Abstract
A sensor unit which is to be connected to a medical measurement apparatus includes a detection unit that includes a detector which detects a vital signs signal of a patient and a first connecting portion which connects the detector and the medical measurement apparatus to each other and a cuff unit that includes a cuff which is to be attached to the patient and a second connecting portion which connects the cuff and the medical measurement apparatus to each other through a hollow tube. In the sensor unit, the detection unit or the cuff unit includes a memory which stores identification information for identifying the patient, and the detection unit and the cuff unit are fixed to each other.
