本实施例通过在运行应用程序或应用程序进行数据通信时,获取应用程序关联的SIM卡,判断当前进行数据通信的SIM卡是否为应用程序关联的SIM卡,在当前进行数据通信的SIM卡不是应用程序关联的SIM卡时,将当前进行数据通信的SIM卡切换为应用程序关联的SIM卡。由于预先将该应用程序与该终端中的某张SIM卡关联,当运行该应用程序时,优先使用该应用程序关联的SIM卡的数据流量,实现对该终端中不同SIM卡的数据流量合理使用。

本实施例通过在运行应用程序时,实时或定时获取应用程序的数据流量使用量,判断数据流量使用量是否超过应用程序对应的预设流量阈值,在数据流量使用量超过应用程序对应的预设流量阈值时,切换应用程序关联的SIM卡。由于预先将该应用程序与该终端中的某张SIM卡关联,并预先设置该应用程序对应的预设流量阈值,当运行该应用程序时,实时或定时获取应用程序关联的SIM卡的数据流量使用量,在该应用程序关联的SIM卡的数据流量使用量超过该应用程序对应的预设流量阈值时,切换该应用程序关联的SIM卡,实现对该终端中不同SIM卡的数据流量合理使用。

在本实施例中,终端中应用程序数量可以大于一个,终端中SIM卡数量可以大于一个;分类模块10对终端中的大于一个应用程序进行分类,可以按照大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序的应用类型进行分类,如在线音乐类的应用程序或者社交类的应用程序,也可以按照大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序的流量使用信息进行分类,如流量消耗较大的应用程序。并可通过服务信息确定终端中大于一张SIM卡中每张SIM卡的流量信息,其中,该流量信息为每张SIM卡在当前计费周期内的流量信息,即该流量信息中记载了每张SIM卡在当前计费周期内的流量,例如原始流量或者剩余流量。

在将终端中大于一个应用程序进行分类,并确定该终端中大于一张SIM卡中每张SIM卡的流量信息后,分配模块20可将分类后的大于一个应用程序与大于一张SIM卡中每张SIM卡的流量信息一一匹配,为分类后的大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序分配对应的SIM卡,将分类后的应用程序的ID信息及为其分配的SIM卡的接入点信息进行绑定,生成对应关系,将绑定后的ID信息、接入点信息以及对应关系记录在终端的匹配列表中。当运行某个分类后的应用程序时,可获取该分类后的应用程序的ID信息,通过查表获取与该ID信息关联的接入点信息,获取与该分类后的应用程序匹配的SIM卡,从而使得该分类后的应用程序优先使用该匹配的SIM卡的数据流量。其中,该终端的管理软件可根据大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序的ID信息以及大于一张SIM卡中每张SIM卡的接入点信息生成匹配列表,分别记录大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序与大于一张SIM卡中每张SIM卡的对应关系。例如,将应用程序A确定为在线音乐类型的应用程序,并获取到用户手机的SIM卡1的原始数据流量比较大,则将该应用程序A与该SIM卡1关联,使得该应用程序A优先使用该SIM卡1的数据流量。
本实施例分类模块10将终端中大于一个应用程序进行分类,并确定所述终端中大于一张SIM卡中每张SIM卡的流量信息,分配模块20将大于一张SIM卡中每张SIM卡的流量信息与分类后的大于一个应用程序进行匹配,为分类后的大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序分配SIM卡,以控制分类后的大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序对分配的SIM卡数据流量的使用。由于预先将该应用程序与该终端中的某张SIM卡关联,当运行该应用程序时,优先使用该应用程序关联的SIM卡的数据流量,实现对该终端中不同SIM卡的数据流量合理使用。

当该应用程序的ID信息与该当前正在进行数据通信的SIM卡的接入点信息不一致时,可表明该前正在进行数据通信的SIM卡不是SIM卡,第一切换模块50可将该当前正在进行数据通信的SIM卡的数据流量开关关闭,打开该应用程序关联的SIM卡的数据流量开关,从而将该当前正在进行数据通信的SIM卡切换为应用程序关联的SIM卡。
本实施例通过在运行应用程序或应用程序进行数据通信时,获取应用程序关联的SIM卡,判断当前进行数据通信的SIM卡是否为应用程序关联的SIM卡,在当前进行数据通信的SIM卡不是应用程序关联的SIM卡时,将当前进行数据通信的SIM卡切换为应用程序关联的SIM卡。由于预先将该应用程序与该终端中的某张SIM卡关联,当运行该应用程序时,优先使用该应用程序关联的SIM卡的数据流量,实现对该终端中不同SIM卡的数据流量合理使用。
可选地,基于第一实施例或第一实施例的任一可选实施方式,本发明第三实施例提供了数据流量的使用控制装置,在本实施例中,参照图10,所述数据流量的使用控制装置还可包括:第二获取模块60、第二判断模块70及第二切换模块80。
所述第二获取模块60,设置为:在运行所述大于一个应用程序中第二应用程序时,实时或定时获取所述第二应用程序的数据流量使用量;
所述第二判断模块70,设置为:判断所述数据流量使用量是否超过所述第二应用程序对应的预设流量阈值;
在本实施例中,在运行该应用程序时,第二获取模块60可实时或者定时 通过获取应用程序的数据流量使用量,第二判断模块70判断该数据流量使用量是否超过该应用程序对应的预设流量阈值。其中,该预设流量阈值可以是用户自己设定的,也可以是由终端通过计算得到的。
所述第二切换模块80,设置为:在所述数据流量使用量超过所述第二应用程序对应的预设流量阈值时,切换所述第二应用程序关联的SIM卡,例如,更新为所述第二应用程序分配的SIM卡。
在该应用程序的数据流量使用量超过预设流量阈值时,可关闭该应用程序关联的SIM卡的数据流量开关,打开该终端中的其他SIM卡的数据流量开关,停止使用该应用程序关联的SIM卡的数据流量,第二切换模块80切换至使用其他SIM卡的数据流量。同时,在该应用程序的数据流量使用量超过该应用程序对应预设流量阈值时,可推送提示信息,以提醒用户。
