Abstract

The present invention relates to a management process using photographs for inputting data and visual recognition for outputting data. It allows all sectors of activity to have a management system which is easy to use, simple and very user-friendly. This process considerably improves management methods. It allows the development of universal management systems. It also assists professionals in improving processing times. The process can be executed using mobile operating systems that are already available such as Nokia Symbian OS, Apple iOS, RIM BlackBerry OS, Microsoft Windows Phone, Linux, Palm webOS, Google Android, Samsung Bada, etc.

Description

Management process through taking pictures for data input and visual recognition for data output.
The present invention relates to the management process through taking pictures for data input and visual recognition for data output. This process will greatly improve the way you manage. It will help move towards universal management. It would also help professionals improve processing times.
Existing business processes are based on account numbers or barcodes. Advanced processes use frozen images. From these processes came most current management software (Sage, QUICK BOOKS, etc.) and most mobile systems.
Les processus existants présentent des insuffisances majeures : Existing processes have major shortcomings:
• ils sont destinés essentiellement aux comptables de formation ; • they are mainly intended for training accountants;
• leur mise en œuvre nécessite un minimum de formation de trois à cinq jours ;  • their implementation requires a minimum of three to five days of training;
• ils ne sont pas adaptés au grand public (non comptables) ;  • they are not suitable for the general public (non-accountants);
• They do not respond to the concerns of informal sector craftsmen (dressmakers, street traders, etc.).
It should be noted that donors (World Bank, African Development Bank) have invested significant funds in the organization of the informal sector through many projects, for a business mastery, without great results. Moreover, the proposed tools are manual and outdated.
To overcome the above shortcomings, the present invention aims to overcome these disadvantages, and proposes a method based on photos. The data entries will be made in an accounting and financial system through the taking of photos. Data output will be an accounting and financial system through visual recognition. The order entries will be made in a management system through the taking of photos. The search for control will be done in a management system through visual recognition.
The account numbers will be replaced by photos and the entire management process will be based on taking pictures.
