Abstract

一种耳机耳套(1)及设有该耳套(1)的耳机,是由具有弹性的环状海绵及包覆在环状海绵外部的面料构成,面料上开设有多个泄气通孔(3)。通过在耳机耳套(1)的面料表面开孔的方式,使得耳机在中频、低频的频率响应得到有效的调整。同时在佩戴耳机瞬间可使耳道及耳机腔体里的气压的一部分从耳套所开孔中分流出去,从而保护耳机膜片,使其不会因佩戴时过大的瞬时气压导致耳机膜片变形,进而减小了耳机在佩戴时的瞬时气压造成的喇叭无声、失真加大等不良现象。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种耳机耳套,具体涉及一种耳机耳套上的开孔设计。
背景技术
人们经常会使用耳机聆听音乐,既不会打扰到别人又可以深度沉浸在动人旋律里。压耳式或耳罩式头戴式耳机是最普通、最常见的耳机,它的驱动单元基本上就是一只小型的动圈扬声器,由处于永磁场中的音圈驱动与之相连的振膜(膜片)振动。动圈式耳机效率比较高,大多可为音响上的耳机输出驱动,且可靠耐用。
但是现在一些压耳式&耳罩式耳机,使用全皮耳套,耳机频响曲线中频、低频响应过多以至于影响耳机音质。同时因为全皮耳套具有较佳的密封性,因此在佩戴时过大的瞬时气压导致耳机膜片变形,可能造成的喇叭无声、失真加大等不良现象。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提出一种较佳排气性能同时可以调整中频、低频频响表现的耳机耳套。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种耳机耳套,是由具有弹性的环状海绵及包覆在所述环状海绵外部的面料构成,所述面料上开设有多个泄气通孔。
进一步的,所述面料为皮制材料。
进一步的,所述泄气通孔开设在位于所述耳套的内圈处的面料上。
进一步的,所述泄气通孔开设在位于所述耳套侧面用于与用户皮肤相接触的面料上。
进一步的,所述泄气通孔开设在位于所述耳套的内圈处的面料上和开设在位于所述耳套侧面用于与用户皮肤相接触的面料上。
一种耳机,装配有前述任一种耳机耳套。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型通过在耳机耳套的面料表面开孔的方式,使得耳机在中频、低频的频率响应得到有效的调整。同时在佩戴耳机瞬间可使耳道及耳机腔体里的气压的一部分从耳套所开孔中分流出去,从而保护耳机膜片,使其不会因佩戴时过大的瞬时气压导致耳机膜片变形,进而减小了耳机在佩戴时的瞬时气压造成的喇叭无声、失真加大等不良现象。

具体实施方式
实施例一
根据图1所示,本实施例中的耳机耳套1,是由具有弹性的环状海绵及包覆在环状海绵外部的面料构成。其中,面料为皮制材料,当然出于其它角度考虑,也可以为PU材料或其它具有类似封闭性能的材料代替。
位于耳套1的内圈2处的面料上开设有多个泄气通孔3。
实施例二
根据图2所示,本实施例是在实施例一基础上进行的改进:
进一步的,在位于耳套1侧面4用于与用户皮肤相接触的面料上也开设有泄气通孔3。
当然,如图3所示,泄气通孔3也可以仅开设在耳套1侧面4用于与用户皮肤相接触的面料上,而不开设在耳套1的内圈2处的面料上。
实施例三
一种耳机,装配有实施例一或实施例二中的耳机耳罩。
本实施例中前述耳机耳罩的耳机在佩戴时,耳道内的瞬时气压通过开设在面料上的泄气通孔3排到耳套1的海绵中去,减小了耳机的内部气压,从而保护了膜片不受变形。
本实用新型的不局限于上述实施例,本实用新型的上述各个实施例的技术方案彼此可以交叉组合形成新的技术方案,另外凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本实用新型要求的保护范围内。

  1. 一种耳机耳套,是由具有弹性的环状海绵及包覆在所述环状海绵外部的面料构成,其特征在于:所述面料上开设有多个泄气通孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述耳机耳套,其特征在于:所述面料为皮制材料。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述耳机耳套,其特征在于:所述泄气通孔开设在位于所述耳套的内圈处的面料上。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述耳机耳套,其特征在于:所述泄气通孔开设在位于所述耳套侧面用于与用户皮肤相接触的面料上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述耳机耳套,其特征在于:所述泄气通孔还开设在位于所述耳套侧面用于与用户皮肤相接触的面料上。
  6. 一种耳机,其特征在于:装配有如权利要求1所述的耳机耳套。
  7. 一种耳机,其特征在于:装配有如权利要求3所述的耳机耳套。
  8. 一种耳机,其特征在于:装配有如权利要求4所述的耳机耳套。
  9. 一种耳机,其特征在于:装配有如权利要求5所述的耳机耳套。
