Description

一种手术用导件 技术领域
本发明涉及用于治疗在动物神经压迫病症和损伤,包括治疗的方法和手术用的器械,更具体涉及的方法和装置用于治疗人类腕隧道综合症。
背景技术
腕隧道综合症(carpal tunnel syndrome)是人体手腕最常见的周边神经压迫病变,其主要原因是为手部神经(正中神经)在手腕部位进入到手掌时,受到手腕的腕横韧带压迫所引起。有关于腕隧道综合症的临床症状为手部肿痛灼热及刺痛麻木,且其局限于食指和中指及大拇指的正中神经支配的区域。临床医疗上,通常对于症状持续较久且较厉害的病患施以外科手术的方法,其是将压迫在神经上面的横腕韧带切开,以使神经的压迫得以减轻,而借以改善症状。腕隧道综合症的当前主流非手术治疗包括休息,限制从创伤的活动,在中立位置夹板手腕,消炎药,和类固醇注射。
最常见的手术是通过从腕横韧带释放它,以减轻对正中神经的压力。通过打开或内窥镜手术,其中腕韧带切开完成。更具体地说,在皮肤和连接组织的韧带上述切开,或者与内窥镜检查,其中,一个小的切口,在通过该内窥镜插入手腕制成。正中神经被隔离,并从腕韧带分开。然后韧带切开和压力从正中神经缓解。

本发明提供一种手术用导件,包括:一长柱状本体,呈中空状,其上侧具有一半圆柱体,其底部具有一长方体,其内有一头尾相通的长槽,该半圆柱体的内部与该长方体的内部是相通;一翼状部,具有翅膀状,设置于该长柱状本体的一端并接合于该长方体的一侧且自该一侧的两端伸展,用以供手术握持用;以及一可置换的扩张器,置放于该长槽中,用以扩充撑开组织的手术开口,其中,该扩张器可由该长方体靠近该翼状部的该一侧而于该长槽内以渐进方式作不同尺寸的置换,以进行扩张。
在一实施例中,其中该可置换的扩张器呈圆杆状,依序由一尾部杆柄、一螺纹杆与一扩张用的杆体连接而成。
在一实施例中,其中该长柱状本体及该翼状部为一体成型。
在一实施例中,其更包含一限位件,该限位件呈环状而套接于该长柱状本体的另一侧并接合于该长方体的另一侧,以供手术时顶住组织。较佳地,其中该长柱状本体、该翼状部及该限位件为一体成型。
在一实施例中,其中该长柱状本体上侧的半圆柱体于邻近该翼状部处的外表面具有螺纹,用以使该长柱状本体可摩擦式地伸入于该组织。

