针对表带与手表本体的连接机构,现有技术主要包含以下几种实现方式:生耳杆连接式、硅胶套表带一体式和拆装机构式,
生耳杆连接式的缺点是:一方面,由于手表本体必须要设计有连接耳,才能与表带端的同心孔配合形成铰链连接。而连接耳凸出手表本体,强度较弱。在不带表带的情况下,跌落或磕碰极易造成连接耳的损坏。另一方面,生耳杆需通过连接耳的插装孔进行安装,反复多次安装后连接耳插装孔易磨损,导致缝隙变大易晃动。第三,拆装表带时生耳杆需要完全拆下,且其非常细小,十分容易丢失。

对所述连接杆进行锁紧的不同位置对应着所述连接杆插入到所述限位槽或者脱出所述限位槽。
进一步的,所述限位槽下部设有定位口;
当所述连接杆上的所述锁紧块进入所述固定部的限位槽中时,所述连接杆的中段穿过所述限位槽下部的所述定位口。
进一步的,在所述锁紧模块上的相邻所述穿孔之间设有穿孔过渡段,所述穿孔过渡段的宽度小于所述穿孔的直径;所述定位柱是挤过所述穿孔过渡段而穿入不同位置的所述穿孔的。
进一步的,在所述锁紧模块上的所述穿孔的两旁还设有穿孔变形槽。
进一步的,所述锁紧模块外侧安装一滑轨,所述滑轨两侧的滑轨导向臂与所述锁紧模块外侧配合形成滑动副,所述滑轨上开设有与供所述定位柱穿过的圆孔。
进一步的,作为另一种可选的技术方案,所述连接杆的另一端设有连杆活塞;
所述锁紧模块上相应的设有容纳所述连杆活塞的活塞缸以及所述活塞缸内的活塞 弹簧;
通过所述活塞弹簧将所述连杆活塞挤压到所述活塞缸的一端,以对所述连接杆进行锁紧;
对所述连接杆是否进行锁紧对应着所述连接杆插入到所述限位槽或者脱出所述限位槽。
进一步的,所述带状装置上设有限位筋,所述设备本体的固定部上对应的设有与所述限位筋匹配的限位筋避让口。
进一步的,所述限位筋与所述设备本体在所述限位筋避让口处连接时采用卡扣连接的方式。
本发明还提供一种设备,包含设备本体、带状装置以及上述带状装置的连接机构,其中,所述设备本体通过所述带状装置的连接机构与所述带状装置连接。
进一步的,所述设备本体上设置有电连接器,所述电连接器的一端裸露在所述设备本体外,另一端电连接于设备内部的主板上;
所述带状装置中埋设有芯片卡座和卡座柔性电路板,所述卡座柔性电路板的一端与所述芯片卡座电连接,在所述带状装置与所述设备本体配合连接的情况下,所述卡座柔性电路板的另一端与所述电连接器的裸露在所述设备本体外的一端形成电连接;在所述带状装置与所述设备本体断开连接的情况下,所述卡座柔性电路板的另一端上的金手指与所述电连接器断开电连接。
进一步的,所述电连接器包括:顶针式电连接器pogo pin。
在本发明实施例的上述技术方案,具有下列优点:
本发明实施例所提供的所述带状装置的连接机构及设备,用户在拆装带状装置的过程中,只需滑动连接杆到指定位置即可实现,无需借助其它工具,也没有任何细小零件需要完全取下,操作方法简单便捷。同时,在连接杆的运动方向与用户正常佩戴设备的过程中带状装置的受力方向垂直的情况下,所以带状装置的受力状态并不会对整个机构的锁紧可靠性造成影响,连接牢固可靠。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对本发明进行详细说明如后。
本发明第一实施例,一种带状装置的连接机构,包括:设置在设备本体上的固定部、以及设置在所述带状装置上的锁紧机构,其中,
所述固定部上设有限位槽;
所述锁紧机构包括可插入所述限位槽的连接杆;
所述连接杆插入到所述限位槽中时,所述带状装置与设备本体通过所述连接杆与所述固定部配合连接;所述连接杆脱出所述限位槽时,所述带状装置与设备本体断开连接。
具体的,所述锁紧机构还包括:锁紧模块,用于对所述连接杆进行位置固定。
所述连接杆的一端具有锁紧块,当所述连接杆与所述固定部配合连接时,所述锁紧块进入所述固定部的限位槽中;
所述连接杆的另一端与所述锁紧模块连接,通过所述锁紧模块对所述连接杆进行锁紧。
在采用本发明实施例的带状装置的连接机构拆装带状装置的过程中,只需滑动连 接杆到指定位置即可实现,无需借助其它工具,也没有任何细小零件需要完全取下,操作方法简单便捷。同时,在连接杆的运动方向与用户正常佩戴设备的过程中带状装置的受力方向垂直的情况下,所以带状装置的受力状态并不会对整个机构的锁紧可靠性造成影响,连接牢固可靠。
