Abstract

本发明涉及互联网数据处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息提供方法及装置。
随着互联网技术的不断发展,基于互联网技术的各种应用也层出不穷,用于满足人们日常生活的需要。例如,有些网站能够提供机票、车票的价格信息,有些网站能够提供旅游景点的特色节日信息,有些网站能够提供当前及未来一段时间内的热门社会事件信息等等。用户通过查询这些网站提供的信息来制定出行计划。
由于上述网站提供的信息类型单一,当用户计划去某一目的地出行时,往往需要访问多个网站才能确定出合适的出行时间。可以看出,上述过程用户体验差,效率低,而且过多的网络访问量也增加了终端功耗以及服务器资源的占用。
由此可见,目前亟需一种基于多维度提供信息的方法,尤其在针对用户查询票务信息的应用中,可从多个维度提供信息以供用户指定出行计划。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种信息提供方法及装置,用以基于多维度提供信息。
本申请实施例提供的信息提供方法中,提供第一用户界面,所述第一用户界面中包括事件显示区域和日历显示区域,所述方法包括:
获得出行目的地并确定搜索时间段;
根据所述出行目的地和所述搜索时间段,获取所述搜索时间段内在所述出行目的地发生的事件;
显示所述第一用户界面,所述第一用户界面的事件显示区域中显示所述事件的信息,所述第一用户界面的日历显示区域中显示与所述搜索时间段相关的日历。

为了解决现有技术中在已确定了出行目的地的情况下,用户需要访问多个网站才能确定出行时间(可包括出发时间和/或返回时间)所带来的问题,本申请实施例提供了一种信息提供方法及装置,可以应用在电子商务网站中。以票务信息查询和订购相关的应用为例,在该应用中,客户端设备可根据用户输入的目的地和搜索时间段,获取在该搜索时间段内该目的地将要发生的事件,并将获取到的事件以及与该搜索时间段相关的日历显示在用户界面中,相应事件的发生时间可在日历中进行标注,从而使用户可根据该用户界面了解在该搜索时间段内目的地将要发生的事件以及事件发生的具体时间,从而根据自己的需要和喜好确定出行时间。
下面以出行票务信息查询相关的应用为例,结合附图对本申请实施例进行详细描述。应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。并且在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
图1示例性地示出了本申请实施例适用的一种网络架构示意图。如图1所示,该网络架构中可包括客户端设备101、服务器103,客户端设备101的数量可以是多个,服务器103的数量也可以是多个(图中仅示出了一个)。其中,客户端设备101以及服务器103可通过网络102进行通信。
上述架构中的客户端设备101上有信息提供客户端程序,服务器103上有信息提供服务器端程序,两者进行配合,可实现信息提供的相关功能和服务。
上述网络架构中的客户端设备101可以是移动终端或PC(个人电脑)等设备,所述移动终端可以是手机、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,掌上电脑)或智能穿戴设备等。
上述网络架构中,客户端设备101、服务器103可以通过网络102进行信息交互,该网络可以是广域网、局域网或互联网,或者采用移动通信技术的互联网。客户端设备101可通过无线方式接入互联网,服务器103通常采用有线方式与互联网连接。
可选地,客户端设备101、服务器103可以采用云计算技术,以基于云计算技术的强大功能实现信息处理。客户端设备101和服务器103可采用基于云计算技术的操作系统,比如YunOS,从而可以整合云端和终端的资源和服务。
本申请实施例中,可预先设置事件数据库,该事件数据库用于存储事件信息,具体可包括事件主题、事件描述信息、事件发生的时间和地点等,该数据库可提供查询服务,比如可根据地点和时间查询该事件数据库从而获得该地点在该时间所发生的事件。这里
的“事件”包括社会生活中的各种事件,比如节假日活动、演出活动(比如演唱会、音乐会等)、体育赛事(比如运动会开幕式、比赛等活动)等等,在此不再一一列举。其中,上述各种事件根据其特点可分为两种类型,一种类型是固定事件类型,比如某节假日活动一般在该节假日都会举办,一些体育赛事也具有这种特点;另一种类型是非固定事件类型,比如演出活动。
在本申请的一些实施例中,上述事件数据库被设置在服务器中,服务器上设置的事件数据库可根据需要进行更新。客户端设备可向服务器发送事件查询请求,从而获取事件相关信息。
在另外的实施例中,上述事件数据库被设置在客户端设备中。客户端设备可向服务器发送事件数据库更新请求,以更新本地的事件数据库,服务器也可以在有新的事件安排时(比如有新的演唱会确定被安排在一个月后举办),主动向客户端设备推送数据库更新信息,以更新客户端设备的事件数据库。
在另外的实施例中,客户端设备和服务器上可分别设置事件数据库,其中,客户端设备上设置的事件数据库为固定类型事件的数据库,服务器上设置的数据库为非固定类型事件的数据库。由于固定类型的事件通常不需要更新,因此将固定类型事件的数据库设置客户端设备上,可避免客户端设备与服务器之间的用于更新事件数据库的信令交互。服务器可对其上设置的非固定类型事件的数据库根据需要进行更新。客户端设备可向服务器发送事件查询请求,从而获取非固定类型事件的相关信息。
上述三种事件数据库的设置方式相比可以看出,将事件数据库仅设置在客户端设备上,客户端设备查询事件相关信息时效率高,但需要与服务器之间进行交互以更新事件数据库;将事件数据库仅设置在服务器上,无需与客户端设备之间交互数据库更新方面的信令,但客户端设备查询数据库时需要与服务器进行交互;在客户端设备和服务器上分别设置不同类型事件的数据库,可在访问效率以及资源开销方面得到兼顾。具体实施时,可根据访问性能要求、设备存储开销要求、网络性能等因素,选择适合的设置方式。
