背景技术
目前,随着电视节目、网络视频等视听内容的多样化,很多视听内容具有年龄限制。通常,可通过设置密码以及输入密码来限制不符合年龄限制的用户或观众观看这些视听内容。
发明内容
本发明提供一种智能播放系统以及智能播放方法,从而自动地、智能地针对不同的当前用户来确定是否有权限对视听内容进行访问(观看和/或收听),从而对不符合条件的当前用户进行限制。

在研究中,本申请的发明人注意到:通常的电视或电脑没有针对未成年人或幼童的视听(视频加音频)限制功能;如果未成年人或幼童观看了不符合其年龄的视听内容可能会对其成长带来不良的影响。通常,可针对单独的视听内容或电视频道设置数字密码,通过输入数字密码解锁来对该视听内容或电视频道进行访问。然而,这种方式操作繁琐并且需要记忆密码,会给用户带来不便。
本发明实施例提供一种智能播放系统以及智能播放方法。该智能播放系统包括信号处理单元、播放装置、人脸信息获取单元以及智能播放单元。信号处理单元用于从输入数字信号中获取播放信号并输出该播放信号;播放装置与信号处理单元通信连接并用于根据播放信号进行播放;人脸信息获取单元用于获取当前用户的当前人脸信息;智能播放单元分别与信号处理单元和人脸信息获取单元通信连接;智能播放单元包括人脸识别处理电路,人脸识别处理电路与人脸信息获取单元通信连接并被用于处理当前人脸信息并获取当前用户的权限信息,智能播放单元用于根据权限信息控制信号处理单元是否向播放装置输出播放信号。该智能播放系统可通过自动对当前用户进行识别以确定该当前用户是否有权限对当前的视听内容进行访问(观看和/或收听),从而对不符合条件的当前用户进行限制。
下面结合附图对本发明实施例提供的智能播放系统以及智能播放方法进行说明。
实施例一
本实施例提供一种智能播放系统。如图1所示,该智能播放系统包括信号处理单元110、播放装置120、人脸信息获取单元130以及智能播放单元140。信号处理单元110用于从输入数字信号中获取播放信号并输出该播放信号,例如,信号处理单元110可从有线电视信号中获取电视节目的播放信号,或从网络信号中获取网络视听内容的播放信号;播放装置120与信号处理单元110通信连接并用于根据播放信号进行播放;人脸信息获取单元130用于获取当前用户的当前人脸信息,例如,人脸信息获取单元130可为摄像头或照相机等;智能播放单元140分别与信号处理单元110和人脸信息获取单元130通信连接;智能播放单元140包括人脸识别处理电路141,人脸识别处理电路141与人脸信息获取单元130通信连接并被用于处理当前人脸信息并获取当前用户的权限信息,智能播放单元140用于根据权限信息控制信号处理单元是否向播放装置120输出播放信号。需要说明的是,当前用户是指正在使用本智能播放系统的人,而用户是指占有、使用或者管理本智能系统的人;另外,上述的通信相连是指可相互传输或接收数据信息,包括有线的方式(例如通过电缆或光纤相连)和无线的方式(例如通过wifi等无线网络相连)。在本实施例提供的智能播放系统中,该智能播放系统可通过获取当前用户的当前人脸信息来获取当前用户的权限信息,例如,可通过人脸识别处理电路分析当前人脸信息(例如人脸照片)得到当前用户的大致年龄,从而获得当前用户的权限信息;然后,该智能播放系统可通过智能播放单元根据权限信息来控制信号处理单元是否向播放装置输出播放信号,从而实现自动对当前用户进行识别并确定该当前用户是否有权限对当前的视听内容进行访问(观看和/或收听),从而对不符合条件的当前用户进行限制。由此,该智能播放系统可简便地、自动地对视听内容进行管理,对不符合条件的当前用户进行限制。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的智能播放系统中,还包括存储器和处理器和存储在存储器中的计算机程序指令,在计算机程序指令被处理器运行可执行以下步骤:从输入数字信号获取播放信号,并将播放信号输出;获取当前用户的当前人脸信息;处理当前人脸信息并获取当前用户的权限信息;以及根据权限信息判断是否向播放装置输出播放信号。
例如,信号处理单元从输入数字信号获取的播放信号限制观看年龄要大于17岁,而人脸识别处理电路通过当前用户的当前人脸信息获取当年用户的年龄为14岁,不满足该播放信号的限制要求,此时智能播放单元控制信号处理单 元不向播放装置输出播放信号,从而限制了当前用户对该播放信号的访问。需要说明的是,本发明实施例包括但不限于上述的具体实施方式。例如,该智能播放系统还可用于对保密视听信息进行管理,通过设置不同的权限来同时保证保密视听信息的安全以及访问非保密视听信息的便利,例如,在公司或单位中,可根据不同的职位来限定对应的权限信息以对需要保密的视听内容进行管理,又例如,视听内容提供商也可根据用户的不同VIP等级来限定对应的权限信息以对需要付费的视听内容进行管理。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的智能播放系统中,如图2所示,该智能播放系统还可包括人脸信息数据库150。人脸信息数据库150用于存储注册人脸信息,人脸识别处理电路141可与人脸信息数据库150通信相连,且可用于将人脸信息获取单元130获取的当前人脸信息与注册人脸信息相匹配以获取权限信息。
