现有技术中,各类型VR(Virtual Reality,虚拟现实)等视频眼镜逐渐盛行,应用的场合也越来越广泛。但是,视频眼镜与普通眼镜相比,有更大的体积或重量,不能采用传统眼镜架的方式固定在头上。
因此,现有技术的头带佩戴方式,一般包括如下两种方式:软头带方式和硬头带方式。所述软头带方式就是比较常用的是松紧带加魔术贴的方式。这种类型的头带采用软材质,软头带的贴合性比较好,但是会勒紧头部,用久后会不舒适,同时也存在容易脱落的情况。而硬头带的方式,可以部分的解决软头带的不足,同时硬头带的材质强度高,舒适性好。然而,硬头带也存在松紧调节不方便等问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于视频眼镜的头带调节装置、头带及视频眼镜。
根据本发明实施例的第一方面,提供一种用于视频眼镜的头带调节装置,包括:
安装座,设有内棘轮;
联动件,安装在所述安装座上,所述联动件设有传动部和具有弹性 的至少一限位部,所述至少一限位部抵靠在所述内棘轮的棘轮齿上;
拨轮,与所述联动件连接并带动所述联动件转动,所述拨轮上设有与所述限位部相对应的脱离部;其中所述拨轮向一侧转动时,所述脱离部抵接所述限位部而使所述限位部脱离对所述内棘轮的锁定;所述拨轮向另一侧转动时,所述限位部贴着所述内棘轮转动;
传动机构,与所述传动部传动配合,其中所述联动件用于带动传动机构而带动头带展开或收拢。
根据本发明实施例的第二方面,提供一种用于视频眼镜的头带,包括:
头带主体以及头带调节装置,所述头带调节装置包括:
安装座,设有内棘轮;
联动件,安装在所述安装座上,所述联动件设有传动部和具有弹性的至少一限位部,所述至少一限位部抵靠在所述内棘轮的棘轮齿上;
拨轮,与所述联动件连接并带动所述联动件转动,所述拨轮上设有与所述限位部相对应的脱离部;其中所述拨轮向一侧转动时,所述脱离部抵接所述限位部而使所述限位部脱离对所述内棘轮的锁定;所述拨轮向另一侧转动时,所述限位部贴着所述内棘轮转动;
传动机构,与所述传动部传动配合,其中所述联动件用于带动传动机构而带动头带展开或收拢,其中,
所述传动机构的两端枢接在所述头带主体上,所述头带调节装置与头带主体围拢形成容置腔。
根据本发明实施例的第三方面,提供一种视频眼镜,包括眼镜主体和与所述眼镜主体连接的头带主体,所述视频眼镜还包括头带调节装置;所述头带调节装置包括:
安装座,设有内棘轮;
联动件,安装在所述安装座上,所述联动件设有传动部和具有弹性的至少一限位部,所述至少一限位部抵靠在所述内棘轮的棘轮齿上;
拨轮,与所述联动件连接并带动所述联动件转动,所述拨轮上设有与所述限位部相对应的脱离部;其中所述拨轮向一侧转动时,所述脱离部抵接所述限位部而使所述限位部脱离对所述内棘轮的锁定;所述拨轮向另一侧转动时,所述限位部贴着所述内棘轮转动;以及
传动机构,与所述传动部传动配合,其中所述联动件用于带动传动机构而带动头带展开或收拢;
所述头带调节装置装设于所述头带主体上。
本发明的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:
所述限位部锁定在内棘轮上,头带的位置和大小稳定,不易松动,需要调节头带的大小时,拨轮上的脱离部抵接限位部,使限位部解除对内棘轮的锁定,拨轮和联动件可以带动头带相两侧收拢或展开,分别对应调节头带的箍紧和松开,调节方便。进一步地,所述头带调节装置枢接到头带主体上,可以通过调整头带调节装置来改变容置腔的大小,达到头带舒适佩戴和适用于不同用户的效果。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案 进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1、图2和图9所示,根据一示例性实施例示出的一种用于视频眼镜的头带,包括:头带主体60和头带调节装置81。所述头带调节装置81上的传动机构50的两端枢接在头带主体60上,其中所述头带调节装置81与所述头带主体60围拢形成容置腔。所述头带主体60与头带调节装置81上的安装座10形成环形头带,容置腔为头带环绕的空间,用以适配使用者头部。