上述客户端设备可提供用于事件、票务信息查询的用户界面。图2示例性地示出了一种用于供用户输入查询条件的用户界面200,图3示例性地示出了一种用于展示查询到的事件以及相关日历的用户界面300。
如图2所示,该用户界面200中可包括:界面主题显示区域201、出行地点输入区域202、出行时间输入区域203、搜索指令区域204。界面主题显示区域201中显示该用户界面的主题名称为“机票搜索”,出行地点输入区域202提供出发地点的输入区域和
到达地点的输入区域,出行地点输入区域202可通过输入框控件实现,允许用户输入出行地点,也可通过其他控件实现,比如当用户点击出发地点输入区域时展示弹出式的城市选择界面,允许用户在该程序选择界面中选择作为出发地点的城市。出行时间输入区域203可通过输入框控件实现,允许用户输入出发时间,也可通过其他控件实现,比如当用户点击出发时间输入区域时展示弹出式的日历,允许用户在该日历中选择出发时间。查询指令区域204可通过按钮控件或链接方式实现,当用户选择查询指令时,可生成事件查询请求,其中包含出行地点和出行时间信息。
进一步地,该用户界面中还可包括智能推荐选择指令区域205,用户可点击智能推荐选择指令区域205,在展开智能推荐信息窗口206和关闭智能推荐窗口206之间进行切换,其中,智能推荐信息窗口206中可展示系统推荐的从出行出发地前往出行目的地的票务信息。
进一步地,该用户界面中还可包括一些方便操作的快捷操作区域,比如可包括返回上一用户界面的快捷操作区域207,用于跳转到查询特价机票界面的快捷操作区域208,用于跳转到展示低价提醒信息界面的快捷操作区域209,用于跳转到低价趋势查询界面的快捷操作区域210,用于跳转到展示航班动态信息界面的快捷操作区域211,用于跳转到在线选座界面的快捷操作区域212。
当用户在用户界面200中输入出行地点以及出行时间后,选择搜索指令后,可转入用户界面300。
如图3所示,用户界面300中可包括:界面主题显示区域301、事件标签显示区域302、日历显示区域303,进一步地还可包括事件描述信息显示区域304。其中,事件标签显示区域302和事件描述信息显示区域304可统称为事件信息显示区域。
界面主题显示区域301中显示该用户界面的主题名称为“日历”。事件标签显示区域302中显示基于用户界面200输入的出行地点和出行时间获取到的事件相关信息,一个事件标签可以对应一个事件,标签上可以显示事件的主题,一个事件标签也可以对应多个事件。日历显示区域303中显示与通过用户界面200输入的出行时间相关的日历,比如若干出行时间为2016年4月14日,则日历显示区域303中显示的日历为2016年4月份的日历以及2016年5月份的日历。
进一步地,日历显示区域303中所显示的日历中,可对应于每一个日期显示机票价格,一个日期所对应的机票价格是基于通过用户界面200输入的出行地点所得到的在该日期的机票价格(比如该机票价格可以是平均价格、最低价格或最高价格)。比如,通
过用户界面200输入的出发地为北京、目的地为上海,则日历显示区域303所显示的日历中,2016年4月14日对应的机票价格可以是2016年4月14日从北京前往上海的各航班机票的平均价格。
进一步地,日历显示区域303中,可基于所显示的日历,显示相应时间段出行目的地的一些其他与出行相关的信息,比如显示出行目的地是否处于雨季等气候信息、天气信息、是否属于旅游旺季等信息中的一种或多种。
进一步地,该用户界面中还可包括一些方便操作的快捷操作区域,比如可包括返回上一用户界面的快捷操作区域305。
当用户通过屏幕操作选择一个事件标签后,用户界面300可如图4所示。根据所选择的事件标签所对应的事件,日历显示区域303中显示该事件发生时间相关的日历。比如,用户所选择的事件发生的时间是2016年4月26日,则日历显示区域303中显示2016年4月份的日历。再比如,用户所选择的事件发生的时间是从2016年4月25日至2016年5月5日,则日历显示区域303中显示2016年4月份和5月份的日历。根据所选择的事件标签所对应的日历,事件描述信息显示区域304中显示该事件的描述信息,比如该事件的简要介绍或说明等。其中,事件描述信息可以采用多种媒体形式显示,比如文本、图片等。事件描述信息中可包含用于跳转到用于描述相应事件的页面的链接,该链接被选中时,用于介绍相应事件的页面被打开。
用户可根据图4所示的用户界面300获得与出行时间和出行地点相关的多维度信息,比如包括事件信息、机票价格信息、当地气候信息、当地天气信息等,从而为用户制定出行计划提供多维度信息服务。用户可基于上述信息,通过用户界面300提供的日历确定最终的出行时间(比如启程日期和返程日期),并可基于选择的出行时间生成票务搜索请求发送给服务器,用以查询相应的票务信息。
需要说明的是,用户界面200中输入的出行时间主要用于作为事件搜索条件,用来搜索相应时间段内的事件并在用户界面300中展示,以便为用户确定最终的出行时间提供依据。用户基于用户界面300所输入的时间作为最终的出行时间,用来搜索票务信息并显示给用户。
需要说明的是,上述用户界面200和用户界面300仅为一种示例,本申请实施例并不仅限于图2和图3所示的用户界面。比如,事件信息可采用标签形式在用户界面中显示,也可以以其他形式在用户界面中显示,比如标题列表形式等,在此不再一一列举。
图5示出了基于上述用户界面200和用户界面300所实现的信息提供流程示意图,
如图所示,该流程可包括如下步骤:
步骤501:客户端设备显示用户界面200。
