Abstract
本发明提供了一种基于邻域网的信息交互方法、信息交互装置和终端,其中,基于邻域网的信息交互方法包括:根据邻域网络通信协议发送第一网络通信业务请求;根据第一网络通信业务请求,接收第一终端所属的第一邻域网群集中的任意一个第二终端发送的第一网络通信业务请求的反馈信息;和/或接收第二终端所属的第二邻域网群集中的任意一个第三终端发送的反馈信息。通过本发明技术方案,一方面,不需要路由器等接入设备即可实现实时网络通信,降低了对第三方设备的依赖性以及网络接入的成本,另一方面,在指定范围内进行信息交互,使网络数据传输的目的性更强,从而提升了用户的使用体验。
Description
本申请要求于2016年11月11日提交中国专利局,申请号为201611040175.0、发明名称为“基于邻域网的信息交互方法、信息交互装置和终端”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及通信技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种基于邻域网的信息交互方法、一种基于邻域网的信息交互装置和一种终端。
在相关技术中,通过无线局域网(WLAN)、城域网(MAN, Metropolitan Area Network)等通信网络实现手机等终端的无线信道的数据交互传输,仍具有以下缺陷:
(1)无线局域网、城域网等依靠路由器等接入设备才能够将手机等终端接入无线网络;
(2)基于路由器的传播信号传播的范围有限,并且一些内部的无线局域网络不开放给外部人员,从而降低了用户的使用体验。
本发明正是基于上述技术问题至少之一,提出了一种新的基于邻域网的信息交互方案,根据邻域网络通信协议,发送第一网络通信业务请求,以在发送第一网络通信业务请求后,根据第一网络通信业务请求的反馈情况,能够接收第一终端所属的第一邻域网群集中的任意一个第二终端发送的反馈信息,和/或第二终端所属的第二邻域网群集中的任意一个第三终端发送的反馈信息,实现了邻域网络中的终端设备之间的信息交互,一方面,不需要路由器等接入设备即可实现实时网络通信,降低了对第三方设备的依赖性以及网络接入的成本,另一方面,在指定范围内进行信息交互,使网络数据传输的目的性更强,从而提升了用户的使用体验。
有鉴于此,本发明提出了一种基于邻域网的信息交互方法,包括:根据邻域网络通信协议发送第一网络通信业务请求;根据第一网络通信业务请求,接收第一终端所属的第一邻域网群集中的任意一个第二终端发送的第一网络通信业务请求的反馈信息;和/或接收第二终端所属的第二邻域网群集中的任意一个第三终端发送的反馈信息。
在该技术方案中,根据邻域网络通信协议,发送第一网络通信业务请求,以在发送第一网络通信业务请求后,根据第一网络通信业务请求的反馈情况,能够接收第一终端所属的第一邻域网群集中的任意一个第二终端发送的反馈信息,和/或第二终端所属的第二邻域网群集中的任意一个第三终端发送的反馈信息,实现了邻域网络中的终端设备之间的信息交互,一方面,不需要路由器等接入设备即可实现实时网络通信,降低了对第三方设备的依赖性以及网络接入的成本,另一方面,在指定范围内进行信息交互,使网络数据传输的目的性更强,从而提升了用户的使用体验。
邻域网(NAN,Neighborhood Area Network),由多个相互关联的邻域网群集构成,每个邻域网群集中的任意两个终端能够进行信息交互,两个相邻的邻域网群集中具有至少一个公用终端,邻域网络可以由DSL(数字用户线路)与AP(通信接入点)公共组件而成,以提供快速、低成本的网络连接。
其中,邻域网络通信协议可以基于IEEE802.11标准中描述的协议生成,具体地,为802.11b标准(即基于WI-FI的通信协议)。
