一种用于安装电力器件的电气电力柜装置 技术领域
本发明涉及电力电气领域,具体为一种用于安装电力器件的电气电力柜装置。
背景技术
电力电气器件在电气柜中往往需要进行牢固度良好的固定安装。但是,这些器件往往需要更换以便进行维护和保养。因此,其在需要方便拆装的场合下期望具有快速安装和拆卸的安装方式。同时,其安装后的定位状态需要具有良好的位置稳定度以便确保接线安全以及运行稳定。现有的一些安装方式要么安装较为复杂,不便于拆装;要么其固定定位的牢固度较低,具有较大的可晃动量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于安装电力器件的电气电力柜装置,其用于克服现有技术中的上述缺陷。
根据本发明的一种用于安装电力器件的电气电力柜装置,包括电气柜体、固定于所述电气柜体中的固定梁以及与所述电力器件的内端连接的弹性卡持组件,其中,所述弹性卡持组件包括对称设置的两个楔形卡块,所述两个楔形卡块之间设置有顶压张开弹簧用以将上述两个楔形卡块弹性张开,每个所述楔形卡块的外侧具有楔形面并且在所述楔形面的靠近所述固定梁的一侧端部通过固定轴而铰接有滚轮,所述固定轴延伸超过所述端部的两个伸出部分别与靠近所述端部设置 的弹性顶压槽板的两个侧壁中的滑槽滑动配合并且所述滚轮与所述弹性顶压槽板的底板接合,其中,所述滑槽与所述伸出部在垂直于所述滑槽纵向方向的方向上彼此固定由此使得所述弹性顶压槽板连接于所述楔形卡块;所述弹性顶压槽板的底板的外侧固定设置有导向凸耳以用于与外部接合槽板的侧板中的导向槽滑动配合,其中,所述外部接合槽板的底板与所述弹性顶压槽板的底板之间设置有锁紧顶压弹簧,从而能够将上述弹性顶压槽板抵压而偏压至所述外部接合槽板的限位突出,所述外部接合槽板的底板与所述锁紧顶压弹簧相对的一侧用于与所述固定梁的凹腔的内侧底面接合,其中,所述固定梁的凹腔的远离所述内侧底面的开口处设置有两个锁定斜面突出部,每个所述锁定斜面突出部设置有用以与对应的楔形卡块的楔形面配合的斜面,由此,当所述楔形卡块插入到所述凹腔中时将所述两个楔形卡块克服所述顶压张开弹簧而彼此靠近并且利用所述锁定斜面突出部内侧的锁紧平面与相应的所述楔形卡块上的位于所述楔形面的远离所述固定梁的一侧处的台肩部的配合而将所述电力器件锁定,并且利用所述锁紧顶压弹簧的弹性顶压作用而将所述台肩部压紧于所述锁紧平面上从而将所述电力器件紧固定位;所述电气柜体的顶壁左下端固定安装有灯座,所述灯座右端安装有柔性灯杆,所述柔性灯杆末端安装有照明灯,所述照明灯可通过所述柔性灯杆来调节照明角度,可方便对所述电气柜体内的电力器件进行安装、检修;所述电气柜体左端壁上端安装有散热风扇,所述电气柜右端壁的下端设置有补风孔,所述散热风扇用以将所述电力器件运行时所产生的热量及时散发,从而 保证良好的运行环境。
通过上述方案,能够保证楔形卡块顺利进行靠拢与张开动作,从而能够方便地锁定与解锁;而利用锁紧顶压弹簧,能够将楔形卡块压紧至锁定平面上,从而能够保证对于电力器件的定位稳定性。利用用于弹性槽板的底板凸出部的导向的导向槽,其能够允许所述楔形卡块的伸入从而避免干涉。通过本发明的组件,能够有效解决现有技术中的缺陷。

根据本发明的实施例的一种用于安装电力器件的电气电力柜装置,用于将电力器件9固定安装到电气柜体199中,包括固定于所述电气柜体199中的固定梁7以及与所述电力器件9的内端连接的弹性卡持组件,其中,所述弹性卡持组件包括对称设置的两个楔形卡块8,所述两个楔形卡块8之间设置有顶压张开弹簧88用以将上述两个楔形卡块8弹性张开,每个所述楔形卡块的外侧具有楔形面810并且在所述楔形面的靠近所述固定梁7的一侧端部通过固定轴81而铰接有 滚轮82,所述固定轴81延伸超过所述端部的两个伸出部811分别与靠近所述端部设置的弹性顶压槽板5的两个侧壁中的滑槽滑动配合并且所述滚轮82与所述弹性顶压槽板5的底板52接合,其中,所述滑槽与所述伸出部811在垂直于所述滑槽纵向方向的方向上彼此固定由此使得所述弹性顶压槽板5连接于所述楔形卡块8;所述弹性顶压槽板5的底板52的外侧固定设置有导向凸耳51以用于与外部接合槽板6的侧板中的导向槽62滑动配合,其中,所述外部接合槽板6的底板61与所述弹性顶压槽板5的底板52之间设置有锁紧顶压弹簧65,从而能够将上述弹性顶压槽板5抵压而偏压至所述外部接合槽板6的限位突出,所述外部接合槽板6的底板61与所述锁紧顶压弹簧65相对的一侧用于与所述固定梁7的凹腔71的内侧底面接合,其中,所述固定梁7的凹腔71的远离所述内侧底面的开口处设置有两个锁定斜面突出部72,每个所述锁定斜面突出部72设置有用以与对应的楔形卡块8的楔形面810配合的斜面,由此,当所述楔形卡块8插入到所述凹腔71中时将所述两个楔形卡块8克服所述顶压张开弹簧88而彼此靠近并且利用所述锁定斜面突出部72内侧的锁紧平面73与相应的所述楔形卡块8上的位于所述楔形面810的远离所述固定梁7的一侧处的台肩部82的配合而将所述电力器件9锁定,并且利用所述锁紧顶压弹簧65的弹性顶压作用而将所述台肩部820压紧于所述锁紧平面73上从而将所述电力器件9紧固定位;所述电气柜体199的顶壁左下端固定安装有灯座94,所述灯座右端安装有柔性灯杆95,所述柔性灯杆95末端安装有照明灯96,所述照明灯96可通过所述 柔性灯杆95来调节照明角度,可方便对所述电气柜体199内的电力器件9进行安装、检修;所述电气柜体199左端壁上端安装有散热风扇91,所述电气柜体199右端壁的下端设置有补风孔92,所述散热风扇91用以将所述电力器件9运行时所产生的热量及时散发,从而保证良好的运行环境。
