Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant la réalisation 7 jours sur 7 et 24 heures sur 24 des transferts de fonds entre les banques (transfert de fonds électronique : EFT), qui ne peuvent pas être effectués en dehors des heures de travail de l'institution d'autorité monétaire (banque centrale, banque de réserve, etc.) d'un pays ou d'un groupe de pays. Le procédé est généralement caractérisé en ce qu'il contient les étapes de transaction suivantes : la soumission de la demande de transfert de fonds entre les banques (l l), la somme qu'on souhaite transférer et les informations de récepteur au système (l) par l'expéditeur (2) par l'intermédiaire d'un canal de communication (5) du système (l) ; la soumission des informations de compte bancaire du système (l), la somme d'argent (la somme à transférer + commission de transaction du système) qu'on souhaite transférer au compte du système (l) et de la notification du système (12) contenant d'autres informations relatives au procédé de transfert de fonds par le système (l) à l'expéditeur (2) par l'intermédiaire du canal de communication (5) mentionné ; le guidage de l'expéditeur (2) vers le canal de service de la banque A (3) (la banque avec le compte de l'expéditeur (3.2)); la réalisation d'un transfert de fonds dans la banque (14) par l'expéditeur (2) depuis son compte (3.2) à la banque A (3) au compte du système à la banque 1 (3.1) à hauteur de la somme à transférer + la commission de transaction du système ; la notification du système (l) par la banque A (3) par rapport à l'argent reçu par le compte ; la réalisation du transfert de fonds à l'intérieur de la banque (14) dans la quantité demandée par l'expéditeur (2), de son compte (4.1) dans la banque B (4) (la banque avec le compte du récepteur (4.2)) au compte du récepteur (4.2) par le système (l) recevant la notification de la banque mentionnée (15); le service de confirmation de transaction (16) à l'expéditeur (2) et/ou au récepteur lorsque le montant demandé par l'expéditeur (2) est versé dans le compte du récepteur (4.2).
