Abstract
La présente invention concerne des appareils, des procédés et des produits-programmes d'ordinateur permettant de commander un transfert intercellulaire, un instant de transfert intercellulaire pour un transfert intercellulaire d'un dispositif terminal étant calculé sur la base d'informations de capacités de dispositif terminal, et il est déterminé que le transfert intercellulaire du dispositif de terminal est réussi lorsqu'une première transmission de liaison montante du dispositif de terminal sur un plan de commande ou d'utilisateur est reçue.
