Abstract

Description
本发明属于家具技术领域,特别是涉及一种由床垫外分离式结构自适应产生睡眠浮力的床垫。
通常的充水床垫,就是在一个床面大小的密闭的大水袋里充满水,通过密闭环境下流体的压力传导和表面张力作用,对就寝者的身体提供支撑作用,其作用与普通床垫对人体的支撑作用一样,无法实现浮力睡眠。常见的充水床垫在生产和使用过程中有几大缺陷:1、由防水布料粘接制成的大水袋几何尺寸大,粘接缝很长,容易产生瑕疵,易漏水,充水量也大,一旦发生意外泄露,大量的水极有可能给室内家具和装潢造成损失;2、大水袋充水量通常能达到500至1000升,充满水后非常笨重,无法移动,很不方便;3、大水袋充水、放水困难,充水通常需要两个人操作两个小时以上,一不小心还弄得到处是水;4、床垫大水袋漏水后修补不方便,需要先放水然后才能补漏,补好后通常要等一天待修补处胶水粘结实后再充水,非常麻烦,且修补质量无法保证,而且,如果是在边角处泄露,还无法修补,整个床垫只能报废,经济损失大。5、由防水布料粘接制成的整体密闭大水袋不透气,人躺在上面不舒服,还由于表面张力作用,接触床面的身体各部分会互相牵制,造成就寝时臀部下沉、头和脚两头上翘的现象,影响睡眠质量,长久使用这样的床垫,会造成就寝者脊柱不同程度的变形,影响身体健康;6、密封的大水袋里的水会反复传导震动,人躺在垫子上有翻身等动作的时候,产生的震动通过里面的水反复多次传导,反作用于人体,造成人的眩晕感,很不舒服;7、床垫大水袋内的水处于密封状态,几乎不流动,加热时易产生局部冷热不均的现象,不利于睡眠。以上这些原因,是导致充水床垫问世以来一直未能在居家生活中广泛替代普通床垫的主要原因。为了解决上述问题,申请日为2016年6月15日、申请号为2016206016455、名称为“自适应浮力床垫”的实用新型申请中首次提出了自适应浮力床垫的概念,就是床垫的水囊上增加了一个凸起,整个水囊的形状如同一个英文字母L的形状。这种凸起的异形充水软囊在生产工艺上实现起来比较困难,生产成本高,质量难以保证;水囊的凸起部分破坏了床垫表面的平面性,不美观;为了实现床垫的自适应浮力,在使用过程中,从床垫水囊里挤压过来的水要进入到凸起部分,所以凸起部分必须留有空间,不能充满水,则这个凸起部分外形必定松松垮垮,导致床面不平整,凸起部分也更容易弯折损坏;同时,为了实现浮力睡眠,凸起要足够大,容积足够大,能够容纳足够多的水量,才能提供足够大的浮力来实现浮力睡
眠,但太大的凸起会占据床面宽度的较大一部分,进而需要较宽的床尺寸,与现有的单人床和双人床无法配套;如果是双人床垫,则需要两组独立的凸起,则无论怎么摆放,上床和起床都会非常不方便。也就是说,这个带凸起的水囊床垫缺乏实用性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种由床垫外分离式自适应浮力调节器结构来自适应产生睡眠浮力、温度均匀可调且生产制作和使用维护方便的分离式自适应浮力床垫。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种可充水分离式自适应浮力床垫,包括床垫内部的水囊、床垫套和温度控制装置,水囊置于床垫套内,温度控制装置的热交换部分置于水囊下面,床垫外部有多个可充水的分离式自适应浮力调节器,自适应浮力调节器经由连接通路与床垫内部的水囊分别相连通。
全部自适应浮力调节器并排排列连为一体,形成一个或数个自适应浮力调节器组合,连通到自适应浮力调节器的水囊数量大于等于2且小于等于200,自适应浮力调节器组合置于床头位置上,自适应浮力调节器还可与床头集成为一个整体。
自适应浮力调节器组合还可置于床尾位置上。
自适应浮力调节器组合也可置于床架外,还可由升降机构控制升降。
自适应浮力调节器也可制成其它形状,以其它方式排列,自适应浮力调节器还可放置在其它合适的位置上。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步详述。
