FIG. 1 is an external view of a lighting structure 100 when the ceiling is looked up obliquely from the rear of a vehicle in an environment where the surroundings are bright.
FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating how the light is viewed by the illumination structure 100 when the ceiling is obliquely looked up from behind the vehicle in an environment where the surroundings are dark.
As shown in FIG. 1, a headlining 10 that is a ceiling lining is provided on the ceiling of the vehicle.
As will be described in detail later, the headlining 10 is a molded ceiling in which the skin 13, the pad layer 12, and the base material 11 are integrally formed so as to overlap from the vehicle interior side in this order, and the aesthetics of the vehicle interior is improved. Responsible for functions such as shock absorption, heat insulation from outside the vehicle, sound absorption inside the vehicle, and sound insulation from outside the vehicle.
The lighting structure 100 includes a head lining 10 and light emitting devices 20 that are attached to the back side of the head lining 10 and that are irregularly arranged and illuminate the vehicle interior.
Thus, since the front side of the headlining 10 is covered with the skin 13, the structure of the light emitting device 20 is not visually recognized.
Further, when the light emitting device 20 attached to the back side of the headlining 10 is turned off or the surroundings are bright even when the light emitting device 20 is turned on, the light emitted from the light emitting device 20 is not visually recognized, and the skin 13 is visible from the passenger compartment. Is visible.
When the light-emitting device 20 is turned on in a dark environment, the light emitted from the light-emitting device 20 passes through the skin 13 and irradiates the vehicle interior. Therefore, when looking up at the vehicle ceiling in the vehicle interior, as shown in FIG. In addition, you can see light shining like many stars shining in the sky.
Next, the illumination structure 100 according to the first embodiment will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the illumination structure 100 according to the first embodiment.
The lower side in FIG. 3 is the passenger compartment side (the ground side), and the upper side is the roof panel side (the sky side).
As shown in FIG. 3, the illumination structure 100 includes a head lining 10 and a light emitting device 20 that is attached to the back side of the head lining 10 and illuminates the vehicle interior.
The headlining 10 includes a base material 11 disposed on the back side of the headlining 10, a skin 13 disposed on the front side of the headlining 10, a pad layer 12 disposed between the base material 11 and the skin 13, Is provided.
The base material 11 is formed from a synthetic resin, a molded felt, a molded hard board, or the like, and has an opening for installing a sunroof or the like, and a concave shape for storing and attaching a sun visor.
The base 11 is provided with a first opening 11a having a size capable of enclosing the light emitting element 21 at a position where the light emitting device 20 is disposed.
The pad layer 12 has elasticity and shock absorption, and is made of, for example, urethane foam.
The skin 13 is formed of, for example, vinyl leather cloth or fabric, and the light irradiated from the light emitting device 20 can be transmitted into the vehicle interior.
The light emitting device 20 is a surface mounted LED including a light emitting element 21 and a package substrate 22 on which the light emitting element 21 is mounted.
The light emitting element 21 is formed of, for example, an LED chip, is disposed in a cavity surrounded by a reflector (not shown) on the front surface of the package substrate 22, and is sealed with a sealing resin (not shown) such as epoxy or silicon. The light emitting element 21 is connected to an electrode disposed on the package substrate 22 through a bonding wire.
And the light-emitting device 20 irradiates light toward the vehicle interior by energizing from an appropriate power source.
The light blocking body 30 can block light, and is made of, for example, an aluminum sheet. In addition, the light shielding body 30 may be a film shape, a film shape, a foil shape, or a tape shape.
The light shielding body 30 is provided on the front side of the base material 11 so as to face the first opening portion 11a, and allows the light emitted from the light emitting device 20 to pass through without being blocked, with a diameter of about 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm. Two openings 30a are provided at substantially the center.
As shown in FIG. 3, the light shielding body 30 may be disposed on the front side of the base material 11 in a state of being fitted in a recess 12 h formed on the back side of the pad layer 12. Such a structure can be obtained by a molding method in which the base material 11 and the pad layer 12 are integrated by insert molding or the like in a state where the light shielding body 30 is disposed on the front side of the base material 11.
Therefore, the light shielding body 30 can compensate for the rigidity of the base material 11 lost by applying the first opening 11a to the base material 11.
