Information processing apparatus, payment mediation server, payment mediation system, information processing method, and payment mediation method
The present invention relates to an information processing apparatus, a payment mediation server, a payment mediation system, an information processing method, and a payment mediation method. Specifically, the convenience of payment for a purchaser of goods in electronic commerce is provided. It relates to technology to improve.
In recent years, electronic commerce (Electronic Commerce, hereinafter referred to as EC) using a personal computer or a mobile terminal is expanding. In addition, on the EC site, which is a place for such electronic commerce, the user selects a product or service to be purchased and performs a payment procedure to the EC company. In the above-described payment procedure, this user selects one of several payment methods (for example, a credit card or electronic money) designated by the EC business operator that can be paid by the user. For example, when the user selects payment by credit card, the EC site displays a card number input screen and accepts the card number input from the user. When the card payment is properly made based on the card number, the EC company sends the goods to be settled to the user.
In the flow of the payment procedure described above, the payment method designated by the EC business operator is only a credit card, but the user may not have a credit card. In that case, the user cannot shop at the EC site.
As a conventional technique for solving such a problem, for example, a technique is disclosed in which a user uses a number that can be used only once instead of a credit card to make a transaction (see Patent Document 1). ing.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 57405050
In the above-described conventional technology, even a user who does not have a credit card can purchase a product or the like by using a virtual prepaid card. However, there are cases where a payment method suitable for the user cannot be applied to the purchase of the virtual prepaid card, and as a result, the convenience for the user is limited.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a technique for improving the convenience of payment for purchasers of products in electronic commerce.
An information processing apparatus of the present invention that solves the above-described problem is a payment processing unit that performs payment processing of a payment amount and a fee to a predetermined payment intermediary by a payment method designated by a payer accompanying electronic commerce, The payment intermediary executes a payment process of the payment amount on the payee with a payment method different from the designated payment method, which can be received by the payee of the electronic commerce transaction. A payment instructing unit for instructing the user.
According to the present invention, it is possible to improve the convenience of payment for purchasers of products in electronic commerce.

As such payment applications, a card payment application 112, an electronic money payment application 113, a bank payment application 114, and a payment mediation application 115 are installed and registered in the terminal 110.
Further, the payment application calling unit 121 calls and executes the application selected by the payment application selection unit 120 described above. Further, the payment application calling unit 121 acquires the payment result and transmits it to the shopping site of the EC company.
The card payment application 112 is an application used when a user makes a payment using a credit card or a debit card. The electronic money payment application 113 is an application used when a user makes payment using electronic money. The card payment application 112 is an application corresponding to a plurality of brand cards. For example, a plurality of different applications may be installed for each card brand. Similarly to the card payment application 112, the electronic money payment application 113 is an application corresponding to a plurality of electronic money, but may be installed for each type of electronic money.
Also, the bank payment application 114 is an application used when transferring money from the user's bank account. When the terminal 110 is a mobile device such as a smartphone, a so-called mobile banking application may be used.
In addition, the payment intermediation application 115 uses the payment method available to the user to the EC operator when the payment method available to the user is different from the payment method that the EC operator can receive payment. It is an application that enables payment. In FIG. 1, only one payment mediation application 115 is shown for convenience. However, for example, the payment intermediation application 115 (for bank account remittance) 115a, the payment intermediation application (for electronic money X) 115b, the payment intermediation application 115 can cope with various payment methods from the broker to the recipient. It is assumed that various applications such as a mediation application (for credit card) 115c are included. Details of the payment mediation application 115 will be described later.
In addition, each application of the card payment application 112, the electronic money payment application 113, the bank payment application 114, and the payment intermediation application 115 is acquired in advance by a user accessing a general application distribution site and stored in the terminal 110. Assume that you are installing. Since these applications are generally developed and distributed by companies that provide respective payment methods, details on the installation method and the like are omitted.
The web browser 111 is a general-purpose browser that receives and displays information from a shopping site of an EC company, but is not limited thereto. Specifically, dedicated application software having the same function as that of the shopping site, that is, software that operates on the operating system and is different from the browser may be used. In this case, since the above-described independent software has the function of the shopping site, the information that the web browser 111 receives from the shopping site of the EC company may be limited.
