溶解性固体总量(Total dissolved solids,TDS)也可称为总溶解固体,溶液中的TDS值越高,表示溶液中含有的杂质越多,若其测量单位为毫克/升(mg/L),表明1升溶液中溶有多少毫克溶解性固体。
水质检测任务被触发的方式可以但不限于包括:当检测到水质检测装置处于工作状态时;当接收到用户输入的水质检测指令时;当接收到外部设备发出的水质检测指令时;当检测到系统时间到达预置的水质检测任务的触发时间时。

本实施例采用的显示屏,具有低功耗、展示数据丰富以及价格低等优势,默认开机时在显示屏上显示的是TDS值和温度值,如需查看PH值,需短按功能切换键,此时显示屏上即显示测得的PH值,在显示屏上默认显示的温度单位为摄氏度(℃),长按功能切换键就可以转化成华氏度(℉)。
可选的,本实施例采用高扭曲STN(Super Twisted Nematic,超扭曲向列)薄型全透液晶屏,显示3位TDS数据、3位PH数据、3位温度数据和对应物理量单位。TDS读数范围为:0-9999,解析度:<1000,精度:±1ppm(百万分比浓度),解析度:≥1000,精度:±10ppm,标志符;溢出,显示Err(错误)。PH读数范围:0-14,标志符;溢出,显示Err;温度读数范围:0-99℃(华氏度为32~212℉),精度:±0.1℃,标志符;溢出,显示Err;使用环境:0~50℃;最大相对湿度95%。

为了节省电量,本实施例采用了两种供电方式:一种是通过升压模块给整个水质检测装置供电;另一种是让电池直接给水质检测装置中的主控芯片供电,这种情况主要应用于,当该装置在工作状态下在预置的时间段内没有检测到任何数据且无任何操作时,即将该装置转入待机状态,为了节省电量,在待机状态下将关闭升压模块,切断除主控芯片之外所有模块的供电,只剩主控芯片工作,此时由电池对主控芯片进行供电。因为主控芯片功耗非常低、工作电压范围广等特点,让产品待机时间更持久。
其中,该电池具体为可充电的锂电池,普通电池的容量有限,每隔一段时间就需要更换一次电池,如果对更换的废旧电池处理不当将会导致环境的污染。而可循环利用的环保锂电池,不仅充电速度快、使用寿命长,而且待机时间长,在电量用完的时候只需用USB充电头进行充电即可再次使用,一定程度上解决了频繁更换纽扣电池的烦恼和对废旧纽扣电池处理不当造成的环境问题。

因为在进行温度、TDS值、PH值检测的时候,各项检测数据是不会马上稳定下来的,会有一个逐步上升或者下降趋势,本实施例根据这一特性,根据历史酸碱度数据、历史溶解性固体总量数据及历史温度值数据,及长期的误差分析结果来判断未来的几次测量会不会得到稳定的数据,在检测数据是否稳定的过程中,水质检测笔501会实时将测量的数据通过终端502发送给服务器503,直到服务器503检测出接收到的数据为稳定后终端则在终端中显示该稳定数据,并且提醒用户检测完成。其中,历史酸碱度数据、历史溶解性固体总量数据及历史温度值数据是本次水质检测操作之前,服务器获取的酸碱度数据、溶解性固体总量数据及温度值数据。
分析结果具体可以包括:

主控芯片702,还用于在进入工作状态时,控制电池7042通过升压电路7041对水质检测笔内的所有组件进行供电,在进入待机状态时,控制电池7042对主控芯片702进行供电。
为了节省电量,本实施例采用了两种供电方式:一种是电池7042通过升压电路7041给水质检测笔内的所有组件进行供电;另一种是让电池7042直接给水质检测装置中的主控芯片702供电,这种情况主要应用于,当该水质检测笔在工作状态下在预置的时间段内没有检测到任何数据且无任何操作时,即将该装置转入待机状态,为了节省电量,在待机状态下将关闭升压模块,切断除主控芯片702之外所有组件的供电,只剩下主控芯片702工作,此时由电池7042对主控芯片702直接进行供电。因为选用的主控芯片702功耗非常低、工作电压范围广等特点,让产品待机时间更持久。
其中,电池7042具体为可充电的锂电池,普通电池的容量有限,每隔一段时间就需要更换一次电池,如果对更换的废旧电池处理不当将会导致环境的污染。而选用可循环利用的环保锂电池,不仅充电速度快、使用寿命长,而且待机时间长,在电量用完的时候只需用USB充电头进行充电即可再次使用,一定程度上解决了频繁更换纽扣电池的烦恼和对废旧纽扣电池处理不当造成的环境问题。
射频单元705,用于根据主控芯片702的控制指令,将检测探头701传回的校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据及温度值数据发送给外部设备,以通过外部设备根据校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据及温度值数据,对待测水溶液进行水质分析,射频单元705具体可以是蓝牙设备。
按键706,用于触发水质检测任务、控制水质检测笔的开关及控制显示屏703的显示内容。
按键706,包括开关按键、功能选择按键。
(1)开关按键:
开机:在关机状态下,按动本按键,即可开机。关机:在开机状态下,按下开关按键,即关机。在开机状态下,在预置时间内,可以是180S没有检测到任何数据且无任何操作时,进入待机状态,在待机状态下,按下开关按键,进入工作状态。
(2)功能选择按键:
开机默认显示溶解性固体总量值和温度值,默认的温度单位是摄氏度(℃),短按功能选择键,显示测试酸碱度的值, 长按功能选择键将温度单位由摄氏度(℃)切换为华氏温度(°F)。
按键706,还可包括水质检测任务触发按键,用于触发水质检测任务。
