Abstract

一种触控面板(100)及包含该触控面板(100)的触控模组(200)。触控面板(100)包括盖板(10),及设于所述盖板(10)上的触控层(11),所述触控层(11)包括基板(111)、贴于所述基板(111)表面中部的感应层(112)、以及设于基板(111)边缘的第一胶层(12),所述第一胶层(12)环绕所述感应层(112),所述第一胶层(12)以及所述感应层(112)朝向所述盖板(10),所述感应层(112)与所述盖板(10)之间形成触控间隙(113)。由于所述感应层(112)设于所述触控层(11)上,且与所述盖板(10)之间通过所述第一胶层(12)形成触控间隙(113),所以能够避免所述感应层(112)与所述盖板(10)直接接触,便于拆分所述触控层(11)与所述盖板(10)。此外,在所述触控层(11)损坏或所述盖板(10)损坏进行拆分时,不会损坏当中没有被损坏的零件,从而提升利用率。

Description

触控面板及含该触控面板的触控模组 技术领域
本实用新型涉及触控技术领域,特别涉及一种触控面板及含该触控面板的触控模组。
背景技术
触控面板作为一种输入设备,它赋予了多媒体以崭新的面貌,是极富吸引力的全新多媒体交互设备。
目前,魔镜或一些家用电器中所使用的触控面板,主要包括盖板和触控层,触控层通过胶水与盖板贴合在一起。在触控层损坏后,对触控面板进行拆分时,由于触控层与盖板之间通过胶水贴合在一起,导致触控面板拆分比较困难。有时由于拆分不当会导致盖板也会受损,从而使得盖板的利用率降低。
实用新型内容
基于此,本实用新型的目的是提供一种触控面板及含该触控面板的触控模组,便于拆分盖板和触控层,提升利用率。
一种触控面板,包括盖板,及设于所述盖板上的触控层,所述触控层包括基板、贴于所述基板表面中部的感应层、以及设于基板边缘的第一胶层,所述第一胶层环绕所述感应层,所述第一胶层以及所述感应层朝向所述盖板,所述感应层与所述盖板之间形成触控间隙。
相较现有技术,由于所述感应层设于所述触控层上,且与所述盖板之间通过所述第一胶层形成触控间隙,所以能够避免所述感应层与所述盖板直接接触,便于拆分所述触控层与所述盖板。此外,在所述触控层损坏或所述盖板损坏进行拆分时,不会损坏当中没有被损坏的零件,从而提升利用率。
进一步地,所述盖板包括朝向所述触控层的第一盖板面和与所述第一盖板面相对的第二盖板面,所述第一盖板面上设有容胶槽,所述第一胶层设于所述容胶槽中。
进一步地,所述第一胶层的厚度大于所述感应层的厚度与所述容胶槽的深度之和。
进一步地,所述第二盖板面的中间处设有盖板显示区,所述盖板显示区的面积小于所述感应层的面积。
进一步地,所述第一胶层与所述感应层之间形成侧间隙。
进一步地,所述第一胶层为双面胶层或泡棉层当中的一种。
一种触控模组,包括一显示屏和所述触控面板,所述显示屏和所述盖板分别位于所述触控层的两个相对表面上。
进一步地,所述触控模组还包括设于所述显示屏与所述触控层之间的第二胶层,及设于所述第二胶层与所述显示屏之间的支撑层,所述第二胶层与所述支撑层为环状结构。
进一步地,所述显示屏朝向所述基板的表面的中间处设有显示屏显示区,所述显示屏显示区的面积小于所述盖板内设有的显示区的面积。
进一步地,所述触控模组还包括一压块,所述压块将所述显示屏压设于所述支撑层上。