例如,可将需要限制的对象(例如,用户家里的未成年人或幼童)或者不需要限制的对象(例如,用户家里的成年人)的人脸信息和其权限信息(例如年龄)关联存储在人脸信息数据库中并注册为注册人脸信息,人脸识别处理电路可将获取的当前人脸信息与人脸信息数据库中的注册人脸信息相匹配,从而获取当前用户的权限信息。需要说明的是,上述的权限信息可包括多个等级并对应不同权限要求,例如,视听内容可分为多个限制等级,分别要求不同最小观看年龄,例如,10岁、14岁、17岁等,此时权限信息也可包括对应的等级,例如小于10岁为A级,大于10岁小于14岁为B级,大于14岁小于17岁为C级,大于17岁为D级,A级不能观看所有的视听内容,B级可观看最小观看年龄为10岁的视听内容,C级可观看最小观看年龄为10岁以及14岁的视听内容,D级可观看所有视听内容。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的智能播放系统中,人脸识别处理电路还可用于将人脸信息获取单元获取的当前人脸信息存储在人脸信息数据库中并注册为注册人脸信息。由此,可利用人脸识别处理电路和人脸信息获取单元来将获取的当前人脸信息注册并存储在人脸信息数据库中。
例如,人脸信息数据库可包括存储器以存储注册人脸信息,存储器例如可为RAM、ROM等。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的智能播放系统中,如图2所示,该智能播放系统还可包括演算单元142。演算单元142与信号处理单元110和人脸识别 处理电路141分别通信相连。演算单元142可从输入数字信号中获取输入数字信号中的播放信号(视听内容)的限制等级信息,还可从人脸识别处理电路141获取当前用户的权限信息,从而对上述的限制等级信息和权限信息进行处理,进而控制信号处理单元110是否向播放装置120输出播放信号。需要说明的是,上述的人脸识别处理电路可通过单独处理当前人脸信息来获取当前用户的权限信息,例如通过当前人脸信息分析当前用户的年龄,也可通过将当前人脸信息与存储在人脸信息数据库中的注册人脸信息相匹配来获取权限信息,本发明实施例在此不作限制。
例如,上述的限制等级信息可包括与年龄相关的限制等级,上述的权限信息可包括年龄。当然,上述的限制等级信息还可为与其他条件相关的限制等级,例如,与职位或VIP等级相关的限制等级;同样地,上述的权限信息也可为与其他条件相关的限制等级,例如,职位或VIP等级,本发明实施例在此不作限制。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的智能播放系统中,如图3所示,该智能播放系统还可包括控制器160。控制器160与演算单元142通信连接并用于输入控制信号。例如,控制信号可触发演算单元142从输入数字信号中获取限制等级信息,从人脸识别处理电路141获取权限信息,并对限制等级信息与权限信息进行处理以控制信号处理单元110是否向播放装置120输出播放信号。例如,当本实施例提供的智能播放系统应用于电视机时,控制器160可为遥控器,当前用户可通过遥控器输入控制信号来选取他想观看或者收听的电视节目,此时该控制信号同时触发演算单元从输入数字信号中获取限制等级信息,从人脸识别处理电路获取权限信息,并对限制等级信息与权限信息进行处理以控制信号处理单元是否向播放装置输出播放信号。由此,本实施例提供的智能播放系统可使当前用户更方便地进行使用。
