一种提供服务的方法和终端设备 技术领域
本申请实施例涉及终端设备领域,并且更具体地,涉及一种提供服务的方法和终端设备。
背景技术
随着云计算的不断发展,更多的个人数据在云端进行存储、共享、分析和使用。在管理个人数据的过程中,帐号不仅可以快捷方便地识别用户的身份,它还与用户的个人数据的安全管理相关。用户通过注册一个属于自己的帐号,就可以享受和这个帐号相关的很多服务。部分服务会随着用户的购买程度增大而有所优惠,并且逐渐从普通用户成长为高级用户,进而享受到更多的服务。
但是,随着个人数据管理技术的不断智能化,用户对于个性化服务的需求也不断提升。而现有技术中,帐号对用户提供个性化服务的能力不足。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种提供服务的方法和终端设备,能够为用户提供个性化的服务。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供一种提供服务的方法,该方法包括:终端设备获取用户的个性化信息,该个性化信息包括该用户如下信息中的至少一项:年龄、性别、爱好、操作习惯和职业;终端设备确定当前时间和所述终端设备的当前位置;终端设备根据该个性化信息、当前时间和终端设备的当前位置,确定与该用户相匹配的第一服务;终端设备向该用户提供第一服务。
本申请实施例中,终端设备向用户提供的服务包括多种形式。例如,终端设备向用户呈现提示信息、推送应用、发出语音提示以及自动关机或锁定等。
本申请实施例的提供服务的方法,终端设备通过分析用户的个性化信息(例如,年龄、职业、爱好等),并结合使用环境(当前时间、用户所在位置等)的变化,为用户提供个性化(或者说,适合于该用户)的服务。
在一种可能的实现方式中,终端设备与用户的终端帐号绑定,终端帐号为该用户注册的用于识别该用户的身份的帐号,以及,终端设备获取该用户的个性化信息,包括:终端设备获取该用户的终端帐号,终端帐号与该用户的个性化信息关联;终端设备根据终端帐号,获取该用户的个性化信息。
在一种可能的实现方式中,终端帐号与多个应用绑定,以及,终端设备根据该个性化信息、当前时间和终端设备的当前位置,确定与该用户相匹配的第一服务,包括:终端设备根据该个性化信息、当前时间和终端设备的当前位置,从该多个应用中确定能够提供第一服务的第一应用;以及,终端设备向该用户提供所述第一服务,包括:终端设备启动第一应用,并向用户提供第一服务。
在一种可能的实现方式中,终端设备为该用户提供所述第一服务,包括:终端设备在确定该用户不宜使用终端设备的情况下,执行以下操作:控制终端设备执行关机操作;或者,锁定终端设备。
这里所说的不宜使用终端设备的情况,可以是终端设备的默认设置,也可以是用户 自己进行设定。例如,晚上11点之后,终端设备默认设置为不宜使用终端设备,因此,终端设备在晚上11点之后自动关机或锁定,以催促用户早点休息。用户也可以对这个时间重新进行设定,例如,有些用户晚上休息比较早,就可以将终端设备自动关机的时间设定为晚上10。这样,终端设备就在晚上10之后自动关机。
在一种可能的实现方式中,该方法还包括:终端设备获取用户输入的更新指令,更新指令指示更新个性化信息中的至少一项信息;终端设备基于更新指令,对个性化信息进行更新;以及,终端设备获取用户的个性化信息,包括:终端设备获取更新后的个性化信息。
可以理解的是,用户的个性化信息是不断变化的,终端设备基于该用户个性化信息的变化,对存储的该用户的个性化信息不断进行更新。并且,终端设备在确定与用户相匹配的服务时,始终基于该用户最新的个性化信息作匹配。这样,终端设备就可以随着用户的个性化信息的变化,提供与该变化相适应的服务。
在一种可能的实现方式中,该方法还包括:终端设备计算用户的年龄,在用户的年龄增加的情况下,终端设备更新所述个性化信息中的年龄信息。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供一种提供服务的装置,用于执行上述第一方面及其任意可能的实现方式中的方法。具体地,该装置包括执行第一方面及其任意可能的实现方式中的方法的单元。
例如,该装置包括存储单元、显示单元、处理单元等。其中,存储单元可以存储用户输入的个性化信息,例如,年龄、职业、爱好等信息。显示单元可以向用户呈现提示信息,显示推送的应用界面等。处理单元可以根据用户的个性化信息确定与用户相匹配的服务等。应理解,这里的存储单元可以为存储器,显示单元可以为显示器,处理单元可以为处理器。
第三方面,本申请实施例提供一种终端设备,包括存储器和处理器,其中,存储器用于存储计算机程序指令,处理器用于执行存储器中存储的计算机程序指令,以使得终端设备执行第一方面或第一方面的任意可能的实现方式中的方法。
应理解,终端设备包括的存储器可以为一个或多个,处理器也可以为一个或多个。另外,终端设备上还可以包括其它器件,例如,显示器、扬声器等。
第四方面,本申请实施例提供一种计算机可读介质,该计算机可读存储介质中存储有指令,当其在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行上述第一方面或第一方面的任意可能的实现方式中的方法。
