Description
The present invention relates to an egg boiling and peeling device.
Egg is an important nutritional source that must be consumed almost every day. As per personal preferences, eggs can be consumed after applying different cooking methods. However, since consuming an egg raw or failing to clean an egg properly may cause diseases, eggs must be hygienically cooked. Moreover, in order to preserve nutrients, the egg must be cooked at correct temperatures and within correct periods of time. Generally, eggs are cooked by boiling in boiling water on a cooker. However, it is very difficult to obtain the desired consistency with this method. Therefore, various household devices are being developed as egg boiling devices. The egg boiling devices generally operate under the principle of a heater heating and vaporizing water. The user fills in water according to the consistency desired for the boiled egg. When the water is completely vaporized, the user is warned. It is difficult for the user to take the eggs out of the device and peel the same since the eggs are very hot when the boiling process is completed. Therefore, cold water spraying devices are developed. In state of the art devices for boiling and peeling eggs, water is supplied from a single source. The water used for both boiling and peeling is contaminated during the boiling. When sprayed to remove the egg shells from the egg, the contaminated water contacts the boiled eggs. Moreover, since the water vaporizes, it becomes difficult for the user to determine the amount of water to be used for both processes and mostly, the egg is not boiled with the desired consistency or damaged.
