步骤S001:检测并获取智能设备在运行过程中的至少一个运行参数,所述至少一个运行参数为与所述智能设备的环境音量相关的运行参数;
步骤S002:检测并获取用户与所述智能设备之间的物理距离;
步骤S003:判断所述物理距离是否超出了预设阈值;
与上一实施例不同的是,在本实施例中,当检测出用户与智能设备之间的物理距离之后,本方法还进一步判断该检测到的物理距离是否超出了一预设的阈值。该预设阈值可以根据经验值确定,本步骤的目的在于检测用户与 智能设备之间的距离是否超出了一可测范围,在该可测范围之外,即便调整智能设备播放推送通知的音量,用户可能也无法用人耳识别,从而需要通过其他方式来将通知信息传达至用户。
若没有超出所述预设阈值,则执行步骤S004,再执行S006;
若超出了所述预设阈值,则执行步骤S005,再执行S006和S007;
步骤S004:根据所述用户与所述智能设备之间的物理距离与所述至少一个运行参数调整所述智能设备播放推送通知的音量;
具体的,当所述物理距离超出了所述预设阈值时,检测指定通讯设备的蓝牙信号强度,所述设所述蓝牙信号强度为S,注:如果用户与油烟机在同一房间内,则没有获取蓝牙信号强度的步骤,S默认为S0。
计算得到最终的通知音量;
具体的,将检测到的所述智能设备的电机转速、所述用户预设的推送通知的音量、物理距离和预设的最大蓝牙信号强度与所述蓝牙信号强度的差值分别与对应的预设权重值相乘,并计算求和得到需调整的音量大小,并按照计算得到的音量大小调整所述智能设备播放推送通知的音量:
需调整的音量大小=A0×智能设备的电机转速+A1×用户预设的推送通知的音量+A2×物理距离+A3×(预设的最大蓝牙信号强度-蓝牙信号强度);
其中,A0、A1、A2、A3为权重值,通过大量实验经验获得,S0为可能出现的最大蓝牙信号强度。
所述获取所述蓝牙信号强度的目的是为了检测当所用户与所述智能设备的所述物理距离超过了所述预设阈值时,检测所述蓝牙信号强度,根据上述公式,来调整所述智能设备推送通知的音量,当所述蓝牙信号强度最小时,所述智能设备推送通知的音量达到最大值。
步骤S005:检测所述指定通讯设备的蓝牙信号强度;
步骤S006:将检测到的所述智能设备的电机转速、所述用户预设的推送通知的音量、物理距离和预设的最大蓝牙信号强度与所述蓝牙信号强度的差值分别与对应的预设权重值相乘,并计算求和得到需调整的音量大小;
步骤S007:通过无线网络将通知信息发送到指定通讯设备。
具体的,当所述智能设备的与用户的所述物理距离超过所述预设阈值时,所述智能设备在播放推送通知的同时,还通过无线网络发送推送通知到用户的指定设备上,所述指定设备为用户的手机或电脑等可接收无线推送通知的设备。
为了更好的解释本实施例,假设所述智能设备为智能油烟机,当用户在所述智能油烟机上设定了一个定时器提醒自己烹饪的时间;当定时器计时结束时,所述智能油烟机根据其检测到的运行参数(即所述智能油烟机电机的转速与用户预设的推送通知的音量)与通过红外传感器检测用户与所述智能油烟机的物理距离,来调整推送通知的音量的大小,而且所述电机的转速的越小,声音越小,所述推送通知的音量的大小始终控制在较为合适的音量。当用户远离厨房且超过所述智能油烟机预设的预设阈值时,所述智能油烟机会检测用户的手机的蓝牙信号强度,检测到的所述蓝牙信号强度越小,推送通知的音量会相应的加大,而且会将推送通知同步通过网络发送到用户手机上,达到动态调节所述智能油烟机推送通知的音量的目的,提高了用户体验。
本发明还提供了一种调整智能设备推送通知的音量的装置;

一种调整智能设备推送通知的音量的装置;
包括参数检测模块1,用于检测并获取智能设备在运行过程中的至少一个运行参数,所述至少一个运行参数为与所述智能设备的环境音量相关的运行参数;
距离检测模块2,用于检测并获取用户与所述智能设备之间的物理距离;
音量调整模块3,用于根据所述用户与所述智能设备之间的物理距离及所述至少一个运行参数,调整所述智能设备播放推送通知的音量。
请参阅图4为本发明第二实施例中一种调整智能设备推送通知的音量的装置结构示意图,所述第二所述实施例与第一实施例大抵相同,其区别在于,所述第二实施例中:
所述参数检测模块1还包括:
转速检测模块11,用于检测所述智能设备的电机转速;
音量预设模块12,用于用户预设播放推送通知的音量。
上述装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
距离判断模块4,用于判断所述物理距离是否超出了预设阈值;
通知播放模块6,用于播放需要发送的推送通知;
通知发送模块7,用于当所述物理距离超出了预设阈值,通过无线网络将通知信息发送到指定通讯设备。
上述装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
蓝牙信号强度检测模块5,用于当所述物理距离超出了所述预设阈值时,检测所述指定通讯设备的蓝牙信号强度。
上述装置,其中,所述音量调整模块3还包括:
调整音量计算模块31,用于将检测到的所述智能设备的电机转速、所述用户预设的推送通知的音量、物理距离和预设的最大蓝牙信号强度与所述蓝 牙信号强度的差值分别与对应的预设权重值相乘,并计算求和得到需调整的音量大小。
