Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Vibrationspoliergerät umfassend: einen Vibrationsantrieb (1) zur Erzeugung einer oszillierenden Schwingung zum Polieren von Proben, einen Polierteller (2), der mit dem Vibrationsantrieb (1) verbunden ist und von diesem antreibbar ist, und eine Polierwanne (3), die zur Aufnahme eines Poliermediums sowie der zu polierenden Proben ausgebildet ist und mit dem Polierteller (2) zur Mitnahme gekoppelt ist, wobei der Vibrationsantrieb (1) mit einem Basisteil (11), einem Gegenschwingteil (12), einer Vibrationsplatte und Antriebsteilen (14, 15) versehen ist, um den Gegenschwingteil (12) und die Vibrationsplatte (13) gegen die Kraft von Blattfedern (16, 17) oszillierend anzutreiben.
