背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们越来越注重自己的生活质量,早上或休闲的时候喝杯咖啡已是咖啡爱好者的必须。传统的制作咖啡的方式,大都是将烧好的热水倒进水杯里以冲泡水杯内的咖啡粉,这样泡出的咖啡味道一般,无法满足对咖啡味道要求严格的人,因此胶囊咖啡机逐渐进入人们的视线 。但是现有的 胶囊 咖啡机一般体型庞大,只能摆放在家里使用,不利于人们随身携带,当人们外出旅游时便不能随时随地喝到刚冲泡好的咖啡。另外,有的胶囊咖啡机虽然体型较小,便于用户携带,但是,用户想喝咖啡时需要手动加压以产生高压水,才能冲泡出香味浓郁的咖啡,这也限制了咖啡机的使用。
发明 内容
本 发明 的目的 在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种 便携式胶囊咖啡机,该咖啡机不但结构简单、体型较小,便于用户携带,满足用户随时随地喝咖啡的需求,而且冲泡咖啡时能自动产生高压水,冲泡出的咖啡香味浓郁。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
提供一种 便携式胶囊咖啡机,包括依次连接的第一腔体、第二腔体及水杯;所述第一腔体内设有水箱及用于给水箱加热的加热装置;第二腔体内设有电池、水泵、胶囊仓及刺穿结构,所述胶囊仓内设有刺穿刀,胶囊仓的底部与刺穿结构可拆卸连接,水泵的进水口及出水口分别与水箱及胶囊仓连通,刺穿结构用于刺穿置于胶囊仓内的咖啡胶囊的底部并将咖啡胶囊与水杯连通;电池用于给加热装置及水泵供电。
上述方案中,通过将 水箱及加热装置设于第一腔体内,将电池、水泵、胶囊仓及刺穿结构设于第二腔体内,并将第一腔体、第二腔体及水杯依次连接,使得该咖啡机的体型较小,便于携带;通过设置水泵,使得水箱内的热水经过水泵后自动变成高压水,高压水能从咖啡胶囊顶部被刺穿刀刺穿的位置处流入咖啡胶囊内,当咖啡胶囊内的压力达到一定值时,刺穿结构刺穿咖啡胶囊的底部,使得咖啡胶囊内冲泡好的香味浓郁的咖啡液流经刺穿结构进入水杯内。
优选地, 所述刺穿结构包括刺穿座、凸起及通孔;所述凸起设于刺穿座的上表面上并用于刺穿位于胶囊仓内的咖啡胶囊的底部;所述通孔贯穿刺穿座并用于连通咖啡胶囊及水杯。当凸起与位于刺穿结构上方的咖啡胶囊的底部接触时给咖啡胶囊的底部施加压力,当咖啡胶囊内的压力达到一定值时,凸起刺穿咖啡胶囊的底部,咖啡胶囊内冲泡好的咖啡液从通孔流出到水杯内。这样设置,使得 咖啡胶囊内的咖啡液能顺利流出,减少用户的等待时间。
优选地, 所述通孔设于凸起上,且凸起为空心结构;或者,所述凸起及通孔交错设于刺穿座上。这两种方案均能实现该刺穿结构的刺穿及导流功能。进一步优选地,所述凸起及通孔呈格网排列。这样设置使刺穿结构整体受力均衡,能防止受力不均带来的刺穿效果不佳及导流效果差等问题出现。
优选地,所述凸起呈梯形体结构。这样设置使得同样的压力下,凸起给咖啡胶囊的底部施加的压强大,利于咖啡胶囊底部的刺穿。

优选地,所述电池可拆卸地设于第二容纳腔内。当用户携带该胶囊咖啡机外出时,可以多备几块电池,以满足随时制作咖啡的需求。进一步优选地,所述电池与第二容纳腔之间设有防水圈。防水圈的设置能够更好地保护电池,防止电池进水。
优选地,所述开口呈椭圆形结构,开口具有两端口,一端口与水泵的出水口连通,另一端口位于支架结构底部的中心。这样设置便于将水从支架结构的侧壁引流到支架结构的中心,以防后面冲泡咖啡时冲击力在支架结构的侧壁导致的咖啡机倾倒。
优选地,所述第一容纳腔内设有两个相对的用于固定水泵的固定板。将水泵置于两个固定板之间,防止水泵的马达工作时带动水泵晃动,进而导致与水泵的进水口及出水口连接的结构松动,致使水泵的进水口及出水口处漏水。
优选地,所述支架结构还包括用于固定水泵的固定圈,所述固定圈与第一容纳腔连接。固定圈套在水泵的外侧后,将固定圈的两侧通过螺钉与第一容纳腔连接,能进一步固定水泵,防止水泵晃动。
优选地,第一腔体的顶部设有排气口及罩体,罩体呈镂空结构并罩设于排气口上。排气口的设置便于排出胶囊咖啡机内的水蒸气,罩体的设置能防止胶囊咖啡机倾斜时,热水直接喷射出来伤到使用者。

