在凳面两端分别包覆内、外凳框的上边框时,若在内凳面和外凳面的上边框的接触面上均设置切槽,优选地每个切槽的高度可以相应于一个凳面的厚度,或相应于两个凳面的厚度;每个切槽的高度相应于一个凳面的厚度时,折叠收纳凳子时,凳面需向上合并,缠绕在内、外凳框的上边框;每个切槽的高度相应于两个凳面的厚度时,切槽还为外凳框和内凳框折叠时凳面下沉穿过上端凳边预留空间,使得折叠收纳凳子时,凳面穿过切槽,向下合并,缠绕在内、外凳框的上边框上。
在凳面两端固定在内、外凳框的上边框的外侧面时,若未在上边框上设置切槽,则折叠收纳凳子时,凳面需向上合并,缠绕在内、外凳框的上边框;若此时在内凳框的上边框,或在外凳框的上边框,或在两个上边框的接触面位置设置上下贯穿的切槽,此时可以只在内凳框或外凳框任一凳框的上边框上设置切槽的高度相应于两个凳面的厚度,也可以在内、外凳框的上边框上各设置一个切槽,每个切槽高度相应于一个凳面的厚度。由此,上述切槽为外凳框和内凳框折叠时凳面下沉穿过上端凳边预留空间。参考图1和图2所示,本实施例中的折叠凳子还包括长条形的绑带6,绑带6的一端61固定在外凳框1上边框处11的凳面3上,绑带6的另一端62从凳面3下侧穿过,可拆卸地连接在内凳框2的上边框21处的凳面3上。
其中,绑带6的另一端62与内凳框2的上边框21处的凳面3的可拆卸连接方式为:内凳框2的上边框21上设置有挂扣,绑带的另一端62具有与挂扣相配合的挂环63;在收纳折叠凳子时,绑带末端的挂环也可以挂在其他挂件上,如固定在墙壁上的挂钩上。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供了一种折叠凳子,该折叠凳子具有以下优点:
1、折叠凳子在折叠状态下,外凳框与内凳框能够完全贴合,内、外凳框之间不具有夹角,且凳框左右边框的预定棱边线与上下边框的预定棱边线位于同一平面上,减少了折叠凳子的体积。
2、内、外凳框合并时,凳面可缠绕在内、外凳框的上边框,且可由绑带缠绕固定凳面,方便折叠凳子的收纳、携带。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种折叠凳子,其特征在于,该折叠凳子包括:外凳框、内凳框和软性材质的凳面;
    内凳框的左右边框位于外凳框内,且内凳框的左右边框分别与外凳框的左右边框连接,形成折叠凳架;
    凳面的两端分别固定在外凳框的上端和内凳框的上端;
    折叠凳子折叠状态下,外凳框与内凳框相互贴合;贴合后,凳框左右边框的预定棱边线与上下边框的预定棱边线位于同一平面上,该预定棱边线为边框上向前侧或向后侧突起最高位置点的连线。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠凳子,其特征在于,所述外凳框和内凳框分别包括左右边框和上下边框,每一凳框中左右边框和上下边框之间设置有曲面的凳角,凳面的两端分别固定在外凳框的上边框和内凳框的上边框;
    外凳框与内凳框相互贴合时,内外凳框的相对凳角之间的接触曲面分别与相邻的左右边框的接触面、上下边框的接触面相切合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠凳子,其特征在于,所述外凳框和所述内凳框在上下边框的接触面处于同一平面,所述外凳框和所述内凳框在左右边框的接触面处于同一平面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠凳子,其特征在于,所述边框的横截面为半圆形,所述边框的接触面为平板状;
    所述折叠凳子折叠状态下,外凳框与内凳框形成的折叠边框上各处的横截面为半径相同的圆形。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠凳子,其特征在于,所述外凳框上边框的接触面,和/或所述内凳框的上边框的接触面设置有上下贯穿的切槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠凳子,其特征在于,所述外凳框和所述内凳框均为矩形框。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的折叠凳子,其特征在于,所述外凳框的上下边框的长度与其左右边框的长度相同,所述内凳框的上下边框的长度与其左右边框的长度相同;
    或者,所述外凳框的上下边框的长度小于其左右边框的长度,所述内凳框的上下边框的长度小于其左右边框的长度。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠凳子,其特征在于,所述折叠凳子还包括绑带;
    所述绑带的一端固定在外凳框上边框处的凳面上,所述绑带的另一端从所述凳面下侧穿过,可拆卸地连接在内凳框的上边框处的凳面上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的折叠凳子,其特征在于,所述内凳框的上边框上设置有挂扣,所述绑带的另一端具有与所述挂扣相配合的挂环。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠凳子,其特征在于,所述内凳框的左边框的中点部位通过第一转轴与外凳框的左边框的中点部位固定连接,所述内凳框的右边框的中点部位通过第二转轴与外凳框的右边框的中点部位固定连接。