该步骤中,用户可通过屏幕操作(比如点击查询票务信息的链接),使客户端设备显示用户界面200。在用户尚未在用户界面200输入出行时间和出行地点信息的情况下,用户界面200中的出行地点输入区域202中可默认显示为空,或者出行地点输入区域202中的出发地点输入区域默认显示用户当前所在的城市。考虑到目前IP地址的取值与地区相关,因此用户当前所在的城市可根据客户端设备当前使用的IP地址来确定。用户界面200中的出行时间输入区域203可默认显示为空,或者根据当前客户端设备的系统时间显示当前日期。
步骤502:客户端设备根据在用户界面200的出行目的地输入区域的输入操作,获得出行目的地并确定搜索时间段。
该步骤中,用户可在用户界面200的出行地点输入区域202中输入出行目的地。如前所述,根据该区域使用的控件类型的不同,用户可通过相应方式输入出行目的地信息,比如,如果出行地点输入区域202使用输入框控件,则用户需要在输入框中输入出行目的地;如果出行地点输入区域202使用弹出式窗口显示各城市的名称,用户可点击相应城市的名称以选择该城市作为出行目的地。
基于用户界面200,客户端设备可将用户在用户界面200的出行时间输入区域203中输入的日期作为搜索时间段的搜索起始日期,并根据该搜索起始日期以及默认设置的搜索时间长度确定搜索时间段的搜索截止日期,从而确定出搜索时间段。
在其他实施例中,确定搜索时间段的方法还可包括以下几种:
方法1:根据当前系统时间确定搜索时间段的搜索起始日期,根据确定出的搜索起始日期以及默认设置的搜索时间长度。确定搜索时间段的搜索截止日期。该种方式可适用于用户界面中不包含出行时间输入区域的情况。
方法2:根据当前系统时间确定搜索时间段的搜索起始日期,将通过用户界面200输入的出行时间作为搜索时间段的搜索截止日期,从而确定出搜索时间段。
方法3:将通过用户界面200中的出行日期输入区域203输入的出行起始日期作为搜索时间段的搜索起始日期,将在该区域输入的出行返回日期作为搜索时间段的搜索截止期,从而确定出搜索时间段。
步骤503:客户端设备根据出行目的地和搜索时间段,获取该搜索时间段内在该出行目的地发生的事件。
该步骤中,根据事件数据库的设置方式的不同,可采用相应方式获取事件信息,举例来说,可采用以下方式获取事件信息:
方式1:客户端设备根据出行目的地和搜索时间段查询预先设置的事件数据库,得到该搜索时间段内在该出行目的地发生的事件的信息。该种方式适用于事件数据库仅设置在客户端设备中的情况。
方式2:客户端设备向服务器发送事件获取请求,事件获取请求中包括出行目的地的信息和搜索时间段的信息。服务器根据该事件获取请求中的出行目的地信息和搜索时间段信息查询事件数据库,得到在该搜索时间段内该出行目的地发生的事件,并通过事件获取响应返回给该客户端设备。该种方式适用于事件数据库仅设置在服务器中的情况。
方式3:客户端设备一方面根据出行目的地和搜索时间段查询预先设置的事件数据库,得到该搜索时间段内在该出行目的地发生的第一类事件(固定类型事件)的信息;另一方面,客户端设备向服务器发送事件获取请求,事件获取请求中包括出行目的地的信息和搜索时间段的信息,服务器根据该事件获取请求中的出行目的地信息和搜索时间段信息查询事件数据库,得到在该搜索时间段内该出行目的地发生的第二类事件,并通过事件获取响应返回给该客户端设备;客户端设备根据上述第一类事件的信息和第二类事件的信息,得到该搜索时间段内在该出行目的地发生的事件的信息。该种方式适用于第一类事件的事件数据库设置在客户端设备,第二类事件的事件数据库设置在服务器中的情况。
考虑到出行目的地在搜索时间段内发生的事件的数量或种类可能较多,但并非所有事件类型都是用户所关注的。因此为了使得搜索到的事件与用户的需求或喜好相适应,该步骤中,在搜索到在搜索时间段内出行目的地发生的事件后,还可根据用户的喜好信息对这些事件进行筛选,将与用户喜好信息匹配的事件显示在用户界面中。在实施时,用户使用票务信息查询相关应用前,首先要使用用户账户登录相应系统,这样,在步骤503中,客户端设备可向服务器发送用户喜好信息获取请求,其中携带用户账户信息(比如用户ID),服务器可根据该用户账户信息获取相应用户的喜好信息并返回给该客户端设备。该客户端设备也可根据用户账户信息查询客户端设备中保存的cookie信息,从而获得用户喜好信息。比如根据用户喜好信息,客户端设备判断用户对体育赛事的关注度高于演唱会,因此可将搜索到的事件中的演唱会事件过滤到,保留其中的体育赛事事件,以便在事件标签中显示。
步骤504:客户端设备显示用户界面300,用户界面300的事件标签显示区域302中
显示获取到的事件的标签,用户界面300的日历显示区域303中显示与上述搜索时间段相关的日历。具体可如图3所示。
该步骤中,在显示事件标签时,可按照优先级从高到低的顺序对待显示事件进行排序,并按照排序后的事件显示相应事件的标签。优先级顺序可由用户设置或系统设置。在由系统设置的例子中,体育赛事的优先级高于演唱会的优先级。在另外的例子中,客户端设备获得用户喜好信息后,可根据用户喜好信息确定各类型事件的优先级,比如用户喜好信息表明用户对音乐会事件的关注度高于体育赛事事件的的关注度,因此可设置音乐会事件的优先级高于体育赛事事件的优先级。
上述流程中,客户端设备首先基于用户界面200接收事件查询请求(该请求中包括出行目的地信息和搜索时间段信息),再通过用户界面300显示搜索到的事件相关信息。在其他的例子中,事件查询请求也可以通过其他方式获得,比如在运行介绍旅游信息的应用时,用户输入了目的地信息和期望的出行时间信息,该用于接收旅游信息的应用的用户界面中包括票务查询的链接,当用户选择该链接时,可将输入的目的地信息和期望的出行时间信息作为参数携带在统一资源标识符(Uniform Resource Identifier,URI)请求中发送给服务器,服务器可根据该参数查询相关事件信息,并将提供票务信息查询服务的应用的用户界面300返回给客户端设备,该用户界面300中显示有查询到的事件的相关信息。