另外,第一终端、第二终端与第三终端均为终端,在不同的情境中可进行身份互换。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,在根据邻域网络通信协议发送第一网络通信业务请求前,还包括:根据第一网络通信业务请求中的邻域网标识,创建第一邻域网络接入点,以作为第一邻域网群集的通信接入点;根据通信接入点,通过无线信道发送第一探测请求;接收预设范围内的,根据第一探测请求反馈的任意一个第二终端的发现信息,以与第二终端建立无线连接,以生成第一邻域网群集。
在该技术方案中,通过根据邻域网标识,创建第一邻域网络接入点,以作为第一邻域网群集的通信接入点,通过根据通信接入点,并通过无线信道发送第一探测请求,处于预设范围内的任意一个第二终端能够接收到该第一探测请求,任意一个第二终端在愿意加入第一终端的邻域网群集的前提下,可向第一终端发送发现信息,以使任意一个第二终端接入第一终端作为接入点的邻域网群集,实现了邻域网群集的生成,任意一个第二终端与第一终端均作为第一邻域网群集中的邻域网设备,进一步实现了邻域网群集中的邻域网设备之间的通信交互。
具体地,在第一终端为通信接入点(AP)时,在第一终端预设范围内的任意一个第二终端都可以根据对第一探测请求的响应情况,发送发现信息,以使第一终端根据发现信息实现任意一个第二终端的接入,第一终端能够与接入的任意一个第二终端构成第一邻域网群集,而在任意一个第二终端作为AP时,都可以生成多个第二邻域网群集,由此延伸,构成邻域网络。
其中,邻域网标识,可以是请求加入邻域网群集的识别标识,也可以是请求标识。
在上述任一项技术方案中,优选地,还包括:在接收到第二网络通信业务请求时,检测是否响应第二网络通信业务请求;在检测到响应第二网络通信业务请求时,生成第二网络通信业务请求的反馈信息;根据邻域网通信协议,将反馈信息发送至第二网络通信业务的发起终端。
在该技术方案中,通过在接收到第二网络通信业务请求时,检测是否相应该第二网络通信业务请求,以在检测到相应该第二网络通信业务请求时,生成第二网络通信业务请求的反馈信息,并根据邻域网通信协议,将反馈信息发送至第二网络通信业务的发起终端,使第一终端在作为AP的同时,能够接收并反馈邻域网络中其它终端发送的通信业务请求,实现了第一终端在邻域网络中作为通信业务的反馈终端,满足了终端设备功能多样化的需求。
在上述任一项技术方案中,优选地,还包括:在检测到未响应第二网络通信业务请求时,将第二网络通信业务请求发送至待响应的第二终端,以通过第二终端发送至待响应的第三终端。

在上述任一项技术方案中,优选地,还包括:在接收到第二探测请求时,根据第二探测请求接入第二邻域网络接入点所属的邻域网群集。
在该技术方案中,通过在接收到第二探测请求时,根据第二探测请求接入第二邻域网络接入点所述的邻域网络,一方面,实现了交互邻域网络的生成,另一方面,在第一终端不作为AP时,通过接入第二邻域网络接入点所述的邻域网群集,实现了第一终端的互联网络接入,并降低了网络接入的成本。
根据本发明第二方面,还提出了一种基于邻域网的信息交互装置,包括:发送单元,设置为根据邻域网络通信协议发送第一网络通信业务请求;接收单元,设置为根据第一网络通信业务请求,接收第一终端所属的第一邻域网群集中的任意一个第二终端发送的第一网络通信业务请求的反馈信息;接收单元还设置为:接收第二终端所属的第二邻域网群集中的任意一个第三终端发送的反馈信息。

在上述任一项技术方案中,优选地,发送单元还设置为:在检测到未响应第二网络通信业务请求时,将第二网络通信业务请求发送至待响应的第二终端,以通过第二终端发送至待响应的第三终端。

在该技术方案中,通过在接收到第二探测请求时,根据第二探测请求接入第二邻域网络接入点所述的邻域网络,一方面,实现了交互邻域网络的生成,另一方面,在第一终端不作为AP时,通过接入第二邻域网络接入点所述的邻域网群集,实现了第一终端的互联网络接入,并降低了网络接入的成本。
根据本发明第三方面,还提出了一种终端,包括上述任一项技术方案所述的基于邻域网的信息交互装置,因此,该终端包括上述任一项技术方案所述的基于邻域网的信息交互装置的技术效果,在此不再赘述。