本发明第二实施例,在第一实施例的基础上,以设备为手表为例介绍一种表带的连接机构,如图1所示,该表带的连接机构包括以下具体组成部分:与手表本体1连接的表带连接耳部件3和与表带5连接的锁紧机构,其中,
手表本体1为第一实施例中的设备本体的一种具体实现方式,表带连接耳部件3为第一实施例中的固定部的一种具体实现方式,表带5为第一实施例中的带状装置的一种具体实现方式。
表带连接耳部件3可以采用粉末冶金压铸成型,表带连接耳部件3通过两个第一螺钉2安装在手表本体1上,或者表带连接耳部件3与手表本体1一体成型。手表本体1可以是塑胶材质的,表带5可以是通过硅胶油压成型的。
表带连接耳部件3中具有表带连接耳限位槽31,该锁紧机构包括:推动部件和锁紧模块;锁紧模块用于对推动部件进行位置固定;当推动部件与表带连接耳限位槽31接合时,表带5与手表本体1锁紧;
当通过滑动推动部件使该推动部件脱出表带连接耳限位槽31时,表带5与手表本体1断开连接。
如图2~3所示,锁紧模块包括盖板式的卡位锁紧模块7。
推动部件包括:推动连杆4,推动连杆4的一端具有锁紧块43,当推动连杆4与表带连接耳限位槽31接合时,锁紧块43进入表带连接耳限位槽31中;推动连杆4的另一端与卡位锁紧模块7连接,通过卡位锁紧模块7对推动连杆4进行锁紧。推动连杆4的另一端设有推扭8,推钮8可以是与推动连杆4一体成型或者通过安装连接,因此推钮8可以看成是推动连杆4的一部分。本实施例的推动部件类似于第一实施例的连接杆的作用。
优选的,由于推钮8上的定位柱81~82穿过推动连杆4的另一端上的套孔41且与推动连杆4是固定连接,也就是说,推动连杆4另一端分为两面,一面由推钮8提供 定位柱81~82,另一面是由推钮8提供的用户手指按压面。
在没有外力滑动推钮8时,通过推钮8与盖板式的卡位锁紧模块7的限位连接对推动连杆4的具有套孔41的一端进行位置固定。
如图3所示,盖板式的卡位锁紧模块7上设有供推钮8上的定位柱81~82穿过的穿孔72~74;通过将定位柱81~82穿入不同位置的穿孔72~74,使推动连杆4上的锁紧块43卡入表带连接耳限位槽31中或者脱出表带连接耳限位槽31,即通过将定位柱81~82在不同位置的穿孔72~74间滑动,以在所述不同位置处对推动连杆4进行锁紧,对推动连杆4进行锁紧的不同位置对应着推动连杆4插入到表带连接耳限位槽31或者脱出表带连接耳限位槽31,在图3中通过穿孔72~73对推动连杆4进行锁紧时,推动连杆4脱出表带连接耳限位槽31;通过73~74对推动连杆4进行锁紧时,推动连杆4插入到表带连接耳限位槽31。
在卡位锁紧模块7上的相邻穿孔之间设有穿孔过渡段75~76,穿孔过渡段的宽度小于穿孔的直径;
定位柱81是挤过穿孔过渡段75而由穿孔72穿入穿孔73的。定位柱82是挤过穿孔过渡段76而由穿孔73穿入穿孔74的。
优选的,在卡位锁紧模块7上的穿孔72~74的两旁还设有穿孔变形槽71,用于使穿孔过渡段75~76更容易因挤压而发生形变。
如图4所示,优选的,盖板式的卡位锁紧模块7上设有凸台77,凸台77外侧安装一滑轨6,滑轨6两侧的滑轨导向臂61与凸台77两侧壁配合形成滑动副,推动连杆4上的定位柱81~82穿过滑轨6上形状相匹配的圆孔,在推动连杆4上下滑动过程中起导向与限位的作用,以达到防止推动连杆4晃动的目的。优选的,推扭8可以与滑轨6点焊在一起。
如图5所示,盖板式的卡位锁紧模块7通过第二螺钉9安装在表带5的内表面,同时,推动连杆4的顶端部42也插入到表带5中相应位置的连杆限位槽51中。
如图6所示,表带连接耳部件3通过第一螺钉2安装在手表本体1上,图6为表带5与手表本体1锁紧的状态示意图,此时,推动连杆4一端的锁紧块43与表带连接耳限位槽31接合,推动连杆4的中段穿过表带连接耳限位槽31上的定位口32。优选的,表带连接耳限位槽31下部设有定位口32;当推动连杆4一端的锁紧块43与表带 连接耳限位槽31相接合时,推动连杆4的中段穿过表带连接耳限位槽31下部的定位口32。
当表带5与表带本体1处于锁紧装置时,推动连杆4可落入表带连接耳部件3上的表带连接耳限位槽31中,同时被限位固定,达到手表本体1与表带5连接的目的。拆卸表带时,只要按此流程逆向操作即可实现,当推动推钮8使表带5与表带本体1处于解锁状态时,推动连杆4的锁紧块43插入表带连接耳部件3对应的安装开口中。