本实施例通过在运行应用程序时,实时或定时获取应用程序的数据流量使用量,判断数据流量使用量是否超过应用程序对应的预设流量阈值,在数据流量使用量超过应用程序对应的预设流量阈值时,切换应用程序关联的SIM卡。由于预先将该应用程序与该终端中的某张SIM卡关联,并预先设置该应用程序对应的预设流量阈值,当运行该应用程序时,实时或定时获取应用程序关联的SIM卡的数据流量使用量,在该应用程序关联的SIM卡的数据流量使用量超过该应用程序对应的预设流量阈值时,切换该应用程序关联的SIM卡,实现对该终端中不同SIM卡的数据流量合理使用。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被执行时实现上述数据流量的使用控制方法。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以使用计算机程序流程来实现,所述计算机程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,所述计算机程序在相应的硬件平台上(如系统、设备、装置、器件、处理器等)执行,在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用集成电路来实现,这些步骤可以被分别制作成一个个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元可以采用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,也可以分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
本领域的普通技术人员可以理解,可以对本申请的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本申请技术方案的精神和范围。本申请的保护范围以权利要求所定义的范围为准。
工业实用性
本发明实施例通过将终端中大于一个应用程序进行分类,并确定所述终端中大于一张SIM卡中每张SIM卡的流量信息;将所述大于一张SIM卡中每张SIM卡的流量信息与分类后的所述大于一个应用程序进行匹配,为分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序分配所述大于一张SIM卡中的SIM卡,以控制分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序对分配的SIM卡数据流量的使用。由于预先将该应用程序与该终端中的某张SIM卡关联,当运行该应用程序时,优先使用该应用程序关联的SIM卡的数据流量,实现对该终端中不同SIM卡的数据流量合理使用。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种数据流量的使用控制方法,所述数据流量的使用控制方法包括:
    将终端中大于一个应用程序进行分类,并确定所述终端中大于一张SIM卡中每张SIM卡的流量信息;
    将所述大于一张SIM卡中每张SIM卡的流量信息与分类后的所述大于一个应用程序进行匹配,为分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序分配所述大于一张SIM卡中的SIM卡,以控制分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序对分配的SIM卡数据流量的使用。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的数据流量的使用控制方法,其中,
    所述将终端中大于一个应用程序进行分类包括:根据应用类型对所述终端中大于一个应用程序进行分类;
    所述将所述大于一张SIM卡中每张SIM卡的流量信息与分类后的所述大于一个应用程序进行匹配,为分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序分配所述大于一张SIM卡中的SIM卡,以控制分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序对分配的SIM卡数据流量的使用的步骤包括:
    将根据应用类型分类后的所述大于一个应用程序进行分组,并根据分组结果以及所述大于一张SIM卡中每张SIM卡的流量信息为根据应用类型分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序分配所述大于一张SIM卡中的SIM卡;
    关联根据应用类型分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序及为该应用程序分配的SIM卡,以控制根据应用类型分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序对分配的SIM卡数据流量的使用。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的数据流量的使用控制方法,其中,
    所述将终端中大于一个应用程序进行分类包括:根据流量使用信息对所述终端中大于一个应用程序进行分类;
    所述将所述大于一张SIM卡中每张SIM卡的流量信息与分类后的所述大于一个应用程序进行匹配,为分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序分配所述大于一张SIM卡中的SIM卡,以控制分类后的所述大于一个 应用程序中每个应用程序对分配的SIM卡数据流量的使用的步骤包括:
    将根据流量使用信息分类后的所述大于一个应用程序进行排序,根据排序结果以及所述大于一张SIM卡中每张SIM卡的流量信息为根据流量使用信息分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序分配所述大于一张SIM卡中的SIM卡;