所述头带主体60包括安装部61和连接在安装部61两端的连接部62,其中所述传动机构50枢接在两连接部62上。所述安装部61用以安装眼镜主体80。所述头带主体60呈“U”字形,头带主体60的形状固定,能稳定的固定眼镜主体80。所述头带主体60的形变小,头带主体60形成形状稳定的硬性头带,佩戴舒适。传动机构50分别枢接在两连接部62上,形成封闭的容置腔,眼镜主体80安装在安装部61上,头带调节装置81调节安装座10的位置,枢接在两连接部62上的传动机构50能绕枢接点转动,使安装座10远离或接近眼镜主体80方向,调节用户使用时的松紧度,调节方便。
继续参考图3至图8所示,根据一示例性实施例示出的一种用于视频眼镜的头带调节装置,包括:安装座10、联动件20、拨轮30和传动机构50,在安装座10设有内棘轮11,内棘轮11上设有若干棘轮齿111,棘轮齿111沿顺时针或逆时针方向倾斜设置。所述联动件20安装在安装座10上,联动件20能绕沿轴线转动,联动件20设有传动部23和具有弹性的至少一限位部21,至少一限位部21抵靠在内棘轮11的棘轮齿111上,可选的,在联动件20上均匀分布三限位部21,既能平衡联动件20的受力,又能提高锁紧力和弹性力。所述拨轮30与联动件20连接并带动联动件20转动,拨轮30上设 有与限位部21相对应的脱离部31。其中拨轮30向一侧转动时,脱离部31抵接限位部21而使限位部21脱离对内棘轮11的锁定;拨轮30向另一侧转动时,限位部21贴着内棘轮11转动。所述传动机构50与传动部23联动,其中联动件20转动带动传动机构50向两侧展开或收拢。
在初始状态下,在安装座10上设置内棘轮11,当拨轮30转到某一位置固定时,如果停止转动,联动件20上的至少一限位部21抵靠在棘轮齿111上。内棘轮11与联动件20上的限位部21锁定拨轮30,传动机构50固定安装座10的位置,棘轮齿111限定联动件20的转动能力,安装座10与头带主体60之间的相对位置稳定,使头带的大小符合佩戴的要求,保证了头带的稳定性和佩戴的舒适性。
所述头带调节装置81的调节过程大致如下:转动拨轮30使拨轮30上的脱离部31抵接在限位部21上,脱离部31能压迫限位部21使之弯曲形变,进而使限位部21解除与棘轮齿111之间的锁定。所述拨轮30继续带动联动件20转动,同时,联动件20上的传动部23带动传动机构50展开或收拢,使安装座10移动并随着传动机构50的运动而调节与头带主体60之间的相对位置,解锁和调节方便。由于棘轮齿111沿顺时针或逆时针方向分布,当拨轮30带动联动件20向另一方向转动时,联动件20带动限位部21贴着棘轮齿111滑动,传动部23带动传动机构50收拢或展开,调节安装座10与头带主体60之间的容置腔。拨轮30带动联动件20向两侧转动分别对应调节头带的箍紧和松开,达到头带舒适佩戴和适用于不同用户的效果。由于内棘轮11的单向锁定效果,在按压安装座10时可以实现快速的收拢或展开。
如图6和图7所示,在本发明的一个具体实施例中,限位部21包括弹性部211和设置在弹性部211上的锁定部212,且锁定部212沿联动件20的轴向凸出。锁定部212抵靠在内棘轮11上,弹性部211被抵接而使锁定部212与内棘轮11脱开。
进一步地,在限位部21上设置弹性部211。所述弹性部211呈悬臂梁 状,且弹性部211具有弹性形变的特性。所述锁定部212沿联动件20的轴向凸出设在弹性部211上,可以提高限位部21活动范围,使联动件20的布局更加灵活。锁定部212可以凸出联动件20的所处侧面,对联动件20的转动影响小,锁定部212设置成与棘轮齿111相匹配的形状。通过锁定部212与内棘轮11相互锁定,便于与内棘轮11的配合,联动件20转动灵活。