进一步地,步骤504之后,用户可选择事件标签查看相应事件的具体信息。该流程可如图6所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤601:客户端设备接收在用户界面300中的事件标签显示区域302的输入操作,得到所选择的事件标签。
步骤602:客户端设备根据所选择的事件标签,在用户界面300的日历显示区域303显示与相应事件的发生时间关联的日历,并在该日历上提示相应事件的发生日期。比如可在日历上将事件发生的时间(包括事件开始日期或事件结束日期或从事件开始日期到事件结束日期)以突出方式进行显示,比如高亮显示或用不同颜色显示。进一步地,可在事件发生时间时间段的基础上向前推进M天(M的取值可设置,比如取值为1或2),将延长后的时间段的起始日期在日历中以突出方式进行显示,作为推荐给用户的出行时间起始日期。
进一步地,得到所选择的事件标签之后,客户端设备还可根据所选择的事件标签,在事件描述信息显示区域304中显示相应事件的描述信息,该区域所显示的事件描述信
息可采用文本方式显示,或者采用图片方式显示或者采用其他媒体显示方式进行显示,也可以采用多种媒体显示方式相结合。
显示效果可如图4所示。
进一步地,在步骤504或步骤505或步骤602之后,用户可基于用户界面300所显示的信息,选择具体的出行日期(包括启程日期,或者包括启程日期和返程日期),进而基于该出行日期查询得到相应日期的票务信息进行显示。如图7所示,该流程可包括如下步骤:
步骤701:客户端设备接收在所述日历显示区域的输入操作,得到出发日期。
该步骤中,用户可基于用户界面300所显示的多维度信息,确定出最终的出行时间。用户可通过在日历显示区域中所显示的日历上进行日期选择操作,使客户端设备获得出行时间(包括启程日期,包括返程日期,或包括启程日期和返程日期)。当然,本申请实施例还允许用户采用其他方式输入出行时间。
步骤702:客户端设备根据出行出发地、出行目的地、出行时间,获取与该出行时间和出行地点关联的票务信息。
具体地,所获取的票务信息可包括以下信息中的一种:在启程日期从上述出行出发地前往上述出行目的地的票务信息,在返程日从上述出行目的地返回上述出行出发地的票务信息。
该步骤中,客户端设备可向服务器发送票务信息查询请求,该请求中携带有出行出发地和出行目的地信息以及出行时间信息;服务器根据该搜索请求查询到票务信息后返回给客户端设备。
步骤703:客户端设备显示搜索到的票务信息。所显示的票务信息可包括航空公司名称、航班名称、起飞时间、到达时间、价格、优惠活动信息等。
通过以上描述可以看出,本申请的上述实施例中,客户端设备可提供第一用户界面,所述第一用户界面中包括事件显示区域和日历显示区域。客户端设备可获得出行目的地并确定搜索时间段,根据该出行目的地和该搜索时间段,获取该搜索时间段内在该出行目的地发生的事件,显示第一用户界面,该第一用户界面的事件显示区域中显示获取到的事件的信息,在日历显示区域中显示与该搜索时间段相关的日历。由于上述实施例中,客户端设备可根据出行目的地和搜索时间段,获取该搜索时间段内在该出行目的地发生的事件并显示在用户界面中,作为用户确定出行时间的依据展示给用户,与现有技术相比,增加了基于事件确定出行计划的维度,从而使用户可以方便地确定合适的出行计划,
与需要查询多个网站相比,可以节省网络访问量,进而可以节省终端的功耗以及服务器的资源开销。
基于基本相同的技术构思,本申请另外的实施例还提供了一种通用的信息提供方法。
参见图8,为本申请实施例提供的通用的信息提供流程示意图,如图所示,该流程可包括如下步骤:
步骤801:客户端设备接收第一搜索请求,并确定搜索时间段,所述第一搜索请求中包括第一地点信息(比如出行的出发地)和第二地点信息(比如出行的目的地)。
步骤802:客户端设备根据第二地点信息和搜索时间段,获取该搜索时间段内在第二地点发生的事件。
该步骤可采用以下几种方式实现:
方式1:客户端设备根据第二地点信息和搜索时间段查询预先设置的信息,得到该搜索时间段内在第二地点发生的事件的信息;其中,预先设置的信息中包括N个地点所发生的事件以及事件发生的时间,N为大于等于1的整数。
方式2:客户端设备向服务器发送事件获取请求,该事件获取请求中包括第二地点信息和搜索时间段的信息;服务器根据该事件获取请求发送事件获取响应,该事件获取响应中包括服务器根据第二地点信息和搜索时间段获取到的该搜索时间段内在第二地点发生的事件的信息。
方式3:客户端设备一方面根据第二地点信息和搜索时间段查询预先设置的信息,得到该搜索时间段内在第二地点发生的第一类事件的信息;另一方面,客户端设备向服务器发送事件获取请求,该事件获取请求中包括第二地点信息和搜索时间段的信息,客户端设备接收服务器根据该事件获取请求发送的事件获取响应,该事件获取响应中包括服务器根据第二地点信息和搜索时间段获取到的该搜索时间段内在第二地点发生的第二类事件的信息;客户端设备根据第一类事件的信息和第二类事件的信息,得到该搜索时间段内在第二地点发生的事件的信息。
进一步地,服务器还可以获取用户喜好信息,根据用户喜好信息对该搜索时间段内在第二地点发生的事件进行过滤。
步骤803:客户端设备在用户界面中显示该搜索时间段内在第二地点发生的事件的信息。
其中,该用户界面可包括事件标签显示区域和日历显示区域。该步骤中,客户端设备可在该用户界面中的事件标签显示区域,以标签形式显示该搜索时间段内在第二地点
地发生的事件的主题,一个事件标签对应于一个或多个事件;在该用户界面中的日历显示区域显示与该搜索时间段相关的日历。
进一步地,在步骤803之后,客户端设备可接收用户在该用户界面中的事件标签显示区域的输入操作,得到所选择的事件标签;根据所选择的事件标签,在该用户界面的日历显示区域显示与相应事件的发生时间关联的日历,并在该日历上提示相应事件的发生日期,或者根据相应事件的发生日期在该日历上显示推荐的出行日期。