本发明实施例提供的水质检测笔,通过当检测到水质检测任务被触发时,对待测水溶液进行检测,得到待测水溶液的酸碱度数据、溶解性固体总量数据及温度值数据,将得到的酸碱度数据、溶解性固体总量数据及温度值数据转换为酸碱度显示数据、溶解性固体总量显示数据及温度值显示数据,在内置的显示屏中显示酸碱度显示数据、溶解性固体总量显示数据及温度值显示数据,相较于现有技术,本发明通过在水质检测笔中分别内置了检测水质酸碱度、溶解性固体总量及温度的检测探头,使用户能够使用该水质检测笔同时检测水质中的上述三种参数,提高了水质检测的便捷性及检测效率,提高了产品粘性。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简便描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明,某些步骤可以采用其它顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定都是本发明所必须的。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其它实施例的相关描述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种水质检测方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    当检测到水质检测任务被触发时,对待测水溶液进行检测,得到所述待测水溶液的酸碱度数据、溶解性固体总量数据及温度值数据;
    将得到的酸碱度数据、溶解性固体总量数据及温度值数据转换为酸碱度显示数据、溶解性固体总量显示数据及温度值显示数据;
    在内置的显示屏中显示所述酸碱度显示数据、溶解性固体总量显示数据及温度值显示数据。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对待测水溶液进行检测,得到所述待测水溶液的酸碱度数据、溶解性固体总量数据及温度值数据之后,包括:
    根据得到的所述温度值数据,对所述酸碱度数据和溶解性固体总量数据进行校准,得到校准的酸碱度数据和校准的溶解性固体总量数据;
    则,将得到的酸碱度数据、溶解性固体总量数据转换为酸碱度显示数据、溶解性固体总量显示数据,包括:
    将所述校准的酸碱度数据和校准的溶解性固体总量数据转换为酸碱度显示数据、溶解性固体总量显示数据。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据得到的所述温度值数据,对所述酸碱度数据和溶解性固体总量数据进行校准,得到校准的酸碱度数据和校准的溶解性固体总量数据之后,包括:
    将所述校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据、所述温度值数据发送给终端,以使所述终端显示所述校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据、所述温度值数据,并通过所述终端将所述校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据、所述温度值数据发送给服务器,以使所述服务器根据所述校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据、所述温度值数据,对所述待测水溶液的水质进行分析。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当检测到水质检测装置处于工作状态时,控制内置的电池通过升压模块对水质检测装置进行供电;
    当检测到所述水质检测装置处于待机状态时,控制内置的电池对所述水质检测装置进行供电。
  5. 一种水质检测装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    检测模块,用于当检测到水质检测任务被触发时,对待测水溶液进行检测,得到所述待测水溶液的酸碱度数据、溶解性固体总量数据及温度值数据;
    转换模块,用于将得到的酸碱度数据、溶解性固体总量数据及温度值数据转换为酸碱度显示数据、溶解性固体总量显示数据及温度值显示数据;
    显示模块,用于在内置的显示屏中显示所述酸碱度显示数据、溶解性固体总量显示数据及温度值显示数据。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    校准模块,用于根据得到的所述温度值数据,对所述酸碱度数据和溶解性固体总量数据进行校准,得到校准的酸碱度数据和校准的溶解性固体总量数据;
    所述转换模块,具体用于将所述校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据和得到的温度值数据转换为酸碱度显示数据、溶解性固体总量显示数据和温度值显示数据;
    供电模块,用于当检测到水质检测装置处于工作状态时,控制内置的电池通过升压模块对所述水质检测装置进行供电;
    所述供电模块,还用于当检测到所述水质检测装置处于待机状态时,控制内置的电池对所述水质检测装置进行供电;
    发送模块,用于将校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据、所述温度值数据发送给终端,以使所述终端显示所述校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据、所述温度值数据,并通过所述终端将所述校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据、所述温度值数据发送给服务器,以使所述服务器根据所述校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据、所述温度值数据,对所述待测水溶液的水质进行分析。
  7. 一种水质检测系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括水质检测笔、终端以及服务器;
    所述水质检测笔,用于当检测到水质检测任务被触发时,对待测水溶液进行检测,得到所述待测水溶液的酸碱度数据、溶解性固体总量数据及温度值数据,并发送给所述终端;
