Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'annonces immobilières à réalité augmentée sur la base de localisations. Ledit procédé vise à faciliter la publicité et la visualisation des propriétés, que ce soit pour une vente ou pour une location. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : fournir une base de données des propriétés contenant les détails relatifs aux propriétés, ainsi que des photographies et/ou des vidéos d'une propriété particulière, les photographies/vidéos ayant été prises par une caméra à 360 degrés de manière à capturer sensiblement toutes les zones dans et autour de la propriété; permettre à un utilisateur de faire part de ses critères en matière de propriétés dignes d'intérêt; et permettre à un utilisateur de sélectionner un mode de réalité augmentée. Dans le mode de réalité augmentée, le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : déterminer la position du dispositif mobile de l'utilisateur; déterminer les propriétés qui correspondent aux critères de l'utilisateur; et afficher la localisation des propriétés qui correspondent aux critères de l'utilisateur. Le procédé permet à l'utilisateur de sélectionner un mode de réalité virtuelle lui permettant de visualiser et de manipuler les photographies/vidéos de la propriété afin d'émuler une expérience de réalité virtuelle.