As described above, the payment intermediary server 130, the EC server 140, the card acquirer server 150, and the like are also configured by the same hardware as that shown in FIG. For this reason, various functions are realized in each server by executing a program stored for each storage device of the server.
Among these, in the payment mediation server 130, a payment method evaluation unit 131 and a payment execution unit 132 are realized.
The above-described payment method evaluation unit 131 (calculation unit, transmission unit) evaluates the payment methods available to the user and calculates the fee based on the number of days until payment of the payment amount, the reliability of remittance, and the like.
Also, the payment execution unit 132 executes payment to the EC business based on the payment instruction. The storage device (not shown) of the payment mediation server 130 stores evaluation information 133 used when the payment method evaluation unit 131 evaluates the payment method. Details of the evaluation information 133 will be described later.
In addition, an electronic commerce unit 141 is realized in the EC server 140. The electronic commerce unit 141 exchanges information such as a shopping site of an EC business with the web browser 111 of the terminal 110.

--- Functions implemented in the terminal 110 by the card payment application ---
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing functional blocks implemented in the terminal 110 by the card payment application 112. A payment condition receiving unit 310 and a payment execution unit 311 are realized in the terminal 110.
The payment condition receiving unit 310 is a functional block that causes the card payment application 112 to be executed based on a call from the payment application calling unit 121 of the web browser 111. The payment execution unit 311 is a functional block that performs payment processing with a card. Note that the electronic money payment application 113 and the bank payment application 114 also implement the same functions as the payment condition reception unit 310 and the payment execution unit 311 in the terminal 110.
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing functional blocks implemented in the terminal 110 by the payment intermediary application 115.
The payment condition receiving unit 320 is a functional block that executes the payment intermediary payment application 115 based on a call from the payment application calling unit 121 of the web browser 111. The payment mediation unit 321 is a functional block that performs overall control of the payment mediation application 115.
Also, the payment application selection unit 322 is a functional block that allows a user to select a payment application that allows payment to a payment intermediary rather than the final recipient such as an EC business operator.
Also, the payment application calling unit 323 is a functional block that calls the payment method application selected by the payment application selection unit 322.
Details of operations of the card payment application 112 and the payment mediation application 115 will be described later.
---- Example flow when payment processing is done with a card ---
FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating an example of processing executed when a user makes a payment using a credit card.
First, the web browser 111 of the terminal 110 receives HTML and the like transmitted from the EC server 140, displays information such as the shopping site of the EC business, and various types of shopping associated with the shopping at the shopping site by the user. Processing is executed (S100). In this case, the user can select the product / service by confirming the content of the shopping site displayed on the display of the terminal 110 and operating the input device 204 such as a keyboard or a touch panel.
When the user selects a product or the like, the web browser 111 displays a shopping cart screen 500 shown in FIG. 6 so that the user can select a method for purchasing the product or the like. In the shopping cart screen 500, one product of mineral water and two wine glasses are selected as products to be purchased.
On the shopping cart screen 500, a price exchange button 550 and a common specification payment button 551 are displayed. The cash on delivery button 550 is a button for allowing the user to make a payment by cash on delivery, and the common specification payment button 551 is a button for displaying a list of payment methods that can be received by the EC business operator. These buttons indicate a payment method that allows the EC operator to receive the fee. If other payment methods are also possible, a button for allowing the EC operator to execute another payment method is provided. Also good.
Here, when the common specification payment button 551 is pressed, the payment application selection unit 120 in the web browser 111 is activated. The payment application selection unit 120 receives a list of payment methods that can be received by the EC company, information about the payee, and information about the amount from the web browser 111 that displays the shopping site of the EC company. The list of payment methods that can be received by the EC company is, for example, data including character strings indicating “credit card A”, “credit card B”, and “electronic money F”. Is data including a character string necessary for specifying the EC company, such as the name of the EC company and an address on the Internet.
The payment application selection unit 120 specifies a payment method that can be used by the user of the terminal 110 based on the above-described information from the web browser 111, and selects a payment application (S101). Specifically, the payment application selection unit 120 selects based on whether or not the payment application of the payment method specified by the received information is registered in the terminal 110. Note that information regarding a payment application registered in advance in the terminal 110 is stored in the storage device 203 when the payment application is installed. For this reason, the payment application selection unit 120 can select an appropriate payment application based on the information stored in the storage device 203 and the information received from the web browser 111.