例如,图4为一种智能播放单元的示意图。如图4所示,在该智能播放单元140中,人脸识别处理电路141包括第一处理器1410,用于进行与人脸识别处理电路141相关的各种运算和处理;演算单元142包括第二处理器1420,用于进行与演算单元142相关的各种运算和处理。例如,第一处理器1410可包括CPU,第二处理器1420可包括CPU。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的智能播放系统中,第一处理器和第二处理器可集成为一体。也就是说,第一处理器和第二处理器可为同一个处理器。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的智能播放系统中,播放信号可包括视频信号和音频信号,如图5所示,该播放装置120包括显示面板121和音频播放器122,显示面板121根据视频信号显示画面,音频播放器122根据音频信号播放声音。由此,该播放装置120可播放视频和音频。当然,该播放装置也可只包括显示面板或者音频播放器,本发明实施例在此不作限制。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的智能播放系统中,如图5所示,信号处理单元110可包括数字信号接收部111、显示信号处理电路112、音频信号处理电路113。数字信号接收部111用于接收输入数字信号并输出输入数字信号,例如接收有线电视信号或网络信号。显示信号处理电路112与数字信号接收部111通信相连以从输入数字信号中获取显示信号并输出显示信号。音频信号处理电路113与数字信号接受部111通信相连并被用于从输入数字信号中获取音频信号并输出音频信号。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的智能播放系统中,如图5所示,智能播放单元140(例如智能播放单元140中的演算单元142)可通过与数字信号接收部111通信连接以控制数字信号接收部111是否接收或输出输入数字信号来允许或者限制当前用户对该输入数字信号中的视听内容进行访问。

例如,在本实施例一示例提供的智能播放系统中,如图6所示,智能播放单元140可通过演算单元142与数字信号接收部111通信连接来获取输入数字信号中的限制等级信息。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的智能播放系统中,如图6所示,人脸识别处理电路141可与显示信号处理电路112通信连接,显示信号处理电路112可将当前人脸信息和/或注册人脸信息转化为显示信号。由此,本实施例提供的智能播放系统便于用户进行注册。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的智能播放系统中,如图6所示,信号处理单元110还可包括屏幕菜单处理单元114,屏幕菜单处理单元114与显示信号 处理电路112和显示面板121通信连接,可在显示信号处理电路112输出的显示信号上增加屏幕菜单的显示信号,并将其结果输出至显示面板121。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的智能播放系统中,图7为一种屏幕菜单的示意图。如图7所示,该智能播放系统的屏幕菜单可包括人脸信息注册和智能播放模式。选择人脸信息注册可进入人脸信息注册界面,以进行注册人脸信息的注册。选择智能播放模式可进入智能播放模式,以进行智能播放。
例如,图8为一种注册人脸信息的逻辑流程图。如图7和图8所示,第一步选择人脸信息注册以决定是否进行人脸信息注册;第二步选择需要注册的用户的性别;第三步通过人脸信息获取单元(例如摄像头)获取当前用户的当前人脸信息(人脸图像);第四步输入与获取的当前人脸信息对应的权限信息;第五步当前人脸信息与对应的权限信息相关联注册为注册人脸信息以完成注册;第六步可选择是否追加注册。
例如,图9为一种智能播放的逻辑流程图;如图9所示,进入智能播放系统,同时获取当前人脸信息。选择要播放得节目,例如通过控制器选择要播放的节目;可通过智能播放单元判断该节目是否需要限制,若不需要则智能播放单元控制信号处理单元向播放装置输出播放信号以播放节目,若需要进行限制则输出该节目的限制等级信息。另一方面,人脸识别处理电路可处理获取的当前人脸信息;与注册人脸信息匹配;若与注册人脸信息一致则输出权限信息;并且通过智能播放单元通过限制等级信息和权限信息判断当前用户是否有权限访问该节目,若可以则播放该节目,若没有权限则不播放节目,若与注册人脸信息不一致,则可通过智能播放单元控制信号处理单元不输出播放信号以限制该节目的播放。当然,上述的具体实施方式仅用于对本实施例提供的智能播放系统进行说明,本发明实施例包括但不限于此。
实施例二
本实施例提供一种智能播放设备,其包括上述实施例中任一项所描述的智能播放系统。由于该智能播放设备包括上述实施例中任一项所描述的智能播放系统,该智能播放设备具有与其包括的智能播放系统的技术效果对应的技术效果,具体可参见实施例一中的相关描述,本发明实施例在此不再赘述。另外,本实施例提供的智能播放设备中除了该智能播放系统的其他部件或装置可采用常规的部件或装置,本发明实施例在此不作限制。