可见,用户在拆装表带的过程中,只需推钮8滑动到指定位置即可实现,无需借助其它工具,也没有任何细小零件需要完全取下,操作方法简单便捷。同时,由于推动连杆4的运动方向与用户正常佩戴过程中表带5的受力方向垂直,因此,表带5受力状态并不会对整个机构的锁紧可靠性造成影响,连接牢固可靠。
优选的,表带连接耳部件3的两端设有限位筋避让口33,表带5上对应的设有与限位筋避让口33匹配的限位筋。
优选的,表带5上的限位筋与手表本体1在限位筋避让口33处连接时采用卡扣连接的方式。当表带5与手表本体1断开连接时,表带5不会立即从手表本体1松脱滑落。
图7~8分别为表带5与手表本体1处于解锁状态和锁紧状态的局部剖视图。
可选的,推动连杆4与推钮8均为粉末冶金压铸成型,滑轨6为钣金冲压成型,卡位锁紧模块7为塑胶注塑成型。
本发明第三实施例,一种表带拆装机构,本实施例的所述表带拆装机构的组成与第二实施例大致相同,区别在于:如图9所示,本实施例的锁紧模块为弹性锁紧模块,所述推动部件,包括:推动连杆,所述推动连杆的一端具有锁紧块,所述锁紧块与所述推动部件限位模块的形状相匹配,所述推动连杆的另一端穿过所述推动部件限位模块后与所述弹性锁紧模块连接;
在没有外力按压所述推动连杆时,所述弹性锁紧模块通过弹力对所述推动连杆的另一端进行位置固定。
进一步的,为了配合该弹性锁紧模块,推动连杆4的另一端设有连杆活塞46,该弹性锁紧模块包括:活塞缸78和活塞缸78中的活塞弹簧79;推动连杆4穿过活塞缸 78;
当推动连杆4一端的锁紧块43卡入表带连接耳限位槽31中时,通过活塞弹簧79压住连杆活塞46的方式将推动连杆4的另一端进行位置固定;
当通过按压推动连杆4的按动端47使推动连杆4一端的锁紧块43脱出表带连接耳限位槽31时,连杆活塞46在外力按压下压缩活塞弹簧79。
本发明第四实施例,一种手表,包含手表本体、表带以及第二实施例或第三实施例中所述的表带的连接机构,手表本体通过所述表带的连接机构与表带连接。本实施例的手表可以替换成任何一种通过表带固定在用户的肢体上的设备。
本发明第五实施例,一种手表,本发明实施例的手表与第四实施例大致相同,区别在于,如图10~11所示,手表本体上设置有顶针式电连接器pogo pin 10,pogo pin 10的一端裸露在手表本体外,另一端电连接于手表内部的主板上;
表带中埋设有卡座FPC11和SIM卡座12,卡座FPC 11的一端与SIM卡座12电连接,在表带与手表本体锁紧的情况下,卡座FPC 11的另一端上的金手指露铜区域压紧在电连接器pogo pin 10的裸露在手表本体外的一端上形成电连接;在表带与手表本体断开连接的情况下,卡座FPC 11的另一端与电连接器pogo pin 10断开电连接。
本发明第六实施例,一种设备,包含设备本体、带状装置以及如第一实施例的所述带状装置的连接机构,其中,所述设备本体通过所述带状装置的连接机构与所述带状装置连接。
进一步的,所述设备本体上设置有电连接器,所述电连接器的一端裸露在所述设备本体外,另一端电连接于设备内部的主板上;
所述带状装置中埋设有芯片卡座和卡座柔性电路板,所述卡座柔性电路板的一端与所述芯片卡座电连接,在所述带状装置与所述设备本体配合连接的情况下,所述卡座柔性电路板的另一端与所述电连接器的裸露在所述设备本体外的一端形成电连接;在所述带状装置与所述设备本体断开连接的情况下,所述卡座柔性电路板的另一端与所述电连接器断开电连接。
优选的,所述电连接器包括:顶针式电连接器pogo pin。
所述芯片卡座适用的芯片卡包括:SIM(Subscriber Identity Module,用户识别卡)、 USIM(Universal Subscriber Identity Module,全球用户识别卡)、micro SIM卡或者nano SIM卡等。
以设备为手表为例,本发明实施例均具备如下技术效果:
1.可以实现表带相对手表本体的免工具快速拆装。
2.可以使表带兼具连接可靠与拆卸方便的优点。
3.不影响手表本体原有造型,使用范围广泛。
4.结构简单,可靠性高。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种带状装置的连接机构,包括:设置在设备本体上的固定部、以及设置在所述带状装置上的锁紧机构,其中,
    所述固定部上设有限位槽;
    所述锁紧机构包括可插入所述限位槽的连接杆;
