Abstract

The present invention relates to a three dimensional scanner using chromatic aberration and a scanning method using same. More specifically, the present invention comprises: a chromatic lens for generating chromatic aberration according to refractive indices for each wavelength of light; an image sensor for acquiring image signal data; and an arithmetic processing unit (500) for determining the wavelength having the highest sharpness by sharpness comparison for the image signal data according to the wavelengths of the light and determining the depth of an object (1) on the basis of focal lengths according to the wavelengths of the light, so as to generate three dimensional shape data.