通过以上技术方案,根据邻域网络通信协议,发送第一网络通信业务请求,以在发送第一网络通信业务请求后,根据第一网络通信业务请求的反馈情况,能够接收第一终端所属的第一邻域网群集中的任意一个第二终端发送的反馈信息,和/或第二终端所属的第二邻域网群集中的任意一个第三终端发送的反馈信息,实现了邻域网络中的终端设备之间的信息交互,一方面,不需要路由器等接入设备即可实现实时网络通信,降低了对第三方设备的依赖性以及网络接入的成本,另一方面,在指定范围内进行信息交互,使网络数据传输的目的性更强,从而提升了用户的使用体验。

其中,邻域网标识,可以是请求加入邻域网群集的识别标识,也可以是请求标识。
在上述任一项技术方案中,优选地,还包括:检测单元208,设置为在接收到第二网络通信业务请求时,检测是否响应第二网络通信业务请求;生成单元210,设置为在检测到响应第二网络通信业务请求时,生成第二网络通信业务请求的反馈信息;发送单元202还设置为:根据邻域网通信协议,将反馈信息发送至第二网络通信业务的发起终端。
在该技术方案中,通过在接收到第二网络通信业务请求时,检测是否相应该第二网络通信业务请求,以在检测到相应该第二网络通信业务请求时,生成第二网络通信业务请求的反馈信息,并根据邻域网通信协议,将反馈信息发送至第二网络通信业务的发起终端,使第一终端在作为AP的同时,能够接收并反馈邻域网络中其它终端发送的通信业务请求,实现了第一终端在邻域网络中作为通信业务的反馈终端,满足了终端设备功能多样化的需求。
在上述任一项技术方案中,优选地,发送单元202还设置为:在检测到未响应第二网络通信业务请求时,将第二网络通信业务请求发送至待响应的第二终端,以通过第二终端发送至待响应的第三终端。
在该技术方案中,通过在检测到未响应第二网络通信业务请求时,将第二网络通信业务请求发送至待响应的第二终端,以及通过第二终端再转发至第三终端,进一步实现了第一终端的转发功能,即属于邻域网络中的任意一个终端,均可作为AP、反馈终端以及转发终端,从而实现了属于邻域网中的任意两个终端之间的信息交互。
具体地,邻域网络还可以是多层分步体系结构,终端则为多层分步体系结构中的分支节点。
在上述任一项技术方案中,优选地,还包括:接入单元212,设置为在接收到第二探测请求时,根据第二探测请求接入第二邻域网络接入点所属的邻域网络。
在该技术方案中,通过在接收到第二探测请求时,根据第二探测请求接入第二邻域网络接入点所述的邻域网络,一方面,实现了交互邻域网络的生成,另一方面,在第一终端不作为AP时,通过接入第二邻域网络接入点所述的邻域网群集,实现了第一终端的互联网络接入,并降低了网络接入的成本。
图3示出了根据本发明的实施例的终端的示意框图。
如图3所示,根据本发明的实施例的终端300,包括上述任一项技术方案所述的基于邻域网的信息交互装置200,因此,该终端300包括上述任一项技术方案所述的基于邻域网的信息交互装置200的技术效果,在此不再赘述。
图4示出了根据本发明的实施例的基于邻域网的信息交互方案的示意图。
如图4所示,根据本发明的实施例的基于邻域网的信息交互方案,包括至少两个NAN群集,两个相邻的NAN群集中至少一个公用终端404,以网络服务为例,终端402作为网络服务的发起端,终端406通过接收公用终端404转发的服务请求,并将反馈信息通过公用终端404发送至终端402,以响应终端402发起的网络服务。
具体地,进一步,以“电影票转让服务”为网络服务,基于邻域网络通信协议的终端402可以发起“电影票转让服务”,在预设距离内,同样基于邻域网络通信协议的终端404可以发现“电影票转让服务”,属于第一邻域网群集408和第二邻域网群集410的用户终端均可选择加入“电影票转让服务”,用户终端还可以发送消息,包括需要的电影票的电影名称和时间,在“电影票转让服务”中需要转出电影票的用户终端响应,比如终端406,组建的网络可以覆盖较大的范围,每一个连接到此服务的用户终端都是网络节点,可以相互转发消息。