本实施例提供一种智能播放方法。图10为一种智能播放方法的流程示意图。如图10所示,该智能播放方法包括步骤S301-S304。

S302:获取当前用户的当前人脸信息。
例如,可通过照相机或摄像头获取当前用户的当前人脸信息。当然,还可采用其他装置来获取当前用户的当前人脸信息,本发明实施例在此不作限制。
S303:处理当前人脸信息并获取当前用户的权限信息。
例如,权限信息可包括年龄,通过分析当前人脸信息以获取当前用户的年龄。当然,还可采用其他纺织获取当前用户的权限信息,本发明实施例在此不作限制。
S304:根据权限信息判断是否向播放装置输出播放信号并进行播放。
在本实施例提供的智能播放方法中,可通过获取当前用户的当前人脸信息来获取当前用户的权限信息;然后,可通过根据权限信息来判断是否向播放装置输出播放信号,从而实现自动对当前用户进行识别并确定该当前用户是否有权限对当前的视听内容进行访问(观看和/或收听),从而对不符合条件的当前用户进行限制。由此,该智能播放系统可简便地、自动地对视听内容进行管理,对不符合条件的当前用户进行限制。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的智能播放方法中,还包括注册并存储注册人脸信息;以及通过将当前人脸信息与注册人脸信息相匹配以获取权限信息。例如,注册人脸信息可为通过将人脸信息和对应的权限信息关联存储的信息;从而可通过将当前人脸信息与预先存储的人脸信息和关联存储的权限信息相匹配来获得当前用户的权限信息。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的智能播放方法中,注册并存储注册人脸信息可包括:获取注册用户的人脸信息,例如,可通过照相机或摄像头获取注册用户的人脸信息;以及输入注册用户的权限信息,将注册用户的人脸信息以及注册用户的权限信息相关联并存储为注册人脸信息。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的智能播放方法中,该智能播放方法还包括:获取输入数字信息的限制等级信息;以及将限制等级信息和权限信息相匹配以 确定是否向播放装置输出播放信号,从而确定是否限制当前用户访问播放信号的视听内容。例如,限制等级信息包括与年龄相关的限制等级,权限信息为年龄。
例如,在本实施例一示例提供的智能播放方法中,播放信号包括视频信号和音频信号,播放装置包括显示面板和音频播放器,显示面板根据视频信号显示画面,音频播放器根据音频信号播放声音。
有以下几点需要说明:
(1)本发明实施例附图只涉及到与本发明实施例涉及到的结构,其他结构可参考通常设计。
(2)为了清晰起见,在用于描述本发明的实施例的附图中,层或区域的厚度被放大或缩小,即这些附图并非按照实际的比例绘制。可以理解,当诸如层、膜、区域或基板之类的元件被称作位于另一元件“上”或“下”时,该元件可以“直接”位于另一元件“上”或“下”,或者可以存在中间元件。
(3)在不冲突的情况下,本发明的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合以得到新的实施例。
(4)本发明实施例中所述的电路单元,本领域技术人员都可以搭建对应的硬件电路来实现对应的功能,所述硬件电路包括常规的超大规模集成(VLSI)电路或者门阵列以及诸如逻辑芯片、晶体管之类的现有半导体或者是其它分立的元件等。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种智能播放系统,包括:
    信号处理单元,被配置为从输入数字信号中获取播放信号,并输出所述播放信号;
    播放装置,与所述信号处理单元通信连接,并被配置为根据所述播放信号进行播放;
    人脸信息获取单元,被配置为获取当前用户的当前人脸信息;以及
    智能播放单元,分别与所述信号处理单元和所述人脸信息获取单元通信连接,
    其中,所述智能播放单元包括人脸识别处理电路,所述人脸识别处理电路与所述人脸信息获取单元通信连接并被配置为处理所述当前人脸信息并获取当前用户的权限信息,所述智能播放单元被配置为根据所述权限信息控制所述信号处理单元是否向所述播放装置输出所述播放信号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能播放系统,还包括:
    人脸信息数据库,被配置为存储注册人脸信息,