Here, the terminal 110 of this embodiment includes, for example, a card payment application 112 corresponding to “credit card A”, an electronic money payment application 113 corresponding to “electronic money F”, and “bank from bank A company”. It is assumed that the bank payment application 114 corresponding to the payment by “remittance” is registered. When the payment method that can be received by the EC company is, for example, “credit card A”, “credit card B”, or “electronic money F”, the payment application selection unit 120 displays the application stored in the terminal 110. And the payment method that can be received by the EC company, and determines that “credit card A” and “electronic money F” are payment methods, and the card payment application 112 and the electronic money payment application 113 are select.
And the payment application selection part 120 displays the payment method selection screen 600 shown in FIG. The payment method selection screen 600 displays information on the payee and the amount of money, and a payment button for the corresponding payment method. Here, since “credit card A” and “electronic money F” are payable methods, a payment button 650 for paying with “credit card A”, a payment button 651 for paying with “electronic money F”, and Is displayed.
(S102)。 When the user operates the touch panel of the terminal 110 and presses a payment button 650 for paying with, for example, “credit card A”, the payment application calling unit 121 selects a payment application from the payment application registered in the terminal 110. The card payment application 112 selected by the unit 120 is called (S102).
The called card payment application 112 receives the information specifying the payment method selected by the user and the information related to the payment destination and the amount from the above-mentioned web browser 111 (S103). For this reason, once a payment application is called, payment is made by a method specific to the payment application thereafter.
When “credit card A” is selected, the card payment application 112 displays, for example, a card payment authentication screen 700 shown in FIG. When the user operates the terminal 110 to input a password and presses an “OK” button, the card payment application 112 performs an authentication process for the user of the terminal 110. Here, the authentication process is, for example, a process in which the card payment application 112 compares a password stored in advance in the storage device 203 with a password input on the payment authentication screen 700, and gives authentication if they match. It is.
(S104)。 If the authentication process is successful, the card payment application 112 transmits information on the payment destination and the amount to the card issuer server 160 (S104).
The temporary card number issuing unit 161 in the card issuer server 160 issues a temporary card number used temporarily and transmits it to the card payment application 112 (S105). The temporary card number is a card number in which the number of uses that can be used for payment is limited to one time, for example, and is intended to suppress the influence at the time of card number leakage and improve security.
Here, the temporary card number issuing unit 161 issues the temporary card number. For example, the card payment application 112 stores the card number in the storage device 203 of the terminal 110 and does not communicate with the card issuer server 160. The card payment application 112 may process the card number.
(S106)。 Next, the card payment application 112 transmits the temporary card number received from the card issuer server 160 (or the card number stored in the storage device 203) to the web browser 111 as payment information (S106).
(S108)。 On the other hand, the web browser 111 receives the above-mentioned payment information (S107), and based on the instruction of the content (program such as a script) such as a shopping site transmitted from the electronic commerce unit 141 of the EC server 140, the card payment is made. An instruction is given (S108).
Here, the card payment instruction refers to the card payment reception unit 151 of the card acquirer server 150 managed and operated by the acquirer of the card used by the EC business operator, the payment amount, and the payment destination. Is to send information.
The card payment accepting unit 151 receives the above-described card payment instruction, and executes a card payment process, that is, a process of making a payment with a credit card (or debit card) (S109). Note that this processing may be performed via a network that performs external card payment.
Further, the card payment accepting unit 151 adds an electronic signature for preventing falsification of information to the information indicating whether or not the payment by the card is permitted, and transmits the information to the web browser 111.
The web browser 111 receives the information given the electronic signature from the above-described card acquirer server 150 (S110), and transmits it to the electronic commerce unit 141 of the EC server 140.
On the other hand, the electronic commerce unit 141 determines whether or not the electronic signature is valid (S111), and transmits the determination result to the web browser 111. The web browser 111 displays the payment result indicating whether or not the payment has been completed, for example, on a payment result notification screen 750 shown in FIG. Thereafter, when it is determined that a series of electronic commerce transactions have been normally performed, the EC business starts shipping products and providing services to the users.
