背景技术
在第三代合作伙伴计划(3rd Generation Partnership Project,3GPP)长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)中,引入了单小区点到多点传输(Single cell point to multipoint,SC-PTM),SC-PTM技术用于实现在单小区(a single cell)中传输点到多点的下行多媒体广播多播(Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service,MBMS)业务。
在SC-PTM技术中,定义了单小区多播控制信道(Single Cell-Multicast Control Channel,SC-MCCH)。
在SC-MCCH消息中,指示多播业务的标识和其单小区多播业务信道(Single Cell-Multicast Traffic Channel,SC-MTCH)的调度信息。
在窄带物联网(Narrow Band-internet of things,NB-IoT)中引入SC-PTM主要的目的是为海量的物联网终端提供一种高效的软件更新的传输机制。而软件更新的时间上有周期性和突发性两种可能性,周期性的软件更新可用于非紧急的更新需求,而突发性的软件更新更适合需要尽快更新软件的情况,例如为了修正软件中的安全漏洞等,显然,突发性的软件更新的时间是不确定的。
在网络侧需要推送紧急软件更新时,需要通知UE有关业务的USD信息,而在相关技术的协议中,没有一种能及时推送USD信息的有效机制。另一方面,如果要求UE保持检测SC-MCCH消息的变更通知,则对UE的省电非常不利,因为UE可能在绝大部分情况下接收SC-MCCH消息的变更通知是没有意义的。而对于NB-IoT和增强型机器类通信(enhanced Machine-Type Communications,eMTC)的UE来说,省电是一个关键的性能要求。
另一方面,在NB-IoT或eMTC中,存在多载波的部署场景,即SC-MCCH和SC-MTCH可以在不同的载波中承载以及调度发送。而UE的能力受到成本的限制,不能同时接收不同载波上的信道信号,这样就对基站的调度提出了限制:即在调度SC-MCCH的变更通知,或者SC-MCCH消息时,在其他的载波上不能同时调度SC-MTCH,否则UE无法接收SC-MCCH变更通知或SC-MTCH数据,从而造成了可能漏掉部分数据,或者不能接收SC-MCCH变更的问题。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供一种多播业务的业务信息、业务信息变更通知方法及装置,适用于 NB-IoT和eMTC的单小区多播业务信息的通知和SC-MCCH消息变更。

具体实施方式
为使本公开的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下文中将结合附图对本公开的实施例进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
在附图的流程图示出的步骤可以在诸如一组计算机可执行指令的计算机系统中执行。并且,虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序,但是在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤。
在3GPP的MBMS业务中,网络侧通过用户业务描述(User Service Description,USD)指示用户设备(User Equipment,UE)有关MBMS业务的信息。这些信息包括:临时多播组标识(temporary Multicast Group Identity,TMGI),业务的开始时间和结束时间,发送该业务的业务区域标识(Service Area Identity,SAI),以及发送该业务的无线信息(Frequency)。网络侧通过应用层通信方式将MBMS业务的USD信息发送给UE,所述的应用层通信方式是相对于无线接入网的接入层(Access Stratum,AS)而言的。通常的应用层通信方式包括通过超文本传输协议(HyperText Transfer Protocol,HTTP)、或短消息(Short Message Service,SMS)等机制将USD发送给UE。
在SC-PTM技术中,SC-MCCH为逻辑性信道,用于承载SC-MCCH消息,接入网网 元通过SC-MCCH消息指示UE通过SC-PTM方式在无线接口传输的MBMS业务的调度信息,用于UE在无线接口接收需要接收的MBMS业务数据。在SC-MCCH消息中所指示的SC-MTCH的调度信息包括调度周期的长度、调度窗口的起始位置和长度、以及一个非活动定时器的长度。接入网网元在SC-MTCH的调度周期内的调度窗口进行调度。UE根据此调度信息接收此SC-MTCH。
接入网网元通过一种SC-MCCH变更通知机制,在SC-MCCH消息发生更新时指示UE SC-MCCH消息的变更。UE通过此变更通知机制,可获知SC-MCCH消息发生了变更,从而可以开始接收SC-MCCH消息,以检测SC-MCCH消息中是否携带了其感兴趣的MBMS业务的调度信息,如果有,则UE根据此调度信息开始接收MBMS业务数据。
在相关技术中,定义了SC-MCCH修改周期,SC-MCCH消息只在SC-MCCH修改周期的边界开始发生更新。所述的SC-MCCH变更通知机制中,接入网网元在发生更新的SC-MCCH消息发送之前,通过物理下行公共控制信道(Physical Downlink Control Channel,PDCCH)的下行控制信息(Downlink Control Information,DCI)指示SC-MCCH消息变更,用于SC-MCCH消息的变更通知的DCI使用专用的扰码(SC-N-RNTI)加扰。
如图1所示,为SC-MCCH修改周期与调度的示意图,一个SC-MCCH修改周期中可以包含多个SC-MCCH重复周期,比如图1中为两个;一个SC-MCCH重复周期中,起始无线子帧的起点与该重复周期的起点之间存在一个偏移量(Offset),图1中斜线填充部分是持续期间(Duration),是SC-MCCH可能被调度的区间。
如图2所示,为SC-MTCH调度周期(Period)的示意图;一个SC-MTCH调度周期中,调度窗口(Onduration)的起点和该调度周期的起点之间存在一个偏移量,图1中斜线填充部分是调度窗口,网格线填充部分是非活动定时器(Inactivity timer)。

