Abstract
一种红外框侧插结构,其包括整机边框(1)和红外框(2),整机边框(1)上设有可供红外框(2)插入的插槽(3)以及设于插槽(3)的槽口(4)处的翻盖(5),红外框(2)通过槽口(4)插入插槽(3)内。另外,包括一种使用该红外框侧插结构的触摸装置。通过在整机边框(1)上设置可供红外框(2)插入的插槽(3),能使红外框(2)整体快速装入整机边框(1)内,提高了生产效率;在插槽(3)的槽口(4)处设置翻盖(5),可以防止红外框(2)从插槽(3)中脱出,保证了触摸控制的准确性,后期维护也只需将翻盖(5)打开,从插槽(3)中取出红外框(2)单独维修即可,而不需要拆卸整机,使得后期维修更为方便。
Description
本实用新型涉及电子技术领域,具体涉及一种红外框侧插结构及其触摸装置。
红外框是实现人机交互的电子配件,通过横竖交叉的红外线矩阵形成的探测网来检测并定位用户的触点,从而实现对机器的触摸控制。目前用红外框实现人机交互的电子装置通常包括整机边框和后壳,组装时,一般都是将红外框和其他电子部件安装在整机边框和后壳所围成的腔体内,后期红外框需要维修时,基本上需要拆卸整个电子装置。因而这样的组装方式较为麻烦,产线组装效率低,而且红外框后期维护也会比较麻烦。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能实现红外框快速装入且后期维护方便的红外框侧插结构。另外,还提供一种使用该红外框侧插结构的触摸装置。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种红外框侧插结构,其包括整机边框和红外框,所述整机边框上设有可供所述红外框插入的插槽以及设于所述插槽的槽口处的翻盖,所述红外框通过所述槽口插入所述插槽内。
上述的红外框侧插结构中,所述翻盖与所述整机边框可转动连接。
上述的红外框侧插结构中,所述翻盖与所述整机边框之间设有多个弹簧片。
上述的红外框侧插结构中,所述翻盖包括翻盖部、转动部和扣接部,所述转动部与所述翻盖部连接,所述扣接部设于所述转动部的一侧并与所述整机边框扣接,所述转动部的另一侧与所述弹簧片相抵靠。
上述的红外框侧插结构中,所述整机边框是由四条两两相邻的框边分别相互垂直相接组成的方形边框。
上述的红外框侧插结构中,所述红外框为内部装配有电路板和红外器件、外部由金属或者塑料包裹的一体式结构,所述红外框与所述整机边框形状匹配,所述红外框的中部窗口面积大于或等于所述整机边框的中部窗口面积。
上述的红外框侧插结构中,所述插槽内设有导轨,所述红外框的边部设有与所述导轨滑动配合的导槽。
上述的红外框侧插结构中,所述整机边框的两个相邻框边的转角内侧边通过内转角连接件连接。
上述的红外框侧插结构中,所述整机边框的两个相邻框边的转角外侧边盖设有外转角连接件。
本实用新型还提供了一种触摸装置,其包括上述任一项内容所述的红外框侧插结构。
实施本实用新型的红外框侧插结构及其触摸装置,相对于现有技术具有如下的优点:
本实用新型通过在整机边框上设置可供红外框插入的插槽,能使红外框整体快速装入整机边框内,提高了生产效率;在插槽的槽口处设置翻盖,可以防止红外框从插槽中脱出,保证了触摸控制的准确性,后期维护也只需将翻盖打开,从插槽中取出红外框单独维修即可,而不需要拆卸整机,使得后期维修更为方便。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型,但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。
如图1至图5所示,本实用新型的优选实施例,一种红外框侧插结构,其包括整机边框1和红外框2,整机边框1上设有可供红外框2插入的插槽3以及设于插槽3的槽口4处的翻盖5,红外框2通过槽口4插入插槽3内。通过在整机边框1上设置可供红外框2插入的插槽3,能使红外框2整体快速装入整机边框1内,可以提高生产效率;在插槽3的槽口4处设置翻盖5,可以防止红外框2从插槽3中脱出,保证了触摸控制的准确性,在后期维护时
也只需将翻盖5打开,从插槽3中取出红外框2单独维修即可,而不需要拆卸整机,从而使得后期维修更为方便。
本实施例的翻盖5与整机边框1可转动连接,以便于翻盖5的打开与合上。
本实施例的翻盖5与整机边框1之间设有多个弹簧片6,弹簧片6可在翻盖5打开与合上的转动过程中为翻盖5提供夹持力和回弹力。