第五方面,本申请实施例提供一种芯片(或者说,芯片系统),包括存储器和处理器,存储器用于存储计算机程序,处理器用于从存储器中调用并运行该计算机程序,使得安装有该芯片的终端设备执行上述第一方面及其任一种可能的实现方式中的方法。
在本申请实施例提供的技术方案中,结合用户的个性化信息,终端设备可以随着时间以及用户所在位置的变化,向用户提供个性化的服务,提升用户体验。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行描述。
本申请实施例中,终端设备也称之为终端(Terminal)或用户设备(User Equipment,UE)。终端设备可以是移动终端,例如,移动电话(或称为“蜂窝”电话)或可移动的计算机,例如,可以是便携式、袖珍式、手持式,还可以是计算机内置的或者车载的移动装置。或者,该终端设备也可以是不可移动的终端。
图1为本申请实施例的提供服务的方法100的示意性流程图。参见图1,方法100主要包括步骤110-140。
步骤110、终端设备获取用户的个性化信息。
其中,个性化信息包括该用户的如下信息中的至少一项:年龄、性别、爱好、操作习惯和职业等。除此之外,个性化信息还可以包括用户的内容输出等。
这里的操作习惯包括用户经常使用哪些类型的应用、使用终端的时间和频率等。内容输出包括用户在终端上输出的文字、图片和声音等。
应理解,一个用户的个性化信息包括用户的年龄、性别、职业、爱好、操作习惯等反映个人特点的信息。一个用户通过这些信息不同于另一个用户。由于这些信息反映了一个用户的个性化的特点,因此,这里将这些信息称作用户的个性化信息。
在步骤110中,终端设备获取用户的个性化信息,可以是从终端设备本地获取,或者,也可以是从云端服务器上获取,这里不作限定。
步骤120、终端设备确定当前时间和终端设备的当前位置。
在本申请各实施例中,终端设备的当前位置默认为用户的当前位置。即是说,通过确定终端设备的当前位置,也就确定了用户的当前位置。对于用户和终端设备的位置不一致的情况,本申请实施例不涉及,也不关注。
具体地,处理器确定当前时间和终端设备的当前位置,可以通过终端设备内部的计时和定位模块实现。具体过程可以与现有技术相同。
步骤130、终端设备根据个性化信息、当前时间和终端设备的当前位置,确定与用户相匹配的第一服务。
终端设备获取到用户的个性化信息之后,结合当前时间和终端设备当前所处的位置,确定与该用户相匹配的第一服务。
本申请实施例中所说的“服务”,包括多种形式。例如,向用户推送一些信息、执行自动关机操作、锁定终端设备或者每隔一定的频率就提示用户某些信息等。其中,推送的信息的形式可以是语音、视频、界面显示等。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中所说的某个服务(例如,记作服务#A)与某个用户(记作用户#1)相匹配,可以理解为如下几种含义:
(1)服务#A与用户#1的个性化信息的匹配程度高于预设的匹配阈值(例如,50%)。例如,如果用户#1的职业为厨师,那么向用户#1推送关于做菜的应用和推送关于美容的应用相比较,做菜的应用与用户#1的匹配程度高于美容的应用与用户#1的匹配程度。因此,终端向用户#1推送做菜的应用是与用户#1相匹配的服务。
其中,匹配阈值可以进行预设。例如,终端上有多个美食的应用,包括关于炒菜的应用和关于糕点的应用。而用户#1的个性化信息中的爱好为糕点。终端设备确定的关于糕点的应用与用户#1的匹配程度为90%,关于炒菜的应用与用户#1的匹配程度为20%。假定预设的匹配阈值为60%,则终端会向用户#1推送关于糕点的应用。假定预设的匹配阈值为10%,则终端设备会将这两个应用都推送给用户#1。具体地,终端设备可以根据用户累计的操作习惯,比如,美食应用点击最多的是糕点类,下载美食壁纸糕点类,和朋友的聊天记录有美食关键字和图片,录像,购买和糕点制作相关的工具等等分析匹配程度。
(2)按照一般规律,当前情况下服务#A是最适合于用户#1的。例如,如果用户#1钟爱的食物偏爱养生口味。那么,一日三餐向用户#1推荐清淡口味为主的食物是比较适合用户#1的服务,而不是推荐比较辛辣的食物。
(3)在当前情况下,为用户#1提供这个服务是最恰当和合理的。例如,用户#1为小学生,那么上午9点到10点之间锁定终端设备,以让用户专心学习是比较恰当的。
步骤140、终端设备向用户提供第一服务。
终端设备在确定与用户相匹配的第一服务后,向该用户提供第一服务。
在这里,终端设备向用户提供第一服务,可以为终端设备中的处理器直接向用户提供第一服务,或者,也可以为处理器控制终端设备的其它器件向用户提供第一服务。例如,处理器控制显示器向用户显示提示信息、处理器向用户推送应用的网页、处理器控制扬声器发出语音提示等。
可选地,作为一个实施例,终端设备与该用户的终端帐号绑定,终端帐号为该用户注册的用于识别该用户的身份的帐号。
其中,步骤110具体可以包括:
终端设备获取用户的终端帐号,终端帐号与该用户的个性化信息关联;
终端设备根据终端帐号,获取该用户的个性化信息。