    其中,所述人脸识别处理电路与所述人脸信息数据库通信连接并被配置为将所述人脸信息获取单元获取的所述当前人脸信息与所述注册人脸信息相匹配以获取所述权限信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能播放系统,其中,所述人脸识别处理电路还被配置为将所述人脸信息获取单元获取的所述当前人脸信息存储在所述人脸信息数据库中并注册为所述注册人脸信息。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的智能播放系统,其中,所述人脸信息数据库包括存储器以存储所述注册人脸信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的智能播放系统,其中,所述智能播放单元还包括:
    演算单元,分别与所述信号处理单元和所述人脸识别处理电路通信连接,
    其中,所述演算单元被配置为从所述输入数字信号中获取限制等级信息,从所述人脸识别处理电路获取所述权限信息,并对所述限制等级信息与所述权限信息进行处理以控制所述信号处理单元是否向所述播放装置输出所述播放信号。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的智能播放系统,其中,所述限制等级信息包括与年龄相关的限制等级,所述权限信息包括年龄。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能播放系统,还包括:
    控制器,与所述演算单元通信连接并被配置为输入控制信号,
    其中,所述控制信号触发所述演算单元从所述输入数字信号中获取所述限制等级信息,从所述人脸识别处理电路获取所述权限信息,并对所述限制等级信息与所述权限信息进行处理以控制所述信号处理单元是否向所述播放装置输出所述播放信号。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的智能播放系统,其中,所述人脸识别处理电路包括第一处理器,所述演算单元包括第二处理器。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的智能播放系统,其中,所述播放信号包括视频信号和音频信号,所述信号处理单元包括数字信号接收部,被配置为接收所述输入数字信号并输出所述输入数字信号、显示信号处理电路,与所述数字信号接受部通信相连并被配置为从所述输入数字信号中获取所述显示信号并输出所述显示信号以及音频信号处理电路,与所述数字信号接受部通信相连并被配置为从所述输入数字信号中获取音频信号并输出所述音频信号,所述播放装置包括显示面板和音频播放器,所述显示面板根据所述视频信号显示画面,所述音频播放器根据所述音频信号播放声音。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的智能播放系统,其中,所述智能播放单元与所述数字信号接收部通信连接并被配置为控制所述数字信号接收部是否接收或输出所述输入数字信号,或者,分别与所述显示信号处理电路和所述音频信号处理电路通信连接并被配置为控制所述显示信号处理电路是否获取或输出所述显示信号,控制所述音频信号处理电路是否获取或输出所述音频信号。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的智能播放系统,其中,所述人脸识别处理电路与所述显示信号处理电路通信连接,所述显示信号处理电路还被配置为将所述当前人脸信息和/或所述注册人脸信息转化为显示信号。
  12. 一种智能播放方法,包括:
    从输入数字信号获取播放信号,并将所述播放信号输出;
    获取当前用户的当前人脸信息;
    处理所述当前人脸信息并获取当前用户的权限信息;以及
    根据所述权限信息判断是否向所述播放装置输出所述播放信号并进行播 放。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的智能播放方法,还包括:
    注册并存储注册人脸信息;以及
    将所述当前人脸信息与所述注册人脸信息相匹配以获取所述权限信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的智能播放方法,其中,所述注册并存储注册人脸信息包括:
    获取注册用户的人脸信息;
    输入所述注册用户的权限信息;以及
    将所述注册用户的人脸信息以及所述注册用户的权限信息相关联并存储为所述注册人脸信息。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的智能播放方法,还包括:
    获取输入视频信息的限制等级信息;以及
    将所述限制等级信息和所述权限信息相匹配以确定是否向所述播放装置输出所述播放信号。