    所述连接杆插入到所述限位槽中时,所述带状装置与设备本体通过所述连接杆与所述固定部配合连接;所述连接杆脱出所述限位槽时,所述带状装置与设备本体断开连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带状装置的连接机构,其中,所述锁紧机构还包括:锁紧模块,用于对所述连接杆进行位置固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带状装置的连接机构,其中,所述连接杆的第一端具有锁紧块,当所述连接杆与所述固定部配合连接时,所述锁紧块进入所述固定部的限位槽中;
    所述连接杆的第二端与所述锁紧模块连接,通过所述锁紧模块对所述连接杆进行锁紧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的带状装置的连接机构,其中,所述连接杆的第二端设有定位柱;
    所述锁紧模块上相应的设有供所述定位柱穿过的穿孔,所述穿孔的数量大于所述定位柱的数量;通过将所述定位柱在不同位置的所述穿孔间滑动穿入,以在所述不同位置处对所述连接杆进行锁紧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的带状装置的连接机构,其中,在所述锁紧模块上的相邻所述穿孔之间设有穿孔过渡段,所述穿孔过渡段的宽度小于所述穿孔的直径;所述定位柱是挤过所述穿孔过渡段而穿入不同位置的所述穿孔的。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的带状装置的连接机构,其中,在所述锁紧模块上的所述穿孔的两旁还设有穿孔变形槽。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的带状装置的连接机构,其中,所述锁紧模块外侧安装一滑轨,所述滑轨两侧的滑轨导向臂与所述锁紧模块外侧配合形成滑动副,所述滑轨上开设有与供所述定位柱穿过的圆孔。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的带状装置的连接机构,其中,所述限位槽下部设有定位 口;
    当所述连接杆上的所述锁紧块进入所述固定部的限位槽中时,所述连接杆的中段穿过所述限位槽下部的所述定位口。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的带状装置的连接机构,其中,所述连接杆的第二端设有连杆活塞;
    所述锁紧模块上相应的设有容纳所述连杆活塞的活塞缸以及所述活塞缸内的活塞弹簧;通过所述活塞弹簧将所述连杆活塞挤压到所述活塞缸的一端,以对所述连接杆进行锁紧。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的带状装置的连接机构,其中,所述带状装置上设有限位筋,所述设备本体的固定部上对应的设有与所述限位筋匹配的限位筋避让口。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的带状装置的连接机构,其中,所述限位筋与所述设备本体在所述限位筋避让口处连接时采用卡扣连接的方式。
  12. 一种设备,包含设备本体、带状装置以及如权利要求1~11中任一项所述带状装置的连接机构,其中,所述设备本体通过所述带状装置的连接机构与所述带状装置连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的设备,其中,所述设备本体上设置有电连接器,所述电连接器的一端裸露在所述设备本体外,另一端电连接于设备内部的主板上;
    所述带状装置中埋设有芯片卡座和卡座柔性电路板,所述卡座柔性电路板的一端与所述芯片卡座电连接,在所述带状装置与所述设备本体配合连接的情况下,所述卡座柔性电路板的另一端与所述电连接器的裸露在所述设备本体外的一端形成电连接;在所述带状装置与所述设备本体断开连接的情况下,所述卡座柔性电路板的另一端与所述电连接器断开电连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的设备,其中,所述电连接器包括:顶针式电连接器pogo pin。