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本实用新型,下面将参照相关附图对本实用新型进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本实用新型的若干实施例。但是,本实用新型可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本实用新型的公开内容更加透彻全面。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固设于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本实用新型的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本实用新型的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本实用新型。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
请参阅图1,本实用新型一实施例中提供的一种触控面板100,包括盖板10,及设于所述盖板10上的触控层11,所述触控层11包括基板111、贴于所述基板111表面中部的感应层112、以及设于基板111边缘的第一胶层12,所述第一胶层12环绕所述感应层112,所述第一胶层12以及所述感应层112朝向所述盖板10,所述感应层112与所述盖板10之间形成触控间隙113。
所述盖板10包括朝向所述触控层11的第一盖板面101和与所述第一盖板面101相对的第二盖板面102,所述第一盖板面101上设有容胶槽103,所述第一胶层12设于所述容胶槽103中。所述第一胶层12的厚度大于所述感应层112的厚度与所述容胶槽103的深度之和。所述第一胶层12与所述感应层112之间形成侧间隙114。
可以理解的,在其它实施例中,所述盖板10上也可以不设置所述容胶槽103,此时,需保证所述第一胶层12的厚度大于所述感应层112的厚度。
所述第二盖板面102的中间处设有盖板显示区104,所述盖板显示区104的面积小于所述感应层112的面积。
本实施例中,所述第一胶层12为泡棉层,用于支撑所述触控层11,保证所述盖板10与所述触控层11之间形成所述触控间隙113,同时防止灰尘进入所述触控间隙113中。可以理解的,在其它实施例中,所述第一胶层12为双面胶层或泡棉层当中的一种。
请参阅图2,一种触控模组200,包括一显示屏13和所述触控面板100,所述显示屏13和所述盖板10分别位于所述触控层11的两个相对表面上。
所述触控模组200还包括设于所述显示屏13与所述触控层11之间的第二胶层14,及设于所述第二胶层14与所述显示屏13之间的支撑层15,所述第二胶层14与所述支撑层15为环状结构。
所述显示屏13朝向所述基板111的表面的中间处设有显示屏显示区131,所述显示屏显示区131的面积小于所述盖板10中设有的显示区的面积,即小于所述盖板显示区104的面积。
所述触控模组200还包括一压块16,所述压块16将所述显示屏13压设于所述支撑层15上,防止所述显示屏13上下晃动。
所述第二胶层14通过双面胶、背胶或点胶方式形成。
综上,由于所述感应层112设于所述触控层11上,且与所述盖板10之间通过所述第一胶层12形成触控间隙113,所以能够避免所述感应层112与所述盖板10直接接触,便于拆分所述触控层11与所述盖板10。此外,在所述触控层11损坏或所述盖板10损坏进行拆分时,不会损坏当中没有被损坏的零件,从而提升利用率。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种触控面板,包括盖板,及设于所述盖板上的触控层,其特征在于:所述触控层包括基板、贴于所述基板表面中部的感应层、以及设于基板边缘的第一胶层,所述第一胶层环绕所述感应层,所述第一胶层以及所述感应层朝向所述盖板,所述感应层与所述盖板之间形成触控间隙。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的触控面板,其特征在于,所述盖板包括朝向所述触控层的第一盖板面和与所述第一盖板面相对的第二盖板面,所述第一盖板面上设有容胶槽,所述第一胶层设于所述容胶槽中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的触控面板,其特征在于,所述第一胶层的厚度大于所述感应层的厚度与所述容胶槽的深度之和。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的触控面板,其特征在于,所述第二盖板面的中间处设有盖板显示区,所述盖板显示区的面积小于所述感应层的面积。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的触控面板,其特征在于,所述第一胶层与所述感应层之间形成侧间隙。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的触控面板,其特征在于,所述第一胶层为双面胶层或泡棉层当中的一种。
  7. 一种触控模组,包括一显示屏,和权利要求1至6任意一项所述的触控面板,所述显示屏和所述盖板分别位于所述触控层的两个相对表面上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的触控面板,其特征在于,所述触控模组还包括设于所述显示屏与所述触控层之间的第二胶层,及设于所述第二胶层与所述显示屏之间的支撑层,所述第二胶层与所述支撑层为环状结构。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的触控面板,其特征在于,所述显示屏朝向所述基板的表面的中间处设有显示屏显示区,所述显示屏显示区的面积小于所述盖板内设有的显示区的面积。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的触控面板,其特征在于,所述触控模组还包括一压块,所述压块将所述显示屏压设于所述支撑层上。