在本实施例中,用户在使用终端设备的时候,首先需要在终端设备上注册一个终端帐号,这个终端帐号用于识别该用户的身份。注册终端帐号时,用户可以填写自己的个性化信息,例如,姓名、年龄、职业和爱好等。通过注册终端帐号,该用户的个性化信息与终端帐号相关联。该用户拥有终端帐号以后,在后续使用该终端设备时,需要通过该终端帐号验证自己的身份,以保证信息安全。并且,终端设备根据前文提供的方法获取用户的个性化信息,进而向用户提供个性化的服务时,可以通过终端帐号获取到该用户的个性化信息。
可选地,作为一个实施例,终端帐号与多个应用绑定。
其中,步骤130具体可以包括:
终端设备根据个性化信息、当前时间和终端设备的当前位置,从多个应用中确定能够提供第一服务的第一应用;
以及,步骤140具体可以包括:
终端设备启动第一应用,并向该用户提供第一服务。
在本实施例中,终端帐号与多个应用绑定。任何一个用户,只要注册了这种类型的终端帐号,即可以使用该多个应用。因此,根据前文所作的说明,假定终端设备确定了与用户#A相匹配的服务,而该服务可以由这多个应用中的某个应用提供,终端设备则先 从这多个应用中确定出该应用,并控制启动第一应用,由该第一应用向用户提供服务。
例如,终端帐号绑定的应用涉及美容、健身和美食推荐。若当前时间为工作日中午12点,且用户的当前位置在公司,终端设备确定当前与用户匹配的服务应当是向用户推荐美食应用。因此,终端设备从绑定的多个应用中确定涉及美食的应用并推送给用户。
又例如,40岁的男性,工作日中午12点,手机通过人脸识别,检测到用户并没有看着手机,判定用户当前没有使用手机,就会选择语音方式提醒用户“吃饭时间到了”,同时推荐适合用户口味的餐馆,并提醒下午的重要会议。如果检测到用户正在使用手机,则可以通过界面呈现的方式来提醒用户。
可选地,作为一个实施例,步骤140具体可以包括:
终端设备在确定用户不宜使用终端设备的情况下,执行以下操作:
控制终端设备执行关机操作;或者,
锁定终端设备。
在本申请实施例中,终端设备向用户提供服务,包括执行自动关机或者锁定终端设备。换句话说,如果终端设备判断用户当前不宜使用终端设备,则执行自动关机或者锁定。例如,终端根据用户的个性化信息判断拥有该终端帐号的用户为学生,则在学习时间,终端设备自动锁定,以使用户安心学习。又例如,终端设备在晚上11点以后,即自动锁定,督促用户早点休息等。
这里所说的终端判断用户不宜使用终端的情况为默认设置。用户也可以自己设定或修改默认配置。家长通过将自己的终端帐号与小孩的终端帐号绑定,对小孩的终端帐号设置一些例外情况。例如,节假日期间,家长允许小孩多玩一会,终端自动锁定的时间可以比平时推迟1个小时等。
另外,用户还可以设置紧急情况下终端设备的操作。例如,紧急情况下,终端设备可以自动开机或进入通话状态。例如,终端设备将用户呼叫“救命”等关键字、哭泣声、吼叫声、挣扎声(表达情绪的声音)定义为紧急情况。一旦终端设备识别到用户发出的这些声音,终端设备可以自动解锁开机,呼叫紧急联系人、呼叫110或120等寻求救助。可以理解的是,在这种实现方式中,用户可以事先在终端上记录并识别用户特定声音的特点,以在后续识别到这些特点的声音时,执行上述的操作。
可选地,作为一个实施例,该方法还可以包括以下更新个性化信息的步骤:
终端设备获取用户输入的更新指令,更新指令指示更新个性化信息中的至少一项信息;
终端设备基于更新指令,对个性化信息进行更新。
在个性化信息被更新之后,相对应地,在步骤110中,终端在获取用户的个性化信息时,可以获取新后的个性化信息。
根据前文所述,用户注册终端帐号,以对用户的身份进行识别。并且,在注册终端帐号时,用户填写了自己的个性化信息。后续,用户可以对填写的个性化信息进行更新。例如,职业、爱好和饮食的口味等。前文所说的终端设备在确定与该用户相匹配的服务时,总是获取最新更新过的该用户的个性化信息进行匹配。
由此可见,终端设备能够根据用户个性化信息的变更,例如,年龄的变化,爱好的变化等,结合时间和用户所在位置的变化,向用户提供相对合理的服务。
这里,用户的个性化信息的更新,可以是基于用户的输入的更新指令进行更新。例 如,用户在终端设备上修改自己的爱好、作息时间等。另外,终端也可以自动更新用户个性化信息中的一些信息,例如,用户的年龄信息、用户在某一段时间的操作习惯的变化等。
可选地,作为一个实施例,终端设备更新用户的个性化信息具体可以包括如下步骤:
终端设备计算该用户的年龄,在该用户的年龄增加的情况下,终端设备更新个性化信息中的年龄信息。
在本申请实施例中,终端设备基于用户注册终端帐号时填写的个性化信息(以下,称作初始个性化信息),计算用户的年龄是否发生变化。并在年龄增加的情况下,自动更新初始个性化信息中的年龄信息。也就是说,用户的年龄信息是自动更新的。
随着用户年龄的变化,终端也随之不断更新用户个性化信息中的年龄信息。再结合时间和用户位置的变化,终端设备总是能为用户提供相对合理的服务。
本申请实施例的提供服务的方法,终端设备通过分析用户的个性化信息(例如,年龄、职业和爱好等),并结合使用环境(时间、用户所在位置等)的变化,为用户提供相对合理的服务。
下面举例说明。
图2为本申请实施例的提供服务的方法的一个示例。参见图2,用户(记作用户#1)的个性化信息为男性、7岁。终端设备确定当前时间为上午9点,终端设备的当前位置在学校。终端设备判断用户#1为未成年人,结合当前时间和位置,终端设备判断此时应为上课时间,用户#1应该专心学习。因此,终端设备启动自动锁定或自动关机。