进一步地,用户界面的事件显示区域还包括:事件描述信息显示区域。相应地,在得到所选择的事件标签之后,客户端设备还可以根据所选择的事件标签,在该事件描述信息显示区域显示相应事件的描述信息。
步骤804:客户端设备接收基于用户界面提交的第二搜索请求,该第二搜索请求中包括第一时间信息(比如出行的日期)。
步骤805:客户端设备根据第一地点信息、第二地点信息以及第一时间信息,获取所关联的对象信息(比如在出发日期从出行出发地前往出行目的地的票务信息)。
该步骤中,客户端设备可向服务器发送用于请求获取对象信息的搜索请求,该第二搜索请求中包括第一地点信息、第二地点信息、第一时间信息;服务器可根据该第一地点信息、第二地点信息、第一时间信息,查询相关联的对象信息,并向该客户端设备返回搜索响应,该搜索响应中包括查询到的对象信息。
步骤806:客户端设备显示获取到的对象信息。
通过以上描述可以看出,本申请的上述实施例中,客户端设备可根据接收到的第一搜索请求,确定第一地点、第二地点和搜索时间段,根据第二地点信息和该搜索时间段,获取该搜索时间段内在第二地点发生的事件并显示在用户界面中;客户端设备还可接收基于该用户界面提交的包括第一时间进行的第二搜索请求,根据第一地点信息、第二地点信息以及第一时间信息,获取所关联的对象信息并显示。由于上述实施例中,客户端设备可根据第二地点和搜索时间段,获取该搜索时间段内在该第二地点发生的事件并显示在用户界面中,作为用户确定第一时间的依据展示给用户,实现了基于地点、时间与事件等多个角度进行信息提供。

- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还提供第二用户界面,所述第二用户界面中包括出行目的地输入区域;获得出行目的地并确定搜索时间段,包括:显示所述第二用户界面;根据在所述第二用户界面的出行目的地输入区域的输入操作,获得出行目的地并确定搜索时间段。

- 如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,获取所述搜索时间段内在所述出行目的地发生的事件之后,还包括:获取用户喜好信息,根据所述用户喜好信息对所述搜索时间段内在所述出行目的地发生的事件进行过滤;显示所述第一用户界面时,将过滤后的事件的信息显示在所述第一用户界面的事件显示区域。
- 如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一用户界面的事件显示区域包括:事件标签显示区域,所述事件标签显示区域用于以标签形式显示所述搜索时间段内在所述出行目的地发生的事件的主题,一个事件标签对应于一个或多个事 件;显示所述第一用户界面之后,还包括:接收在所述第一用户界面中的事件标签显示区域的输入操作,得到所选择的事件标签;根据所选择的事件标签,在所述第一用户界面的日历显示区域显示与相应事件的发生时间关联的日历;在所述日历上提示相应事件的发生日期,或者根据相应事件的发生日期在所述日历上显示推荐的出行日期。
- 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一用户界面的事件显示区域还包括:事件描述信息显示区域;得到所选择的事件标签之后,还包括:根据所选择的事件标签,在所述事件描述信息显示区域显示相应事件的描述信息。
- 如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所显示的日历中,对应每个日期显示有从出行出发地前往出行目的地在该日期的票价信息。
- 如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,显示第一用户界面之后,还包括:接收在所述日历显示区域的输入操作,得到出发日期;根据出行出发地、出行目的地、所述出发日期,获取在所述出发日期从所述出行出发地前往所述出行目的地的票务信息;显示所述票务信息。
- 一种信息提供方法,其特征在于,包括:接收事件获取请求,所述事件获取请求中包括出行目的地的信息和搜索时间段的信息;根据所述出行目的地和所述搜索时间段,查询所述搜索时间段内在所述出行目的地发生的事件的信息;发送事件获取响应,所述事件获取响应中包括所述搜索时间段内在所述出行目的地发生的事件的信息。
- 如权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,查询所述搜索时间段内在所述出行目的地发生的事件的信息之后,还包括:获取用户喜好信息;根据所述用户喜好信息对所述搜索时间段内在所述出行目的地发生的事件进行过滤。
- 如权利要求12或13所述的方法,其特征在于,发送事件获取响应之后,还包括:接收票务信息查询请求,所述票务信息查询请求中包括出行出发地、出行目的地、出发日期;根据出行出发地、出行目的地、所述出发日期,查询在所述出发日期从所述出行出发地前往所述出行目的地的票务信息;发送票务信息查询响应,所述票务信息查询响应中包括查询到的票务信息。
- 一种信息提供方法,其特征在于,包括:接收第一搜索请求,并确定搜索时间段,所述第一搜索请求中包括第一地点信息和第二地点信息;根据所述第二地点信息和所述搜索时间段,获取所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件;在用户界面中显示所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件的信息;接收基于所述用户界面提交的第二搜索请求,所述第二搜索请求中包括第一时间信息;根据所述第一地点信息、所述第二地点信息以及所述第一时间信息,获取所关联的对象信息;显示获取到的对象信息。