上述方案中,通过将 水箱及加热装置设于第一腔体内,将电池、水泵、胶囊仓及胶囊仓底座设于第二腔体内,并将第一腔体、第二腔体及水杯依次连接,使得该咖啡机的体型较小,便于携带;通过设置水泵,使得水箱内的热水经过水泵后自动变成高压水,高压水能从胶囊仓顶部进入胶囊仓内冲泡胶囊仓内的咖啡粉,胶囊仓内冲泡好的香味浓郁的咖啡液流经胶囊仓底座进入水杯内。

优选地,所述胶囊仓内设有用于刺穿咖啡胶囊顶部的刺穿刀。当在胶囊仓内放置咖啡胶囊时,刺穿刀能够刺穿咖啡胶囊的顶部,省去了在咖啡胶囊的顶部预先开设孔的步骤,给使用者提供便利。

本实施例中,加热装置300为设置在水箱200底部的PTC加热片。
其中,所述刺穿结构700包括刺穿座71、凸起72及通孔73;所述凸起72设于刺穿座71的上表面上并用于刺穿位于胶囊仓600内的咖啡胶囊的底部;所述通孔73贯穿刺穿座71并用于连通咖啡胶囊及水杯100。当凸起72与位于刺穿结构700上方的咖啡胶囊的底部接触时给咖啡胶囊底部施加压力,当咖啡胶囊内的压力达到一定值时,凸起72刺穿咖啡胶囊的底部,咖啡胶囊内冲泡好的咖啡液从通孔73流出到水杯100内。这样设置,使得 咖啡胶囊内的咖啡液能顺利流出,减少用户的等待时间。
另外,所述刺穿结构700还包括刺穿座座体74,刺穿座71嵌设于刺穿座座体74内,刺穿座座体74的底部设有咖啡液流出口。其中,可将刺穿座座体74与胶囊仓600的底部螺纹连接或带锁扣的卡扣连接,使得刺穿结构700上的凸起72与咖啡胶囊的底部紧密接触,便于凸起72刺穿咖啡胶囊的底部。本实施例中,将刺穿座座体74与胶囊仓600的底部螺纹连接,这样设置还能防止咖啡胶囊内的压强太大时将刺穿结构700抵出,使得刺穿结构700不能完全刺穿咖啡胶囊的底部,致使咖啡液不能流畅流出。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,包括依次连接的第一腔体、第二腔体及水杯(100);所述第一腔体内设有水箱(200)及用于给水箱(200)加热的加热装置(300);第二腔体内设有电池(400)、水泵(500)、胶囊仓(600)及刺穿结构(700),所述胶囊仓(600)内设有刺穿刀(61),胶囊仓(600)的底部与刺穿结构(700)可拆卸连接,水泵(500)的进水口及出水口分别与水箱(200)及胶囊仓(600)连通,刺穿结构(700)用于刺穿置于胶囊仓(600)内的咖啡胶囊的底部并将咖啡胶囊与水杯(100)连通;电池(400)用于给加热装置(300)及水泵(500)供电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,所述刺穿结构(700)包括刺穿座(71)、凸起(72)及通孔(73);所述凸起(72)设于刺穿座(71)的上表面上并用于刺穿位于胶囊仓(600)内的咖啡胶囊的底部;所述通孔(73)贯穿刺穿座(71)并用于连通咖啡胶囊及水杯(100)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,所述通孔(73)设于凸起(72)上,且凸起(72)为空心结构;或者,所述凸起(72)及通孔(73)交错设于刺穿座(71)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,所述凸起(72)及通孔(73)呈格网排列。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,所述凸起(72)呈梯形体结构。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,所述刺穿结构(700)还包括刺穿座座体(74),刺穿座(71)嵌设于刺穿座座体(74)内,刺穿座座体(74)的底部设有咖啡液流出口。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,所述刺穿座座体(74)与胶囊仓(600)的底部螺纹连接或带锁扣的卡扣连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,所述刺穿刀(61)包括刺穿刀底座(611)及设于刺穿刀底座(611)上的刀片(612);所述刺穿刀底座(611)为圆环结构,刺穿刀底座(611)嵌设于胶囊仓(600)的顶部;胶囊仓(600)的顶部设有与水泵(500)的出水口相通的孔,圆环结构的内环与胶囊仓(600)顶部的孔正对。