在安装座10上开设有凹陷面13和开通至凹陷面13的避让孔12,凹陷面13为自安装座10的外侧表面向下凹陷形成,拨轮30的外周面部位位于凹陷面13外。设置凹陷面13和避让孔12可以提高拨轮30与手指的接触面积,同时,可以减小拨轮30的外径尺寸,进而减小安装座的尺寸,使拨轮30凸出安装座的表面部分减小,美观性好。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,在弹性部211上沿联动件20的径向凸出设有凸台部213,凸台部213与弹性部211的相交处设置有斜坡。其中,锁定部212可以与凸台部213并排设置,也可以交错设置,而脱离部31凸出设置在拨轮30的内周壁上。转动拨轮30使脱离部31抵接至凸台部213,锁定部212与内棘轮11脱开。
所述脱离部31可设置成弧面形,随着拨轮30的转动,脱离部31的表面可贴合在弹性部211上滑动抵接至凸台部213,也可悬空转动至斜坡处并沿斜坡部滑动抵接至凸台部213,凸台部213的高度大于锁定部212与棘轮齿111之间的锁定高度。所述脱离部31抵接到凸台部213上,弹性部211形变使凸台部213朝向联动件20的轴线方向收缩,锁定部212与内棘轮11脱离,拨轮30可带动联动件20转动。通过脱离部31抵接限位部21使之形成弹性形变,运动稳定性好,可靠性好。
如图5所示,在本发明的一个具体实施例中,在拨轮30上开设有至少一联动槽32,联动件20上设有与联动槽32相对应的转动凸台22,转动凸台22设置于联动槽32中。转动拨轮30时,联动槽32的槽壁抵靠在转动凸台22上,使拨轮30带动联动件20转动,转动力大,连接牢靠。通过联动槽32 与转动凸台22的相互配合,使两者的安装位置确定,装配方便,一致性好。
在转动凸台22与联动槽32之间设有转动空间33,拨轮30沿转动空间33转动时,脱离部31抵接限位部21。其中,转动空间33的圆心角等于脱离部31沿弹性部211滑动至凸台部213所对应弧度的圆心角。
进一步地,所述联动槽32的宽度大于转动凸台22的宽度。当脱离部31需要解锁限位部21时,拨轮30沿转动空间33转动直至抵靠到转动凸台22的侧壁上。同时脱离部31转动并抵接至凸台部213,使限位部21解除对棘轮齿111的锁定,拨轮30和联动件20能连续转动。转动空间33的设置可以提供脱离部31在解锁限位部21时,脱离部31滑动至凸台部213所需的空间。设置在转动凸台22与联动槽32相互配合的空间内,结构紧凑巧妙。当拨轮30带动联动件20向另一侧转动时,联动槽32的侧壁直接贴合在转动凸台22上,带动联动件20转动。
如图7所示,在本发明的一个具体实施例中,所述联动件20设有收容限位部21的开槽24。所述开槽24提供限位部21被抵接而发生位移的空间。进一步地,所述开槽24沿联动件20的外侧表面的径向凹陷,限位部21中的弹性部211从开槽24的一侧壁上凸出,弹性部211的延伸方向可以沿联动件20的切向方向延伸,也可以倾斜设置在开槽24的侧壁上。所述凸台部213朝向联动件20的外侧表面凸出,在弹性部211与开槽24的底面之间设有位移空间。其中,位移空间的高度大于凸台部213的极限位移量。所述开槽24的设置使限位部21设置在联动件20的内部,减小了联动件20的整体尺寸,使头带的尺寸可以优化设计。
如图2所示,在本发明的一个具体实施例中,在安装座10上设有安装轴14,安装轴14的轴线与内棘轮11的轴线重合,联动件20插设在安装轴14上。安装轴14与内棘轮11同轴,联动件20安装在安装轴14上,限位部21锁定抵靠在内棘轮11上。联动件20转动时,限位部21可逐一抵靠在棘轮齿111上,转动平稳。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,传动机构50包括第一齿条带51和第二齿条带52,所述联动件20上的传动部23可为齿轮231,齿轮231啮合至第一齿条带51和第二齿条带52。其中,第一齿条带51和第二齿条带52上分别设有第一啮合齿512和第二啮合齿522。所述联动件20转动带动第一齿条带51和第二齿条带52向两侧展开或收拢。
其中,传动机构50包括但不限于齿条与齿轮的传动,也可以包括链条与链轮的连接,凸轮与连杆的连接、带轮与皮带的连接等传动形式。本发明以齿条与齿轮的传动为例说明。