图5示出了根据本发明的实施例的终端的实体装置的示意图。
如图5所示,根据本发明的实施例的终端的实体装置,包括:处理器1、发送装置2、接收装置3、天线4以及存储器5。在本发明的一些实施例中,发送装置2和接收装置3通过天线发送和接收无线信号。
其中,存储器4用于存储一组程序代码和通信协议,处理器1调用存储器4中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
通过发送装置2,根据邻域网络通信协议发送第一网络通信业务请求;
通过接收装置3,根据所述第一网络通信业务请求,接收所述第一终端所属的第一邻域网群集中的任意一个第二终端发送的所述第一网络通信业务请求的反馈信息;和/或
通过接收装置3接收所述第二终端所属的第二邻域网群集中的任意一个第三终端发送的所述反馈信息。
作为一种可选的实施方式,处理器1调用存储器5中的存储代码,还用于执行以下操作:
根据所述第一网络通信业务请求中的邻域网标识,创建第一邻域网络接入点,以作为所述第一邻域网群集的通信接入点;
通过发送装置2,根据所述通信接入点,通过无线信道发送第一探测请求;
通过接收装置3接收预设范围内的,根据所述第一探测请求反馈的任意一个所述第二终端的发现信息,以与所述第二终端建立无线连接,以生成所述第一邻域网群集。
作为一种可选的实施方式,处理器1调用存储器5中的存储代码,还用于执行以下操作:
在接收到第二网络通信业务请求时,检测是否响应所述第二网络通信业务请求;
在检测到响应所述第二网络通信业务请求时,生成所述第二网络通信业务请求的反馈信息;
通过发送装置2,根据所述邻域网通信协议,将所述反馈信息发送至所述第二网络通信业务的发起终端。
作为一种可选的实施方式,处理器1调用存储器5中的存储代码,还用于执行以下操作:
通过发送装置2,在检测到未响应所述第二网络通信业务请求时,将所述第二网络通信业务请求发送至待响应的所述第三终端。
作为一种可选的实施方式,处理器1调用存储器5中的存储代码,还用于执行以下操作:
在通过接收装置3接收到第二探测请求时,根据所述第二探测请求接入第二邻域网络接入点所属的邻域网络。
本发明实施例中基于邻域网的信息交互方法中的步骤可以根据实际需要进行顺序调整、合并和删减。
本发明实施例中基于邻域网的信息交互装置中的单元可以根据实际需要进行合并、划分和删减。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种基于邻域网的信息交互方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质包括只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、可编程只读存储器(Programmable Read-only Memory,PROM)、可擦除可编程只读存储器(Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory,EPROM)、一次可编程只读存储器(One-time Programmable Read-Only Memory,OTPROM)、电子抹除式可复写只读存储器(Electrically-Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EEPROM)、只读光盘(Compact Disc Read-Only Memory,CD-ROM)或其他光盘存储器、磁盘存储器、磁带存储器、或者能够用于携带或存储数据的计算机可读的任何其他介质。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案,通过本发明技术方案,一方面,不需要路由器等接入设备即可实现实时网络通信,降低了对第三方设备的依赖性以及网络接入的成本,另一方面,在指定范围内进行信息交互,使网络数据传输的目的性更强,从而提升了用户的使用体验