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,所述刀片(612)环绕刺穿刀底座(611)设置。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,所述刀片(612)的刀锋呈倾斜结构。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,所述胶囊仓(600)的底部边缘向外延伸。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,第二腔体内设有支架结构(800),所述支架结构(800)包括竖直的第一容纳腔(81)及第二容纳腔(82),水泵(500)及电池(400)分别固定安装在第一容纳腔(81)和第二容纳腔(82)内;所述第一容纳腔(81)的底部设有开口(811),水泵(500)的出水口通过开口(811)与胶囊仓(600)连通;水泵(500)及电池(400)安装进支架结构(800)后整体呈近似圆柱体结构。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,所述水泵(500)呈L型结构,水泵(500)的进水口及出水口并列设于L型的水平方向上。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,所述电池(400)可拆卸地设于第二容纳腔(82)内。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,所述电池(400)与第二容纳腔(82)之间设有防水圈(41)。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,所述开口(811)呈椭圆形结构,开口(811)具有两端口,一端口与水泵(500)的出水口连通,另一端口位于支架结构(800)底部的中心。
  17. 根据权利要求12所述的一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,所述第一容纳腔(81)内设有两个相对的用于固定水泵(500)的固定板(51)。
  18. 根据权利要求12所述的一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,所述支架结构(800)还包括用于固定水泵(500)的固定圈(52),所述固定圈(52)与第一容纳腔(81)连接。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,第一腔体的顶部设有排气口(1)及罩体(2),罩体(2)呈镂空结构并罩设于排气口(1)上。
  20. 根据权利要求1至19任一项述的一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,所述便携式胶囊咖啡机还包括单向阀(900),水泵(500)的出水口通过单向阀(900)与胶囊仓(600)连通。
  21. 一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,包括依次连接的第一腔体、第二腔体及水杯(100);所述第一腔体内设有水箱(200)及用于给水箱(200)加热的加热装置(300);第二腔体内设有电池(400)、水泵(500)、胶囊仓(600)及胶囊仓底座,胶囊仓底座与胶囊仓(600)可拆卸连接并将胶囊仓(600)与水杯(100)连通,水泵(500)的进水口及出水口分别与水箱(200)及胶囊仓(600)连通;电池(400)用于给加热装置(300)及水泵(500)供电。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,所述胶囊仓底座为刺穿结构(700),刺穿结构(700)用于刺穿置于胶囊仓(600)内的咖啡胶囊的底部并将咖啡胶囊与水杯(100)连通。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的一种便携式胶囊咖啡机,其特征在于,所述胶囊仓(600)内设有用于刺穿咖啡胶囊顶部的刺穿刀(61)。