图3为本申请实施例的提供服务的方法的另一个示例。参见图3,用户(记作用户#2)的个性化信息为女性、20岁。终端设备确定当前时间为8月10日15点,终端设备的当前位置在家。终端设备判断用户#2为在校女大学生。结合当前时间和位置,终端设备判断当前应为暑期休闲时间,因此,终端设备可以向用户#2推送旅行计划、运动、购物、美容、娱乐节目等服务。
图4为本申请实施例的提供服务的方法的另一个示例。参见图4,用户(记作用户#3)的个性化信息为男性、40岁、饮食习惯为清淡口味的食物。终端设备确定当前时间为中午12点,用户#3的位置在工作单位。判断当前应为工作日午餐时间,结合用户#3的饮食习惯,终端设备提醒用户#3吃中午饭,并推荐附近清淡口味的餐馆,提醒下午重要会议等。
从上述过程可以看出,本申请实施例中,根据用户的个性化信息,终端设备可以随着时间以及用户所在位置的变化,针对用户的个性化需求,为用户提供个性化的服务。
以上实施例以终端设备为例,对本申请实施例的提供服务的方法进行了说明。在云端服务器执行上述各实施例的方法时,可以认为是由云端服务器执行上述方法中的相应操作和流程。云端服务器可以从终端设备上获取用户的个性化信息,并结合终端设备的使用环境(时间和位置等),确定与用户匹配的服务,并将确定的结果发送至终端设备,由终端设备推送给用户。
图5为本申请实施例提供的终端设备200的示意性结构图。在本申请实施例中,终端设备200可以为移动电话、平板个人电脑(Tablet Personal Computer)、媒体播放器、智能电视、笔记本电脑(Laptop Computer)、超级移动个人计算机(Ultra-mobile Personal Computer,UMPC)、上网本、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)、个人计 算机(Personal Computer)、移动上网装置(Mobile Internet Device,MID)或智能手表等可穿戴式设备(Wearable Device)等,本申请实施例对此不做限定。
参见图5,终端设备200可以包括处理器210、存储器220和射频(Radio Frequency,RF)电路230。并且,终端设备200上可以安装有若干个(一个或多个)应用程序,该若干个应用程序可以存储于存储器220中。
可选地,终端设备200还可以包括输入单元240、显示单元250、至少一个传感器260、音频电路270、扬声器271、麦克风272以及电源280等部件。
下面结合图5,对终端设备200的各个构成部件进行具体的介绍。
处理器210可以是终端设备200的控制中心。利用各种接口和线路连接终端设备的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器220中的程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器220内的数据,执行终端设备200的各种功能。可选的,处理器210可以包括一个或多个处理单元。
可选地,处理器210可以由集成电路(Integrated Circuit,IC)组成。例如,可以由单独封装的IC所组成,也可以由连接多个具有相同功能或不同功能的封装IC而组成。处理器210可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等,本申请实施例对此不做限定。
存储器220可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器210通过运行存储在存储器220的软件程序以及模块,从而执行终端设备200的各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器220可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区。其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(例如,声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等。存储数据区可存储根据终端设备200的使用所创建的数据(例如,音频数据、图像数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器220可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器。例如,至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
可选地,处理器210可以与存储器220耦合,并且用于执行存储器220中存储的指令。其中,在处理器210执行所述指令时,使得所述终端设备200执行本申请实施例中的步骤和/或操作,但本申请实施例不限于此。