- 如权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述第二地点信息和所述搜索时间段,获取所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件,包括:根据所述第二地点信息和所述搜索时间段查询预先设置的信息,得到所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件的信息;其中,所述预先设置的信息中包括N个地点所发生的事件以及事件发生的时间,N为大于等于1的整数;或者,根据所述第二地点信息和所述搜索时间段,获取所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件,包括:向服务器发送事件获取请求,所述事件获取请求中包括所述第二地点信息和所述搜索时间段的信息;接收所述服务器根据所述事件获取请求发送的事件获取响应,所述事件获取响应中包括所述服务器根据所述第二地点信息和所述搜索时间段获取到的所述搜索时间段内 在所述第二地点发生的事件的信息;或者,根据所述第二地点信息和所述搜索时间段,获取所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点出行目的地发生的事件,包括:根据所述第二地点信息和所述搜索时间段查询预先设置的信息,得到所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的第一类事件的信息;其中,所述预先设置的信息中包括N个地点所发生的第一类事件以及第一类事件发生的时间,N为大于等于1的整数;向服务器发送事件获取请求,所述事件获取请求中包括所述第二地点信息和所述搜索时间段的信息,接收所述服务器根据所述事件获取请求发送的事件获取响应,所述事件获取响应中包括所述服务器根据所述第二地点信息和所述搜索时间段获取到的所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的第二类事件的信息;根据所述第一类事件的信息和所述第二类事件的信息,得到所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件的信息。
- 如权利要求15或16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户界面的事件显示区域包括:事件标签显示区域和日历显示区域;在用户界面中显示所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件的信息,包括:在用户界面中的所述事件标签显示区域,以标签形式显示所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点地发生的事件的主题,一个事件标签对应于一个或多个事件;在所述用户界面中的日历显示区域显示与所述搜索时间段相关的日历。
- 如权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,在用户界面中显示所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件的信息之后,还包括:接收在所述用户界面中的事件标签显示区域的输入操作,得到所选择的事件标签;根据所选择的事件标签,在所述用户界面的日历显示区域显示与相应事件的发生时间关联的日历;在所述日历上提示相应事件的发生日期,或者根据相应事件的发生日期在所述日历上显示推荐的出行日期。
- 如权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户界面的事件显示区域还包括:事件描述信息显示区域;得到所选择的事件标签之后,还包括:根据所选择的事件标签,在所述事件描述信息显示区域显示相应事件的描述信息。
- 如权利要求15至19中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一地点为出行出 发地,所述第二地点为出行目的地,所述第一时间为出发日期,所述关联的对象信息包括在所述出发日期从所述出行出发地前往所述出行目的地的票务信息。
- 一种信息提供方法,其特征在于,包括:接收第一搜索请求,所述第一搜索请求中包括第二地点信息和搜索时间段的信息;根据所述第二地点信息和所述搜索时间段,查询所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件的信息;发送第一搜索响应,所述第一搜索响应中包括所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件的信息。
- 如权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,查询所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件的信息之后,还包括:获取用户喜好信息;根据所述用户喜好信息对所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件进行过滤。
- 如权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,发送第一搜索响应之后,还包括:接收第二搜索请求,所述第二搜索请求中包括第一地点信息、所述第二地点信息、第一时间信息;根据所述第一地点信息、第二地点信息、第一时间信息,查询相关联的对象信息;发送第二搜索响应,所述第二搜索响应中包括查询到的对象信息。
- 如权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一地点信息为出行出发地,所述第二地点信息为出行目的地,所述第一时间信息为出发日期,所述相关联的对象信息包括在所述出发日期从所述出行出发地前往所述出行目的地的票务信息。
