本发明涉及农产品加工领域,具体为一种用于农产品的沥水吹干装置。
背景技术
农产品的加工领域中,往往广泛涉及对于农产品的清洗和包装。在清洗之后,由于存在大量水分,这容易对包装后的存储状态造成不利影响。由于对于这些水分的去除需要多工位多步骤进行,因此需要流水线式传送方式从而能够使得不同批次的产品进行流水线上不同的工位。现有的一些流水线装置需要布置主传送带,这往往涉及较大的安装场地以及成本。而且,这些装置往往仅仅提供传送功能,并不能具有执行和参与具体步骤的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于农产品的沥水吹干装置,用于克服现有技术中的上述缺陷。
根据本发明的一种用于农产品的沥水吹干装置,包括旋转主轴,所述旋转主轴的外圆周上固定设置有在角向上等间距分布的三个工位转换臂,每个工位转换臂均包括靠近所述旋转主轴的沥水部段以及与所述沥水部段的外侧端相接的过渡吹干部段,所述过渡吹干部段与所述沥水部段之间成锐角,所述沥水部段上设置有从下至上偏向所述外侧端倾斜的多个沥水孔,所述过渡吹干部段上设置有多个传送支承 滚轮,其中,所述沥水吹干装置还包括从上至下依次设置的倾斜的传送输入装置、吹干送风装置以及水平的传送输出装置,在初始位置,当所述三个工位转换臂中最下的一个的所述沥水部段处于水平位置时,其过渡吹干部段与所述倾斜的传送输入装置衔接,用以为盛放农产品的托盘提供过渡从而将所述托盘传送至所述沥水部段并在此完成沥水,此时处于沥水工位;之后所述旋转主轴旋转使得所述三个工位转换臂中最下的一个的所述过渡吹干部段与吹干送风装置对准而处于吹干工位,由此所述托盘借助于所述沥水部段由于所述旋转主轴的旋转而形成的倾斜而滑动至已处于水平位置的所述过渡吹干部段,所述吹干送风装置将所述托盘所盛放的农产品吹干,此时所述三个工位转换臂中居中的一个处于所述沥水工位;之后所述旋转主轴再次旋转,使得所述三个工位转换臂中最下的一个的所述过渡吹干部段与传送输出装置对准而处于输出工位,并从而利用所述过渡吹干部段由于所述旋转主轴的旋转而形成的向下倾斜而将所述托盘传送至所述传送输出装置,此时所述三个工位转换臂中居中的一个处于所述吹干工位且最上的一个处于所述沥水工位;所述吹干送风装置的支承本体设置有限位部,用以对所述托盘的滑动进行限位,所述限位部上包覆防撞缓冲垫片,所述防撞缓冲垫片用以对所述托盘滑向所述限位部时的缓冲。
由于采用了主轴转动式设置,因此避免使用主传送带模式,能够适应较小安装场地情况下的要求。通过设置在固定连接于主轴外圆周上的转动臂,使得转动臂设置互相弯折的两段,能够使得每段在不同 的转位位置具有不同的取向,并且利用这些不同的取向而完成或参与相应的步骤,例如沥水步骤就是利用转动臂的内段完成,而外段则是执行了过渡功能以及吹干时的水平承载功能。通过设置倾斜的沥水孔,在完成沥水的同时,还能够在吹干步骤中提供气流的输出通道功能。而通过设置翘起的连接部,能够提供与托盘的端面相配合的止动部以及为两个转动臂之间的托盘容置空间提供适应形状的容纳部。

根据本发明的实施例的用于农产品的沥水吹干装置,包括旋转主轴4,所述旋转主轴4的外圆周上固定设置有在角向上等间距分布的三个工位转换臂3,每个工位转换臂3均包括靠近所述旋转主轴4的沥水部段31以及与所述沥水部段31的外侧端相接的过渡吹干部段32,所述过渡吹干部段32与所述沥水部段31之间成锐角B,所述沥水部段31上设置有从下至上偏向所述外侧端倾斜的多个沥水孔311,所述过渡吹干部段32上设置有多个传送支承滚轮321,其中,所述沥水吹干装置还包括从上至下依次设置的倾斜的传送输入装置9、吹干送风装置8以及水平的传送输出装置6,在初始位置,当所述三个 