在本实施例中,所述通过承载SC-MTCH数据的MAC PDU指示所述SC-MCCH更新通知,是指在所述MAC PDU中承载一个MAC控制单元(MAC CE),此MAC CE用于指示SC-MCCH更新通知。并通过协议,对此MAC PDU定义其专用的逻辑信道标识(logical channel ID,LCID)。
图7为本实施例的一个示例性实施方法,在图7中,SC-MTCH和SC-MCCH分别在 不同的第一载波和第二载波中调度发送。在第一SC-MCCH修改周期的时间间隔内对应的两个SC-MTCH调度周期中,接入网网元在调度SC-MTCH的PDCCH的DCI中指示SC-MCCH消息的变更通知。接入网网元在第一载波的第二SC-MCCH修改周期中开始更新SC-MCCH消息,此时,UE在第二SC-MCCH修改周期接收更新的SC-MCCH消息,接入网网元在第二SC-MCCH修改周期的时间间隔内不调度发送所述SC-MTCH信道的数据。
通过本实施例的方法,接入网网元在调度SC-MCCH消息的变更通知时,不需要在时域上错开在所有在不同载波上的SC-MTCH的调度。不具有同时接收多个载波的功能的UE,也能在其接收SC-MTCH的载波上接收到SC-MCCH消息的变更通知,从而不会错过SC-MCCH消息的变更。
本公开实施例提供的第二种多播业务的业务信息变更通知方法,应用在接入网网元侧时如图8所示,包括510:

所述接入网在调度SC-MTCH的载波中发送的SC-MCCH消息的内容包括下述情况的一或多种:
(1)完整的SC-MCCH消息的内容,即所述SC-MCCH消息的内容与该小区内发送的SC-MCCH承载的SC-MCCH消息的内容相同,至少包括该小区内正在进行发送的所有 业务的调度信息。
(2)部分SC-MCCH消息的内容:与所述SC-MTCH相关的SC-MCCH消息的内容,包括以下一或多种:与所述SC-MTCH相关的调度信息、与此SC-MTCH相应的MBMS业务的标识信息、与该MBMS业务相关的邻区配置信息。

发送方法一:
接入网网元在所述SC-MTCH的调度周期中,发送PDCCH的DCI,所述PDCCH的DCI使用专用的RNTI进行加扰,即该专用的RNTI不同于用于调度SC-MTCH的RNTI。所述专用RNTI加扰的DCI指示了承载消息M的物理下行分享信道(Physical Downlink Shared Channel,PDSCH)的调度信息。
所述消息M包含所述SC-MCCH消息的内容。所述消息M通过逻辑信道SC-MCCH承载。