---- Example flow when payment processing is performed with electronic money ---
In the above-described example, the processing when the user makes payment using the “credit card” has been described. When a credit card is used, the EC company or acquirer, who is the recipient of the product price, mainly makes the payment. On the other hand, when the payment is made by the payer instead of the payee as in the case of electronic money, that is, when the payee only waits for payment of the electronic money, it is different from the case where the credit card is used. Processing is performed. Here, processing when payment with “electronic money” is selected will be described with reference to the flow example of FIG. 10 as appropriate.
(S200)。 In this case, the web browser 111 of the terminal 110 receives HTML or the like transmitted from the EC server 140, displays information such as the shopping site of the EC business operator on the web browser 111, and the user at the shopping site or the like. Various processes associated with shopping are executed (S200).
(S202)。 After the shopping is completed and the user presses the “common specification payment button 551” in FIG. 6, when the user further operates the web browser 111 to select payment using “electronic money”, the payment application selection unit 120 displays the electronic application. The money payment application 113 is selected (S201). Then, the payment application calling unit 121 calls the electronic money payment application 113 (S202).
(S204)。 The called electronic money payment application 113 receives the payment conditions (information on the payee and amount) transmitted from the web browser 111 (S203). Based on the payment conditions, the electronic money payment application 113 instructs the electronic money payment unit 171 of the electronic money server 170 to remit electronic money to the EC company that is the recipient (S204).
On the other hand, the electronic money payment unit 171 performs payment (remittance) according to the instruction by performing a predetermined process based on the instruction for remittance of the electronic money (S205). Then, the electronic money payment unit 171 notifies the electronic money payment application 113 of payment information, which is information indicating that payment has been completed. At this time, the electronic money payment unit 171 may attach an electronic signature issued by the electronic money server 170.
(S206)。 In addition, the electronic money payment application 113 transmits the payment information received from the above-described electronic money server 170 to the web browser 111 (S206).
(S209)。 The web browser 111 receives the payment information described above (S207), and transmits the payment information to the electronic commerce unit 141 of the EC server 140. The electronic commerce unit 141 confirms whether or not the payment is completed (S208), and displays the payment result on the web browser 111 (S209).
Thus, when a series of electronic commerce is completed, the EC company starts shipping products and providing services to users. In the case of electronic money payment, unlike the case of credit card payment, the card acquirer server 150 is not used to confirm whether payment has been completed.
Whether payment processing is performed with electronic money or payment processing is performed with a credit card, in the present embodiment, processing can be performed when the “common specification payment button 551” is pressed. Therefore, in the present embodiment, it is not necessary to separately change the web browser 111 or the like depending on the payment method.
--- About evaluation information used in payment mediation system 10 ---
Next, the evaluation information 133 used in the payment mediation system 10 will be described with reference to FIG. The evaluation information 133 is information used for calculating a fee charged by the broker to the payer, and is stored in advance in a storage device (not shown) of the payment brokerage server 130.
Specifically, the evaluation information 133 is a database including information on “cash withdrawal date”, “cash deposit date”, “payment confirmation date”, and “risk upon receipt” for each payment method. Note that “credit card A”, “credit card B”, “electronic money C”, and the like exemplified in the evaluation information 133 of FIG. 11 are payment methods that can be used by a user or an intermediary.
The “fund withdrawal date” is the number of days from when the payer processes the payment until the funds are actually transferred (paid) to the outside (eg, credit card company or bank). "0" indicates the same day, and "1" indicates the next day.
Also, the “Funds Deposit Date” is the number of days from when the payer processes payment to when the funds are transferred (collected) from the outside to the recipient.
Also, the “payment confirmation date” is the number of days from when the payer processes the payment until it is certain that the funds will be transferred to the payee.
In addition, “risk at the time of receipt” is a value indicating the risk of remittance for each payment method, and is an interest rate charged additionally to the payment amount. For example, in a highly reliable remittance method such as bank remittance, the “risk on receipt” value is low.
It should be noted that “fund withdrawal date”, “fund deposit date”, “payment confirmation date”, and “risk on receipt” in the payment method that can be paid by the user correspond to the first information of the present invention. Further, “fund withdrawal date” or the like in a payment method that can be received by the recipient and is different from the payment method of the user corresponds to the second information of the present invention.
Here, “cash withdrawal date” and the like will be described using “credit card A” as an example in the payment method shown in FIG. First, when a payer who is a user of the EC site performs a payment process with a credit card, the payer's funds that are the object of the payment process move from the payer to the outside after 15 days. Then, 30 days after the payment process, the payment is made to the recipient from the outside. In this example, the payment to the recipient is not confirmed until 30 days after the payment process.