    关联根据流量使用信息分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序及为该应用程序分配的SIM卡,以控制根据流量使用信息分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序对分配的SIM卡数据流量的使用。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的数据流量的使用控制方法,所述将所述大于一张SIM卡中每张SIM卡的流量信息与分类后的所述大于一个应用程序进行匹配,为分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序分配所述大于一张SIM卡中的SIM卡,以控制分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序对分配的SIM卡数据流量的使用的步骤之后,所述数据流量的使用控制方法还包括:
    在运行所述大于一个应用程序中第一应用程序或在所述第一应用程序进行数据通信时,获取为所述第一应用程序分配的第一SIM卡;
    判断当前进行数据通信的SIM卡是否为所述第一SIM卡;
    在当前进行数据通信的SIM卡不是所述第一SIM卡时,将当前进行数据通信的SIM卡切换为所述第一SIM卡。
  5. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的数据流量的使用控制方法,所述将所述大于一张SIM卡中每张SIM卡的流量信息与分类后的所述大于一个应用程序进行匹配,为分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序分配所述大于一张SIM卡中的SIM卡,以控制分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序对分配的SIM卡数据流量的使用的步骤之后,所述数据流量的使用控制方法还包括:
    在运行所述大于一个应用程序中第二应用程序时,实时或定时获取所述第二应用程序的数据流量使用量;
    判断所述数据流量使用量是否超过所述第二应用程序对应的预设流量阈 值;
    在所述数据流量使用量超过所述第二应用程序对应的预设流量阈值时,更新为所述第二应用程序分配的SIM卡。
  6. 一种数据流量的使用控制装置,所述数据流量的使用控制装置包括:
    分类模块,设置为:将终端中大于一个应用程序进行分类,并确定所述终端中大于一张SIM卡中每张SIM卡的流量信息;
    分配模块,设置为:将所述大于一张SIM卡中每张SIM卡的流量信息与分类后的所述大于一个应用程序进行匹配,为分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序分配所述大于一张SIM卡中的SIM卡,以控制分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序对分配的SIM卡数据流量的使用。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的数据流量的使用控制装置,其中,
    所述分类模块是设置为:根据应用类型对所述终端中大于一个应用程序进行分类;
    所述分配模块包括:
    第一分配单元,设置为:将根据应用类型分类后的所述大于一个应用程序进行分组,并根据分组结果以及所述大于一张SIM卡中每张SIM卡的流量信息为根据应用类型分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序分配所述大于一张SIM卡中的SIM卡;
    第一关联单元,设置为:关联根据应用类型分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序及为该应用程序分配的SIM卡,以控制根据应用类型分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序对分配的SIM卡数据流量的使用。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的数据流量的使用控制装置,其中,
    所述分类模块是设置为:根据流量使用信息对所述终端中大于一个应用程序进行分类;
    所述分配模块包括:
    第二分配单元,设置为:将根据流量使用信息分类后的所述大于一个应 用程序进行排序,根据排序结果以及所述大于一张SIM卡中每张SIM卡的流量信息为根据流量使用信息分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序分配所述大于一张SIM卡中的SIM卡;
    第二关联单元,设置为:关联根据流量使用信息分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序及为该应用程序分配的SIM卡,以控制根据流量使用信息分类后的所述大于一个应用程序中每个应用程序对分配的SIM卡数据流量的使用。
  9. 如权利要求6至8任一项所述的数据流量的使用控制装置,所述数据流量的使用控制装置还包括:
    第一获取模块,设置为:在运行所述大于一个应用程序中第一应用程序或在所述第一应用程序进行数据通信时,获取为所述第一应用程序分配的第一SIM卡;
    第一判断模块,设置为:判断当前进行数据通信的SIM卡是否为所述第一SIM卡;
    第一切换模块,设置为:在当前进行数据通信的SIM卡不是所述第一SIM卡时,将当前进行数据通信的SIM卡切换为所述第一SIM卡。
  10. 如权利要求6至8任一项所述的数据流量的使用控制装置,所述数据流量的使用控制装置还包括:
    第二获取模块,设置为:在运行所述大于一个应用程序中第二应用程序时,实时或定时获取所述第二应用程序的数据流量使用量;
    第二判断模块,设置为:判断所述数据流量使用量是否超过所述第二应用程序对应的预设流量阈值;
    第二切换模块,设置为:在所述数据流量使用量超过所述第二应用程序对应的预设流量阈值时,更新为所述第二应用程序分配的SIM卡。
  11. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被执行时实现如权利要求1至5中任一权利要求所述的数据流量的使用控制方法。