一种可充水分离式自适应浮力床垫,包括床垫内部的水囊2、床垫套3(上部3A和下部3B)和温度控制装置4,水囊2置于床垫套3内,水囊2长度与床垫的宽度相等,覆盖床宽并排排列,温度控制装置4的热交换部分置于水囊2下面,床垫外部有多个可充水的分离式自适应浮力调节器1,自适应浮力调节器1经由连接通路5与床垫内部的水囊2分别相连通,自适应浮力调节器1的位置高于水囊2的位置,水囊2的数量是七个,自适应浮力调节器1的数量是七个,全部自适应浮力调节器1并排排列连为一体,形成一个自适应浮力调节器组合,该自适应浮力调节器组合置于床头位置上,并与床头集成为一个整体。
经由自适应浮力调节器1通过连接通路5给床垫的水囊2充满水,自适应浮力调节器
1的水位在其自身高度三分之二以下。温度控制装置4处于工作状态,将水温控制在适宜的睡眠温度范围内。
就寝时,水囊2里的水一部分留在水囊里,一部分在就寝者身体重力作用下被排开,经由连接通路5进入自适应浮力调节器组合。留在水囊2里的水随就寝者睡姿的改变而同步改变,自适应无缝贴合身体曲线;自适应浮力调节器组合里的水增多后,水位升高,相对于处在低位的水囊2发生压差,压差产生相应的浮力,抵消压在水囊2上面的身体的重量,让整个身体以最放松的状态,无缝贴合水囊2,轻轻地停留在床板上,实现浮力睡眠。温度控制装置4能调节水囊2的水温,且水温会随水的流动达到均匀恒定的状态。
本实施例中的各个水囊单独贴合身体曲线,彼此之间互不牵扯,解决了在大水袋床垫上就寝时臀部下沉两头上翘的问题,让脊柱保持自然的放松状态,实现健康睡眠。相对于大水袋床垫来说,本实施例中的水囊2的几何尺寸小,制作容易,不容易产生瑕疵,充水和维护方便,遇有损坏,直接更换受损的水囊即可,方便快捷,成本低廉,解决了修补的麻烦。水囊之间的多个缝隙可以透气,解决了大水袋床垫不透气的问题。单个水囊充水量小,通常只有十多升,移动起来很方便,一旦有漏水,水量小,容易被吸收,不会造成损失。由于水囊2连通到自适应浮力调节器1,其本身不是完全密闭的容器,消除了密闭大水袋床垫里的压力反复传导反作用于人体造成眩晕感这一弊端。
相对于申请号为2016206016455的自适应浮力床垫中的所述的带凸起的水囊,本实施例中的水囊2外形结构简单,生产容易、成本相对较低、质量稳定,水囊2充满水后饱满不弯折,组成的床面平整美观、没有多余的凸起部分占用床面空间,单人双人都能适用,分离式自适应浮力调节器可单体制作,可组合制作,可根据需要放置于合适的位置上,还可与床头集成为一个整体,兼具实用性和美观性,完全克服了前者的美观性不足、实用性差的缺陷。
该床垫具有自适应浮力承托和自动贴合身体曲线两大特性,且水温均匀可调、制作使用维护方便,给使用者带来高质量的睡眠。
Claims (5)
- 一种可充水分离式自适应浮力床垫,包括床垫内部的多个水囊、床垫套和温度控制装置,水囊置于床垫套内,温度控制装置的热交换部分置于水囊下面,其特征在于:床垫外部有多个分离式自适应浮力调节器,自适应浮力调节器经由连接通路与床垫内部的水囊分别相连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的分离式自适应浮力床垫,其特征在于:全部自适应浮力调节器并排排列连为一体,形成一个或数个自适应浮力调节器组合,连通到自适应浮力调节器的水囊数量大于等于2且小于等于200。
- 根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的分离式自适应浮力床垫,其特征在于:自适应浮力调节器置于床头位置上,自适应浮力调节器还可与床头集成为一个整体。
- 根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的分离式自适应浮力床垫,其特征在于:自适应浮力调节器置于床尾位置上。
- 根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的分离式自适应浮力床垫,其特征在于:自适应浮力调节器置于床架外,还可由升降机构控制升降。
