Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing a composite (100) of two or more planar substrates with different coefficients of thermal expansion, preferably polycarbonate and glass, at room temperature, comprising the following steps: providing a doubled-sided adhesive film (2) in a working chamber (11) and removing the protective film (3) on the first side of said double-sided adhesive film; providing a first planar substrate (5) in the working chamber (11), at a distance above the first side of the double-sided adhesive film (2); evacuating the working chamber (11); compressing the first substrate (5) and the double-sided adhesive film (2) with the aid of a compression means (8); providing a second planar substrate (9) in the working chamber (11), at a distance above the second side of the film (2), and removing the protective film (10) on the second side of the film (2); and compressing the second substrate (9) with the film (2) with the aid of the compression means (8).