所述齿轮231同时啮合在第一啮合齿512和第二啮合齿522上,联动件20转动时,齿轮231转动并带动第一齿条带51和第二齿条带52向两侧收拢或展开。由于第一齿条带51和第二齿条带52枢接在头带主体60的两端且不能移动,安装座10在第一齿条带51和第二齿条带52收拢时,朝向眼镜主体80方向移动,缩小容置腔,调节头带与用户的佩戴舒适度。安装座10在第一齿条带51和第二齿条展开时,安装座10远离眼镜主体80方向移动,增大容置腔,用户可以将头带从头部取下,佩戴和调节方便。
如图2和图3所示,在本发明的一个具体实施例中,第一齿条带51和第二齿条带52分别设有第一长槽511和第二长槽521,第一啮合齿512设置在第一长槽511内,第二啮合齿522设置于第二长槽521内,齿轮231与第一啮合齿512和第二啮合齿522同时分别啮合。
在第一齿条带51和第二齿条带52上分别设有第一长槽511和第二长槽521,可以使第一齿条带51与第二齿条带52相互贴合。齿轮231穿过第一长槽511和第二长槽521并同时分别啮合至第一啮合齿512和第二啮合齿522,减小第一齿条带51和第二齿条带52的安装空间,提高安装的紧凑性,减小传动机构50的整体尺寸,方便应用于安装空间小的环境中。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,第一啮合齿512设置在第一长槽511 的一长内侧壁上,第二啮合齿522设置在第二长槽521的一长内侧壁上,第一啮合齿512和第二啮合齿522上下相对设置共同啮合至齿轮231。
在一具体的实施例中,仅在第一长槽511和第二长槽521的一内侧壁设置第一啮合齿512和第二啮合齿522,与第一啮合齿512和第二啮合齿522相对的另一内侧壁设置为直边。其中,当另一内侧壁与齿轮231相切时,齿轮231稳定性好,摆动幅度小。仅设置一侧的第一啮合齿512和第二啮合齿522上下相对设置共同啮合至齿轮231,可以提高第一齿条带51和第二齿条带52的同步性,位移量相同,使齿轮231受力均匀,运行稳定性好。
采用上下双向设置的第一齿条带51和第二齿条带52与齿轮231同时配合转动的方式,当拨轮30转动时,能够通过其上的齿轮231带动第一齿条带51和第二齿条带52往相反的方式转动,调整头带上容置腔的大小,从而实现头带的松紧的功能。
如图2和图3所示,在本发明的一个具体实施例中,在安装座10与联动件20之间安装有阻尼件40。阻尼件40安装在齿轮231与安装座10之间,阻尼件40可采用软胶材质,如橡胶圈等弹性元件。设置阻尼件40可以消除齿轮231与传动机构50啮合过程中产生的间隙,转动平稳,具有相应的摩擦阻力,提升拨轮30转动操作的手感舒适度。
所述安装座10设有盖板70,盖板70位于内棘轮11的相对位置,在盖板70上设有导向槽71,传动机构50限定在导向槽71内。在盖板70上设置有导向轴72,阻尼件40安装在导向轴72上。所述齿轮231插入到第一长槽511和第二长槽521中,导向轴72可沿齿轮231的轴线插入到齿轮231中,并使阻尼件40抵靠在齿轮231上。所述导向槽71设置在导向轴72的两侧,第一齿条带51和第二齿条带52的两外侧壁限定在导向槽71内,齿轮231转动时带动第一齿条带51和第二齿条带52沿导向轴72和导向槽71向两侧展开或收拢,导向性好,移动方向稳定。
如图9所示,根据一示例性实施例示出的一种视频眼镜,包括眼镜主体80和与所述眼镜主体80连接的头带主体60,所述眼镜主体80内安装有视频眼镜主体,所述头带调节装置81装设于所述头带主体60上。眼镜主体80安装到头带主体60上后,与头带调节装置81相对设置在容置腔的两端,即所述眼镜主体80安装在所述头带主体60的前端,而所述头带调节装置81安装在后端。在用户使用时,头带箍紧在头顶上,转动头带调节装置81使之带动传动机构50向两侧展开或收拢,进而使安装座10移动改变容置腔的大小使之眼镜主体80舒适佩戴在当前用户上,调节方便。

  1. 一种用于视频眼镜的头带调节装置,其特征在于,包括:
    安装座,设有内棘轮;
    联动件,安装在所述安装座上,所述联动件设有传动部和具有弹性的至少一限位部,所述至少一限位部抵靠在所述内棘轮的棘轮齿上;
