Abstract

La présente invention concerne un équipement d'exercice du type à vibrations, qui commande l'état de fonctionnement d'une machine d'exercice à vibration verticale en fonction du poids et de la composition corporelle d'un utilisateur, et commande la machine d'exercice à vibration verticale de manière à prévenir un bruit de plancher intermédiaire lors de l'utilisation, et un procédé de commande correspondant. La présente invention permet de minimaliser les vibrations générées sur la surface inférieure d'un lieu d'installation, grâce à une configuration comprenant : un corps principal qui comprend une machine d'exercice à vibration verticale pourvue d'une unité de génération de vibration installée en tant que base, une plaque de vibration placée sur la partie supérieure de l'unité de génération de vibration et un élément de maintien, destiné à maintenir la base et la plaque de vibration à des intervalles prédéfinis, un cadre couplé à la machine d'exercice à vibrations verticales, une unité poignée placée sur l'extrémité supérieure du cadre pour une utilisation stable pendant l'exercice, et une unité d'affichage placée sur la partie supérieure du cadre pour afficher un état de fonctionnement; un appareil de mesure musculo-squelettique, qui est placé de façon à être mobile sur le côté inférieur de la base et effectue des mesures des membres inférieurs musculo-squelettiques de l'utilisateur; un dispositif de mesure de composition corporelle, qui est placé de façon à pouvoir être fixé à l'unité poignée ou détaché de celle-ci, et détecte la composition corporelle de l'utilisateur; un capteur de vibration de partie inférieure, qui est placé de façon à pouvoir être fixé au corps principal ou détaché de celui-ci, et détecte la vibration de la surface inférieure sur laquelle le corps principal est installé; et un dispositif de commande, qui est placé à l'intérieur du corps principal, commande l'état de fonctionnement de la machine d'exercice à vibration verticale en fonction du poids de l'utilisateur détecté par l'appareil de mesure musculo-squelettique, et de la composition corporelle de l'utilisateur détectée par le dispositif de mesure de composition corporelle, et commande la machine d'exercice à vibration verticale en fonction de la vibration de la surface inférieure détectée par le détecteur de vibration de partie inférieure.