Of the above-described payment methods, for “electronic money C”, the above-mentioned “fund withdrawal date”, “fund deposit date”, and “payment confirmation date” are the same day. Therefore, in principle, when the payer's payment process is performed, the payee receives the payment on the same day.
Also, among the above payment methods, in the “bank account transfer”, since the “fund withdrawal date” is “0”, the transfer of funds from the payer to the bank is the same day, and the “fund deposit date” is “ Since it is 1 ", the transfer of funds from the outside to the recipient is the next day. Here, the “deposit date” is “0”, which is the same day. For this reason, when the payer deposits funds, the funds are surely transferred to the payee's account on the next day.
Thus, each of the payment methods has a unique “cash withdrawal date”, “cash payment date”, and “payment confirmation date”. For this reason, the possibility that a recipient who is an EC business operator cannot receive funds from a payer who is a user differs depending on the payment method. Accordingly, a business providing a payment mediation service evaluates a payment method and determines a fee to be charged to a user by considering a risk that the recipient cannot receive funds.
The payment intermediary server 130 in the present embodiment calculates a fee considering the risk for each combination of a payment method that can be selected by the user and a payment method that can be selected by the recipient. Here, the payment from the user who uses the shopping site of the EC company to the broker is “payment A”, and the payment from the broker to the EC company that is the recipient is “payment B”.
The payment method evaluation unit 131 of the payment intermediation server 130 determines the cost determined based on the amount of funds borne by the payment intermediary and the length of the period when combining “payment A” and “payment B”. , Calculate the period of risk.
Here, a case where “payment A” is “credit card A” and “payment B” is “bank account transfer” will be described as an example. First, since the “cash deposit date” of “credit card A” is “30”, funds are deposited to the intermediary based on “credit card A” 30 after the payment process of the user is performed. A day later. Further, since the “payment confirmation date” of “credit card A” is also “30”, the payment is not confirmed until 30 days after the user's payment processing (first period).
On the other hand, since the “cash withdrawal date” of “bank account remittance” is “0”, the broker needs to remit funds from the bank account on the same day (second period) when the payment process is made. For this reason, when “payment A” is “credit card A” and “payment B” is “bank account transfer”, the intermediary agent uses “credit card A” after payment processing of the user is performed. There is a risk that the payment of “Payment A” will not be received until 30 days after payment is confirmed.
The payment method evaluation unit 131 described above is the number of days of funding (the number of days from “fund withdrawal date” of “payment B” to “payment confirmation date” of “payment A”) and the number of days at risk. A fee is determined by multiplying each of (the number of days from “fund withdrawal date” of “payment B” to “payment confirmation date” of “payment A”) by a predetermined fee rate per day.
For example, if the daily fees for funding and risk are 0.01% and 0.02%, respectively, the commission rate for 30 days of funding and risk is 0.3% (= 30 × 0.01), 0.6% (= 30 × 0.02), which is 0.9% in total.
The payment method evaluation unit 131 multiplies the above-mentioned fee rate of 0.9% by the payment amount to make a fee. For example, when the payment amount is 3,200 yen, the payment method evaluation unit 131 calculates 3,200 × (0.9 ÷ 100) and calculates the fee as 28 yen.
Note that the payment method evaluation unit 131 may add another fee to the calculated fee or may perform a discount. For example, when “payment A” is “credit card A” and “payment B” is “bank account transfer”, a risk at the time of receipt may be added to each calculated fee rate. However, in “credit card A” of “payment A”, the risk at the time of receipt is “0” (first reliability), and “bank transfer” of “payment B” is also “0” (risk at the time of receipt) (Second reliability). For this reason, in this case, the fee rate calculated based on the date and time is the same even when the risk at the time of receipt is considered.
As described above, the payment method evaluation unit 131 according to the present embodiment calculates a fee considering the risk for each combination of a payment method that can be selected by the user and a payment method that can be selected by the recipient. Further, the payment method evaluation unit 131 selects a combination with a low fee as a combination recommended to the user from the calculated plurality of fees. Then, the payment method evaluation unit 131 transmits the selected combination to the payment mediation unit 321 of the payment mediation application 115. At this time, the number of combinations to be transmitted may be one combination with the lowest fee, or a predetermined number selected in ascending order of fees. Further, for example, it is possible to recommend a combination that is equal to or less than the average fee (predetermined standard) of the fee considering the risk for each combination.