    拨轮,与所述联动件连接并带动所述联动件转动,所述拨轮上设有与所述限位部相对应的脱离部;其中所述拨轮向一侧转动时,所述脱离部抵接所述限位部而使所述限位部脱离对所述内棘轮的锁定;所述拨轮向另一侧转动时,所述限位部贴着所述内棘轮转动;以及
    传动机构,与所述传动部传动配合,其中所述联动件用于带动传动机构而带动头带展开或收拢。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于视频眼镜的头带调节装置,其特征在于,所述限位部包括弹性部和设置在所述弹性部上的锁定部,且所述锁定部沿所述联动件的轴向凸出;所述锁定部抵靠在所述内棘轮上,所述弹性部被抵接而使所述锁定部与所述内棘轮脱开。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于视频眼镜的头带调节装置,其特征在于,所述弹性部上沿径向凸出设有凸台部,而所述脱离部凸出设置在所述拨轮的内周壁上;转动所述拨轮使所述脱离部抵接至所述凸台部,所述锁定部与所述内棘轮脱开。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于视频眼镜的头带调节装置,其特征在于,所述拨轮上开设有联动槽,所述联动件上设有转动凸台,所述转动凸台设置于所述联动槽中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于视频眼镜的头带调节装置,其特征在于,所述转动凸台与所述联动槽之间设有转动空间,所述拨轮沿转动空间转动时,所述脱离部抵接所述限位部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的用于视频眼镜的头带调节装置,其特征在于, 所述转动空间的圆心角等于脱离部沿弹性部滑动至凸台部所对应弧度的圆心角。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的用于视频眼镜的头带调节装置,其特征在于,所述联动件设有收容所述限位部的开槽,所述开槽提供所述限位部被抵接而发生位移的空间。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的用于视频眼镜的头带调节装置,其特征在于,所述安装座上设有安装轴,所述安装轴的轴线与所述内棘轮的轴线重合,所述联动件插设在所述安装轴上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用于视频眼镜的头带调节装置,其特征在于,所述安装座与所述联动件之间安装有阻尼件。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的用于视频眼镜的头带调节装置,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括第一齿条带和第二齿条带,所述传动部为啮合至所述第一齿条带和第二齿条带的齿轮,其中所述第一齿条带和第二齿条带上分别设有第一啮合齿和第二啮合齿;所述联动件转动带动所述第一齿条带和第二齿条带向两侧展开或收拢。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的用于视频眼镜的头带调节装置,其特征在于,所述第一齿条带和第二齿条带分别设有第一长槽和第二长槽,所述第一啮合齿设置在第一长槽内,第二啮合齿设置于第二长槽内,所述齿轮与第一啮合齿和第二啮合齿同时分别啮合。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的用于视频眼镜的头带调节装置,其特征在于,所述第一啮合齿设置在所述第一长槽的一长内侧壁上,所述第二啮合齿设置在所述第二长槽的一长内侧壁上,所述第一啮合齿和第二啮合齿上下相对设置共同啮合至齿轮。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的用于视频眼镜的头带调节装置,其特征在于,所述安装座设有盖板,所述盖板上设有导向槽,所述传动机构限定在所述导向槽内。