发送方法二:
接入网网元在所述调度SC-MTCH的调度周期中,发送PDCCH的DCI,该PDCCH的DCI使用调度所述SC-MTCH的RNTI进行加扰。接入网网元在该DCI中指示此次调度的PDSCH所承载的内容为消息M。
所述消息M包含所述SC-MCCH消息的内容,所述消息M通过逻辑信道SC-MCCH承载。

所述SC-MCCH消息的内容包装在MAC CE中,所述MAC CE在承载所述SC-MTCH数据的MAC协议数据单元(Protocol Data Unit,PDU)中。
即,接入网网元在发送承载SC-MTCH数据的MAC PDU中,还携带包含上述SC-MCCH消息内容的MAC CE。
采用发送方法三时,UE通过接收所述SC-MTCH数据的MAC PDU,接收到所述SC-MCCH消息的内容。所述MAC CE的格式定义的方法使用相关协议的MAC CE的格式定义的方法。
即,为此MAC CE定义专用的逻辑信道标识(Logical Channel Identify,LCID),UE通过所述专用的LCID识别该MAC CE为包含所述SC-MCCH消息内容的MAC CE。所述MAC CE的长度为可变长度,以适应不同的SC-MCCH消息内容的大小。
SC-MCCH消息的内容以ASN.1编码形式,或显示的信元定义的形式被包含在所述MAC CE中。如果SC-MCCH消息内容以ASN.1编码的形式包含在所述MAC CE中,则其经过ASN.1编码后的码流以字节为单位顺序的在所述MAC CE中排列。
发送方法四:
接入网网元将包含SC-MCCH消息内容的消息M,承载在逻辑信道SC-MCCH中,并与SC-MTCH复用(multiplexing)承载在下行分享信道(Downlink share channel,DL-SCH),最终承载在PDSCH。
即本方法中,承载消息M的SC-MCCH与承载业务数据的SC-MTCH以MAC层复用的方法复用MAC PDU。
并为此SC-MCCH和SC-MTCH分别定义其LCID。
在本实施例的方法中,接入网网元可以在同一个SC-MCCH修改周期的时间段内,通过本实施例提供的方法,发送多次所述SC-MCCH消息的内容。在所述同一个SC-MCCH修改周期内,接入网网元发送的多次SC-MCCH消息的内容保持不变。
在本实施例提供的上述方法中,UE接收到所述更新的SC-MCCH消息内容后,从下一个SC-MCCH修改周期的时间边界之后应用所述接收到的更新的SC-MCCH消息的内容,例如,按照所接收到更新的SC-MCCH消息内容接收所述SC-MTCH数据。
通过本实施例的方法,接入网在调度SC-MTCH的载波中同时发送SC-MCCH消息的 内容,从而避免了UE在接收变更的SC-MCCH消息时,需要回到承载SC-MCCH载波的问题,也避免了对UE同时接收SC-MCCH和SC-MTCH的能力要求,从而使接入网网元在不同的载波上分别调度SC-MTCH和SC-MCCH时,可以不需要考虑SC-MCCH和SC-MTCH调度在时域资源上的错开(不冲突),提高了接入网调度的灵活性。
本公开实施例提供的第二种多播业务的业务信息通知方法,应用在核心网网元侧时如图10所示,包括710~720:

核心网网元在发送的控制面消息MBMS会话开始请求(session start request)中,指示该消息所指示的MBMS业务具有如下特性之一:
(1)该MBMS业务为推送类型;
(2)该MBMS业务信息的更新通知需要通过寻呼机制完成;
(3)该MBMS业务为突发类型;
即,核心网网元指示接入网网元,所述MBMS业务需要通过寻呼机制完成该MBMS业务的业务信息更新通知。
可选的,核心网网元在所述MBMS session startrequest中,还指示了该MBMS业务的开始时间、SAI、频率信息等一种或多种。