---- Example flow when payment processing is performed using the payment intermediary system 10 ---
Next, an example of processing when payment processing is performed using the payment mediation system 10 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 12 is also a flow for executing the payment of shopping at the shopping site of the EC company, as in FIG. 5, but unlike the case of FIG. 5, the EC site user and the EC lesson A payment mediation system 10 that mediates payment with a payee is used.
Here, the payment methods that can be received by the EC business are only “bank account transfer” and “electronic money E” 2 (m), but the terminal 110 has “bank account transfer”, “ Assume that a payment application corresponding to each of “electronic money E” is not installed. That is, it is assumed that the user cannot make payment using a payment method that the recipient can accept.
However, as described above, the payment intermediation application 115 (for bank account remittance) 115a, the payment intermediation application (for electronic money E) 115b, and the payment intermediation application (for credit card P) 115c are included in the terminal 110 as the payment intermediation application 115. And various other applications are installed.
First, the web browser 111 of the terminal 110 receives HTML transmitted from the EC server 140, displays information such as the shopping site of the EC business operator, and various types associated with shopping at the shopping site by the user. Processing is executed (S300). In this case, the user can select a product / service posted on the shopping site of the EC company.
(S301)。 Further, the web browser 111 displays the shopping cart screen 500 shown in FIG. 6 and selects a payment application in response to the common payment button 551 being pressed (S301).
(S302)。 Note that, as described above, methods for receiving funds from the EC business are “bank account transfer” and “electronic money E”. Accordingly, the payment application selection unit 120 selects a payment application corresponding to “bank account transfer” and “electronic money E”. Then, the payment application calling unit 121 calls a payment application corresponding to “bank account transfer” and “electronic money E” (S302).
However, as described above, the payment application corresponding to each of “bank account transfer” and “electronic money E” is not installed in the terminal 110. Therefore, the payment application for “bank account transfer” and the payment application for “electronic money E” are never called.
However, in the terminal 110, a payment intermediary application (for bank account remittance) 115a and a payment intermediation application (for electronic money E) 115b are installed. As a result, the respective payment mediation applications 115a and 115b are called in response to the call by S302 described above. As a result, a payment application selection screen 800 as shown in FIG. 13 is displayed on the terminal 110.
That is, even if the application corresponding to the payment method of the recipient is not installed, if the payment mediation application 115 corresponding to the payment method is installed in the terminal 110, the payment mediation process is executed. It will be. For this reason, it is desirable for the user to install a payment intermediary application corresponding to many payment methods in advance so that the payment mediation system 10 can cope with more payment methods.
Here, the user presses a payment mediation button 801 for bank account remittance among the payment mediation button 801 for bank account remittance and the payment mediation button 802 for electronic money E on the payment application selection screen 800, Suppose you select "Bank account transfer".
As a result, the web browser 111 transmits to the payment intermediation application 115a that “bank account transfer” has been selected, the payment amount, and information on the payment destination. Furthermore, the web browser 111 transmits information on payment methods that can be selected by the user to the payment mediation application 115a.
(S304)。 The payment mediation unit 321 of the payment mediation application 115a receives the above information transmitted from the web browser 111 as a payment condition (S303). Then, the payment mediation unit 321 transmits the received payment conditions to the payment mediation server 130 (S304).
On the other hand, the payment method evaluation unit 131 of the payment mediation server 130 performs a payment method evaluation process based on the payment method that the user can pay and the payment conditions received from the payment mediation unit 321 of the terminal 110 (S305). ). Note that the payment method evaluation process executed in step S305 is a process of calculating a fee in accordance with the payment method using the evaluation information 133 described above. As a result, the payment method evaluation unit 131 selects a payment method recommended for the payer (payment method with a low fee) when the payment method between the broker and the recipient is “electronic money E”. select. Further, the payment method evaluation unit 131 transmits, for example, two selected payment methods and payment conditions to the payment mediation application 115a.
In this case, the payment intermediary unit 321 receives information on the recommended payment method and the like (S306), and calls the payment application selection unit 322 in the payment intermediation application 115a shown in FIG.
