Abstract

Un stimulateur cardiaque ventriculaire intracardiaque est configuré pour détecter un événement diastolique ventriculaire à partir d'un signal de mouvement reçu par un circuit de commande de stimulateur cardiaque à partir d'un capteur de mouvement. Le circuit de commande démarre une période réfractaire auriculaire dont le temps d'expiration est réglé sur la base d'un temps de détection de l'événement diastolique ventriculaire. Le circuit de commande détecte un événement systolique auriculaire à partir du signal de mouvement après expiration de la période réfractaire auriculaire et commande un générateur d'impulsions du stimulateur cardiaque pour délivrer une impulsion de stimulation à un ventricule du coeur d'un patient à un premier intervalle de temps de stimulation atrioventriculaire après la détection d'événement systolique auriculaire.
