Description

DESCRIPTION
SHOPPING SYSTEM ENABLING BOND-BASED SALES OVER THE INTERNET Technical Field
The invention relates to an online shopping system, which enables its registered members to shop using the bonds during a day in addition to other ways of shopping, characterized in that the ability is provided for the members to login within the same miscellaneous hours of a day and week to shop using said online shopping system.
State of the Art
The rapid changes observed in the information technologies in the late twentieth century made the computers an inseparable part of life. The utilization of the computers along with the Internet technology caused substantial changes in many fields, including especially banking, daily newspaper reading, radio and television watching, library survey, university education and job application. Today, it is mentioned that the most important requirement to become an information society is the continuous planting of and access to the information and the capability to effectively and efficiently utilize the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). That the use of Internet has become rapidly widespread in all segments of society has changed the lives of the individuals as well as their habits and behaviors as consumers. The shopping over the Internet, which is one of the important phenomena that have emerged in recent years, has become an increasingly important and disputed topic from the perspective of academicians and implementers as it is a synthesis of the marketing practices and the technology management principles. In particular, the rapid increase over the last 10 years in the number of companies conducting sales over the Internet has quickly increased the positive expectations in terms of the online shopping. On the other hand, one could state that the online shopping is yet in its babyhood even for the developed economies and no miraculous changes would occur overnight in the retail business. Moreover, there is not present any data suggesting that the traditional retail system would perish or would experience diminished effectiveness in the progress of the shopping over the Internet. Nevertheless, the phenomenon of shopping over the Internet makes its presence and significance felt increasingly stronger in today's economic, commercial and social life.
The electronic shopping eliminates the geographical limitations and enables the users to access more information in much shorter time and at much lower cost. Besides, the electronic shopping provides the companies with the possibility to both offer the goods and services compliant with the personal requests, needs and demands of the consumers and to deliver the same at lower cost and within much shorter time. The number of payment options also increases owing to the systems that develop in time in the virtual environment wherein the bond-based payment transactions also take place.
In this sense, the ability of the companies to learn the reasons for the consumers to shop over the Internet or, more importantly, the reasons for them not to prefer the same is of critical importance for improving such services and rendering the same appealing to larger masses. The number of web sites that enable the shopping over the Internet increases each passing day and the extent of possibilities offered to the Internet users is thus increased. The working people do not want to run out of all the money in their accounts before the end of the month. However, the postponement of the payments for the houses, cars or other needs causes a separate trouble for the individuals. The file charges and the interests applied on the bank loans and the credit cards are so high to cost the people a new loan sum.
The invention relates to an online shopping system, which enables the users to sign in to the system outside the shopping hours and offers the possibilities of the product reservation, purchase by the credit card as well as payment with a bond between the shopping hours.
The application no. "2015/11462" found as a result of the technical search relates to a clothing advice system comprising a processor unit, a memory unit with a clothing database that is queried by said processor unit and that contains, for each clothing item owned or liked by a user, a unique identification number, a general name, another clothing parameter and the parameter value for said clothing parameter, and a first server with a communication interface enabling the exchange of data over the Internet, wherein said system possesses characteristics that are different from those of our invention.
Object of the Invention
The present invention relates to an online shopping system, which meets the aforesaid requirements, eliminates all the disadvantages and provides some additional advantages.
The primary object of the online shopping system being the subject matter of the invention is to enable the users, who are unable to make payments by credit card, to shop using the bonds.
Another object of the online shopping system being the subject matter of the invention is to enable the registered members to shop at prices cheaper than the shop retail prices.
Another object of the invention is to enable the registered members to shop in a convenient manner. Another object of the invention is to provide saving on time owing to the shopping via easy access. Another object of the invention is to establish a sort of shopping center with virtual bond-based sale sites where the sales are conducted over the bond-based sale sites.
Still another object of the invention is to create a system where the users are provided, via the mobile applications, with the ability to easily track their bonds, debt balances, days to maturity and past sale information. Detailed Description of the Invention
The invention relates to an online shopping system, which enables the users to shop, depending on their preference, using the bonds between the hours indicated by said system, in addition to other ways of shopping. A characteristic of said online shopping system is that a user number is assigned by the system in case the users logging onto the system sign up and the users are thus provided with the registered user or membership status. The process of log-in to the online shopping system is accomplished by way of entering to the system the number assigned to the member or the user name and the password identified by the user. Following the log-in process, the online shopping system defines the entry authorization for the members and the members are thus enabled to enter the system. The forms that the users are required to fill during their sign-up as members will also serve as the bond generating form. The bond generating forms include the user's personal information, address, detailed shopping summary and information, contract terms, number of bonds/bond terms. The information filled in by the users during the process of sign-up is used to automatically draw up the bond form and the form is presented to the user to enable the user to put his/her electronic signature. The bond form bears the user's personal information, address, detailed shopping summary and information, contract terms, number of bonds and bond terms, which are entered by the user during the process of sign-up. In case said information is incomplete, the sign-up process for the user is not performed.
In case a product is purchased by a user via payment with a bond, the bond-based sale transactions will be implemented. With the bond-based sale transaction, first the user will be prompted to select the installment option for the product. When the installment option is selected, the user will be prompted to select an appropriate payment date. The users are able to conveniently shop with the ability to determine the payment date according to their payment schedule. After the date is determined and in case the billing, delivery and identity information are completely filled and confirmed, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer representatives. The customer representatives query the user information and perform the security scan such as financial analysis, financial intelligence (findex, etc.). In case the security scan conducted for the user does not reveal any problem, the customer representative contacts the user to seek his/her confirmation for the realization of the transaction. The delivery procedures will begin when the bond and the invoice, issued according to the delivery date and the number of installments selected, is signed by the user via electronic signature, mobile signature or the signature put at the door on a courier delivery.