The payment application selection unit 322 selects a payment application that allows the user to make payment to a payment intermediary rather than the final recipient such as an EC business operator. Therefore, for example, there are n = 5 payment methods that can be received by the payment intermediary: “credit card A”, “credit card B”, “electronic money F”, “electronic money G”, and “electronic money X”. , These five methods are transmitted from the web browser 111 to the payment application selection unit 322.
In this case, a combination of five payment methods was considered for the “bank account transfer” method. However, the payment method evaluation unit 131, for example, for each combination of two (m) payment methods of “bank account transfer” and “electronic money E” and the above-mentioned five (n) payment methods. You may ask for fees and evaluate payment methods. Thereby, a commission can be made cheap.
In addition, the payment application selection unit 322 can recognize the information regarding the name of the EC company that is the final payment destination and the information indicating that the broker is the direct payment destination. It is acquired from the web browser 111 as information such as a character string. Furthermore, the payment application selection unit 322 also receives information regarding a recommended payment method and information regarding information necessary for payment (for example, a shopping fee) among payment conditions from the payment mediation unit 321.
And the payment application selection part 322 displays the payment method selection screen 850 shown in FIG. 14 based on the received information. In the payment method selection screen 850 illustrated in FIG. 14, as the recommended payment method, “electronic money X” (amount: 3,296 yen, fee: 96 yen) and “credit card A” (amount: 3, 328 yen, commission: 128 yen). In both payment methods, the price of the product is 3,200 yen, but the fee is different. For this reason, the total amount of money for each payment method is different.
Here, the payment application selection unit 322 receives, for example, selection of “electronic money X” by the user via the above-described payment method selection screen 850 (S307). Further, the payment application calling unit 323 calls the payment application 113 corresponding to “electronic money X” (that is, the electronic money payment application 113) in response to the result of S307 (S308). Then, for example, the payment intermediary unit 321 transmits payment conditions and the like to the electronic money payment application 113.
As a result, the electronic money payment application 113 receives information necessary for paying the recipient (S309). Further, the payment execution unit (not shown) of the electronic money payment application 113 executes a payment process for the broker based on the received information (S310). The electronic money payment application 113 outputs, for example, an electronic money payment confirmation screen 900 shown in FIG. 15 at the time of payment, and displays the payment amount including the payment destination and the fee, and the electronic money mechanism. In response to the password input from the above-mentioned user, the payment process is executed.
When the payment process is executed, the electronic money payment application 113 transmits information with an electronic signature attached to the payment result indicating whether or not the payment has been executed to the payment mediation unit 321 of the payment mediation application 115a.
On the other hand, the payment intermediary unit 321 receives the information indicating the payment result described above, and confirms (determines) whether or not the payment has been executed and whether or not the electronic certificate is appropriate (S311). Then, the payment intermediary unit 321 suspends the processing assuming that the payment has not been made when payment has not been executed or when the electronic signature has not been successfully verified. On the other hand, when the payment is performed normally and the verification of the electronic signature is performed normally, the payment mediation unit 321 performs a payment instruction process (S312). In this case, the payment intermediary unit 321 transmits information regarding the selected payment method, payment result, and payment instruction to the payment intermediary server 130.
The payment execution unit 132 of the payment mediation server 130 receives the above-mentioned information from the payment mediation unit 321 and executes payment (S313). Specifically, when the above-mentioned payment result is normal, payment of a payment amount determined by shopping is executed to a designated recipient such as an EC business operator.
(S314)。 Then, the payment mediation server 130 transmits a payment result indicating that the payment to the EC business operator has been made to the payment mediation unit 321 together with the electronic signature (S314).
(S315)。 In this case, the payment intermediary unit 321 transmits the payment result to the web browser 111 and outputs the payment result (S315).
EC Based on this payment result information, the EC business that recognizes that the business transaction has been completed successfully starts shipping products and providing services to users. Although omitted here for convenience, the web browser 111 executes the same processing as the processing S110 and S111 shown in FIG. 4 after the processing S314 with the EC server 140 of the EC business operator. . The processing between the web browser 111 when using the payment mediation application 113 and the EC server 140 of the EC business is the same as the processing when using a general payment application. For this reason, even when the payment mediation application 113 is used, it is not necessary to add a new function to the EC server 140 in addition to the electronic commerce unit 141.