具体实施方式
以下的实施例非为限定用途,仅用以呈现此发明的多种方面。实施例一
参考图1-3,如图1所示,本发明提供一种手术用导件(10),包括:一长柱状本体(20),呈中空状,其上侧具有一半圆柱体(21),其于接近手握处的一端具有螺纹(211),其底部具有一长方体(22),且其内有一头尾相通的长槽(23),该半圆柱体的内部与该长方体的内部是相通;一翼状部(30),具有翅膀状,设置于该长柱状本体的一端并接合于该长方体的一侧且自该一侧的两端伸展,用以供手术握持用;一限位件(40),呈环状而套接于该长柱状本体的另一侧并接合于该长方体的另一侧,以供手术时顶住组织;以及一可置换的扩张器(50),其示于图2中,是呈圆杆状,依序由一尾部杆柄(51)、一螺纹杆(53)与作为扩张用的一杆体(52)连接而成,置放于该长槽中,用以扩充撑开组织的手术开口。
图3所示为本发明手术用导件的组合示意图,即该置换的扩张器(50)是置放于该长柱状本体(20)的长方体(22)的长槽中。在实际操作中,该可置换的扩张器(50)中螺纹杆(53)与该长柱状本体(20)上侧的 半圆柱体(21)于邻近该翼状部(30)处(即接近手握处)的外表面所具有该螺纹(211)位置互相契合,形成手术用导件(10),可旋转该螺纹将杆体(52)伸入于手部组织,以进行扩张。在扩张完成后,利用一刀具(未显示)替换扩张器(50),并顺着该长槽内往前用以切开所欲切除横腕韧带的部位且透过限位件(40),告知医师适当切割位置已到达,避免往前切到不欲切割的组织,在切割过程中,也可用置于该长槽的一适当部位的一摄像构件(未示于图中),其用以进行摄像,并包含一外接的显像构件,以利手术的进行。该扩张器可由该长方体靠近该翼状部的该一侧而于该长槽内以渐进方式作不同尺寸(如由5mm、6mm或至7mm的顺序)的置换。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种手术用导件,包括:
    一长柱状本体,呈中空状,其上侧具有一半圆柱体,其底部具有一长方体,其内有一头尾相通的长槽,所述半圆柱体的内部与所述长方体的内部是相通;
    一翼状部,具有翅膀状,设置于所述长柱状本体的一端并接合于所述长方体的一侧且自所述一侧的两端伸展,用以供手术握持用;以及
    一可置换的扩张器,置放于所述长槽中,用以扩充撑开组织的手术开口,
    其中,所述扩张器能够由所述长方体靠近所述翼状部的所述一侧而于所述长槽内以渐进方式作不同尺寸的置换,以进行扩张。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手术用导件,其中所述可置换的扩张器呈圆杆状,依序由一尾部杆柄、一螺纹杆与一扩张用的杆体连接而成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的手术用导件,其中所述长柱状本体及所述翼状部为一体成型。

  5. 根据权利要求4所述的手术用导件,其中所述长柱状本体、所述翼状部及所述限位件为一体成型。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的手术用导件,其中所述长柱状本体上侧的 半圆柱体于邻近所述翼状部处的外表面具有螺纹,用以使所述长柱状本体可摩擦式地伸入于所述组织。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的手术用导件,进一步包含一刀具,设置于所述长槽内,用以切开所欲切除的部位。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的手术用导件,进一步包含一摄像构件,置于所述长槽的一适当部位,并包含一外接的显像构件,以利手术的进行。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的手术用导件,其是用于手部、腕部、肘部、肩部、脊椎、臀部、膝部、踝部或足部手术。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的手术用导件,其是用于腕隧道综合症的治疗。
  11. 一种手术用导件,包括:
    一长柱状本体,呈中空状,其上侧具有一半圆柱体,其底部具有一长方体,其内有一头尾相通的长槽,所述半圆柱体的内部与所述长方体的内部是相通;
    一限位件,所述限位件呈环状而套接于所述长柱状本体的另一侧并接合于所述长方体的另一侧,以供手术时顶住组织;以及
    一可置换的扩张器,置放于所述长槽中,用以扩充撑开组织的手术开口,
    其中,所述扩张器能够由所述长方体靠近所述翼状部的所述一侧而于所述长槽内以渐进方式作不同尺寸的置换,以进行扩张。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的手术用导件,其中所述可置换的扩张器呈 圆杆状,依序由一尾部杆柄、一螺纹杆与一扩张用的杆体连接而成。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的手术用导件,其中所述长柱状本体及所述限位件为一体成型。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的手术用导件,其还包含一翼状部,具有翅膀状,设置于所述长柱状本体的一端并接合于所述长方体的一侧且自所述一侧的两端伸展,用以供手术握持用。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的手术用导件,其中所述长柱状本体、所述限位件及所述翼状部为一体成型。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的手术用导件,其中所述长柱状本体上侧的半圆柱体于邻近所述翼状部处的外表面具有螺纹,用以使所述长柱状本体可摩擦式地伸入于所述组织。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的手术用导件,进一步包含一刀具,设置于所述长槽内,用以切开所欲切除的部位。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的手术用导件,进一步包含一摄像构件,置于所述长槽的一适当部位,并包含一外接的显像构件,以利手术的进行。
  19. 根据权利要求11所述的手术用导件,其是用于手部、腕部、肘部、肩部、脊椎、臀部、膝部、踝部或足部手术。