The package substrate 22 of the light emitting device 20 is airtightly attached to the base material 11 of the headlining 10 by a mechanical joint, an adhesive, a double-sided tape, or the like. Thereby, when the door of the vehicle is opened and closed, an air flow is generated between the light emitting device 20 and the skin 13 through the second opening 30a, and dust in the air flows into the second opening 30a. The front side of the skin 13 located on the front side is clogged and dirty, and this dirt does not stand out when viewed from the passenger compartment.
The lighting structure 100 includes a first opening 11a that transmits light from the light emitting device 20 formed on the base material 11 disposed on the back side of the headlining 10, and a light shielding provided to face the first opening 11a. The light shielding body 30 has a second opening 30a through which light from the light emitting device 20 passes, which is smaller than the first opening 11a.
Thereby, the light irradiated from the light emitting device 20 and diffused passes through the first opening 11a, and then the light diffused around the light is shielded by the light shielding body 30 and partly passed through the second opening 30a. Passes through the pad layer 12 and passes from the back surface of the skin 13 toward the front surface.
Therefore, when the vicinity of the skin 13 of the headlining 10 to which the light emitting device 20 is attached is viewed from the indoor side, the light transmitted through the skin 13 has a narrow bright area (area) and a strong central brightness (from the center). (The change rate of the brightness according to the distance is large), so it can be clearly seen without blurring.
(Second Embodiment)
Next, the illumination structure 100 according to the second embodiment will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the illumination structure 100 according to the second embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 4, the illumination structure 100 includes a head lining 10 and a light emitting device 20 that is attached to the back side of the head lining 10 and illuminates the vehicle interior, as in the first embodiment.
The second embodiment and the first embodiment are different in the structure of the light shielding body 30 and are similar in other respects. Therefore, in the second embodiment, the structure of the light shielding body 30 will be mainly described and shared. About a point, description may be abbreviate | omitted.
As shown in FIG. 4, the light shield 30 is a block made of PP or ABS resin which is provided on the front side of the light shield sheet 31 made of aluminum and colored black by blending carbon black or the like. The light shielding spacer 32 is formed in a shape. In addition, as long as the light shielding body 30 has the light shielding property which blocks light, it may be shape | molded from other raw materials, such as another resin and a metal, and coloring may not be black.
The light shielding sheet 31 is provided on the front side of the substrate 11 so as to face the first opening 11a.
The light shielding spacer 32 has a cylindrical shape and is provided on the front side of the light shielding sheet 31.
In the center of the light shielding sheet 31 and the center of the light shielding spacer 32, holes 31a and 32a having a diameter of about 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm are concentrically passed through the light emitted from the light emitting device 20 without being blocked. The holes 31a and 32a constitute the second opening 30a.
The light shielding body 30 is fitted in a recess 12 h having a spot facing 12 h 1 formed on the back side of the pad layer 12 and a through hole 12 h 2 that penetrates the pad layer 12 from the spot facing 12 h 1 to the back side of the skin 13. Between the front side and the back side of the skin 13.
The light shielding spacer 32 is disposed between the light shielding sheet 31 and the skin 13 in a state where the light shielding spacer 32 is fitted in the through hole 12h2 penetrating the pad layer 12 from the spot facing 12h1 to the back side of the skin 13.
Therefore, the light passing through the pad layer 12 is blocked by the light blocking spacer 32, so that the light diffused inside the pad layer 12 does not pass through the skin 13.
Since the light shielding body 30 includes the light shielding spacer 32, the rigidity of the base material 11 and the pad layer 12 lost by applying the first opening 11a to the base material 11 together with the light shielding sheet 31 can be compensated. it can.
Further, the light shielding body 30 has a light shielding spacer 32 and is integrated with the light shielding sheet 31 to compensate for the lost rigidity of the base material 11 by applying the first opening 11 a to the base material 11.
As in the first embodiment, the illumination structure 100 includes a first opening 11a that transmits light from the light emitting device 20 formed on the base material 11 disposed on the back side of the headlining 10, and a first opening 11a. The light shielding body 30 has a second opening 30a through which light from the light emitting device 20 passes, which is smaller than the first opening 11a.