- 一种客户端设备,其特征在于,包括:第一获取模块,用于获得出行目的地并确定搜索时间段;第二获取模块,用于根据所述出行目的地和所述搜索时间段,获取所述搜索时间段内在所述出行目的地发生的事件;显示模块,用于显示第一用户界面;其中,所述第一用户界面中包括事件显示区域和日历显示区域,所述第一用户界面的事件显示区域中显示所述事件的信息,所述第一用户界面的日历显示区域中显示与所述搜索时间段相关的日历。
- 如权利要求25所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第二获取模块具体用于:根据所述出行目的地和所述搜索时间段查询预先设置的信息,得到所述搜索时间段内在所述出行目的地发生的事件的信息;其中,所述预先设置的信息中包括N个地点所发生的事件 以及事件发生的时间,N为大于等于1的整数。
- 如权利要求25所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第二获取模块具体用于:向服务器发送事件获取请求,所述事件获取请求中包括所述出行目的地的信息和所述搜索时间段的信息;以及,接收所述服务器根据所述事件获取请求发送的事件获取响应,所述事件获取响应中包括所述服务器根据所述出行目的地和所述搜索时间段获取到的所述搜索时间段内在所述出行目的地发生的事件的信息。
- 如权利要求25所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第二获取模块具体用于:根据所述出行目的地和所述搜索时间段查询预先设置的信息,得到所述搜索时间段内在所述出行目的地发生的第一类事件的信息;其中,所述预先设置的信息中包括N个出行目的地所发生的第一类事件以及第一类事件发生的时间,N为大于等于1的整数;向服务器发送事件获取请求,所述事件获取请求中包括所述出行目的地的信息和所述搜索时间段的信息,接收所述服务器根据所述事件获取请求发送的事件获取响应,所述事件获取响应中包括所述服务器根据所述出行目的地和所述搜索时间段获取到的所述搜索时间段内在所述出行目的地发生的第二类事件的信息;根据所述第一类事件的信息和所述第二类事件的信息,得到所述搜索时间段内在所述出行目的地发生的事件的信息。
- 如权利要求25至28中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第二获取模块还用于:获取用户喜好信息,根据所述用户喜好信息对所述搜索时间段内在所述出行目的地发生的事件进行过滤;所述显示模块显示所述第一用户界面时,将过滤后的事件的信息显示在所述第一用户界面的事件显示区域。
- 如权利要求25至28中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一用户界面的事件显示区域包括:事件标签显示区域,所述事件标签显示区域用于以标签形式显示所述搜索时间段内在所述出行目的地发生的事件的主题,一个事件标签对应于一个或多个事件;所述显示模块还用于:接收在所述第一用户界面中的事件标签显示区域的输入操作,得到所选择的事件标签;根据所选择的事件标签,在所述第一用户界面的日历显示区域显示与相应事件的发生时间关联的日历;以及,在所述日历上提示相应事件的发生日期,或者根据相应事件的发生日期在所述日历上显示推荐的出行日期。
- 如权利要求25至28中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,还包括:票务查询模块,用于接收在所述日历显示区域的输入操作,得到出发日期;根据出行出发地、出行目的地、所述出发日期,获取在所述出发日期从所述出行出发地前往所述出行目的地的票务信息;所述显示模块还用于:显示所述票务信息。
- 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:接收模块,用于接收事件获取请求,所述事件获取请求中包括出行目的地的信息和搜索时间段的信息;事件查询模块,用于根据所述出行目的地和所述搜索时间段,查询所述搜索时间段内在所述出行目的地发生的事件的信息;发送模块,用于发送事件获取响应,所述事件获取响应中包括所述搜索时间段内在所述出行目的地发生的事件的信息。
- 如权利要求32所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述事件查询模块还用于:获取用户喜好信息;以及,根据所述用户喜好信息对所述搜索时间段内在所述出行目的地发生的事件进行过滤。
- 如权利要求32或33所述的服务器,其特征在于,还包括:票务查询模块;所述接收模块还用于:接收票务信息查询请求,所述票务信息查询请求中包括出行出发地、出行目的地、出发日期;所述票务查询模块,用于根据出行出发地、出行目的地、所述出发日期,查询在所述出发日期从所述出行出发地前往所述出行目的地的票务信息;所述发送模块还用于:发送票务信息查询响应,所述票务信息查询响应中包括查询到的票务信息。
- 一种客户端设备,其特征在于,包括:第一获取模块,用于接收第一搜索请求,并确定搜索时间段,所述第一搜索请求中包括第一地点信息和第二地点信息;第二获取模块,用于根据所述第二地点信息和所述搜索时间段,获取所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件;显示模块,用于在用户界面中显示所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件的信息;第三获取模块,用于接收基于所述用户界面提交的第二搜索请求,所述第二搜索请求中包括第一时间信息;以及根据所述第一地点信息、所述第二地点信息以及所述第一 时间信息,获取所关联的对象信息;所述显示模块还用于,显示获取到的对象信息。
