Description

Chassis Thermal Sealing Embodiment for Cooking Devices TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention is generally related to the novelty made in the cooking devices in order to achieve thermal sealing. The present invention is especially related to the novelty made in the mounting of chassis that forms the inner structure of the cooking device with the aim of achieving thermal sealing in cooking devices.
THE PRIOR ART
In the cooking devices used today, a chassis is provided at the inside thereof in order to enable cooking. Said chassis has thermal sealing in order to prevent heat loss at the hot inner section. Mechanic gaps occur between the parts that form the chassis in the state of art. Said gaps cause physical residual inner stress that is described as uneven volume change during the use of cooking device and distortion mistakes. At the same time, heat loss increases in terms of product efficiency. The density or thickness of the insulation material used is increased for preventing or minimizing said heat loss. Thus, production costs increase.
During the production, the connection process is performed by means of welding or screw and required alignment is achieved manually by the operator. As said process requires high level of attention of the operator and excessive welding and screwing is performed, production speed is hindered and electric waste increases. Some documents have been found in the research made in the state of art. In the application numbered CN104138217(A), the connection of the oven plate with the inner wall oven plate is performed by means of seam welding in the form of lapping. The bead on the oven plate and the bended puller lug on the front frame are wrenched by means of screw and thermal sealing is achieved. However, the application of said method requires more complicated and fully automatized welding machine infrastructure. In the application numbered EP2781840(A1 ), the upper panel and lateral wall are fixed with each other in such a manner that a holding end is firstly located into a holding cavity vertically and then, is slid forward horizontally and thus, screw opening and gear shaping holes are positioned so as to face each other. However, thermal sealing cannot be achieved in said embodiment.
As a result, improvements are made in the inner chassis connections of cooking devices in order to prevent the thermal losses occurring in the inner cooking sections of the cooking devices and thus, new embodiments that will eliminate the abovementioned disadvantages and offer solutions for the present systems are needed.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is related to an inner chassis connection, which meets the abovementioned requirements, eliminates all of the disadvantages, offers some additional advantages and provides thermal sealing.
The chassis connection according to the present invention, prevents mechanic gaps between the upper and lateral parts when they are interconnected to form the chassis and thus, contributes to the increase in the energy efficiency of the product, even if distortion mistakes that are described as uneven volume change, are present. Accordingly, positive environmental effects and decrease in the material costs are achieved by reducing the density or thickness of the insulation material used for energy efficiency. Dependence on the operator sensitivity during welding and screwing process in the mounting process is reduced, thereby achieving increase in the production efficiency and decrease in the energy consumption and thus, costs are minimized. In order to achieve the advantages that are mentioned above and as will be understood from the detailed description below, the present invention is a connection embodiment that enables thermal sealing of the chassis which forms the inner cooking section and consists of an upper wall and a lateral wall in the cooking devices, wherein it comprises;
· mounting fitting edge that interconnects said upper wall with the lateral wall,
• mounting edge that interconnects said lateral wall with the upper wall.
The structural and characteristic features and all the advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood thanks to the figures and the detailed description written with reference to those figures given below. Therefore, the evaluation needs to be done by taking said figures and the detailed description into consideration. BRIEF DESCRIPTIONS OF THE FIGURES
In order for the embodiment and additional members of the present invention to be understood better with the advantages, it needs to be evaluated with the figures described below.
Figure 1 is the overall perspective view of the cooking device. Figure 2 is the perspective and detailed view of the inner chassis. Figure 3 is the front and sectional view of the inner chassis.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the connection embodiment according to the present invention are described only for the subject to be understood better without any limiting effects.
The present invention is a connection embodiment that enables thermal sealing of the chassis (2) which forms the inner cooking section and consists of an upper wall (3) and a lateral wall (4) in the cooking devices (1 ), wherein it comprises;
• a mounting fitting edge (3.1 ) connecting said upper wall (3) with the lateral wall (4),
· a mounting edge (4.1 ) that connecting said lateral wall (4) with the upper wall (3).
The connection embodiment according to the present invention consists of upper wall (3) and lateral wall (4), which form the chassis (2) within the oven (1 ). Figure 1 is the overall view of the cooking device (1 ). The chassis (2) forms the inner cooking section of the cooking device (1 ). The chassis (2) is formed by interconnecting the upper wall (3) and the lateral wall (7). In Figures 2 and 3, the perspective, sectional and detailed views of the chassis (2) in a mounted manner are given. The mounting edges (4.1 ) formed as a protrusion in order to enable connection with the upper wall (3) and are provided at the edges of the lateral walls (4) forming the chassis (2). Mounting fitting edges (3.1 ), which are formed as protrusion, enable the connection with the mounting edges (4.1 ) and are provided at the edges of the upper wall (3). The ends of the mounting fitting edges (3.1 ) are formed in a curled manner in order for the mounting fitting edges (3.1 ) to be connected with the mounting edges (4.1 ) by being fitted thereto. Mounting edges (4.1 ) and mounting fitting edges (3.1 ) have connection points (5) formed thereon in order to be fixed with each other. In order to enable fixing at the connection points (5), there are mounting gaps (3.2) on the mounting fitting edges (3), where connection points (5) are provided. Said mounting gaps (3.2) also serve as a guide in order to prevent the connection processes such as welding or screwing at the sections remaining outside the connection points (5).
Thanks to the embodiment according to the present invention, heat losses experienced during the bottom-up movement of heated air within the cooking device (1 ), are prevented.