上述装置,其中,所述距离检测模块2为一个或多个红外传感器21或摄像头,用于检测用户与所述智能设备的物理距离;具体的,在本实施例中,所述距离检测模块为一个红外传感器21,在其他实施例中所述距离检测模块还可以为两个或三个等多个红外传感器21,也可以为摄像头或超声波传感器。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种调整智能设备推送通知的音量的方法,其特征在于:
    检测并获取智能设备在运行过程中的至少一个运行参数,所述至少一个运行参数为与所述智能设备的环境音量相关的运行参数;
    检测并获取用户与所述智能设备之间的物理距离;
    根据所述用户与所述智能设备之间的物理距离及所述至少一个运行参数,调整所述智能设备播放推送通知的音量。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的调整智能设备推送通知的音量的方法,其特征在于,所述运行参数包括所述智能设备的电机转速和用户预设的播放推送通知的音量。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的调整智能设备推送通知的音量的方法,其特征在于,检测并获取用户与所述智能设备之间的物理距离之后,所述方法还包括:
    判断所述物理距离是否超出了预设阈值;
    若否,则执行所述根据所述用户与所述智能设备之间的物理距离调整所述智能设备播放推送通知的音量的步骤;
    若是,则通过无线网络将通知信息发送到指定通讯设备。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的调整智能设备推送通知的音量的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    若所述物理距离超出了所述预设阈值时,检测所述指定通讯设备的蓝牙信号强度,并根据检测到的所述蓝牙信号强度、所述物理距离以及所述至少一个运行参数,调整所述智能设备播放推送通知的音量。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的调整智能设备推送通知的音量的方法,其特征在于,所述调整所述智能设备播放推送通知的音量的步骤包括:
    将检测到的所述智能设备的电机转速、所述用户预设的推送通知的音量、物理距离和预设的最大蓝牙信号强度与所述蓝牙信号强度的差值分别与对应的预设权重值相乘,并计算求和得到需调整的音量大小,并按照计算得到的音量大小调整所述智能设备播放推送通知的音量;
    其中,当所述物理距离并未超出所述预设阈值时,所述蓝牙信号强度与所述预设的最大蓝牙信号强度相同。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的调整智能设备推送通知的音量的方法,其特征在于,所述检测并获取用户与所述智能设备之间的物理距离的方法为:
    通过一个或多个红外传感器,检测用户与所述智能设备的所述物理距离或通过摄像头检测用户与所述智能设备的物理距离。
  7. 一种调整智能设备推送通知的音量的装置,其特征在于:
    包括参数检测模块,用于检测并获取智能设备在运行过程中的至少一个运行参数,所述至少一个运行参数为与所述智能设备的环境音量相关的运行参数;
    距离检测模块,用于检测并获取用户与所述智能设备之间的物理距离;
    音量调整模块,用于根据所述用户与所述智能设备之间的物理距离及所述至少一个运行参数,调整所述智能设备播放推送通知的音量。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的调整智能设备推送通知的音量的装置,其特征在于,所述参数检测模块还包括:
    转速检测模块,用于检测所述智能设备的电机转速;
    音量预设模块,用于用户预设播放推送通知的音量。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的调整智能设备推送通知的音量的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    距离判断模块,用于判断所述物理距离是否超出了预设阈值;
    通知播放模块,用于播放需要发送的推送通知;
    通知发送模块,用于当所述物理距离超出了预设阈值,通过无线网络将通知信息发送到指定通讯设备。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的调整智能设备推送通知的音量的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    蓝牙信号强度检测模块,用于当所述物理距离超出了所述预设阈值时,检测所述指定通讯设备的蓝牙信号强度。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的调整智能设备推送通知的音量的装置,其特征在于,所述音量调整模块还包括:
    调整音量计算模块,用于将检测到的所述智能设备的电机转速、所述用户预设的推送通知的音量、物理距离和预设的最大蓝牙信号强度与所述蓝牙信号强度的差值分别与对应的预设权重值相乘,并计算求和得到需调整的音量大小。
  12. 根据权利要求7至11任一所述的调整智能设备推送通知的音量的装置,其特征在于,所述距离检测模块为一个或多个红外传感器或摄像头,用于检测用户与所述智能设备的物理距离。
