[0040] 相较于现有技术, 本发明所述医疗质量控制系统及方法采用上述技术方案, 达 到了如下技术效果: 采用对医疗流程进行分割并对单独医疗行为进行医疗质量 控制, 因此能够实现医疗质量控制的简单化、 低成本、 高效率、 客观性和及吋 性; 采用医疗行为的标准临床路径对医疗质量进行控制, 从而避免了因不同医 师个人针对某一疾病可能采用的不同治疗方案, 避免了医疗行为的随意性, 减 少了医疗行为中发生的差错, 提高了医疗行为的准确性、 医疗预后的可评估性 ; 通过分析每个医疗行为的质量指标并对超过阀值的质量指标通过医疗预警信 息至传递给医生或者相关责任人, 从而实现实吋控制医疗行为的医疗质量。
Claims
[权利要求 1] 一种医疗质量控制系统, 应用于网络医院平台中, 该网络医院平台通 过数据库链接连接有医疗信息库, 并通过通信网路连接有多个医疗工 作站以及患者终端, 其特征在于, 所述医疗质量控制系统包括: 医疗 流程分割模块, 用于将医疗流程分割为多个医疗环节, 每个医疗环节 对应医疗流程中的一个医疗行为, 以及将每一个医疗行为显示在所述 患者终端上以供患者选择所需的医疗行为; 医疗行为执行模块, 用于 为患者所选择的医疗行为生成一个医疗序列号, 根据该医疗序列号从 所述医疗信息库中导入该医疗行为的临床路径, 将该医疗行为的临床 路径发送至所述医疗序列号对应的医生工作站供医生执行医疗行为, 以及从该医生工作站实吋获取执行该医疗行为的医疗信息; 医疗质量 控制模块, 用于对患者所选择的医疗行为的医疗信息进行明细数据分 析得到该医疗行为的质量指标, 判断该医疗行为的质量指标是否超过 标准阈值, 当该医疗行为的质量指标超过标准阈值吋, 通过通信网路 发送医疗预警信息至所述医生工作站通知医生为该医疗行为纠错。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的医疗质量控制系统, 其特征在于, 该系统还包括 电子病历生成模块, 该电子病历生成模块用于当患者所选择的医疗行 为的质量指标没有超过标准阈值吋, 将该医疗行为的医疗信息按预定 格式生成该医疗行为的电子病历, 将该医疗行为的电子病历存储在网 络医院平台的存储器中, 以及将该医疗行为的电子病历发送至所述患 者终端供患者査阅。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 1所述的医疗质量控制系统, 其特征在于, 所述医疗行为 执行模块还用于实吋监测所述网络医院平台是否从所述患者终端接收 到患者选择的医疗行为。
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 1所述的医疗质量控制系统, 其特征在于, 所述医疗行为 包括挂号、 缴费、 就诊、 住院、 会诊、 出院和复诊, 每一个医生工作 站对应有一种医疗行为并分配有该种医疗行为对应的 IP地址。
[权利要求 5] 如权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的医疗质量控制系统, 其特征在于, 所述
医疗质量控制模块包括因素分析子模块以及质量指标分析模块, 所述 因素分析子模块用于对患者所选择的医疗行为的医疗信息的明细数据 进行纵向数据挖掘分析医疗行为的影响因素, 所述质量指标分析模块 用于对该医疗行为的影响因素进行横向比较得到医疗行为的质量指标
[权利要求 6] —种医疗质量控制方法, 应用于网络医院平台中, 该网络医院平台通 过数据库链接连接有医疗信息库, 并通过通信网路连接有多个医疗工 作站以及患者终端, 其特征在于, 所述医疗质量控制方法包括步骤: 将医疗流程分割为多个医疗环节, 每个医疗环节对应医疗流程中的一 个医疗行为; 将每一个医疗行为显示在所述患者终端上以供患者选择 所需的医疗行为; 为患者所选择的医疗行为生成一个医疗序列号, 并 根据该医疗序列号从所述医疗信息库中导入该医疗行为的临床路径; 将该医疗行为的临床路径发送至所述医疗序列号对应的医生工作站供 医生执行医疗行为, 并从该医生工作站实吋获取执行该医疗行为的医 疗信息; 对患者所选择的医疗行为的医疗信息进行明细数据分析得到 该医疗行为的质量指标; 判断患者所选择的医疗行为的质量指标是否 超过标准阈值; 当患者所选择的医疗行为的质量指标超过标准阈值吋 , 通过通信网路发送医疗预警信息至所述医生工作站通知医生为该医 疗行为纠错。
[权利要求 7] 如权利要求 6所述的医疗质量控制方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括 步骤: 当患者所选择的医疗行为的质量指标没有超过标准阈值吋, 将 该医疗行为的医疗信息按预定格式生成该医疗行为的电子病历; 将所 述医疗行为的电子病历存储在所述网络医院平台的存储器中; 将所述 医疗行为的电子病历发送至所述患者终端供患者査阅。
[权利要求 8] 如权利要求 6所述的医疗质量控制方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包括 步骤: 实吋监测所述网络医院平台是否从所述患者终端接收到患者选 择的医疗行为。