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (11)
- 一种基于邻域网的信息交互方法,应用于第一终端,其特征在于,包括:根据邻域网络通信协议发送第一网络通信业务请求;根据所述第一网络通信业务请求,接收所述第一终端所属的第一邻域网群集中的任意一个第二终端发送的所述第一网络通信业务请求的反馈信息;和/或接收所述第二终端所属的第二邻域网群集中的任意一个第三终端发送的所述反馈信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的基于邻域网的信息交互方法,其特征在于,所述在根据邻域网络通信协议发送第一网络通信业务请求前,还包括:根据所述第一网络通信业务请求中的邻域网标识,创建第一邻域网络接入点,以作为所述第一邻域网群集的通信接入点;根据所述通信接入点,通过无线信道发送第一探测请求;接收预设范围内的,根据所述第一探测请求反馈的任意一个所述第二终端的发现信息,以与所述第二终端建立无线连接,以生成所述第一邻域网群集。
- 根据权利要求2所述的基于邻域网的信息交互方法,其特征在于,还包括:在接收到第二网络通信业务请求时,检测是否响应所述第二网络通信业务请求;在检测到响应所述第二网络通信业务请求时,生成所述第二网络通信业务请求的反馈信息;根据所述邻域网通信协议,将所述反馈信息发送至所述第二网络通信业务的发起终端。
- 根据权利要求3所述的基于邻域网的信息交互方法,其特征在于,还包括:在检测到未响应所述第二网络通信业务请求时,将所述第二网络通信业务请求发送至待响应的所述第二终端,以通过所述第二终端发送至待响应的所述第三终端。
- 根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的基于邻域网的信息交互方法,其特征在于,还包括:在接收到第二探测请求时,根据所述第二探测请求接入第二邻域网络接入点所属的邻域网群集。
- 一种基于邻域网的信息交互装置,应用于第一终端,其特征在于,包括:发送单元,设置为根据邻域网络通信协议发送第一网络通信业务请求;接收单元,设置为根据所述第一网络通信业务请求,接收所述第一终端所属的第一邻域网群集中的任意一个第二终端发送的所述第一网络通信业务请求的反馈信息;所述接收单元还设置为:接收所述第二终端所属的第二邻域网群集中的任意一个第三终端发送的所述反馈信息。
- 根据权利要求6所述的基于邻域网的信息交互装置,其特征在于,还包括:创建单元,设置为根据所述第一网络通信业务请求中的邻域网标识,创建第一邻域网络接入点,以作为所述第一邻域网群集的通信接入点;所述发送单元还设置为:根据所述通信接入点,通过无线信道发送第一探测请求;所述接收单元还设置为:接收预设范围内的,根据所述第一探测请求反馈的任意一个所述第二终端的发现信息,以与所述第二终端建立无线连接,以生成所述第一邻域网群集。
- 根据权利要求7所述的基于邻域网的信息交互装置,其特征在于,还包括:检测单元,设置为在接收到第二网络通信业务请求时,检测是否响应所述第二网络通信业务请求;生成单元,设置为在检测到响应所述第二网络通信业务请求时,生成所述第二网络通信业务请求的反馈信息;所述发送单元还设置为:根据所述邻域网通信协议,将所述反馈信息发送至所述第二网络通信业务的发起终端。
- 根据权利要求8所述的基于邻域网的信息交互装置,其特征在于,所述发送单元还设置为:在检测到未响应所述第二网络通信业务请求时,将所述第二网络通信业务请求发送至待响应的所述第二终端,以通过所述第二终端发送至待响应的所述第三终端。
- 根据权利要求7至9中任一项所述的基于邻域网的信息交互装置,其特征在于,还包括:接入单元,设置为在接收到第二探测请求时,根据所述第二探测请求接入第二邻域网络接入点所属的邻域网群集。
- 一种终端,其特征在于,包括如权利要求6至10中任一项所述的基于邻域网的信息交互装置。