RF电路230可用于收发信息或用于在通话过程中的信号的接收和发送。通常,RF电路230可以包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器(Low Noise Amplifier,LNA)、双工器等。其中的天线可以包括所有手机上的天线,例如:主天线和副天线,其中,副天线可以为全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)天线、Wi-Fi天线、NFC天线等。多种副天线可以共用一个天线本体。此外,RF电路230还可以通过无线通信技术与网络和其他设备通信。例如,可以接收基站发送的下行信息,并且可以进一步将接收到的下行信息传输至处理器210进行处理。或者可以向基站发送上行数据。该无线通信技术可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于全球移动通讯系统(Global System of Mobile communication,GSM)、通用分组无线服务(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)、码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)、 宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)、长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)、电子邮件、短消息服务(Short Messaging Service,SMS)等。
输入单元240可以用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与终端设备200的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。具体地,输入单元240可以包括触摸屏241以及其他输入设备242。触摸屏241,也称为触控面板,可以用于收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(例如,用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触摸屏241上或在触摸屏241附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程序驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触摸屏241可以包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置可以用于检测用户的触摸方位,检测触摸操作对应的信号,并将该触摸操作对应的触摸信息(例如,触摸信号、触摸方位信息等)传送给触摸控制器。触摸控制器可以用于接收来自于触摸检测装置的触摸信息,将该触摸信息转换成触点坐标,然后将该触点坐标的信息发送给处理器210。此外,该触摸控制器还可以用于接收处理器210发来的命令,并且执行该命令。
可选地,触摸屏241可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型来实现。除了触摸屏241,输入单元240还可以包括其他输入设备242。具体地,其他输入设备242可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(例如,音量控制按键、电源开关按键)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
显示单元250可以用于显示由用户输入的信息或向用户提供的信息以及终端设备200的各种菜单。显示单元250可以包括显示面板251,可选的,可以采用液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)、有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)等形式来配置显示面板241。进一步的,触摸屏241可覆盖显示面板251。当触摸屏241检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,将该触摸操作的信息传送给处理器210以确定触摸事件的类型,处理器210可以根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板251上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图5中,触摸屏241与显示面板251是作为两个独立的部件来实现终端设备200的输入和输入功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触摸屏241与显示面板251集成而实现终端设备200的输入和输出功能。
上述至少一个传感器260可以包括运动传感器,该运动传感器可以用于获取终端设备的运动数据,并由此确定终端设备的运动状态。其中,该运动状态可以包括静止状态或移动状态。或者,该运动传感器也可以将获取到的运动数据传输至处理器210,由处理器210根据该运动数据,确定终端设备当前的运动状态。