  14. 一种用于视频眼镜的头带,其特征在于,包括头带主体以及头带 调节装置;所述头带调节装置包括:
    安装座,设有内棘轮;
    联动件,安装在所述安装座上,所述联动件设有传动部和具有弹性的至少一限位部,所述至少一限位部抵靠在所述内棘轮的棘轮齿上;
    拨轮,与所述联动件连接并带动所述联动件转动,所述拨轮上设有与所述限位部相对应的脱离部;其中所述拨轮向一侧转动时,所述脱离部抵接所述限位部而使所述限位部脱离对所述内棘轮的锁定;所述拨轮向另一侧转动时,所述限位部贴着所述内棘轮转动;以及
    传动机构,与所述传动部传动配合,其中所述联动件用于带动传动机构而带动头带展开或收拢,其中
    所述传动机构的两端枢接在所述头带主体上,所述头带调节装置与头带主体围拢形成容置腔。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的用于视频眼镜的头带,其特征在于,所述限位部包括弹性部和设置在所述弹性部上的锁定部,且所述锁定部沿所述联动件的轴向凸出;所述锁定部抵靠在所述内棘轮上,所述弹性部被抵接而使所述锁定部与所述内棘轮脱开。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的用于视频眼镜的头带,其特征在于,所述弹性部上沿径向凸出设有凸台部,而所述脱离部凸出设置在所述拨轮的内周壁上;转动所述拨轮使所述脱离部抵接至所述凸台部,所述锁定部与所述内棘轮脱开。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的用于视频眼镜的头带,其特征在于,所述拨轮上开设有联动槽,所述联动件上设有转动凸台,所述转动凸台设置于所述联动槽中。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的用于视频眼镜的头带,其特征在于,所述转动凸台与所述联动槽之间设有转动空间,所述拨轮沿转动空间转动时,所述脱离部抵接所述限位部。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的用于视频眼镜的头带,其特征在于,所述 转动空间的圆心角等于脱离部沿弹性部滑动至凸台部所对应弧度的圆心角。
  20. 根据权利要求14所述的用于视频眼镜的头带,其特征在于,所述联动件设有收容所述限位部的开槽,所述开槽提供所述限位部被抵接而发生位移的空间。
  21. 根据权利要求14所述的用于视频眼镜的头带,其特征在于,所述安装座上设有安装轴,所述安装轴的轴线与所述内棘轮的轴线重合,所述联动件插设在所述安装轴上。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的用于视频眼镜的头带,其特征在于,所述安装座与所述联动件之间安装有阻尼件。
  23. 根据权利要求14所述的用于视频眼镜的头带,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括第一齿条带和第二齿条带,所述传动部为啮合至所述第一齿条带和第二齿条带的齿轮,其中所述第一齿条带和第二齿条带上分别设有第一啮合齿和第二啮合齿;所述联动件转动带动所述第一齿条带和第二齿条带向两侧展开或收拢。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的用于视频眼镜的头带,其特征在于,所述第一齿条带和第二齿条带分别设有第一长槽和第二长槽,所述第一啮合齿设置在第一长槽内,第二啮合齿设置于第二长槽内,所述齿轮与第一啮合齿和第二啮合齿同时分别啮合。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的用于视频眼镜的头带,其特征在于,所述第一啮合齿设置在所述第一长槽的一长内侧壁上,所述第二啮合齿设置在所述第二长槽的一长内侧壁上,所述第一啮合齿和第二啮合齿上下相对设置共同啮合至齿轮。