工位转换臂3中最下的一个的所述沥水部段31处于水平位置时,其过渡吹干部段32与所述倾斜的传送输入装置9衔接,用以为盛放农产品的托盘5提供过渡从而将所述托盘5传送至所述沥水部段31并在此完成沥水,此时处于沥水工位;之后所述旋转主轴4旋转使得所述三个工位转换臂3中最下的一个的所述过渡吹干部段32与吹干送风装置8对准而处于吹干工位,由此所述托盘5借助于所述沥水部段31由于所述旋转主轴4的旋转而形成的倾斜而滑动至已处于水平位置的所述过渡吹干部段32,所述吹干送风装置8将所述托盘5所盛放的农产品吹干,此时所述三个工位转换臂3中居中的一个处于所述沥水工位;之后所述旋转主轴4再次旋转,使得所述三个工位转换臂3中最下的一个的所述过渡吹干部段32与传送输出装置6对准而处于输出工位,并从而利用所述过渡吹干部段32由于所述旋转主轴4的旋转而形成的向下倾斜而将所述托盘5传送至所述传送输出装置6,此时所述三个工位转换臂3中居中的一个处于所述吹干工位且最上的一个处于所述沥水工位;所述吹干送风装置8的支承本体81设置有限位部811,用以对所述托盘5的滑动进行限位,所述限位部811上包覆防撞缓冲垫片812,所述防撞缓冲垫片812用以对所述托盘5滑向所述限位部811时的缓冲。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种用于农产品的沥水吹干装置,包括旋转主轴(4),所述旋转主轴(4)的外圆周上固定设置有在角向上等间距分布的三个工位转换臂(3),每个工位转换臂(3)均包括靠近所述旋转主轴(4)的沥水部段(31)以及与所述沥水部段(31)的外侧端相接的过渡吹干部段(32),所述过渡吹干部段(32)与所述沥水部段(31)之间成锐角(B),所述沥水部段(31)上设置有从下至上偏向所述外侧端倾斜的多个沥水孔(311),所述过渡吹干部段(32)上设置有多个传送支承滚轮(321),其中,所述沥水吹干装置还包括从上至下依次设置的倾斜的传送输入装置(9)、吹干送风装置(8)以及水平的传送输出装置(6),在初始位置,当所述三个工位转换臂(3)中最下的一个的所述沥水部段(31)处于水平位置时,其过渡吹干部段(32)与所述倾斜的传送输入装置(9)衔接,用以为盛放农产品的托盘(5)提供过渡从而将所述托盘(5)传送至所述沥水部段(31)并在此完成沥水,此时处于沥水工位;之后所述旋转主轴(4)旋转使得所述三个工位转换臂(3)中最下的一个的所述过渡吹干部段(32)与吹干送风装置(8)对准而处于吹干工位,由此所述托盘(5)借助于所述沥水部段(31)由于所述旋转主轴(4)的旋转而形成的倾斜而滑动至已处于水平位置的所述过渡吹干部段(32),所述吹干送风装置(8)将所述托盘(5)所盛放的农产品吹干,此时所述三个工位转换臂(3)中居中的一个处于所述沥水工位;之后所述旋转主轴(4)再次旋转,使得所述三个工位转换臂(3)中最下的一个的所述过渡吹 干部段(32)与传送输出装置(6)对准而处于输出工位,并从而利用所述过渡吹干部段(32)由于所述旋转主轴(4)的旋转而形成的向下倾斜而将所述托盘(5)传送至所述传送输出装置(6),此时所述三个工位转换臂(3)中居中的一个处于所述吹干工位且最上的一个处于所述沥水工位;所述吹干送风装置(8)的支承本体(81)设置有限位部(811),用以对所述托盘(5)的滑动进行限位,所述限位部(811)上包覆防撞缓冲垫片(812),所述防撞缓冲垫片(812)用以对所述托盘(5)滑向所述限位部(811)时的缓冲。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于农产品的沥水吹干装置,其中,所述旋转主轴(4)继续旋转,能够使得所述三个工位转换臂(3)中居中的一个处于所述输出工位且最上的一个处于所述吹干工位;当所述旋转主轴(4)继续旋转,所述三个工位转换臂(3)中最上的一个处于输出工位;之后,所述旋转主轴(4)能够反向旋转而使得所述三个工位转换臂(3)处于初始位置。
