Description

No-clean smoke exhauster
Technical field: a machine for the kitchen cleaning
Technical background: The traditional smoke exhauster’s structure is complicated almost including: passageway, roary vane, filter screen, which you must all clean regularly, some modern smoke exhausters you don’t need to clean regularly but you must clean them and the modern technology is too expansive.
Summary of invention:
A no-clean smoke exhauster is including: machine’s frame and main machine; at the edge of the described machine’s frame there is crevice for blowing wind out; inside of the described main machine there is blower, the passageway between the machine’s frame and the main machine is closed; the described blower can create the wind and blow the wind only from the described crevice of the machine’s frame out ; the form of the described machine’s frame is ring , the form of the described crevice is also small ring and alone the edge and one side of the machine’s frame, the crevice is toward the window, the opposite of the machine’s flame is toward the user, so can create out the negative pressure to exhaust the somke. This invention’s feature is: you don’t need to clean it at all, because from the out side you can’t see the rotary vane and the passageway... you can only see a ring frame and the only place, on which can be left a little smoke and oil, is the inwall of the machine’s frame but it is not toward the user it is toward the wind blowing direction and the wind blowing power is very big, and the perimeter of the side with the crevice of the machine’s frame can be bigger than the perimeter of the opposite side of the machine’s frame, (from the side of the user you can see the form of the machine’s frame is a little like a trump blows towards the window) , so can blow out the smoke from the user much better much more thoroughgoing , therefore the oil won’t be left on the inwall, so that you don’t need to clean it for several years. And the cost of this no-clean smoke exhauster is very cheap.
Brief description of the drawings:
Fig. 1 is the no-clean smoke exhauster’s front view and also for the round ring machine’s frame, fig. 2 is the no-clean smoke exhauster’s blower, fig. 3 is the rotary vane of the blower, fig. 4 is the machine’s frame with one ply crevice, fig. 5 is the machine’s frame with two plies crevice, fig. 6 is two plies crevice with small holes, fig. 7 is the no-clean smoke exhauster’s front view and also for the ellipse ring machine’s frame. 1 is the machine’s frame, 2 is the main machine, 3 is the crevice, 4 is the blower, 5 are the small holes, 6 is the rotary vane, 7 is the connecting piping.
Detailed description of the invention:
From the structure of the no-clean smoke exhauster you can see : the wind comes from the blower (the blower can be rotary vane) , and the wind can be only blowed out from the crevice of the machine’s frame and the crevice is too small, therefore the crevice can create very intense wind blowing effect and the crevice is toward the window and the opposite side of the crevice is toward the uscr. It is just to change the blowing power to the sucking power because the blowing power’s opposite is sucking power therefore on the opposite side (just toward the window) can create very intense negative pressure (just the sucking power) to exhaust the somke. If you feel the power not enough big, there also can be a lot of small holes, which evenly intervallicly sit on the crevice, and  every hole’s wind blowing direction is a little different, the small holes they all aim at a specifical angle, in oder to together create the total wind blowing direction to the clockwise cyclone or anticlockwise cyclone. The cyclone can create much bigger wind blowing power. Between the machine’s frame and main machine is connecting piping and inside of the piping there is the passageway. As show in fig. 1-7, 1 is the machine’s frame, 2 is the main machine, 3 is the crevice, 4 is the blower, 5 are the small holes, 6 is the rotary vane, 7 is the connecting piping. The form of the machine’s frame 1 can be round ring (like fig. 1) , or ellipse ring (like fig. 7) , or square ring, or triangle ring... The crevice 3 can be one ply, or two plies (like fig. 5 and 6) , or more plies. And the rotary vane 6 can be also one ply, or two plies (like fig. 3) , or more plies, and each rotary vane is connected with corresponding crevice, because the passageway inside of the connecting piping 7 can be also one ply, or two plies, or more plies, in oder to connect the rotary vane with the corresponding crevice together. Except the rotary vane the blower is also including: motor, electronical source, controlling machine; the motor and the electronical source connected with eachother electronically , the out put shaft of the motor connected with the rotary vane, the controlling machine is also connected with the motor and can control the turning tempo of the motor, the quicker the turning tempo is, the bigger the sucking power is. Same as the traditional smoke exhauster the main machine can be also hidden in a cupboard or in the roof, and the connecting piping can be much shorter and changed to other forms, which have the same connecting function. The machine’s frame can be front the user can be also over the user’s head, and the wind blowing direction can be transverse can be also vertical or a little slanting (just between transverse and vertical) .