可选地,该至少一个传感器260还可以包括其它传感器,例如,光传感器、重力传感器(gravity sensor)等。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器和接近光传感器。其中,环境光传感器可以根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板241的亮度。接近光传感器可以检测是否有物体靠近或接触终端设备,并在终端设备200移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板241和/或背光。重力传感器可以用于检测终端设备在各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可以用于识别终端设备姿态的应用(例如,横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(例如,计步器、敲击)等。该至少一个传感器260还可以包括陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
可选地,音频电路270、扬声器271和麦克风272可以提供用户与终端设备200之间的音频接口。音频电路270可以用于将接收到的音频数据转换为电信号,并将电信号传 输到扬声器271。扬声器271可以用于将接收到的电信号转换为声音信号后将其输出。另一方面,麦克风272可以用于将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,并传输至音频电路,音频电路270可以将接收到的电信号转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出至RF电路230以发送给其它设备,或者将音频数据输出至存储器220以便进一步处理。
结合前文各实施例中所说的提供服务的方法,输入单元240具体用于接收用户输入的个性化信息。存储器220具体用于对输入单元240接收到的个性化信息进行存储。处理器210对用户的个性化信息进行分析,确定与该用户的个性化信息匹配的应用或信息,并可以按照设定频率向用户推送这些应用或信息。也或者,处理器可以执行某些操作,例如自动关机、锁定终端帐号、呼叫紧急联系人等。显示单元250用于显示提示信息,或者显示推送的应用。
可选地,终端设备200还可以包括用于为各个部件供电的电源280(例如,电池)。优选的,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器210逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。
应理解,尽管并未示出,终端设备200还可以包括无线保真(Wireless Fidelity,WiFi)模块、蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。
还应理解,为了便于说明,图5仅示出了与本申请实施例相关的部分,具体技术细节未揭示的,请参照本申请各实施例的具体描述。
本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机可读介质,用于存储计算机程序,该计算机程序包括用于执行前述实施例提供的方法的指令。
本申请实施例还提供一种芯片(或者说,芯片系统),包括存储器和处理器,存储器用于存储计算机程序,处理器用于从存储器中调用并运行该计算机程序,使得安装有该芯片的终端设备执行前述实施例提供的方法。
应理解,为了简洁,本文对于实施例的描述着重于强调各个实施例的不同之处。因此,除非文中明确说明或者可以从上下文看出,本文各个实施例之间可以相互参考。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例中描述的各方法步骤和单元,能够以电子硬件、计算机软件或者二者的结合来实现。为了清楚地说明硬件和软件的可互换性,在上述说明中已经按照功能一般性地描述了各实施例的步骤及组成。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。本领域普通技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本申请的范围。

所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个 网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本申请实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以是两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分,或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到各种等效的修改或替换,这些修改或替换都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种提供服务的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    终端设备获取用户的个性化信息,所述个性化信息包括所述用户如下信息中的至少一项:年龄、性别、爱好、操作习惯和职业;