  26. 根据权利要求14所述的用于视频眼镜的头带,其特征在于,所述安装座设有盖板,所述盖板上设有导向槽,所述传动机构限定在所述导向槽内。
  27. 根据权利要求14所述的用于视频眼镜的头带,其特征在于,所述 头带主体包括安装部和连接在安装部两端的连接部,所述传动机构枢接在两连接部上。
  28. 一种视频眼镜,包括眼镜主体和与所述眼镜主体连接的头带主体,其特征在于,所述视频眼镜还包括头带调节装置;所述头带调节装置包括:
    安装座,设有内棘轮;
    联动件,安装在所述安装座上,所述联动件设有传动部和具有弹性的至少一限位部,所述至少一限位部抵靠在所述内棘轮的棘轮齿上;
    拨轮,与所述联动件连接并带动所述联动件转动,所述拨轮上设有与所述限位部相对应的脱离部;其中所述拨轮向一侧转动时,所述脱离部抵接所述限位部而使所述限位部脱离对所述内棘轮的锁定;所述拨轮向另一侧转动时,所述限位部贴着所述内棘轮转动;以及
    传动机构,与所述传动部传动配合,其中所述联动件用于带动传动机构而带动头带展开或收拢;
    所述头带调节装置装设于所述头带主体上。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的视频眼镜,其特征在于,所述限位部包括弹性部和设置在所述弹性部上的锁定部,且所述锁定部沿所述联动件的轴向凸出;所述锁定部抵靠在所述内棘轮上,所述弹性部被抵接而使所述锁定部与所述内棘轮脱开。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的视频眼镜,其特征在于,所述弹性部上沿径向凸出设有凸台部,而所述脱离部凸出设置在所述拨轮的内周壁上;转动所述拨轮使所述脱离部抵接至所述凸台部,所述锁定部与所述内棘轮脱开。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的视频眼镜,其特征在于,所述拨轮上开设有联动槽,所述联动件上设有转动凸台,所述转动凸台设置于所述联动槽中。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的视频眼镜,其特征在于,所述转动凸台与所述联动槽之间设有转动空间,所述拨轮沿转动空间转动时,所述脱离部 抵接所述限位部。
  33. 根据权利要求32所述的视频眼镜,其特征在于,所述转动空间的圆心角等于脱离部沿弹性部滑动至凸台部所对应弧度的圆心角。
  34. 根据权利要求28所述的视频眼镜,其特征在于,所述联动件设有收容所述限位部的开槽,所述开槽提供所述限位部被抵接而发生位移的空间。
  35. 根据权利要求28所述的视频眼镜,其特征在于,所述安装座上设有安装轴,所述安装轴的轴线与所述内棘轮的轴线重合,所述联动件插设在所述安装轴上。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的视频眼镜,其特征在于,所述安装座与所述联动件之间安装有阻尼件。
  37. 根据权利要求28所述的视频眼镜,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括第一齿条带和第二齿条带,所述传动部为啮合至所述第一齿条带和第二齿条带的齿轮,其中所述第一齿条带和第二齿条带上分别设有第一啮合齿和第二啮合齿;所述联动件转动带动所述第一齿条带和第二齿条带向两侧展开或收拢。
  38. 根据权利要求37所述的视频眼镜,其特征在于,所述第一齿条带和第二齿条带分别设有第一长槽和第二长槽,所述第一啮合齿设置在第一长槽内,第二啮合齿设置于第二长槽内,所述齿轮与第一啮合齿和第二啮合齿同时分别啮合。
  39. 根据权利要求38所述的视频眼镜,其特征在于,所述第一啮合齿设置在所述第一长槽的一长内侧壁上,所述第二啮合齿设置在所述第二长槽的一长内侧壁上,所述第一啮合齿和第二啮合齿上下相对设置共同啮合至齿轮。
  40. 根据权利要求28所述的视频眼镜,其特征在于,所述安装座设有盖板,所述盖板上设有导向槽,所述传动机构限定在所述导向槽内。