    所述水质检测笔,还用于将得到的酸碱度数据、溶解性固体总量数据及温度值数据转换为酸碱度显示数据、溶解性固体总量显示数据及温度值显示数据,并进行显示;
    所述终端,用于显示所述水质检测笔发送的酸碱度数据、溶解性固体总量数据及温度值数据,并将所述酸碱度数据、溶解性固体总量数据及温度值数据转发给所述服务器;
    所述服务器,用于接收并存储所述终端发送的酸碱度数据、溶解性固体总量数据及温度值数据,根据所述酸碱度数据、溶解性固体总量数据及温度值数据,对所述待测水溶液的水质进行分析,并将分析结果发送给所述终端,进行显示。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,
    所述水质检测笔,具体用于当检测到水质检测任务被触发时,对待测水溶液进行检测,得到所述待测水溶液的酸碱度数据、溶解性固体总量数据及温度值数据,根据得到的所述温度值数据,对所述酸碱度数据和溶解性固体总量数据进行校准,得到校准的酸碱度数据和校准的溶解性固体总量数据,并将校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据、所述温度值数据发送给所述终端,将校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据、所述温度值数据转换为酸碱度显示数据、溶解性固体总量显示数据及温度值显示数据,并进行显示;
    所述服务器,具体用于接收并存储所述终端发送的校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据、所述温度值数据,并根据历史酸碱度数据、历史溶解性固体总量数据及历史温度值数据,判断所述终端发送的校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据、所述温度值数据是否为稳定数据,当判断出所述终端发送的校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据、所述温度值数据为稳定数据时,根据所述校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据、所述温度值数据,对所述待测水溶液的水质进行分析,将分析结果发送给所述终端,进行显示,并向终端发送数据显示指令,所述数据显示指令用于提示终端显示被所述服务器判断为稳定数据的校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据、温度值数据;当判断出所述终端发送的校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据、所述温度值数据为不稳定数据时,通过所述终端向所述水质检测笔发送水质检测指令,所述水质检测指令用于触发所述水质检测任务;
    所述终端,具体用于接收并存储所述水质检测笔发送的校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据、所述温度值数据,并将所述校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据、所述温度值数据转发给所述服务器,当接收到所述服务器发送的数据显示指令时,显示所述存储的水质检测笔发送的校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据、所述温度值数据。
  9. 一种水质检测笔,其特征在于, 所述水质检测笔包括:检测探头、主控芯片以及显示屏;
    其中,所述主控芯片电性连接于所述检测探头及所述显示屏,通过一条或多条通讯总线,与所述检测探头及所述显示屏进行数据通讯;
    所述检测探头中集成有酸碱度检测器、溶解性固体总量检测器以及温度检测器;
    所述主控芯片,用于当检测到水质检测任务被触发时,控制所述检测探头对待测水溶液的酸碱度、溶解性固体总量及温度值进行检测,并将所述检测探头传回的所述待测水溶液的酸碱度数据、溶解性固体总量数据及温度值数据转换为酸碱度显示数据、溶解性固体总量显示数据及温度值显示数据,并输出至所述显示屏进行显示。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的水质检测笔,其特征在于,
    所述检测探头,还用于根据得到的所述温度值数据,对所述酸碱度数据和溶解性固体总量数据进行校准,得到校准的酸碱度数据和校准的溶解性固体总量数据,并传输给所述主控芯片;
    所述主控芯片,具体用于将所述检测探头传回的校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据及温度值数据转换为酸碱度显示数据、溶解性固体总量显示数据及温度值显示数据,并输出至所述显示屏进行显示;
    所述水质检测笔还包括:电源单元、射频单元以及按键;
    所述电源单元包括:升压电路及电池;
    所述升压电路与所述主控芯片及所述电池电性连接,所述电池还与所述主控芯片电性连接;
    所述主控芯片,还用于在进入工作状态时,控制所述电池通过所述升压电路对所述水质检测笔内的所有组件进行供电,在进入待机状态时,控制所述电池对所述主控芯片进行供电;
    所述射频单元,电性连接于所述主控芯片,用于根据所述主控芯片的控制指令,将所述检测探头传回的校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据及温度值数据发送给外部设备,以通过所述外部设备根据所述校准的酸碱度数据、校准的溶解性固体总量数据及温度值数据,对所述待测水溶液进行水质分析;
    所述按键与所述主控芯片电性相连,用于触发水质检测任务及控制所述显示屏的显示内容。