本实施例的翻盖5包括翻盖部51、转动部52和扣接部53,转动部52与翻盖部51连接,扣接部53设于转动部52的一侧并与整机边框1扣接,转动部52的另一侧与弹簧片6相抵靠。扣接部53与整机边框1的扣接处为扣接点,翻盖5便形成以扣接点为支点的杠杆结构,转动部52与弹簧片6相抵靠并作用于弹簧片6,于是弹簧片6会对转动部52施加一定的回弹力,进而形成对翻盖5施加的力矩,当力臂为零时,翻盖5受到的力矩为零,回弹力转变为对翻盖5的夹持力,使翻盖5呈完全打开状态(如图3所示);当想要合上翻盖5时,需对翻盖部51施加一定的外力使翻盖5转动,直到回弹力与力臂呈90度时,翻盖5为完全关闭状态(如图4所示),想要打开翻盖5,则需对翻盖部51施加一定的外力,也就是说,采用本实施例的翻盖结构,翻盖5的打开和关闭都需要额外施加一定的外力。这样的设计,一方面,在使用或运输的过程中,红外框2不至于从插槽3中自行脱出,保证了触摸控制的准确性及红外框2的安全,另一方面,红外框2插拔过程中,翻盖5处于完全打开状态时不会对红外框2产生干涉,方便红外框2安装及拆卸。
本实施例的整机边框1是由四条两两相邻的框边分别相互垂直相接组成的方形边框。
本实施例的红外框2为内部装配有电路板和红外器件、外部由金属或者塑料包裹的一体式结构,红外框2与整机边框1形状匹配,如此,可以减少产线逐一组装的红外框2的时间,提高生产效率。
本实施例的红外框2的中部窗口面积大于或等于所述整机边框1的中部窗口面积,以保证红外框2能够完全嵌置在整机边框1内,提高红外框2的安装质量。
本实施例的插槽3内设有导轨9,红外框2的边部设有与所述导轨9滑动配合的导槽。这样的设计,一方面,能使红外框2与整机边框1配合更紧密,防止红外框2在整机边框1中晃动;另一方面,能够减小红外框2与整机边框1之间的接触面,从而减小滑动摩擦力,便于红外框2的插入和取出。
本实施例的整机边框1的两个相邻框边的转角内侧边通过内转角连接件7连接,以使框边之间连接牢固。
本实施例的整机边框1的两个相邻框边的转角外侧边盖设有外转角连接件8,用于遮挡整机边框1的内部结构,提升美观度。
此外,本实用新型还提供一种使用上述红外框侧插结构的触摸装置,其包括上述红外框侧插结构。通过使用上述红外框侧插结构,便可以将红外框2快速装入该触摸装置,提高生产效率;而且插槽3的槽口4处的翻盖5可以防止红外框2从插槽3中脱出,保证了触摸控制的准确性,后期维护也只需将翻盖5打开,从插槽5中取出红外框2单独维修即可,而不需要拆卸整机,使得后期维修更为方便。
以上仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

- 一种红外框侧插结构,其特征在于,包括整机边框和红外框,所述整机边框上设有可供所述红外框插入的插槽以及设于所述插槽的槽口处的翻盖,所述红外框通过所述槽口插入所述插槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的红外框侧插结构,其特征在于,所述翻盖与所述整机边框可转动连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的红外框侧插结构,其特征在于,所述翻盖与所述整机边框之间设有多个弹簧片。
- 根据权利要求3所述的红外框侧插结构,其特征在于,所述翻盖包括翻盖部、转动部和扣接部,所述转动部与所述翻盖部连接,所述扣接部设于所述转动部的一侧并与所述整机边框扣接,所述转动部的另一侧与所述弹簧片相抵靠。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的红外框侧插结构,其特征在于,所述整机边框是由四条两两相邻的框边分别相互垂直相接组成的方形边框。
- 根据权利要求5所述的红外框侧插结构,其特征在于,所述红外框为内部装配有电路板和红外器件、外部由金属或者塑料包裹的一体式结构,所述红外框与所述整机边框形状匹配,所述红外框的中部窗口面积大于或等于所述整机边框的中部窗口面积。
- 根据权利要求6所述的红外框侧插结构,其特征在于,所述插槽内设有导轨,所述红外框的边部设有与所述导轨滑动配合的导槽。
- 根据权利要求5所述的红外框侧插结构,其特征在于,所述整机边框的两个相邻框边的转角内侧边通过内转角连接件连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的红外框侧插结构,其特征在于,所述整机边框的两个相邻框边的转角外侧边盖设有外转角连接件。
- 一种触摸装置,其特征在于,包括上述权利要求1至9任一项所述的红外框侧插结构。
