므로 이 경우에도 브러쉬(42)의 회전방향은 세척에 적합한 방향 즉, 꼬리뼈에서 항문 방향으로 회전될 수 있다.
이와 같이, 사용자가 브러쉬이동와이어(43)를 당겼다 놓았다를 반복하면, 배설물이 깨끗이 세척될 수 있다.
본 발명에 있어서, 제1몸체와 제2몸체가 가까워졌을 때 고무줄에 의해서 대소변봉투(23)의 상부가 오므라들면서 대소변을 담고 있는 봉지 형태가 된다.
이와 같이 대소변봉투(23)가 오므라든 상태에서 타이(50)로 대소변봉투(23)의 상부를 묶어 대소변이 새어나오지 않도록 하는 것이 좋다. 이러한 타이(50)는 다양한 형태의 것을 사용할 수 있으나 구부러짐이 가능한 철심이 종이나 합성수지에 의해 피복된 형태의 것을 사용할 수 있다. 타이(50)는 빵이나 과자 등을 포장하는 봉지를 묶는 용도의 타이와 동일하거나 대응되는 구조일 수 있다. 구체적인 도시는 생략한다.
제1 및 제2 몸체(21, 22)는 타이를 장착하는 제1 및 제2 타이구비홈(21b, 22b)을 각각 구비할 수 있다. 제1 및 제2 몸체(21, 22) 중 어느 하나만 타이구비홈을 구비할 수 있다.
도 4를 참조하면, 타이(50)의 일단은 제1몸체(21)에 형성된 타이구비홈(21b)에 삽입될 수 있고, 타이(50)의 양단 사이의 지점은 제2몸체(22)의 타이구비홈(22b)에 삽입될 수 있다.
이러한 구성에 의해, 제1몸체(21)와 제2몸체(22)가 벌어져 있을 때, 사용자는 타이(50)의 한쪽 끝부분을 손으로 잡고 잡아당겨 제2몸체(22)의 타이구비홈(22b)에서 타이(50)를 분리하여 사용할 수 있다.
브러쉬 강제 이동 수단은 회전제어용 탄성체(48)가 설정된 수치 이상 벌어지는 것을 제한하는 거리제한용 와이어(48a), 및 브러쉬의 이동을 제한하는 멈춤봉(49)을 더 구비할 수 있다.
거리제한용 와이어(48a)는 회전제어용 탄성체(48)의 양쪽 끝부분이 과도하게 벌어져 발생할 수 있는 파손이나 오작동을 방지할 수 있다.

  1. 사용자의 생식기와 항문 하부를 경유하도록 'U'형을 이루고, 한쪽 끝부분에서 다른 쪽 끝부분으로 연결된 결합체가이더(11)를 구비하는 가이드몸체(10); 및
    대소변봉투(23)에 의해 상호 연결되어 상기 결합체가이더(11)에 장착되는 대소변처리용결합체(20)를 포함하고,
    상기 대소변처리용결합체(20)는 사용자의 배변 시 상기 대소변봉투(23)가 상기 가이드몸체(10)를 따라 펼쳐진 상태를 유지하도록 어느 하나가 상기 결합체가이더(11)를 따라 이동함으로써 상기 가이드몸체(10)의 한 쪽과 다른 쪽에 각각 배치되는 제1 및 제2 몸체(21, 22)를 구비하는 대소변 처리용 기구.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    사용자의 배변 후 상기 대소변봉투(23)가 접혀질 수 있도록, 상기 제1 및 제2 몸체(21, 22) 중 어느 하나가 상기 결합체가이더(11)를 따라 이동함으로써 상기 제1 및 제2 몸체(21, 22) 사이의 간격이 좁혀지는 대소변 처리용 기구.

  10. 제 9 항에 있어서,
    상기 브러쉬이동와이어(43)의 당김력이 설정된 수치 이상일 때 상기 브러쉬(42)가 상기 브러쉬가이더(41) 접촉하며 회전됨으로써 상기 브러쉬(42)가 엉덩이의 뒤쪽에서 시계 반대방향으로 회전되도록 하고, 상기 브러쉬이동와이어(43)의 당김력이 설정된 수치가 되지 못하면 상기 브러쉬(42)와 상기 브러쉬가이더(41)의 접촉이 해제되면서 상기 브러쉬(42)를 사용자의 엉덩이 방향으로 이동시키는 회전제어용 탄성체(48);더 구비하는, 항문 부위를 세척하는 기구.
  11. 제 10 항에 있어서,
    상기 브러쉬(42)는 피니언(47)을 구비하고,
    상기 브러쉬가이더(41)는 상기 피니언(47)이 맞물려 회전함에 따라 상기 브러쉬(42)가 회전할 수 있도록, 상기 피니언(47)에 맞물리는 랙기어(46)를 구비하는, 항문 부위를 세척하는 기구.
  12. 제 10 항에 있어서,
    회전제어용 탄성체(48)는 양쪽 끝부분이 벌어지거나 오므라들 수 있도록 되어 있고, 양쪽 끝부분 사이의 지점이 브러쉬(42)와 연결되어 있는 형태이며, 한 쪽 끝부분은 브러쉬이동와이어(43)에 연결되고, 다른 쪽 끝부분은 복귀용탄성체(44)에 연결되는, 항문 부위를 세척하는 기구.
  13. 제 12 항에 있어서,
    상기 회전제어용 탄성체(48)의 양쪽 끝부분이 설정된 수치 이상 벌어지는 것을 제한하는 거리제한용 와이어(48a)를 더 구비하는, 항분 부위를 세척하는 기구.