- 如权利要求35所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第二获取模块具体用于:根据所述第二地点信息和所述搜索时间段查询预先设置的信息,得到所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件的信息;其中,所述预先设置的信息中包括N个地点所发生的事件以及事件发生的时间,N为大于等于1的整数;或者,所述第二获取模块具体用于:向服务器发送事件获取请求,所述事件获取请求中包括所述第二地点信息和所述搜索时间段的信息;接收所述服务器根据所述事件获取请求发送的事件获取响应,所述事件获取响应中包括所述服务器根据所述第二地点信息和所述搜索时间段获取到的所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件的信息;或者,所述第二获取模块具体用于:根据所述第二地点信息和所述搜索时间段查询预先设置的信息,得到所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的第一类事件的信息;其中,所述预先设置的信息中包括N个地点所发生的第一类事件以及第一类事件发生的时间,N为大于等于1的整数;向服务器发送事件获取请求,所述事件获取请求中包括所述第二地点信息和所述搜索时间段的信息,接收所述服务器根据所述事件获取请求发送的事件获取响应,所述事件获取响应中包括所述服务器根据所述第二地点信息和所述搜索时间段获取到的所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的第二类事件的信息;根据所述第一类事件的信息和所述第二类事件的信息,得到所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件的信息。
- 如权利要求35或36所述的设备,其特征在于,所述用户界面的事件显示区域包括:事件标签显示区域和日历显示区域;所述显示模块具体用于:在用户界面中的所述事件标签显示区域,以标签形式显示所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点地发生的事件的主题,一个事件标签对应于一个或多个事件;在所述用户界面中的日历显示区域显示与所述搜索时间段相关的日历。
- 如权利要求37所述的设备,其特征在于,所述显示模块还用于:接收在所述用户界面中的事件标签显示区域的输入操作,得到所选择的事件标签;根据所选择的事件标签,在所述用户界面的日历显示区域显示与相应事件的发生时 间关联的日历;在所述日历上提示相应事件的发生日期,或者根据相应事件的发生日期在所述日历上显示推荐的出行日期。
- 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:接收模块,用于接收第一搜索请求,所述第一搜索请求中包括第二地点信息和搜索时间段的信息;第一查询模块,用于根据所述第二地点信息和所述搜索时间段,查询所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件的信息;发送模块,用于发送第一搜索响应,所述第一搜索响应中包括所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件的信息。
- 如权利要求39所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述第一查询模块还用于:查询所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件的信息之后,获取用户喜好信息;以及,根据所述用户喜好信息对所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件进行过滤。
- 如权利要求39所述的服务器,其特征在于,还包括:第二查询模块;所述接收模块还用于,发送第一搜索响应之后,接收第二搜索请求,所述第二搜索请求中包括第一地点信息、所述第二地点信息、第一时间信息;所述第二查询模块,用于根据所述第一地点信息、第二地点信息、第一时间信息,查询相关联的对象信息;所述发送模块还用于,发送第二搜索响应,所述第二搜索响应中包括查询到的对象信息。
- 一种客户端设备,其特征在于,包括:显示器;存储器,用于存储计算机程序指令;处理器,耦合到所述存储器,用于读取所述存储器存储的计算机程序指令,并作为响应,执行如下操作:通过所述显示器显示第一用户界面,所述第一用户界面中包括出行目的地输入区域;根据在所述第一用户界面的出行目的地输入区域的输入操作,获得出行目的地并确定搜索时间段;根据所述出行目的地和所述搜索时间段,获取所述搜索时间段内在所述出行目的地发生的事件;通过所述显示器显示第二用户界面;其中,所述第二用户界面中包括事件显示区域和日历显示区域,所述第二用户界面的事件显示区域中显示所述事件的信息,所述第二用户界面的日历显示区域中显示与所述搜索时间段相关的日历。
- 一种客户端设备,其特征在于,包括:显示器;存储器,用于存储计算机程序指令;处理器,耦合到所述存储器,用于读取所述存储器存储的计算机程序指令,并作为响应,执行如下操作:接收第一搜索请求,并确定搜索时间段,所述第一搜索请求中包括第一地点信息和第二地点信息;根据所述第二地点信息和所述搜索时间段,获取所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件;通过所述显示器在用户界面中显示所述搜索时间段内在所述第二地点发生的事件的信息;所述处理器还用于,接收基于所述用户界面提交的第二搜索请求,所述第二搜索请求中包括第一时间信息;根据所述第一地点信息、所述第二地点信息以及所述第一时间信息,获取所关联的对象信息;以及通过所述显示器显示获取到的对象信息。