工业实用性
本公开实施例提供的多播业务的业务信息通知方法,通过使接入网网元向用户设备UE发送多播业务信息更新指示以及指示多播业务的业务信息,使接入网网元在调度SC-MCCH消息的变更通知时,不需要在时域上错开在所有在不同载波上的SC-MTCH的调度。不具有同时接收多个载波的功能的UE,也能在其接收SC-MTCH的载波上接收到SC-MCCH消息的变更通知,从而不会错过SC-MCCH消息的变更。

  1. 一种多播业务的业务信息变更通知方法,包括:
    接入网网元在调度单小区多播业务信道SC-MTCH的物理下行控制信道PDCCH的下行控制信息DCI中,或承载SC-MTCH数据的介质访问控制MAC协议数据单元PDU中,发送单小区多播控制信道SC-MCCH消息的变更通知。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的业务信息变更通知方法,其中,所述接入网网元在所述调度SC-MTCH的PDCCH的DCI中,或承载SC-MTCH数据的MAC PDU中指示的内容包括以下内容的一种或多种的组合:
    一个比特的指示,以指示是否有SC-MCCH消息的更新;
    一个比特的指示,以指示SC-MCCH消息的更新是否与所述SC-MTCH相关,或指示SC-MCCH消息是否有与所述SC-MTCH相关的内容更新;
    一个比特的指示,以指示SC-MCCH消息内容中是否有与所述SC-MTCH无关的内容的更新。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的业务信息变更通知方法,其中,所述接入网网元发送所述SC-MCCH消息的变更通知的时机包括如下一或多种:
    所述SC_MCCH消息发生变更的SC-MCCH修改周期内;
    在所述SC-MCCH消息发生变更的SC-MCCH修改周期的前一个SC-MCCH修改周期内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的业务信息变更通知方法,其中,所述接入网网元在调度SC-MTCH的PDCCH的DCI中,发送SC-MCCH消息的变更通知包括:
    接入网网元发送一次或多次不指示承载SC-MTCH的PDSCH信道的调度信息的PDCCH的DCI,但在此DCI中指示SC-MCCH消息的变更通知;所述PDCCH的DCI 使用调度所述SC-MTCH的RNTI进行加扰,并使用所述SC-MTCH的调度周期的配置进行调度发送。
  6. 一种多播业务的业务信息变更通知方法,包括:
    用户设备UE接收单小区多播控制信道SC-MCCH消息的变更通知;
    所述UE根据所述SC-MCCH消息的变更通知,接收SC-MCCH消息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的业务信息变更通知方法,其中,所述UE根据接收到的SC-MCCH消息的变更通知接收SC-MCCH消息包括:
    所述UE在承载SC-MCCH的载波中,在接收到所述SC-MCCH消息的变更通知时刻所对应的SC-MCCH修改周期,或在接收到所述SC-MCCH消息的变更通知的时刻之后的SC-MCCH修改周期内接收SC-MCCH消息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的业务信息变更通知方法,其中,所述UE根据接收到的所述SC-MCCH消息的变更通知,接收SC-MCCH消息包括:
    当SC-MCCH和SC-MTCH在不同的载波,UE接收到SC-MCCH消息的变更通知后,在约定的SC-MCCH修改周期内接收SC-MCCH更新消息。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的业务信息变更通知方法,其中,UE根据接收到的所述SC-MCCH消息的变更通知,接收SC-MCCH消息包括:
    在SC-MCCH消息调度与UE正在接收的SC-MTCH调度资源在时域上冲突时,至少在下面情况下,UE优先接收SC-MCCH消息:
    所述SC-MCCH消息的变更通知指示所述SC-MCCH消息内容的变更与所述SC-MTCH相关时、所述SC-MTCH相应的MBMS业务停止时、或所述SC-MTCH相应的MBMS业务的邻区信息发生变更时。
  10. 一种多播业务的业务信息变更通知方法,包括:
    接入网网元在调度单小区多播业务信道SC-MTCH的载波中,发送单小区多播控制信道SC-MCCH消息的内容,所述SC-MCCH和SC-MTCH分别在不同的载波上承载及调度发送。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的业务信息变更通知方法,其中,所述接入网网元在调度SC-MTCH的载波中发送的SC-MCCH消息的内容包括下述情况的一或多种:
    所述SC-MCCH消息的内容与该小区内发送的SC-MCCH承载的SC-MCCH消息的内容相同,至少包括该小区内正在进行发送的所有业务的调度信息;
    与所述SC-MTCH相关的SC-MCCH消息的内容,包括以下一种或多种:与所述SC-MTCH相关的调度信息、与此SC-MTCH相应的MBMS业务的标识信息、与该MBMS业务相关的邻区配置信息。
  12. 一种多播业务的业务信息变更通知方法,包括:
    用户设备UE在调度单小区多播业务信道SC-MTCH的载波中,接收单小区多播控制信道SC-MCCH消息的内容。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的业务信息变更通知方法,其中,所述UE在调度SC-MTCH的载波中,接收SC-MCCH消息的内容包括以下至少一种方式:
    UE在所述SC-MTCH的调度周期内,检测到通过专用RNTI加扰的PDCCH的DCI时,确定该DCI所调度的PDSCH承载的内容为消息M,将此次对消息M的调度视为一次SC-MTCH数据的调度一样进行其非活动定时器的处理;所述消息M包含所述SC-MCCH消息的部分或全部内容;
    UE在SC-MTCH调度周期内,检测到通过调度所述SC-MTCH的PDCCH的DCI指示此次调度的内容为消息M时,确定此次调度内容是消息M,将此次对消息M的调度视为一次SC-MTCH数据的调度一样进行其非活动定时器的处理;
    UE通过接收所述SC-MTCH数据的介质访问控制MAC协议数据单元PDU,接收到所述SC-MCCH消息的内容;
    UE接收到所述更新的SC-MCCH消息内容后,从下一个SC-MCCH修改周期的时间边界之后应用所接收到的更新的SC-MCCH消息的内容。
  14. 一种多播业务的业务信息通知装置,其中,包括:
    第一发送模块,设置为向用户设备UE发送多播业务信息更新指示;
    第一指示模块,设置为向所述UE指示多播业务的业务信息。
  15. 一种多播业务的业务信息通知装置,其中,包括:
    第一接收模块,设置为从接入网网元接收多播业务信息更新指示以及多播业务的业务信息;
    第二接收模块,设置为根据所述多播业务的业务信息从所述接入网网元接收多播业务。
  16. 一种多播业务的业务信息变更通知装置,其中,包括:
    第二发送模块,设置为在调度单小区多播业务信道SC-MTCH的物理下行控制信道PDCCH的下行控制信息DCI中,或承载SC-MTCH数据的介质访问控制MAC协议数据单元PDU中,发送单小区多播控制信道SC-MCCH消息的变更通知。
  17. 一种多播业务的业务信息变更通知装置,其中,包括:
    第三接收模块,设置为接收单小区多播控制信道SC-MCCH消息的变更通知;
    第四接收模块,设置为根据所述SC-MCCH消息的变更通知,接收SC-MCCH消息。
  18. 一种多播业务的业务信息变更通知装置,其中,包括:
    第三发送模块,设置为在调度单小区多播业务信道SC-MTCH的载波中,发送单小区多播控制信道SC-MCCH消息的内容,所述SC-MCCH和SC-MTCH分别在不同的载波上承载及调度发送。
  19. 一种多播业务的业务信息变更通知装置,其中,包括:
    第五接收模块,设置为在调度单小区多播业务信道SC-MTCH的载波中,接收单小区多播控制信道SC-MCCH消息的内容。
  20. 一种多播业务的业务信息通知装置,其中,包括:
    第二指示模块,设置为在控制面消息多媒体广播多播MBMS会话开始请求中,指示所述控制面消息中所指示的MBMS业务至少具有如下特性之一:
    该MBMS业务为推送类型;
    该MBMS业务信息的更新通知需要通过寻呼机制完成;
    该MBMS业务为突发类型;
    第四发送模块,设置为发送所述MBMS会话开始请求给接入网网元。
  21. 一种存储介质,设置为存储程序代码,所述程序代码用于执行如权利要求1~20任一项所述的方法。