Thereby, the light irradiated and diffused from the light emitting device 20 passes through the first opening 11a, and then the light diffused around the light is blocked by the light blocking body 30. Subsequently, a part of the light that has passed through the second opening 30 a does not pass through the pad layer 12 but reaches the back surface of the skin 13 and passes from the back surface of the skin 13 toward the front surface.
Therefore, when the vicinity of the skin 13 of the headlining 10 to which the light emitting device 20 is attached from the indoor side, the light transmitted from the skin 13 can be clearly seen without being blurred.
It should be noted that the light shielding sheet 31 and the light shielding spacer 32 may be integrally formed without being separated.
(Third embodiment)
Next, the illumination structure 100 according to the third embodiment will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the illumination structure 100 according to the third embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 5, the lighting structure 100 includes a head lining 10 and a light emitting device 20 that is attached to the back side of the head lining 10 and illuminates the interior of the vehicle, as in the first and second embodiments. Is.
The third embodiment is different from the first embodiment and the second embodiment in the structure of the light shield 30 and is similar in other respects. Therefore, in the third embodiment, the structure of the light shield 30 is mainly used. Explanations and common points may be omitted.
The light shield 30 is formed by injection molding or the like from PP resin, ABS resin, or the like, and is colored black by blending carbon black or the like. In addition, as long as the light shielding body 30 has the light shielding property which blocks light, it may be shape | molded from other raw materials, such as another resin and a metal, and coloring may not be black.
As shown in FIG. 5, the light shielding body 30 is provided on the back side of the base material 11 so as to face the first opening portion 11a and has an annular mounting portion 33 having a third opening portion 30b in the center. An annular light emitting device support 34 that extends from the outer peripheral edge of the mounting portion 33 to the back side, has an inner shape that matches the outer shape of the package substrate 22 of the light emitting device 20, and supports the package substrate 22 at the inner peripheral edge; A cylindrical positioning portion 35 extending from the inner peripheral edge of the attachment portion 33 to the front side, having a third opening 30b in the center and having an outer shape mating with the first opening 11a, and a front side end of the positioning portion 35 A light-shielding portion 36 that further extends from the inner peripheral edge of the portion to the front side and has a second opening 30a in the center.
The front side (attachment portion 33) of the light shielding body 30 is airtightly attached to the back side of the headlining 10 (base material 11) by a mechanical joint, an adhesive, a double-sided tape, or the like.
Moreover, the back side (attachment part 33 or light-emitting device support part 34) of the light shielding body 30 is airtightly attached to the light-emitting device 20 (package substrate 22) by a mechanical joint, an adhesive, a double-sided tape or the like.
Therefore, the light emitting device 20 is attached airtight to the headlining 10.
The second opening 30a is a hole having a diameter of about 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm through which light irradiated from the light emitting device 20 passes without being blocked.
The light shielding body 30 is arranged between the front side of the base material 11 and the back side of the skin 13 in a state where the front side end portion is fitted in a recess 12 h formed on the back side of the pad layer 12.
The light shielding body 30 is integrally molded and has a predetermined rigidity, and is engaged with the first opening 11a. Therefore, the rigidity of the base 11 lost by applying the first opening 11a to the base 11 is used. Can be supplemented.
The light emitting device support portion 34 extends from the outer peripheral edge of the mounting portion 33 to the back side, has an inner shape that matches the outer shape of the package substrate 22 of the light emitting device 20, and has an annular shape that supports the package substrate 22 at the inner peripheral portion. The inner shape is such that when the package substrate 22 is supported by the inner peripheral edge, the center of light emitted from the light emitting element 21 (the vertical axis in FIG. 5) coincides with the center of the second opening 30a. The shape is like this. Thereby, when the light shielding body 30 and the light emitting device 20 are integrated, the center of the light irradiated by the light emitting element 21 and the center of the second opening 30a come to coincide.
Since the light shielding part 36 blocks the light passing through the second opening 30a without leaking to the surroundings, the light shielding part 36 can guide the light while reducing the amount of light diffusing into the pad layer 12.
A chamfer 36 t is provided on the periphery of the front end portion of the light shielding portion 36.