    所述终端设备确定当前时间和所述终端设备的当前位置;
    所述终端设备根据所述个性化信息、所述当前时间和所述终端设备的当前位置,确定与所述用户相匹配的第一服务;
    所述终端设备向所述用户提供所述第一服务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备与所述用户的终端帐号绑定,所述终端帐号为所述用户注册的用于识别所述用户的身份的帐号,
    以及,所述终端设备获取用户的个性化信息,包括:
    所述终端设备获取所述用户的终端帐号,所述终端帐号与所述用户的个性化信息关联;
    所述终端设备根据所述终端帐号,获取所述用户的个性化信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端帐号与多个应用绑定,
    以及,所述终端设备根据所述个性化信息、所述当前时间和所述终端设备的当前位置,确定与所述用户相匹配的第一服务,包括:
    所述终端设备根据所述个性化信息、所述当前时间和所述终端设备的当前位置,从所述多个应用中确定能够提供所述第一服务的第一应用;
    以及,所述终端设备向所述用户提供所述第一服务,包括:
    所述终端设备启动所述第一应用,并向所述用户提供所述第一服务。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备为所述用户提供所述第一服务,包括:
    所述终端设备在确定所述用户不宜使用所述终端设备的情况下,执行以下操作:
    控制所述终端设备执行关机操作;或者,
    锁定所述终端设备。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端设备获取所述用户输入的更新指令,所述更新指令指示更新所述个性化信息中的至少一项信息;
    所述终端设备基于所述更新指令,对所述个性化信息进行更新;
    以及,所述终端设备获取用户的个性化信息,包括:
    所述终端设备获取更新后的所述个性化信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端设备计算所述用户的年龄,在所述用户的年龄增加的情况下,所述终端设备更新所述个性化信息中的年龄信息。
  7. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器用于存储计算机程序指令,所述处理器用于执行所述存储器中存储的所述计算机程序指令,以使得所述终端设备执行:
    获取用户的个性化信息,所述个性化信息包括所述用户如下信息中的至少一项:年 龄、性别、爱好、操作习惯和职业;
    确定当前时间和所述终端设备的当前位置;
    根据所述个性化信息、所述当前时间和所述终端设备的当前位置,确定与所述用户相匹配的第一服务;
    向所述用户提供所述第一服务。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备与所述用户的终端帐号绑定,所述终端帐号为所述用户注册的用于识别所述用户的身份的帐号;
    以及,所述获取用户的个性化信息,包括:
    获取所述用户的终端帐号,所述终端帐号与所述用户的个性化信息关联;
    根据所述终端帐号,获取所述用户的个性化信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端帐号与多个应用绑定,以及,所述根据所述个性化信息、所述当前时间和所述终端设备的当前位置,确定与所述用户相匹配的第一服务,包括:
    根据所述个性化信息、所述当前时间和所述终端设备的当前位置,从所述多个应用中确定能够提供所述第一服务的第一应用;
    启动所述第一应用,并向所述用户提供所述第一服务。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备在确定所述用户不宜使用所述终端设备的情况下,具体用于执行以下操作:
    控制所述终端设备执行关机操作;或者
    锁定所述终端设备。
  11. 根据权利要求7至10中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备还用于执行:
    获取所述用户输入的更新指令,所述更新指令指示更新所述个性化信息中的至少一项信息;
    基于所述更新指令,对所述个性化信息进行更新;
    获取更新后的所述个性化信息。
  12. 根据权利要求7至11中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备还用于执行:
    计算所述用户的年龄,在所述用户的年龄增加的情况下,更新所述个性化信息中的年龄信息。