The distance D from the front side surface of the attachment portion 33 to the front side end surface of the light shielding portion 36 is larger than the thickness T1 of the base material 11. In this way, when the light shielding body 30 is attached to the base material 11 so that the positioning portion 35 is engaged with the first opening 11a and the front side of the attachment portion 33 is in contact with the back side of the base material 11, Since the front side end of the light-shielding part 36 deforms the pad layer 12, the pad layer 12 having the thickness T <b> 2 is thinned only at the deformed part to have a thickness d, and the light irradiated from the light emitting device 20 is reflected on the pad layer 12. The distance passing through the interior is shortened.
Therefore, the light passing through the second opening 30a is not blocked by the light-shielding portion 36 and spreads around, but the distance from the second opening 30a until it passes through the skin 13 is short. The amount diffused inside can be reduced, and when the vicinity of the skin 13 of the headlining 10 to which the light emitting device 20 is attached is viewed from the indoor side, the light transmitted from the skin 13 can be clearly seen without being blurred.
Further, at least the front end of the light shielding body 30 is harder than the pad layer 12. In this way, the first opening from the back side of the base material 11 with respect to the headlining 10 in which the thickness T1 of the base material 11, the thickness T2 of the pad layer 12, and the thickness of the skin 13 are laminated in a uniform state, respectively. 11a is perforated, and only a part of the base material 11 is removed. In this state, the positioning portion 35 of the light shielding body 30 is simply inserted into the first opening 11a, and the front end of the light shielding body 30 is formed on the pad layer 12. The depression 12h is formed on the back side of the pad layer 12, and the front end portion of the light shielding body 30 is accommodated in the depression 12h.
Further, the light shielding device 30 and the light emitting device 20 are integrated with the light emitting device support portion 34 supporting the package substrate 22, and then the positioning portion 35 of the light shielding body 30 is moved to the first opening 11a as described above. Since the light emitting device 20 can be installed with respect to the headlining 10 simply by inserting it into the head, workability is improved.
The illumination structure 100 includes a first opening portion 11a formed on the base material 11 and mating with a positioning portion 35 having a third opening portion 30b in the center, and a light shielding body 30 provided facing the first opening portion 11a. The light shielding body 30 has a second opening 30a that is smaller than the first opening 11a and allows light from the light emitting device 20 to pass therethrough.
Thereby, when the light irradiated and diffused from the light emitting device 20 passes through the third opening 30b, the light diffused around the light is blocked by the light blocking body 30. Subsequently, part of the light that has passed through the second opening 30a passes through the pad layer 12 having a thickness d, reaches the back surface of the skin 13, and transmits from the back surface of the skin 13 toward the surface.
Therefore, when the vicinity of the skin 13 of the headlining 10 to which the light emitting device 20 is attached is viewed from the vehicle interior side, the light transmitted from the skin 13 can be clearly seen without being blurred.
Further, even if the light shielding body 30 is attached, the pad layer 12 remains only by the thickness d. Therefore, even if the pad layer 12 is touched so as to trace the surface of the skin 13 of the headlining 10 from the vehicle interior side, it is elastic and has a hardness. Because it does not feel a change, it has good tactile sensation and can maintain shock absorption.
Moreover, since the chamfer 36t is provided on the peripheral edge of the front side end portion of the light shielding portion 36, even if it is touched to trace the surface of the skin 13 of the head lining 10 from the indoor side, the change in hardness is further felt. In addition, the tactile sensation is improved, and it is safe even when a part of the passenger's body collides.
(Installation method)
Hereinafter, the installation method of the illumination structure 100 will be described using the third embodiment as an example. In addition, the installation method shown below is applicable not only to the headlining 10 but other interior materials.
6 is a cross-sectional view of the headlining before the light-emitting device is installed, and FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the state in which the light-emitting device and the light-shielding body are combined and a base in a state where the first opening is provided. FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the material in which the light-shielding body positioning portion is inserted into the first opening, and FIG. 9 is a diagram in which the light-shielding portion is pushed into the pad layer and the pad layer is depressed. It is sectional drawing of the state formed.
6 to 9 sequentially show the installation process of the lighting structure 100 in time series.
(1) As shown in FIG. 6, the headlining 10 is formed so that the base material 11, the pad layer 12, and the skin 13 are layered.
(2) Next, as shown in FIG. 7, a first opening 11 a is drilled at a predetermined position of the base material 11 on the back side of the headlining 10. Independent of this process, the light emitting device 20 is supported in a state where the package substrate 22 of the light emitting device 20 in which the light emitting element 21 and the package substrate 22 are integrated is supported by the light emitting device support portion 34 of the light shield 30. And the light shielding body 30 are combined into, for example, a mechanical joint, an adhesive, a double-sided tape, or the like.
(3) Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 8, the positioning portion 35 of the light shielding body 30 is inserted into the first opening portion 11a and fitted. At this point, the depression 12h (see FIG. 9) is not formed in the pad layer 12, but it may be formed in advance.
(4) Then, when the light shielding body 30 is pushed in from the back side to the front side, as shown in FIG. 9, the pad layer 12 is formed with a recess 12h, and the light shielding portion 36 is buried in the recess 12h. Since the chamfer 36t is provided in the light shielding part 36 and the reaction force when pushing it in can be weakened, workability | operativity improves. As described above, the chamfer 36t not only improves the tactile sensation when touched from the skin 13, but also has a function of improving workability at the time of installation.
In this way, the lighting structure 100 is installed.
(5) A plurality of illumination structures 100 are installed at positions simulating the arrangement of irregular or sky stars with respect to the headlining 10 by the installation method as described above.
When the ceiling is looked up obliquely from the rear of the vehicle, when the light emitting device 20 is not lit or when the surroundings are bright, the position of the lighting structure 100 is not clear as shown in FIG. When is turned on, each light is clear without blurring as shown in FIG. 2, and light shining like many stars shining in the sky can be seen on the entire ceiling.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, but the illumination structure according to the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the gist of the present invention described in the claims. Can be modified and changed.
For example, a plurality of light emitting devices of the present invention are connected to a control device that controls the light emitting devices in association with each other, and the lighting time and luminous intensity of each light emitting device are controlled, the blinking order of each light emitting device is controlled, You may express a shooting star, you may change the combination of the light emitting element to light, and you may express various constellations, and you may enable it to change the light emission pattern of each light emitting element by combining these.
According to the present invention, there is provided an illumination structure including an interior material of a vehicle and a light emitting device that is attached to the back side of the interior material and illuminates the interior of the vehicle, wherein the interior material is light from the light emitting device formed on the back side. Since the light-shielding body has a second opening through which light from the light-emitting device is transmitted, which is smaller than the first opening, Each light shines clearly without blurring, and the entire ceiling can be seen as a number of stars shining in the sky, making it look good and increasing the design of the interior of the vehicle.
According to the present invention, the interior material includes a base material disposed on the back side of the interior material, a skin disposed on the front side of the interior material, and a pad layer disposed between the base material and the skin. The light-shielding body is provided in a state of being fitted in a recess formed on the back side of the pad layer, so that light irradiated from the light-emitting element can be guided through the epidermis while being prevented from diffusing in the pad layer. When you look at the ceiling from inside the passenger compartment, each light can be clearly seen without blurring.
According to the present invention, the recess penetrates from the back surface to the front surface of the pad layer, and a part of the light blocking body is disposed in the recess, so that the light emitted from the light emitting element does not pass through the pad layer. When reaching the epidermis and looking at the ceiling from inside the passenger compartment, the brightness of each light becomes stronger and each light can be seen more clearly without blurring.
According to the present invention, the dent does not penetrate from the back surface to the surface of the pad layer, and a part of the light shielding body is disposed in the dent, so that it can be touched to trace the surface of the skin of the interior material from the indoor side. However, since it is elastic and does not feel a change in hardness, it has good tactile sensation and can maintain shock absorption.
According to the present invention, a light emitting device includes a light emitting element and a package substrate on which the light emitting element is mounted, the light shielding body supports the package substrate, and the package substrate is attached to the base material via the light shielding body. Therefore, workability at the time of installing the light-emitting device on the interior material is improved, and the light-blocking body blocks a part of the light, the function of supporting the light-emitting element, and the alignment of the light-emitting element and the second opening And the function of aligning the first opening of the substrate and the light emitting device are all combined, so that the illumination structure becomes compact.
According to the present invention, since the periphery of the front end of the light shield is chamfered, the light shield is made to feel a change in hardness even when touched to trace the surface of the skin of the interior material from the indoor side. The touch is good.
